Spring Princess

Summary:

While out in the flower fields, spring goddess Uzilia finds an intriguing black flower that she’s never seen before. Upon touching it, a chariot drawn by an intimidating woman bursts forth, taking her back down.

Notes:

I got SIX shots today, so I sent my friend the Needle Pit video to explain how it felt.

Oh, right, I need to talk about this new story. Okay, so, the idea is that this is similar to Persephone and Hades but written by me. If the tags don’t explain some of this, then I dunno what to say.

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

“This is a bad idea,” he says, frowning and crossing his arms.

“It’ll be fine!” she says, giggling and playing with her hair.

“He’ll have my head if I even try,” he mutters. “I can’t do it.”

“Uh, so annoying,” she mutters. “You can do it!”

  “Velina, no.”

  “Narsie, yes.”

  “No.”

  “Yes.”

He groans and covers his face.

She smirks and sticks her tongue out.

  “If this goes wrong-“

  “When this goes right-“

  “I’ll punish you.”

  “You’ll have fun.”

He sighs and pats his leg, then rests an arm on his throne.

She giggles and kneels down, placing her head on his lap.

  He scratches between her ears.

Her tail swings in lazy circles.

  “This is a bad idea.”

  “This is a great idea.”

“You’re insane,” he says, closes his eyes.

“You love me,” she murmurs, cuddling against his hand.
