(Takes place in an alternate universe to the Canon Gotchard)
“Houtaro-san… when are we going for our next date???” Rinne wrapped her hands around Houtaro and pulled a sad kitty face to get him to agree. From afar, Supana watched the couple with a disapproving look.
“What a joke.” Spanner thought to himself before seeing Minato enter the academy.
“Is this your big shot alchemist here? Getting distracted so easily?” Spanner bombards Minato with these questions even the young couple could hear him. They get embarrassed and they leave. “Why him even?”
Minato watched as Rinne and Houtaro left and sighed. “You should be more open to it. Look if anything, them being together will help their chemistry, which could turn the tides against the sisters.” Minato grabbed Supana’s shoulder, “You should get yourself out there…”
“Huh, me?” Supana chuckled at the thought.
“You are always either here or at Kyoka’s lab, learn to get out more, it helps with your… mental well-being…”
“So you're saying something is wrong with me, Sensei?”
“No no no no, of course not. I am just suggesting, if you want to understand your junior alchemists here, you should… you know… maybe do regular people stuff.” Minato drags Supana outside much to his disagreement. “There, now go, get a drink or something.” Minato rushes back inside, leaving Supana in the middle of the alley.
“Hang out? Do people things? Get a drink? Ha. What a joke.” Instead, Supana decides to do the thing he really enjoys. Training. Supana leaves the alley and heads down to a nearby wooded area where he used to train before becoming an A-Rank Alchemist. It has been many years since he has been there but he’d rather do that than ‘regular people things’.
“Man, there are a lot more trees now…” Supana is making his way through the forest when suddenly.
“WHEEL! WHEELL!” Madwheel suddenly escapes from Supana’s pocket
“Madwheel? What's wrong with you?”
“WHEEEL!”
“Hate to admit that Gotchard would be useful right now,” Supana couldn’t understand what Madwheel was saying but he followed his card where he eventually saw a clearing. “Where are we Madw-” Supana shut himself up. In front of him, the sisters were there. Or more like the sister. It was just one of them… Lachesis. She was just standing still, her face hidden by her veil.
“Ehhh what is she doing here… its been weeks since the last attack… wait who is that?
Soon a tall man appeared behind her. He soon started shouting at her.
“LOOK AT ME YOU BITCH. IF YOU CANT EVEN MAKE A MALGAM USING THIS CARD, WHAT’S THE FUCKING POINT.” It was Geryon, the self-appointed master of the dark sisters.
He holds up what looks like to be a cosmic card.
Supana just observes as Lachesis appears to be getting punished.
Geryon speaks again, “Your sisters can create malgams more powerful than all of yours combined, WHAT IS THE FUCKING ISSUE.” He slaps Lachesis quite hard, making her fall over.
Supana is taken aback by this… he doesn't want to admit it but he actually feels bad for her…
“Huh… bad guys have bad parenting skills I guess” Before he can speak anymore, Geryon suddenly appears right in front of him.
“Oh look who we have here, someone left their toolbox unattended”
Supana jumps backwards barely dodging Geryon’s attack. “Hey I don’t know what you are up to but I swear to god, you better leave.”

MADWHEEL
GOKIN
Geryon laughs at him, “Look who is trying to be a little hero”. He lunges more attacks at Supana but gets deflected.
“Tekkou!”
VALVARAD! TUNE UP! MADWHEEL!
Supana, now as Valvarad, attacks Geryon. “I don’t care what you up to, just get out of my sight”
“Hahaha, I could say the same about you, Mr Alchemist”
The two of them exchange more punches and kicks. From afar, Lachesis watches the two battle it out. She wishes to help her master so she grabs a chemy card and attempts to summon a malgam. However, much to her dismay, she couldn’t do it and even worse, Geryon was watching.
“You are even more useless in battle. I should just get Clotho to handle the Malgam making”
Lachesis falls to the ground. She continues to watch as Valvarad and Geryon punch the living shit out of each other. At this point, Valvarad is getting annoyed and wishes to just shoo them away so he can be on his own.
SCRAP!
VALVARA BREAK!
Geryon narrowly dodges his finisher and he decides that he should make his leave. “‘sigh’ You alchemists really get on my fucking nerve.” He disappears into dust. As Supana, detransforms and enters the clearing, he notices Lachesis is still there, lying on the ground.
“Eh… did he just abandon her…” Supana aims his valvarusher at her to make sure she won’t try anything funny.
“...just kill me”
“What did you say?”
“JUST KILL ME YOU MUTT!”
“Fine. You asked for this.” Supana charges his Valvarusher when Madwheel suddenly stops him.
“Wheel! Wheel!”
“Ugh. Come on now. What do you want?”
“Wheel! WHEEL!”
“Alright. Alright fine.” Although, Supana had no clue on what Madwheel was talking about but it was clear, that it did not want Lachesis to be hurt. Which was weird considering her status towards the chemies.
“Why aren’t you doing it?” Lachesis still remained on the ground, not bothered to fight back, unlike her usual self. “Just do it already.” Her voice starts to break as she starts to shed a tear.
“Are you crying?”
“NO. I-*sob*- I am *sob* not”
“You quite clearly are, is this a joke?”
“Just shut up, leave me alone.” Lachesis sat up and sat with her hands and head on her knees. Usually, Supana would leave people being emotional as… he was very emotionally unavailable but something about this time, made it different. He didn’t wish to leave.
“What’s going on with you? Why are you crying?”
“Again. I am not- *sob* crying.” Lachesis still faced the ground as tears fell from her eyes.
Supana stood there but his mind was telling him to sit close to her… why? Was it compassion? Was it kindness? Or was it Madwheel constantly yelling in his ears?
“Wheel. Wheel.”
“Okay fine.” Supana went and got closer to her to the point where he felt safe and he sat down. Lachesis didn’t notice this and she jumped a little when she saw him so close.
“What do you want, you mutt.” Lachesis fought her tears but alas, she was still crying. “What- *sob* what do you want?”
“What’s wrong with you… why are you crying?” Supana tried to be respectful with his questions but Lachesis immediately retaliated.
“What’s wrong with you? Caring so much about- *sob* others.”
“Pfftttt. No? I’m just asking.” Supana tried to look away but he couldn’t stop looking at her. He was taken aback by how weak she was at that moment. Supana wasn’t one to have deep feelings for anyone else but Professor Kyoka but in the moment he felt that Lachesis… was
indifferent to the professor. “Hey… what’s going on?”
“Why should I tell you anything- *sob*”
“Well… I- I wanna help” Supana shut his mouth. He just blurted the words out without much thought.
“You? Wanna help…? Hahaha…” Lachesis laughter faded as her tears took over once again.
She while wanting her to be left alone, felt a comforting presence when Supana was there which she didn’t want to admit.
“What’s wrong?”
Lachesis hesitated for a bit before giving in… “My master… he is… *sob* he is… hurtful”
“Hurtful?” Supana didn’t really know what she meant by that.
“He always deg-degrades me no matter *sob* what I do. He- he… wounds me.” At that point, Lachesis pulls up her arm sleeve and under it shows many deep wounds, some with fresh blood still there. “He makes me do things… I don’t want to do… it hur-*sobs* hurts”
Supana can’t help but feel appalled by what Lachesis said… “Your master… that Geryon guy?”
Lachesis nods. Supana remembers the events that took place where Geryon scolded and slapped her.
“He… he is abusing you. HE IS ABUSING YOU! DO YOU SEE THAT?”
Lachesis looks a bit disturbed towards Supana’s outburst… “Well… if you put it like tha-”
“No. It doesn’t matter how you put… you know I can’t believe I am saying this but… you– you… don’t deserve that. Yes, you make malgams and try to destroy the human race but… you do your best at it… which again weird to say…” Supana questions his words. Did he really just comfort one of the dark sisters? What has gotten into him?
Lachesis wipes her tears and actually blushes at his outburst but she tries to hide it. When she speaks, her usual seductive voice is replaced by a normal voice, “You really just said that? Was- was that really your true words you mutt.” She giggles a bit but tries to hide it by shutting her mouth.
Supana noticed the giggling, “What did I say? Did I make a joke or something?”
“No.. no, it is just that… no one has ever said that to me before…” Lachesis keeps finding herself blushing over one thing that Supana said.
“Huh? Said what?” Suddenly Madwheel appeared out of Supana’s pocket again.”Eh what are you doing, go back in?”
“Wheel” Madwheel escapes from his card and slowly pushes against Supana making him go closer to Lachesis.
Supana doesn't notice this and merely thinks that Madwheel is being stupid again, “Hey what are you doi-”
“Eh”... “eh?”
Then Supana and Lachesis are sitting next to each other and as they both get shocked from hitting each other, Madwheel quickly hides in its card.
“What are you doing?” Lachesis seemed shocked but didn’t push him away.
Supana sweats nervously but regains his composure. “Nothing, it's my damn chemy”
“Chemies are interesting things, aren’t they…”
“Well, aren’t you always trying to… you know, kill them…”
“Well… about that. I don’t try to kill them. Believe me. I really don’t.” Lachesis pulls out a chemy card, JungleJan. “I found this weeks ago and i have done my best to hide it from my other sisters and Master Geryon too.”
Supana nods but he quickly breaks the calm moment. “Hey… are you happy where you are now?”
“Hmmm? What do you- mean?”
“Are you happy being part of this whole dark sister act?”
“Since when would you care, you mutt.”
“I-I… I do care.” Supana once again just blurted more words out. Why was he saying this?
“You-you do?”
Supana couldn’t help but grin as she asked him that to which he quickly covered his mouth.
“I- saw that. Well, to be completely honest with you, I feel very cast away. I try to impress Master Geryon but he keeps degrading me and… my sisters.” Lachesis starts to sob again as she talks about her sisters. Supana wants to reach out for her shoulder to comfort her but he stops himself. Lachesis continues, “Well- *sob* I wanted to give her, Clotho, this chemy b-ut *sobs* she told me to get lost… I-I don’t know why she is being so mean.”
Supana was holding himself back but deep down he felt… pity… for her. He didn’t want to admit it but… he was enjoying the time he was having here. But seeing Lachesis cry made him feel weak… was this some sort of trick? As he saw her bawl more tears out, he couldn’t bear it anymore. He reached out and grabbed her shoulder which brought them closer.
“Wha-*sobs* what are you doing?” Lachesis attempted to keep herself together in between sobs.
“You.. you-... you deserve better than this…” Lachesis was taken aback by what Supana said… she wiped the tears off her face as she processed his words.
“Me? Deserve better?”
“Well yea… I know how it feels to be… degraded and hurt” Supana used to receive the same treatment at the alchemist academy before becoming an A-rank alchemist but due to memory wiping he can’t remember those moments but he shows Lachesis, scars he has around his body, scars like hers.
“I-I don’t know how I got these sc-scars but see… no matter how we do our jobs, no one deserves this.”
The sun has begun to set as the two are sat next to each other. They have completely lost any feelings of hatred towards each other at that point as Supana has his arm wrapped around Lachesis. They have reached a mutual understanding over a common experience… both of them occasionally exchange eye contact, wanting to say something but too scared to say it. Supana keeps his hand on Lachesis and he thinks, “Why am I not letting go?”
Soon Lachesis speaks up… “Truthfully… I don’t want to do this anymore… I want to help chemies…” Lachesis finds herself leaning onto Supana as she says that… she doesn't notice it at first but when she does she finds herself not wanting to move from… his warmth. Her cheeks get red as she thinks about it. “His warmth is so… embracing… oh my… is this what… humans call… ‘falling for someone’?” Unknowingly, Lachesis said that out loud. Right in front of Supana.
“Wha-what was that?”
“What was what?” Lachesis shut her mouth immediately realising what she said.
“No no… you said something…”
“I didn’t say an-anyth-” Lachesis looks down defeated… she has to tell the truth now.”I heard about a feeling called ‘falling for someone’”
“That isn’t a feeling… it's an action… are you talking about love?”
“Well, yeah that, love. It's just I am… feeling that feeling now, love. And… it's for you.”
“Me?”
“Yea you, you mutt. I don’t know why… but I feel a certain warmth from you…like, I don’t want to leave you now…” Lachesis slowly moves her hand towards Supana’s until they both hold each other, they were just bitter enemies but now… they both feel like they found their spark.
They turn their heads at each other, finally maintaining prolonged eye contact…
“Lachesis…”
“Su-Supana…”
The tension kept rising. The air stood still. Their breaths grew heavier. Their faces got closer.
In their heads, their thoughts went crazy.
Lachesis: What is he doing… what am I doing? Oh my god, is he? Am I? Are we?
Supana: Is this… wow… with her? Okay. okay.
Then the world stopped. Supana opened his eyes to see him and Lachesis kissing. Their lips had collided and they were now both in their own world. They weren’t fighting back. They just embraced it. Lachesis blushed as she realised… she had found the one. Supana now finally learned what loving someone is like. The new bond held onto their embrace as the sunset.
