And apologies if my message came out too casual for you. Anyway, as I mentioned in my message, Ms. Neens told me to message you about the application for the secretariat position. If the position is still open, I am very willing to apply for it. Let me know what are the other requirements so I can send them as soon as possible.

AGENDA 1: PROJECT PROPOSAL AND BUDGET RESO
- POA remains unsigned by the Head of Office of the Student Organizations, Engr. Henderson due to revisions
- Project proposal shall include: the event name, the purpose, the target date and time, letters needed, and project heads. Papers are to be led by the Secretary, Yor Briar, with the guidance of Vice President Loid Forger.
- Budget Proposal shall be done within the week. To be led by the Treasurer, Ms. Melinda Desmond, and to be assisted by Ms. Olka Gretcher, the Auditor. The papers shall include the materials needed, the breakdown of assumed materials, and additional finance matters that will be discussed at the next meeting (Sept 11, 202x)
- President Sherwood will oversee the papers first before handing them out to the Association's adviser.
AGENDA 2: ASSIGNED ROLES
- Project Heads: Franky Franklin, P.R.O & Yor Briar, Secretary
- The project heads will lead the said event. They shall: prepare all the materials, assign other roles, oversee the papers along with both the President and Vice President, etc.
- The event is a collaboration with every department's mother organizations and sub-organizations.
- Meeting with all the organizations shall be concluded face-to-face (a scheduled meeting will be followed).
The meeting was adjourned at exactly 5:11 PM, with no absentees from the officers.
