‘You know I have Xie Lian. Don’t try interfere in our life together, Lexie.’
‘HUA CHENG! NO! D-DON’T LEAVE M-‘
*Lexie wakes up, gasping.*

“A dream… it could not have been all a dream…” Lexie whispered to the darkness before her, totally and completely distraught.
Hua Cheng… he was so, so kind to her… and yet. Perhaps it was their own foolishness that deluded her thoughts. Xie Lian would always be better.
This thought brought tears to Lexie’s eyes. After all she had done? This is how he repaid her? Even if it had been a dream, she would make him pay.

"... maybe i should go out"
and as she follows her balls instincts, she heads out. she wasnt late to school or anything but she still has toast in her mouth cause why not. she runs like those shoujo anime girls then oh my god! truck kun! he hits lex and shes sent flying. her toast is somehow intact on the floor next to her though.
suddenly, a familiarly deep raspy and alpha wolf sounding voice could be heard getting out of thr truck.
"hey, mei mei, you alright?"
Hua cheng was there, offering lex a hand and gently slipping the toast back into her mouth. lex's jaw dropped adn the toast fell out again before huacheng shoved it back in and manually closed her mouth.
"it seems that youre alright."
hua cheng said getting back into his truck and driving off
lex fucking dies from a heart attack and i would too
