Chapter Text
Tommy walked briskly along the sidewalk as the sun peeked over the horizon, filtering small rays to hit his face.
“Motherfucker get out of my eyes!” he hissed, walking closer to the grass so he could avoid the light.
He rounded a corner and the only buildings were small shacks with peeling paint and broken glass. An old man sat on the curb on the other side of the street, hacking and coughing. He took a draw of his cigarette before raising his blank stare to Tommy.
Tommy shivered but then shouted, “Stop fucking looking at me like that, prick!” He quickly turned down another street uneasily, trying to make distance between him and the dude.
Tommy had learned a long time ago that you have to attack anything you think scares you. Tommy learned not to let too many things get to him or bother him and he kept his emotions locked in a tight box. Otherwise it would hurt too much.
Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, Tommy looked around.
A couple of old withered maple trees drooped low to the ground , and the street was rocky and clearly hadn’t been paved and there wasn’t much civilization or people at all.
A couple crows screeched, settling on the road and staring at Tommy with beady eyes. Tommy turned away, facing the grass and the occasional alleyways.
Then he saw two amber eyes staring at him from the darkness of the alley and he almost jumped.
“Fuck off bitch.” Tommy growled , speeding up. Goosebumps popped up along his arms and his heart raced.
The amber eyes followed his every move and he tried to shake off the burning feeling of being watched. Trembling, he kept walking.
But when he passed another alley he couldn’t help but curiously look in it. And then he got pulled into the darkness by a hand that darted out like a snake towards his arm.
“HEY! Let go of me you prick!” He shouted, bucking and struggling in the stronger one’s grip. Fear gripped him as he squirmed and tried to run.
Tommy managed to shift his head a little but then immediately regretted it. Sharp amber eyes met his gaze but then they softened.
“Calm down, it’s ok.” The mysterious figure soothed but then his face clenched as Tommy bit down on his arm.
“Ow!” The person yelped.
Tommy grinned in satisfaction. His triumph, though, was soon cut short when he saw the figure open his mouth to speak.
They had two canine-like fangs.
Tommy stifled a whimper and pushed at the other to try to get him away. He clawed and wriggled but couldn’t do anything to escape his its grip.
“Let go of me!” He wailed, then immediately switched to a glare.
“Get away!” He growled but his energy started dwindling and he could feel his protests getting weaker. Panic settled in and he started to hyperventilate.
He squirmed but he wasn’t getting enough air and he slowly stopped struggling.
“That’s right, it’s ok.” The person vampire murmured softly, holding up his head. Tommy could see a little of its brown hair in the darkness and tried but failed to escape once more.
I'm gonna die, I’m gonna die. Tommy’s brain whirled with fear.
“I’m not gonna kill you. I’ve been watching you for quite some time. I’m gonna turn you.” They whispered, eyes gleaming sympathetically.
Tommy felt every muscle in his body tense up as a shiver ran down his spine.
“NO! I don’t want to be a fucking monster! Let me go, prick!” His voice cracked, “Please!” Tommy’s voice dripped with desperation.
“Don’t worry, it will be fine.” They soothed, pulling the blond to a hug.
Tommy’s body froze up and gave a final struggle as tears slowly fell down his face.
He couldn’t see the vampire, he had no clue when he would be bit, but then fangs sank into his neck.
Tommy tried to cry out at the burn and pricking pain but he felt himself sink into sleep. He leaned against the vampire as the light slipped away.
***
He blinked slowly, clearing out the blurriness in his eyes. Tommy was warm and cozy in his nest. The dim light made him want to sleep and- feed!
He nestled closer to his warm sire and purred. Feed! He cried out and his sire shifted slightly, his ears picking up the sound of skin ripping.
Tommy quivered as he smelled the tantalizing blood. Blindly he reached out, hungrily clawing at his sire’s arm, before latching on and greedily sucking the blood. Warmth streamed through his body as the delicious thick liquid poured into his mouth.
After Tommy was satisfied with his meal he felt a drowsiness take over him and his eyelids slowly closed as he leaned against his sire. The nest was so warm and cozy and he fell comfortably into a deep sleep.

Tommy’s eyes fluttered open as he took in his unfamiliar surroundings. A human was wrapped around him, cuddling him and holding him close. Then everything came back to him. The amber eyes, the turning, the feeding , the vampire.
Tommy leaped away from his sire kidnapper. The vampire glanced up at him warmly and then his eyes widened slightly when he saw the anger and discomfort in the younger’s eyes.
“Look, I’m sure you’re mad at me but trust me it-“ His kidnapper started speaking, but Tommy cut him off.
“Trust you?? You kidnapped me bitch -and I want you to fucking let me go!” Tommy shouted, heat rising in his body as anger bubbled up inside him.
“Look, I understand why you’re mad at me but you’ll like it as a vampire!” He cramped all his words in a fast sentence so Tommy couldn’t interrupt.
“You’re such a prick!” Tommy growled, resisting the urge to punch the brunette in his face. He started to leave the weird nest thing he was in, but the vampire pulled him back in.
“You’re not going anywhere until we talk. So may I please-“ He started to speak only to be interrupted again.
“ -jump off a cliff? Yes, you may, bitch. Because I don’t want to see your ass any longer than I have to so fucking let me go.” Tommy snapped, his eyes flashing.
His amber eyes softened , “Ok we’ll try small steps. I’m Wilbur.” The vampire said softly, inching closer.
“And I’m the kid you fucking kidnapped. Introductions over, great. Now let me go.” Tommy retorted.
“That’s alright, I know your name is Tommy.” Wilbur said .
“Well that’s not fucking creepy at all. Go find some other bitch to stalk.” Tommy turned away, refusing to look at him. He couldn’t bear to look at his kidnapper, to think of the fact that he was a vampire too. It was all too confusing.
“Listen, I'm sorry. But you’ll love it here. We’ll be your new family.”
“Ah great thanks. ‘Does anyone want a free new family? With a discount price of just being kidnapped and turned into a monster, instead of killed , this is a great deal. Come to your nearest Walmart and look for your new creepy bitches today’ .” Tommy said dryly, mimicking a salesman.
Wilbur winced . “It sounds bad but this will go well, I promise!”
“Sure it will.” Tommy muttered.
***
Light filtered through the crack under the door, just barely lighting the room. Tommy’s pants rustled against the soft blankets.
Wilbur wasn’t there, he had left to give Tommy some space, and he was thankful for that, but his weird brain was sobbing that his sire was gone and his brain cried out that he would die without his protector, which was bullshit. Absolute bullshit.
Tommy could survive whatever the fuck came his way. Except for being turned. His mind chided, to which he very pointedly told to fuck off.
Now that Wilbur was gone, maybe Tommy would leave the room and explore. The door squeaked as he tried and failed to quietly open the door.
Tiptoeing outside, he looked around the hallway. It was adorned with pictures and portraits of Wilbur, a blonde, and pink haired. The roof was very high up and everything looked extremely fancy. Rich pricks.
Tommy was about to take a step forward when he heard voices. He only caught clips of the conversation, “Wilbur- turned- child - what - ok- fine- you- love-“
Tommy sneaked forward and rounded a corner and found a set of stairs. Peering over, he saw the blond from the pictures talking to Wilbur. He stepped onto the first stair and- creeeeaaakkk. His heart jumped, and he tried to throw himself to the floor but he knew it was too late.
“Fuck.” He hissed quietly.
The two glanced at him, alarmed. Then Wilbur grinned warmly, recognizing him,
“Hi, Toms!” he called out cheerfully. Tommy wished that the fucking monster didn’t call him a stupid fucking nickname but he filled up with warmth at hearing his sire kidnapper.
The blonde smiled at him too, “Nice to finally meet you. I’m Phil.” Tommy glared at Phil before trudging down the stairs. Wilbur opened up his arms, inviting him to a hug.
“You’re such a bitch.” Tommy growled, and he tried to avoid the brunette. He didn’t want to be near his kidnapper and he would never admit this, but he was a little scared. Actually- he was terrified of the two. He was also confused and mad.
Wilbur’s face fell slightly and he looked slightly hurt. Phil held in his laugh but a small smirk slipped from his lips. He offered a hug too, but Tommy stayed far away from them, occasionally muttering a curse word.
Then Tommy smelled something yummy and looked past the two vampires to see a plate of freshly cooked scrambled eggs. He walked past them and grabbed a random fork and started shoving the eggs into his mouth hungrily.
“Mmmm” The egg was perfectly cooked and salty and Tommy devoured it quickly.
“Uh that wasn’t-“ Phil started to speak but Wilbur shushed him . Tommy started walking away but then stopped. His brain urged him to stay with his sire but he didn’t want to stay near the vampires.
See. You don’t even call them monsters anymore, you're getting comfortable. His brain pointed out. So just stay with your sire. After Tommy told his mind to fuck off he stalked away in a random direction to look around.
