Vittorio and Raffaello are twins born out of wedlock. They were born bastards due to Achlys and Daemon not being married so originally their last names were Waters. They were legitimized at the age of 4, so they became Vittorio and Raffaello Targaryen. Vittorio is the oldest of the two twins. They were named after Viserys and Rhaenys. No one who the real father is besides Viserys, Daemon, Rhaenyra and Rhaenys.
Daario, Eirlys, Elio & Eliseo Targaryen (had at the 5 and 20)
Eirlys is the only girl of the quadruplets. Khal Thiago is the father of the quadruplets. The Quadruplets don't have last names due to their father being in the Dothraki but they are Targaryens due to Achlys being their mother.
Luciano & Emilio Targaryen (had at the age 8 and 30)
Twin boys. Khal Thiago is the father of the twin boys. The twins don't have last names due to their father being in the Dothraki but they are Targaryens due to Achlys being their mother. Khal Thiago, the father. Died 6 years after the twins were born, in a war with an opposing Khalasar.
Achlys is also the adoptive mother of Bastards from all over Westeros, hence where she earned her name. Since she had adopted so many children, teens, and some adults, she created a "small" kingdom on an unknown island/land, not known by many people. Achlys also adopts orphans, children whores or children that need help due to their parents not being able to provide for them.

They have silver/white hair with light purple eyes just like Eirlys's picture below. Some of their dark hair shows. Daario is the oldest. All the boys are identical but semi wear different colors to differentiate themselves from one another. Daario wears red gold bands to tie his hair, Elio uses blue, and Eliseo uses green. Daario is single, Elio is dating a young woman named Amara, and Eliseo is married to a young woman, 5 years older than him, named Kalila.
Eirlys Targaryen
6 and 20 years old (26)
They have silver/white hair with light purple eyes just like Eirlys's picture below. Some of their dark hair shows. Eirlys is only girl from the quadruplets and wears silver to differentiate herself from her brothers despite being a different gender and being able to tell apart unlike the others.
Under her father's order, but as well under her own consent and wish, she married her lover, Mario, who was one of her father's Ko's in his Khalasar, at the age of 16. They currently have a 9 year old son and daughter, Adelio & Valouria Targaryen (twins). *their pictures will be shown when they appear in the story*.

They have silver/white hair with light purple eyes just like Eirlys's picture above. Some of their dark hair shows. Luciano is the oldest of the two. The twins are identical but semi wear different colors to differentiate themselves from one another. Luciano wears white bands and Emilio wears orange bands when they tie their hair into braids. Luciano and Emilio are currently single. Their father died when they were only six years old and stayed with their sister, Eirlys, when Achlys left back to Westeros (King's Landing), since Achlys thought that they were too young and thought that if they moved, they would forget the Dothraki way.
Alexandra "Xandra" Targaryen

They have silver/white hair with dark purple eyes.
Xandra is the oldest twin of the two.
Xandra is the daughter of Aegon II Targaryen.
Xandra was legitimized when she was a few months, since Aegon and her had the twins out of wedlock. No one knows who is the father besides Aegon, Aemond, Viserys, Daemon, Rhaenys, and her children. Xandra understands to not call Aegon "father" or "daddy" in public but in private, when no one is listening for the most part.
Alexander "Alec" Targaryen

They have silver/white hair with dark purple eyes.
Alec is the youngest twin of the two.
Alec is the son of Aegon II Targaryen.
