Uzi felt a foreboding sense of terror inside of her.
She didn't feel safe.
She felt... scared. She didn't wanna be alone.
It felt so hard to power down into sleep mode.
A thought emerged from her mind though.
"What if I.. sleep with N?"
She then tried to shrugg it off. "No! We aren't even that close!"
But she still couldn't drift to powering down.
She was on too high alert. "How would I even get to N at this time anyway.."
She kept thinking, thinking, and thinking.
But, she just felt too uneasy.
She burst out of her room, and then ran to the door gate things.
She opened the door, and went outside into the frig wasteland.
Uzi walked through the snow an the cold. "Why am I even doing this.. Its not like were.."
She brushed away that thought.
And so, Uzi kept walking, and walking.
She reached the space pod thingy, and entered it.
N was in sleep mode, so she thought of what to do.
She could wake him up, but that would be rude. (she defo wouldve done this to everyone else except N)
She could...
Snuggle with him while hes asleep...
No! And besides, hes on a chair, that'd be hard.
Uzi stood there just thinking, while N,hearing the noise from Uzi entering the pod, started to wake up.
"Uzi?"
Her core skipped a beat.
"Oh- Uh.. N! What's uhh.. Hows it going?" Uzi barely muttered out her words.
N felt confused. "Uzi, why are you here?" N tried to inquire. "But hey! Its always good to see you!"
Uzi tried to blurt out an answer. "Well- I- I.." It was hard for her to admit her reason.
N stared at Uzi with a confused, yet gleeful expression.
While Uzi had a somewhat flustered expression.
Uzi finally built up the courage to tell him the truth.
"Its.. I couldn't sleep.." Uzi visibly blushed realizing she sounded like a child who had a nightmare.
"Oh, well, what took you so long to say that!" N embraced Uzi into a hug.
Uzi tried to protest, but she felt so warm, so comfortable..
"N!" Uzi tried to scream in protest. (she really enjoys this ongod)
"Oh, sorry!" N stipped hugging her, but she didn't dislike being hugged.
"I didn't say to stop.." Uzi whispered out, N heard this though. "Oh, then!" N hugged her again.
N sat on tne chair, placing Uzi on his lap. "Uzi, where do you think.. you can.. sleep here?"
Uzi didn't think of that.
"Well.. uhh.. I can sleep on your lap!" (dang bro thats uhhh relantionship goals fr fr)
Both Uzi and N blushed because of just came out of Uzi's mouth.
N spoke to stop the awkward tension.
"Oh- uhh.. Well, your not wrong! Get yourself comfortable, I'll give you as much space as you need!"
Uzi remained clinging to N's chest. "I still feel.. cold." Uzi whispered out.
In response to this, N got his wings out and wrapped them around Uzi.
They both felt as comfortable as they could be.
Soon enough, they fell asleep cradled in their arms.
