Hawks slammed his hand against his bulletin board. He kicked at the recliner. He threw all of his red string and push-pins to the floor. He roared in anger.
“FUCK.” He swore, pulling at the push pin he had unfortunately gotten stuck in his hand. He had come this far. He couldn’t trip up now. But this put an extreme kink in his plans.

Almost as kinky as the real Hawks.
The small joke helped calm him down and gather his senses. He couldn’t leave these push pins everywhere. They were a serious hazard to his well-being. And he felt as though his durability was already waning.
Not good.
He carefully sent his feathers to track down every single last pin, before picking them up carefully. He readjusted his furniture, before re-adding all the broken pieces of toe-stub repellant (aka, the old pieces of pool-noodle he deemed soft enough to protect his feet) and fixing all possible tripping hazards.
It was hard work being a fragile clone. He thought, before beginning to carefully remove all of the old pieces of information, newspaper clippings, pictures, and drawings. He would have to re-do all of his research, after the League moved homes. More importantly, he would need to figure out how to effectively break into their mansion.
“..Gather all of the relevant information first. Get rid of all the useless stuff. Find the girl, bring her to Endeavor, and earn your place back in his heart. How perfect. Yes! Yes, yes, yes! Great plan. Now, first we have.”
He began to re-pin all of the information that was still relevant, making sure to keep all the pictures of the League, Yakuza, Meta Liberation Army, and Heroes. Twice was the most important, easiest way in… Dabi was a tough one. Hawks didn’t know how his relationship with himself had grown.
“Shigaraki hates me.. I’m pretty sure. Kurogiri and Compress are impervious, Toga enjoys me, Spinner… I’m pretty sure our relationship has soured since then.” He continues to tie the strings before pinning up more pictures. “Mustard.. Hates me. Yes, that’s right. The Yakuza are all enemies, meaning that if I had to interact with them.. Act with hate, right. Rappa seems to be the weakest link in there..”
“I have no information on the Meta Liberation Army. Useless leads…” He slams the pictures on the table. “Eri. Focus on… Eri.” He exhales. “Get my job back as a hero, convince them other Hawks is a fraud. Traitor.” He scoffs, before continuing to arrange his evidence.
After a few hours, he had finally sorted though it all. He had finished planning out his new, hopefully fool-proof backup plan.
“Alright. Watch, and wait for an opening. Twice, Rappa, or the little mouse man should do. Then go in and save Eri! She must be so terrified. She’ll have seen those monsters for what they really are. I can hammer out the dents later. Now, I’ll have to leave you alone for a bit, so I hope you’re okay with that.”
He smooches his bulletin board, holding it gently in his arms. “I’ll see you soon, mi amore.” He says before leaving his safehouse and flying back into the city.
