HWAFL but it's a crossover with Yuyu Hakusho

Summary:

Bc my bro succeeded in getting me into the fandom like, one or two weeks ago so yeah. 🤣

This is a collection of HCs and not a full fic, so just a small disclaimer.

Just got into the fandom, so pls excuse any character inaccuracies.

My HC on Yusuke's reactions when he first meets Krus:

  • "HOLY SHIT YOU'RE EVEN TALLER THAN RAIZEN." -What Yusuke says when he first meets Krus.
  • "I'm sorry, who?" -Krus' response.
  • "You know my fourth cousin too?" -Sarv randomly chiming in.
  • "Wait, Raizen has a cousin?" -Yusuke in shock.
  • PS: This is only canon to this AU.

Who I feel like some of the characters would get along the most with:

  • Krus and Kurama would probs get along the most due to their similar personalities and also (somewhat) alliteration + the both of them having white hair, lol.
  • Oleg and Yukina would def be fast friends due to them being small precious beans who must be protected at all costs and the both of them generally being pacifist, but sometimes becoming a bit vengeful.
  • Rsch, Selever, and maybe Jerry would probs get along with Yusuke the most due to their abrasive and rebellious attitudes.
  • Hiei and Ruv would probs bond over criminal related activities, tbh.
  • I also feel like Hiei and Stacy would get along to some extent too bc they both know what it feels to have a hard life and to have siblings you want to protect at all costs.
  • I feel like Selever and Kuwabara would get along bc of how hard-core they are, lmao.
  • Sarv, Tsarina, and Botan teach each other about the other's abilities and go out for boba tea on Saturdays bc I can.
  • Frank would probs hate everyone in Team Urameshi...and every character in Yuyu Hakusho.
  • Oleg and Jerry go on double dates with Yusuke and Keiko bc WHY NOT?

How I HC Team Urameshi would feel about Ol being an HSP:

  • I feel like Hiei would be the only one on the team who'd criticize Ol about it while everyone else would either just back off or try to comfort him.
  • Kurama would def give him a pat on the head and a rose bc this man is awesome. 👌

My HCs on who would beat who in a fight:

  • Krus could easily beat Yusuke, Kuwabara, and Hiei but would be on more equal ground with Kurama.
  • Rsch and Ruv could beat everyone, lmao.
  • Despite their pacifist beliefs that they strive to live by 90% of the time, Stacy and Oleg have never lost to anyone in Team Urameshi in a fight, lol.
  • Selever would easily get his ass beaten by Kurama but would be on more equal ground with Yusuke, Hiei, and Kuwabara.
  • Not even Kurama could win in a fight against Rasazy; one body slam from her and you're out. 🤣🤣🤣
  • Even if Tsarina uses her powers 90% of the time and rarely ever uses her fists, no one in Team Urameshi stands a chance against her, LMAO.
  • No one in Team Urameshi has ever lost to Frank, lol. 😆
  • No one in Team Urameshi has ever won against Butcher.

My HCs on how Team Urameshi would react if they found out about Krus' mental health issues:

  • Kurama: I am so sorry, Krusveto-san. If there's anything you need, please don't hesitate to tell us.
  • Hiei: ...What the hell is depression?
  • Yusuke and Kuwabara: THAT'S IT! I'M GONNA FIND THE BASTARD WHO MADE YOU DEPRESSED AND BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF 'EM! *cue Krus chasing them as they run to beat the shit out of everyone that have done Krus wrong*

Yusuke when he sees father-child bonding moments between either Krus and his children and/or Ruv and his children:

  • He loves seeing those moments because his father was never there so seeing other people with their fathers makes his heart swell with joy.

Chapter 2: Goofy aah bonus (Queer Bastard edition)

Summary:

Team Urameshi interactions with the Walker-Magee family and also Madness Saga characters even tho they ain't in HWAFL. Requested by Gojifan1962. :)

Chapter Text

The Walker-Magee family:

1. Patrick

  • He has a "surrogate older brother and younger brother" dynamic with Yusuke and Kuwabara.
  • He and Kurama aren't particularly close, but still chill with each other.
  • Hiei doesn't give a living shit about him and doesn't bother to interact with him. In turn, he does not acknowledge his existence.

2. Hillbilly

  • He's homies with Yusuke and Kuwabara.
  • He gets along with Kurama and likes him bc he reminds him of Krus.
  • The hate between him and Hiei is mutual, lmao.

3. Sarah

  • She's chill with everyone, though she and Hiei don't bother interacting with each other.

4. Marshall

  • He doesn't like them solely because they're chill with Stacy and Tsarina.

5. Marie

  • She's chill with everyone. Hiei doesn't interact with her tho.

6. Harold

  • Everyone hates him for all the shit he's done and how much of an asshole he is.
  • Kurama doesn't act on it (hurt Harold) or openly state it, but the hate is still there.
  • Everyone else on the team has punched him in the face at least once.

7. Kyong

  • They don't like her either, tho they do not plan on hurting her.

Madness Saga characters:

1. Joe

  • They all chill with each other bro.

2. Wilson

  • "KILL THIS BASTARD!" -Most of Team Urameshi
  • "I don't like you but I will not kill you unless you try to do it first." -Kurama

3. Tony

  • 100% chill all the way.

4. Lucas

  • Hiei is indifferent to him while everyone else feels bad for him for being discriminated and going through all this shit.

5. Others

  • It's either homies or enemies depending on who they are as persons. No in-betweens.
