Summary
Still dealing with the ending of a nearly two-decade long relationship, K'Sante has sworn off love, and anything that comes with it. The mistakes that led to the breakup of his family play in his mind on an agonizing loop, reinforcing his believe that he's made the right decision in remaining single and celibate for the past 3 years. He begins to question that decision shortly after meeting Yone, his daughter's piano instructor and theater teacher at her middle school.
After his fifteen-year marriage comes to an end, Yone decided to freely and passionately explore all that being newly single has to offer him. He's extremely diligent in expressing to his dates that he is not interested in nor looking for anything serious. However, after running into K'Sante at a bar, he begins to question his commitment to a life of bachelorhood.
