In Fontaine there is this myth that when it rains, the Hydro Dragon is crying.
Usually when the Duke Wriothesley visited the Palais Mermonia, it would rain heavily for several days.
2.
As a witness, Wriothesley believes that this myth is neither completely true nor completely false.
It is true that it will rain when the Hydro Dragon cries, but will a dragon that does not understand humanity cry because of human? The answer is no, but he will be heartbroken. When Neuvillette is heartbroken, it will rain heavily.

Duke Wriothesey was a very patient man with women, but not so with men.
No man would gently whisper to a man, it's so cringe, isn't it?
But with just a glance from some gorgeous eyes, a fist can instantly turn into a hug.
"Haha, what? just kidding, bro."
