“Never do that to me again, Klara.“ That was the sentence I woke up to. I opened my eyes and looked for the speaker, just to see a shadow standing in the middle of my room. I lay back.
“Tayane it‘s night, and I had a really exhausting mission, so…could I just get some sleep at least?“
“Not without me, after what happened at marocco.“ I sighed at that.
“Who told you?“ I asked her, while she crawled at my bed. She wrapped her hands around me and hugged me from behind. “Phoenix.“ She murmured in my neck. I snorted. “Blödmann.I think I’m going to have a talk with him.“(Stupid Idiot) “Why? Shouldn’t I care about you, amore?“ (love) Raze asked and I turned around to face her. “I…I just didn’t want to make you worry.“
Raze smiled sheepishly. “I have a few ideas how you could make it up.“ “Not tonight.“ I told her. “I’m really tired.“ She chuckled. “Okay.“ Her head rests on my shoulder and I can feel her body relax. I closed my eyes and soon after her I fell asleep again.
The next morning I woke up to a loud bang. “ Shit, Tayane, are you okay?“ “Yeah, I’m fine. Your bed is to small, next time we cuddle in my room.“ She hold her right elbow, and I quirked an eyebrow at that. “Are you sure you’re okay, we could go to Sage.“ She rolled her eyes. “Maybe a quick visit.“ She murmured than. I smiled. “Super! Than let’s get ready.“ (Great) Raze looked at me. “Can I get some of you’re clothes?“ She smiled innocent and I laughed a bit at her cute face, before searching in my wardrobe for some clothes for me and her.
“There.“ I gave her one of my hoodies and a leggings and went to the bath to change. When I finished changing, I walked out and saw Raze, still missing a shirt. I snuck behind her and hugged her.
“Hey, I‘m not finished yet.“
“I don’t care.“ I murmured.
She wiggled out of my grip and pulled my hoodie on. When she saw the disappointed look on my face, she showed a little grin. “Don‘t worry, we‘ll have enough time for each other.“
Together we went to eat breakfast. “Remember, we’re just friends.“ I reminded her, to what she just rolled her eyes, but nodded. “Yeah, fine.“ I smiled and gave her one last peck on the lips, before we entered the room.
“Morning.“
An exhausted Sage rushed by, followed by Viper, who didn’t looked as tired as the healer, but also like she was up the whole night.
“Uh, Sage could you…“ But Sage didn’t hear me, she was already too far away.
Raze shrugged. “We can go to Skye. I mean even if her heeling isn‘t like that good, she has a healing.“ I nodded. “Okay, fine. But, first I need something to eat.“
After a fast breakfast, I dragged Raze to the medical, where not only Sage and Viper, but also Skye their offices had. I knocked on Skyes door. “Skye are you there?“ “I am, you can come in.“ Skye answered. I opened the door and we stepped in.
“How can I help ya, mate?“
“Raze fell…“ I looked for an plausible excuse, but luckily Raze continued my sentence. “I fell down the stairs, and hit my elbow.“ Skye quirked an eyebrow at the lame excuse, but she didn’t asked any further. “Come here.“ She ordered Raze, who quickly rushed to her, for the other woman to examine her elbow. “It‘s just sprained.“ She healed it and than shot her a look.
“Next time be more careful with…stairs.“
Raze looked a bit embarrassed, so I had to hold my laugh back and Raze just shot me a short look. I giggled quietly and Raze dragged me out of Skyes office, away from Skyes curious looks.
“Don‘t be like that.“
She said to me and I had to dodge her elbow. I still laughed.
‘I‘m sorry, but it was good that we went to Skye, right?“
“…Yeah, you were right, thank you.“
She scoffed and rolled her eyes. I gave her a little pat on the shoulder, which made her turn around to face me.
“Don‘t do that again, you would regret it.“
She chuckled and the next thing I new, is that she pinned me to the wall.
“T-tayane, not he-“
But she didn‘t listened and shut me up with a kiss. When she took a step back, she left me flustered.
“Y‘know, you always look cute when you‘re embarassed.“
I tried to look away from her, but she grabbed my chin and made me look at her. In fact, she didn’t look at me either. She had a light apologetic look at her face, which made me wondering, what was up.
“Is everything okay? Tayane?“
“Sorry.“ was her answer.
My eyebrows furrowed. “For what?“
“That I kissed you here. Outside.“ she murmured.
I offered her a little grin. “Here is no one. We just have to be careful.“ I moved my hands to cover her cheeks with them and gave her a quick kiss. “Okay?“ She nods and grins back at me. She took my left hand and intertwined it with her right one and together we went back.
“You have a mission tomorrow, right? Maybe you want to come to me this evening and we watch a movie.“ She gave me a short look. “I think it‘s better if we go to my room. Or else I‘ll fall out of you‘re bed again.“ “You’re just moving too much when you’re asleep.“ I let out a short giggle and Raze looked at me from the side. “Oh be quiet.”
She rolled her eyes, and let go off my hand when we entered the shooting Range. “See you later?” She asked and I nodded and replied: “Natürlich.” (Of course) She smiled and whispered: “Te amo.” (I love you). And with that, she went to the already shooting Sova, grabbed a Vandal and also started firing at the bots.
