The icy-cold wind blew through out Blackrock freezing Subspace to his core. Usually he
Could deal with these sub-zero conditions, but today was diffrent, It was too cold, a word that wasn't in any Black rock citizens Vocabulary, but yet even it couldn't describe the sheer coldness of this unforgiving weather. Subspace quicken his pace to avoid potential hypothermia.
Once he arrived home, he practically collapsed on the flood. Tiredness gnawing and biting at him like a pack of rabid dogs. Every part of him ached with tiredness ,sadness, pain regret.
Regret for it all. Regret with every horrible action, He'd knew he’d die alone, nobody at his side as he left this world. He’d always push these thoughts to the back of his conscious, just like emotions, just as he was taught.
He’d blame everyone for this, the reason why he was so horrible. He’d never admit this aloud but in the back of his mind he knew for a fact the he, Subspace, the Incarnation Of Chaos itself, was to blame for all his problems. He never had to be an arsehole to everyone. He never had to be verbally and physically violent towards Medkit. He never had to take the lives and cause permanent damage and trauma to those test subjects. He never had to do any of this but yet, he chose to. Chose to do it all, He chose this path all for himself and now he was going to pay the price for it.
He’d wish he hadn’t gone down this path, sure he’d be in the textbooks but at what cost? He could have contributed to selfless causes, but yet he put his own selfishness before anyone else. He’s subjected himself to a painful, cold and cruel death by practically rotting alive. Subspace wondered if it was all worth it in the end. He’d die friendless and alone, he knew that for a fact, hell even Hyperlazer out of all demons had someone. But him? He had nobody.
Seconds turned to minutes and minutes turned to hours. Time had slipped through his hands yet again. Subspace could hear nothing but the sounds of the night. Chilling winds cool the already frozen snowy terrain. Some animals could be heard in the distance. Subspace sighed, he stopped listening to the tranquility of the night and curled back into a broken mess on the floor.
He made a silent prayer to the gods that he hoped to die tonight, but it’s unlikely they heard him or care enough to answer it. It’s not like he deserves for it to become reality. A thought popped up in his mind, whispering to him, “Isn’t this what you wanted, Subspace?” …”SHUT UP!” he yelled out. He can’t control his hatred any longer. After laying on the floor for a few minutes silently, he sighed and closed his eyes *hopefully* for the last time. Maybe tomorrow [if he even makes it through tonight] will be more sparring towards him.
