Isagi considers himself fortunate to have been born Beta, as it eliminates the need for a day off during a rut or heat. Although Alphas have stronger bodies, they still require at least three days to recover from ruts even with medical support. The thought of being unable to train for three days or longer fills Isagi with dread.
The same sentiment can also be applied to omega. Like alphas, omegas have a stronger body since they can carry a child. They tend to have more endurance than alphas. However, they might experience heat, which can make them unable to perform activities for several days.
So yeah, Isagi is satisfied with being a beta.

Blue Lock has many alphas. Team Z consists of four alphas: Chigiri, Bachira, Kunigami, and Gagamaru. If Kira remains, there will be five alphas. Poor guy. In addition, there are Nagi, Reo, Rin, and many others.
Isagi was surprised to meet so many alphas in one place, but it's understandable since many of them were inspired to be top strikers.
Most Bastard München members are Alpha. Of course, the shitty emperor is an alpha and he is also really clinging.
Isagi was drying himself after a shower when Kaiser threw an arm around his shoulders and nuzzled his head, murmuring "Yoichi~".
"Get off of me!" Isagi attempted to get away from Kaiser, but he was too heavy for him.
"Why are you being so hostile?" Kaiser laughed as he freed Isagi.
Before Isagi could argue, Kaiser had already proceeded to the exit and waved his hand. Isagi could only scream inside.
After putting on his clothing, Isagi returned to his room, where his two alpha roommates, Hiori and Yukimiya, pinched their noses and looked at him.
“Is there something wrong?” Isagi appeared puzzled. He just took a bath, so there’s no way he smells bad.
"Isagi, did you use rose perfume?" Yukimiya asked directly.
"I'm not wearing any perfume, let alone rose perfume," Isagi replied, puzzled.
Kurona a beta, approached Isagi and sniffed him closely. "He doesn't smell like a rose, rose."
Hiori and Yukimiya exchanged knowing glances.
Hiori searched through a small cupboard and found a bottle. He went behind Isagi and sprayed him, causing him to yelp. "What was that?" he asked, feeling a sudden cold sensation on his skin.
"It's a refreshing body spray that helps you relax and sleep better. I recommend using it before going to bed," Hiori answered with a smile.
Isagi, being the good boy he is, trusted Hiori and didn't notice Yukimiya trying to hold back his laughter in the corner.

The following day, they attended a mixed training session with Bastard München. Kaiser appeared visibly upset as if he was extremely angry. He continued to stare at Isagi, as though he had been insulted. Although Kaiser's intense gaze was a common occurrence for Isagi, this time, it sent shivers down his spine.
After the training session ended, Kaiser left immediately. Isagi and his friends stayed behind to practice and discuss further. The rest of the day proceeded as usual.
Isagi said goodbye to his friends and went to take a bath. The warm water and the sound of the shower helped him relax, and because of that he didn't notice someone entering the bathroom. When he stepped out of the cubicle, he sensed someone creeping up behind him.
Before he could react, he felt something wet licking his neck from behind.
"Kaiser!!" Isagi screamed when he saw Kaiser looming over him.
"I can't believe you dare to use a scent blocker," Kaiser whispered in Isagi's ear, his voice deep and low.
Isagi shuddered when he heard the whisper.
Then Kaiser bites him.
The bite didn't leave a mark on his skin but still hurt nonetheless. After that Kaiser left Isagi alone, leaving Isagi stunned and wondering about what had just happened.
When Isagi comes back from taking a bath, he notices that his two alpha roommates are covering their noses. Hiori immediately starts spraying Isagi as if he's a mosquito, without giving him a chance to ask any questions.
Isagi hears Hiori mumble, "Why is the smell stronger?"
Hiori asked Isagi, "Did anything unusual happen today or yesterday?"
After some thought, Isagi said, "Nothing unusual happened except that the shitty emperor....leaned too close to me." The blush on Isagi's cheeks indicates something more is happening.
Hiori stopped spraying, and Yukimiya began to cough. Kurona went to get him some water, startled by the coughing.
The room fell silent after that.
Hiori was giving him a pitying look, while Isagi was becoming more and more confused.

Isagi recently noticed that some people avoid him or stare at him oddly. He watched Noa look at him, then at Kaiser, and then back at him, and sighed and shook his head. It's unusual, but because no one has mentioned it, Isagi decides not to think about it anymore.
When Isagi received a surprise visit from his former teammate, Chigiri and Bachira, they both halted in their tracks as they approached him.
"I didn't know you liked the smell of roses so much," Chigiri said, finding Isagi's fondness for the fragrance amusing.
"What are you talking about? I don't even use perfume," Isagi replied, perplexed as to why his friends were accusing him of wearing it.
"Hmm..." Chigiri paused for a moment before whispering something to Bachira. Isagi could sense that the two were up to no good, as they both wore devious smirks.
Bachira beamed widely before leaping to hug Isagi and rubbing himself against him, with Chigiri doing the same. Both of them nuzzled their heads around Isagi's head and neck.
Isagi initially struggled to break free from the hugs, but eventually gave up and allowed his friends to continue their antics.
Kunigami entered the room but left immediately upon seeing the commotion.

While strolling down the hallway, Isagi heard someone hissing his name. As he turned around, he saw Kaiser charging toward him and saying, "Yoichi. How dare you let other people touch you?"
Kaiser shoved Isagi against the wall and started kissing and sucking his neck, leaving a trail of reddish marks. Isagi tried to stop him, but Kaiser wouldn't budge. When Kaiser sucked a certain spot of his neck, Isagi let out a loud moan.
And they both froze as a result.
Isagi pushed Kaiser away and asked, "What's wrong with you?"
Kaiser stared silently before walking away, leaving Isagi confused.
Later that night, Hiori sprayed him again like a mosquito, and no one mentioned anything when they noticed peculiar reddish marks on Isagi's neck.

During a break after a training session, Isagi suddenly spoke out of the blue, "Kaiser is behaving strangely lately."
Hiori responded calmly, "Is that so?" implying that he was not surprised by this statement.
Later, Isagi confided in Hiori that Kaiser had been acting peculiarly for a few days, like stroking the back of Isagi's neck with his cheek, which made Isagi uneasy. Initially, Isagi thought Kaiser was just trying to annoy him, but the latest gesture seemed to be more... sexual.
Hiori took a sip of his drink but then spat it out suddenly. After clearing his throat, he started to explain.
"You see, alpha and omega individuals tend to scent their mate with pheromones. It's like a way of claiming that their mate belongs to them."
"What do you mean?" asked Isagi.
"Yesterday, Kaiser was probably mad because he detected a different scent on you besides his own."
"You mean the rose scent that other people have told me about?"
"That's probably Kaiser's pheromone," said Hiori.
Isagi was lost in thought, trying to process the information he just received.
"But I'm a beta?" he asked.
"It doesn't matter since it's probably a declaration to others alpha or omega that you belong to him," Hiori replied.
Now, it made sense why the members of Bastard München were avoiding him, especially Ness, who seemed to be on the verge of hysteria.
"Wait, so the spray you've been using on me is a scent blocker? I notice you and Yukimiya are distracted by the smell." Isagi asked, curiously.
"Yep," Hiori replied.
"So it doesn't have the relaxing and sleep-improving effects then." Isagi is a bit disappointed.
"Well, that scent blocker definitely helped me and Yukimiya relax and sleep better. Kaiser's pheromones reek on you," Hiori explained.
He felt himself blushing. "A-ah, sorry about that," he apologized.
After saying his goodbyes to Hiori, Isagi left the training area in search of Kaiser. But there was something Hiori forgot to explain. Scenting is a behavior that emerges when the alpha approaches a rut.
Hopefully, nothing bad would happen.

Isagi found Kaiser practicing alone in another room. Just as he was going to call out to Kaiser, a ball went past him, striking the wall and then bouncing off the ground.
"What do you want, Yoichi?" Kaiser seemed annoyed.
Isagi looked at Kaiser silently before speaking, his mind filled with questions. Finally, he blurts out the question he's most curious about, "Do you like me?"
"What?" Kaiser asked, looking perplexed.
Then there was silence.
Isagi soon realized the awkwardness and tried to think of a way to break the silence. However, he didn't notice Kaiser slowly walking towards him.
"Yoichi... Yoichi..." Kaiser murmured like he was chanting.
Isagi looked up and saw Kaiser looking dazed. His eyes resemble those of a predator. Isagi felt a shiver down his spine and wanted to run, but he couldn't move. Kaiser slowly leaned his head onto Isagi's shoulder.
Isagi could feel Kaiser's warm breath on his neck.
Isagi's mind is going crazy. He anticipated Kaiser to insult him or deny it. But here they are, face to face, without personal space, while Kaiser nuzzles him.
Isagi finds himself in a difficult situation and regrets not knowing more about alpha behaviors. He is unsure of what happened and what to do.
After about a minute, Kaiser appears to regain his senses and attempts to walk away from Isagi. However, Isagi intervenes by grasping Kaiser's hand and asking him to wait.
"Let go of me, or you're going to regret it," Kaiser hisses.
When Isagi confronts Kaiser, he resolves to respond by biting back, "What can you even do?"
"I'm going to devour you."
Isagi believes it's just their usual banter.
"Making you scream my name, fucking you until you come over and over again."
Hold on, the situation has swiftly escalated and is now becoming inappropriate.
"I will mark your body, every inch of it until you smell exactly like me. Filling you with my cum till you become pregnant with our child."
Isagi made an incoherent sound. He didn't expect that kind of response. His face was probably as colorful as Chigiri's hair. Isagi loosened his grip on Kaiser's hand, but Kaiser quickly recaptured it.
"Yoichi... I already told you... there's no turn back."
Isagi cried out in protest, but it subsided as Kaiser kissed him.
Later that night, Isagi does not return to his room, thus allowing Hiori and Yukimiya to sleep soundly.
