” Len! Do you want to do a show together? Please, please!” Emu exclaims, flapping her arms in excitement.
“Hmm, my mood is a little down today, so I don’t see why not! Where is everyone else though?” Len asks, a little confused as to why he hasn’t seen the wonderlands x showtime group coming to the Sekai as often.
“Well… Nene umm, you know that fear of people” Emu starts, trying to remember the difficult word.
“Social anxiety?” Len responds, unsure if it’s right or not.
“Yeah, that’s right! He told me that his social an… umm that word, has gotten worse and Nene’s been gone more often lately” Emu says, her voice sounding sad.
“That’s no good, I’ll see if Rin can check up on Nene a little more often. But what about the others?” Len asks, he’s worried about Nene, but tries not to show it, to try keeping Emu’s mood up.
“Tsukasa’s sister, Saki, is in the hospital again. I think her health is getting worse and he’s with her almost all the time. He doesn’t really have time to come here as often as he used to” Emu frowns but she reminds herself in her head that everything will get better.
“That’s alright though, when Saki feels better again, he’ll come here a lot! Now, about Rui, I’m not sure, I think he’s just been feeling a little down lately, he doesn’t seem to want to do shows as much as he used to. It’s probably the weather that’s making him feel this way, even though winter is so pretty!” Emu says, trying her best to keep a smile on her face.
Deep down she knows it hurts but she doesn’t like pain, so bottling it all up is her best option.
The smile she’s struggling to show isn’t enough to fool Len, yet he stays quiet.
“Alright Emu, you want to do that show now? You don’t have to talk about that anymore” Len says, in hopes of getting Emu to focus on something else.
“Yes please!” Emu says, she’d rather not talk about her group slowly falling apart.
Emu and Len sing for a while, they seem happy, well, Len is happy, Emu? Maybe.
