୨୧

When Enhypen parted ways after their contract expired, it's 2027 and they've disbanded. Riki, was around 21 or 22, barely into adulthood.

The Enhypen crew gradually grew apart, but not for long.

Everyone stayed tight-knit, well, everyone except Riki.

Not that Riki was rude or impolite; he was just incredibly independent.

So, while the rest of the gang hung out at their place,

Jungwon stumbled upon a post that caught his eye.

"Oh my god..."

Jungwon exclaimed, his gaze fixed on his phone, piquing the others' curiosity.

"What's up?"

Jake inquired, taking a seat beside Jungwon, with the others following suit.

Jungwon shoved his phone in Jake's face.

"Why are you showing me a picture of 16-year-old Ni-ki?" Jake questioned, while the other members peered at Jungwon's phone.

"Why's his hair strawberry blonde?" Heeseung inquired, squinting at the screen.

Strawberry blonde?

"Why are you showing us this?" Jay inquired, snatching Jungwon's phone.

Sunghoon and Sunoo glanced at the phone, exchanging confused looks.

"Scroll up on the post," Jungwon instructed, fixing his gaze on the members.

"Eh? Why?" Heeseung questioned. Jungwon let out a sigh.

"Because that's not 16-year-old Ni-ki," Jungwon muttered, and Jay complied, scrolling up the post.

The picture was posted from an Instagram account.

The username: Nishimura.nk

It was Ni-ki's account.

The post was made almost 2 weeks ago.

Now, Enhypen had almost disbanded over 5 years ago.

Back in 2027, now it was 2032.

Almost 5 years had passed. They hadn't talked to Ni-ki in so long.

"T-That's Riki?" Sunghoon muttered, pointing at the picture on the phone.

Jungwon nodded.

"Yeah..." Jungwon muttered. Sunoo reached for the phone.

"He looks younger...how...how old is he now?" Sunoo inquired softly.

"27."

"What?" Jay exclaimed in shock, while Heeseung sighed.

"Calculate the years, Jay. It's been 5 years," Heeseung explained.

"Riki's 27?" Jake mumbled, covering his mouth.

It was shocking to say the least.

Riki debuted when he was 14 turning 15.

They couldn't comprehend Riki being over 20 years old.

"I mean... Heeseung is 31," Jake added.

"I-I can't believe him being that age," Sunoo whispered to himself, and the others nodded.

"He looks younger than 27?" Jungwon remarked, staring at the photo.

"Yeah... he looks like he's 16," Sunghoon nodded.

"When's the last time we all talked to him?" Sunoo asked, prompting them all to pause and reflect.

It had been a long time.

They had really lost touch.

"I talked to him on his birthday... but that was almost 11 months ago," Sunghoon recalled, covering his face with his hands.

"We need to talk to him again," Heeseung asserted as he sank into the couch.

"When was the last time we even met up with him?" Jay questioned, and they all pondered...

5 years.

That's how long it had been.

"5 years..." Jake murmured, and they exchanged glances.

They all felt a pang in their hearts.

They missed their maknae...

Something all the members knew deep down was that they shared a special bond with Riki.

He was sweet, caring, and affectionate.

Though he kept to himself sometimes, his gorgeous face and warm heart endeared him to them all.

They all liked Riki... well, actually, forget that.

They loved Nishimura Riki.

And God, they didn't just miss their maknae.

They missed their somewhat...

Lover...?

The exact post they saw of Riki was a picture of him with his sisters, Konon & Sola.

They were posing for a photo at a flower shop.

"What does Riki do for work right now?" Jay inquired as he settled onto the couch.

Sunoo immediately grabbed his phone and started typing on it.

"What are you doing?" Jake asked, leaning in to see Sunoo's screen.

"He's gonna find out where Riki works..." Jungwon chuckled, observing them.

"How is he going to do that...?" Heeseung wondered, to which Jungwon laughed.

"Riki taught him... I have no clue," Jungwon replied with a shrug.

"Found it!!"

Sunoo exclaimed in excitement. The rest of the members rushed over to see what Sunoo had discovered.

"Riki works as a teacher," Heeseung announced as Sunoo pulled up a picture of Riki's Instagram and Facebook account.

They didn't want to know how he found his Facebook account...

"That's surprising," Jake chuckled as he examined the phone.

"He still works at his parents' dance studio," Sunghoon confirmed, and the rest of them smiled.

"That's expected," Jungwon added with a chuckle.

"Riki does love dancing," Sunoo remarked, and the others nodded in agreement.

"I didn't think he'd be a preschool teacher," Heeseung chuckled softly as he settled onto the couch.

Riki being with kids seemed like a cute interaction.

Considering Riki himself acted like a kid sometimes.

୨୧

Riki, now known as Mr. Nishimura, was busy in his preschool classroom.

"Mr. Nishimura!!" Miyoung exclaimed as she rushed over and hugged Riki's leg.

"What do you need, Miyoung?" Riki asked softly as he reached for a book on the shelf.

"Yejun is chasing me!!" Miyoung cried out, seeking refuge behind Riki.

Yejun glanced up from the sandbox, "I'm not doing anything!" he protested, struggling to his feet. "It's my brother Yujun!" he added, crossing his arms.

Riki smiled at the preschoolers. "Okay, okay... how about you call your brother Yejun?" he suggested gently, eliciting a nod from the four-year-old.

Miyoung darted toward the drawing area, dodging Yejun and Yujun in the process, prompting a smile from Riki at the amusing sight.

"Mr. Nishimura!" Suyui approached, holding up a drawing. "I drew my parents and dog! And me! And my grandma!" she exclaimed, barely pausing for breath.

Riki smiled warmly. "That's very sweet, Suyui," he praised, flashing a boxy grin as the little girl giggled and made her way back to the drawing area.

Riki was dressed in a white collared shirt paired with a soft brown sweater and dress pants.

His hair was dyed—strawberry blonde, though it was initially meant to be just blonde.

But, he had allowed Konon and Sola to accompany him to the hairdresser, and they seized the opportunity to dye his hair... pink.

Not entirely pink, but it had a subtle pink hue to it.

Riki wasn't particularly fond of pink, but he decided to keep the hairstyle, mainly for his sisters and his preschoolers.

For some reason, they found his hair pretty...?

Riki wasn't entirely sure about the pink tint in his hair, but he decided to keep it.

୨୧

His hair was at a medium length, reaching his shoulders, and it was super soft and wavy.

Right now, Riki was finishing up his preschool class. He rose from his seat, waving goodbye to his students as they exited the preschool.

Picking up his phone and bag, Riki left the preschool and entered his car.

Feeling tired, to say the least, but don't misunderstand him— he loves his job.

However, he also works as a dance instructor, and his shift starts in exactly one hour.

With that in mind, he quickly drove off to the dance studio. Luckily, his parents owned the dance studio, so all his clothes were already there.

୨୧

"Oka-san!" Riki exclaimed as he hugged his mother tightly.

"Hi, ki..." His mother replied, returning the hug, a smile playing on her lips.

"I'll head off now," Riki said, kissing his mother's cheek before leaving the room.

୨୧

Riki walked away from the dance studio, sweat glistening on his skin.

He was clad in a loose white shirt, paired with baggy jeans and a small beanie covering his hair, his bangs partially obscuring his cat-like eye.

As his phone rang multiple times, Riki muttered to himself, "What?"

Taking his phone out of his pocket, Riki stared at the screen before opening his messaging app.

Who messaged him?

Riki's gaze fell on the message...

Sunoo?

"Hi Sunoo-hyung!" Riki greeted with a smile.

How long had it been since he talked to his hyungs? Riki couldn't remember, but he was happy that Sunoo called.

"Hi... Riki!" Sunoo's tone was bubbly as he replied.

Riki smiled. "Hii!"

"What are you doing?" Riki asked softly.

"Nothing much... really but-" Sunoo started to say, but his voice was cut off by Jake's interruption.

"Riki-san! Do you want to meet up?" Jake's voice came through loudly on the call.

Riki paused for a moment. He hadn't seen them in so long.

"Sure?" Riki responded softly as he continued walking along the sidewalk.

"Perfect! I'll send you the details!!" Jungwon exclaimed with a chuckle before the call ended.

"That was... interesting..." Riki said, laughing to himself.

୨୧

After a few weeks of non-stop activity, winter finally arrived.

"Bye Aei," Riki said with a smile as he waved goodbye to the younger girl.

He wrapped his scarf around his neck. It was 2 pm, and he was supposed to meet his hyungs at 3:30 pm.

Entering his car, Riki drove towards the destination. He pressed on the link of the location that Jungwon had sent him.

It was a bowling area... Riki smiled at that.

He knew for a fact that his hyungs picked this for a reason.

Riki loves bowling.

The bowling area wasn't bought out, but it was quite empty as Riki entered.

The staff looked at him apologetically. "Sorry, but this place was bought for a gathering..."

Okay.. nevermind.

"What is your name?" the staff asked.

Riki tilted his head in confusion. "Why?" he asked, lips forming a small pout.

"I need to confirm if you're one of the guests for the gathering," the staff explained with another smile.

"Oh... um, Nishimura Riki," Riki replied softly as the staff checked the computer screen.

"Hm, okay," the staff confirmed, closing the screen and getting up. "You are one of the guests."

"Bye," the staff said, and Riki smiled, nodding to the woman as she left.

Riki sat down, glancing at the time.

3:00 pm.

There was still half an hour until his hyungs arrived.

Deciding not to waste any time, Riki got up and picked up a bowling ball.

He might as well play for the time being...

Riki continued to focus solely on bowling, immersed in the game.

"Riki!" Jake exclaimed suddenly, practically jumping on the younger boy and back-hugging him.

Caught off guard, Riki was in the midst of bowling when Jake leaped onto him. In his surprise, Riki accidentally released the bowling ball, which struck Jake in the stomach.

"Fuck!" Jake exclaimed, shocked and in pain.

"Shit!" Riki scrambled over to help Jake, apologizing profusely as he crouched down beside him.

"Dang Riki... we meet you after 5 years and you punch Jake with a bowling ball," Sunghoon joked as the rest of them approached.

"Hoon!" Jungwon scolded him lightly.

"Don't bully him," Heeseung joked, joining them.

Riki's lips formed a small pout as he continued to help Jake, inadvertently adding to his already adorable appearance.

୨୧

Jake couldn't help but blush internally at how close he and Riki were...

I mean, who wouldn't?

He had liked Riki for almost 11 years now...

That was a really long time.

Why hadn't he confessed yet?

But setting aside those thoughts, Jake watched as Riki applied ointment to his chest, the soft tint of red on his face catching Jake's attention...

Maybe it was just from the cold weather outside, Jake reasoned, that Riki could have gotten a bit chilly.

As Riki closed the ointment bottle, he mumbled an apology, a pout visible on his face.

"Don't worry about it, Riki-ah," Jake reassured him with a chuckle as he got up to put on his shirt.

"The others went to get food... so you wanna play?" Riki asked as he also got up.

"Sure! I'll beat your ass in bowling," Jake replied mischievously, earning a grin from Riki.

"You fucking wish, hyung," Riki retorted, his strawberry blonde hair falling over his eyes as he smiled.

୨୧

"Wow... so kind, thank you for waiting for us," Jay sarcastically remarked as he and the rest soon returned.

"Shh..." Jungwon chuckled as he set down the food.

Riki shook his head, moving his hair out of his face. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a hair tie.

He put his hair in a ponytail...

A freaking ponytail...

"Oh my god..." Sunoo whispered, mainly to himself, but the rest heard him, except Riki.

Sunoo's reaction mirrored the rest of them as they watched Riki tie his strawberry blonde hair, revealing the underparts with pink tints...

"You want to eat?" Riki asked, turning his head around, his pretty bangs framing the side of his face.

Heeseung managed to snap out of the daze

– the daze of how pretty Riki looked...

"Yeah!" Heeseung said as he started to unbox the food.

Soon the rest followed, seemingly snapping out of the daze as well.

Riki stared at them for a second...

Did they become taller?

Now Riki was tall... he was literally 6'4".

But he stopped growing after he turned 23. He just stayed at that height.

Now he was still extremely tall.

But that seemed to give his hyungs a chance to get taller...

Riki was always taller than them.

Now it was different...

"Are you guys taller..?" Riki questioned as he tilted his head.

"Eh?" Jungwon inquired as he got up.

Was he taller?

Jungwon was, in fact...

Taller.

By a good 5cm more than Riki.

"I'm taller?!" Jungwon exclaimed in shock.

"What?!" Riki looked up, and indeed, Jungwon was taller.

"Oh my god! I fucking did it," Jungwon cheered in happiness and slight mock.

"How...?!" Riki asked, genuinely confused.

Riki was always taller.

Jungwon and Jake were the shortest... how was Jungwon now taller?

"Wait, that means we're all taller than you, Riki-ah!" Sunghoon nodded in a mischievous tone.

"What? That's not true," Riki protested, his lips forming a small pout.

Sunghoon got up, and he was indeed taller.

And way taller.

Riki only reached near his ears.

"See?" Sunghoon teased as he ruffled Riki's hair.

"How the fuc-" Riki was cut off by Jay.

"Shhh... just eat, Riki-ah," Jay teased as he put food on Riki's plate.

The funny thing was, the hyungs were acting all cool and teasing with Riki.

But they were all screaming on the inside; Riki looked so adorable.

The way he became shorter than them.

The way he pouted.

His bangs covering his eyes, making him look so cute.

"So what do you guys do now?" Riki asked, snapping them out of their inner turmoil.

The inner turmoil topic being how cute Riki is.

But that didn't matter...

"I'm a soloist now," Heeseung replied as he popped a sushi into his mouth.

"Me and Jake work as songwriters," Sunghoon spoke softly.

Riki's lips formed a perfect "o" as he listened in curiosity, resting his head on his hands and listening intently.

"I'm an artist... and sort of a soloist?" Sunoo spoke as he gulped down a cup of water.

"Jay and I both work as models, and we sing sometimes," Jungwon added, glancing at his phone and then at Riki.

"What about you?" Heeseung asked, knowing what Riki worked as.

Sunoo was literally scrolling through Riki's Instagram.

"Oh! I work as a teacher and a dance instructor," Riki said with a cute smile, putting a piece of sushi in his mouth, his cheeks puffing up.

He looked like a cute dumpling...

Sunghoon cursed himself, trying so hard not to coo at the younger.

"You look so young...?" Sunoo muttered mostly to himself, but Riki heard him.

"Really?" Riki asked as he looked at Sunoo.

Sunoo's eyes widened.

Shit.

He didn't think Riki would hear him.

"I..." Sunoo stuttered.

Riki just laughed.

Actually, he fucking giggled.

He was like a cute duck.

His laugh was so cute and adorable.

"I'm 27, hyung... I'm going to look young," Riki said while giggling.

"Yeah, but you look like when you were 16 or 17..." Jungwon chuckled as he took out his phone, searching up a photo of Riki.

Riki tilted his head in curiosity, his lips unconsciously forming a small pout.

Jungwon showed a picture of Riki when he was 17 years old. "Here," Jungwon said, showing his phone to Riki.

"I don't see it?" Riki mumbled as he looked up, his lips still in a small pout.

Heeseung and Jay both internally cursed themselves as they stared at Riki.

"How do you not?" Jake got up, took his phone, and snapped a picture of Riki, then held it in front of him.

Riki stared at the picture that Jake showed him, more or less shoved in his face, but whatever.

He also glanced at Jungwon's phone and then back at Jake's phone.

Huh...

He did look similar...

"Huh... I guess I do," Riki mumbled, mainly to himself, but they heard him.

"You're so cute, Nishi," Jay said rather bluntly, then covered his mouth in shock.

Riki definitely heard him.

It was quite obvious.

Riki's cute face turned a shade of pink and red.

"I-" Riki stuttered in shock.

Then the phone rang...

The rest of the members' faces turned a bright red. Jay still covered his mouth in shock at what he said.

"I..." Riki couldn't even speak as the phone kept ringing.

Riki just grabbed his bag before taking his phone and putting it up to his ear.

But before he left, he said one word... or more like a jumble of words.

"I- umm...! Thank you? I'll talk to you later, hyungs!"

And then the four words...Those four words that stayed in their heads for days and weeks.

"I love you! Bye!"

Riki quickly rushed out of the bowling alley.

"Oh my fucking god...." Heeseung breathed out in shock, their faces all red.

"Jay, you basically just confessed," Sunghoon pointed out, and Jay sighed.

"I said he was fucking cute," Jay muttered, and Jungwon looked at him with a nonchalant glance.

"Yes, you called your best friend cute. The same boy that you took care of," Jungwon remarked casually.

"He's going to be shocked..." Sunoo added, nodding in agreement with Jungwon's observation.

"His cute chubby cheeks," Jake commented as he laid his head on the table, admiring the younger.

"God, he's so adorable," Sunghoon remarked as he slouched, and Heeseung nodded in agreement.

"He looks so pretty and adorable, oh my god," Heeseung spoke endearingly about the younger.

Jake glanced at his phone, then he realized something...

He had a picture of Riki pouting, and it was a recent photo.

"Guys... I have a picture of Riki pouting," Jake announced.

The rest of them looked at him, curiosity lacing their faces.

But in their eyes? Jealousy?

Hm... that didn't matter.

Jake quickly grabbed his phone before they could.

"Look," Jake said with a shit-eating grin.

He knew that they all had a crush on Riki. Him having a cute picture of Riki, or any picture of him, was like treasure. Especially if it was a cute picture, since the younger wasn't one to act cute.

Riki was unintentionally pouting in the picture, and his face was sort of red.

Maybe it was from the compliment that Sunoo gave him.

That didn't quite register fully in their minds.

"Is he blushing..?" Sunghoon asked as he looked at the photo.

The rest of them noticed the blushing...

Could Riki also like them?

୨୧

Riki quickly ran as he put his phone to his ear.

"Yes, Konon?" Riki gasped out, panting from the running.

"Yah! It's Sola!" He heard Sola's voice raised, and he moved the phone away from his ear.

"Sorry, Sola..." Riki chuckled softly as he stopped running.

"Where are you, Niinii?" Sola asked as Riki straightened his clothes.

"Uh..." Riki looked around.

His car was still at the bowling arena.

"I need to go get my car..." Riki mumbled as his voice trailed off.

He looked around, wondering where he had run to.

Then he turned on his heels and walked around until he noticed the bowling arena.

"Uh, I'll talk to you later, Sol!" Riki spoke as he said goodbye.

Riki looked through the very much empty parking lot of the bowling arena.

His car!

"Bingo," Riki mumbled under his breath as he took out his car keys.

Riki entered his car and let out a breath.

Jay called him cute...

"Oh my god..." Riki mumbled to himself, feeling a soft tint of pink on his cheeks.

He looked up at his rearview mirror and adjusted it. He just wanted to go home and figure out what the actually fuck, he was feeling...

Then he heard a thud. He turned his head and was face to face with Jake.

Riki let out a yelp in surprise, then pressed the button on the side of his car to roll down the window.

"Y-Yes?" Riki asked, staring at Jake.

"Uh... how do I explain this?" Jake mumbled to himself.

"Okay... so we all want to see where you live..." Jake started, and Riki raised his eyebrows.

"Not in a creepy way! We're just curious..." Jake quickly defended himself.

"So why are you asking me..?" Riki asked, smiling.

"Uh... I was forced to... I lost a bet..." Jake mumbled, chuckling a bit at the end.

Riki giggled before opening the car door. "Sure," he nodded as he started his car.

Riki's car could fit six people in total, so Heeseung managed to snag the seat right next to Riki. Jay and Sunghoon sat in front, while Jake, Sunoo, and Jungwon sat in the back.

"When did you learn how to drive..?" Jay asked as he settled into the car.

"Uh... 23?" Riki mumbled, trying to remember as he drove. "I don't know..." he giggled, and Sunghoon covered his eyes.

God, why was he so cute?

"Where do you live?" Sunoo asked, trying his best to hold back his admiration for the younger.

"Seoul," Riki replied as he stopped the car.

"We're here?" Jungwon asked, and Riki nodded, getting up and leaving the car.

Riki lived in a penthouse. He led them upstairs in an elevator.

"Here's my house," Riki said as he opened the door to his penthouse.

Riki's house was very... neat. And white. That's what they gathered from a first glance.

"It's so neat..." Jungwon chuckled as he looked around. Truth be told, Riki was a messy person. While eating, talking, or even just existing, it was chaos. But somehow, that just made him ten times cuter...

The hyungs wouldn't confess that, though...

"Heh... yeah," Riki giggled as he took off his jacket and gloves, gesturing for them to do the same since it was snowing outside.

Riki's house felt warm, like a home.

Or maybe it was Riki himself...

As Riki untied his hair, letting it fall down onto his shoulders, they couldn't help but admire him. Riki was wearing a white turtleneck, and it seemed quite fitted, showing off his small waist as the fitted turtleneck covered his body.

"You want food?" Riki asked softly, and the rest of the guys just nodded, unable to tear their eyes away from him.

How were they supposed to focus on anything else while looking at Riki?

He looked like a god.

"You can cook?" Heeseung teased as he walked up to Riki.

Where did the surge of confidence come from?

He didn't know.

Riki just shook his head, his lips curling upwards into a smile.

"Nope," Riki mumbled softly as he picked up a pan.

Heeseung wrapped his arms around Riki's shoulders as he helped the younger, causing Riki to blush from their closeness.

A few minutes later, they finished cooking.

"How old are you guys now?" Riki asked as he placed down some food.

"Wow. Thanks for forgetting our ages," Sunghoon spoke sarcastically as he teased the younger.

Riki pouted at that.

"I remember that Sunoo-hyung is 29 years old," Riki pouted slightly as he spoke.

"Your favorite is still Sunoo?" Jake groaned sarcastically as he popped a piece of Bungeoppang in his mouth.

"Guess we can't compete with Sunoo," Jay teased as he wrapped his arms around Riki's waist.

Riki just laughed before smacking Jake's head.

He didn't seem to mind Jay holding his waist.

"But what are your ages?" Riki asked as he bit into a biscuit.

"I'm 31," Heeseung spoke, and Riki laughed.

"Now you're really old," Riki teased, and Heeseung sighed dramatically.

"My life's over, oh god, I'm in my 30s!" Heeseung dramatically spoke as he smiled.

"Hah! Me, Wonie, and Nishi are all still young!" Sunoo joked as he teased the olders.

"You guys are literally in your late 20s," Jay groaned as he bit into a Bungeoppang.

"Hey! I'm still younger than all of you, so..." Riki teased with a boxy smile.

"You're 27," Sunghoon teased back with a grin.

"I don't look like it though," Riki shrugged, grinning at Sunghoon.

"That literally doesn't change your age," Jake added with a chuckle.

"Hmm...it kinda does," Riki chuckled as he bit into a Bungeoppang.

"Whatever," Sunghoon rolled his eyes playfully.

Riki giggled, and they all held back a coo at the younger.

"Didn't think you'd be a teacher..." Heeseung spoke as he stared at the younger.

Riki hummed softly, "yup," he spoke softly.

"You're still a baby," Jake teased as he ruffled Riki's hair.

"I'm 27, hyung...not 7," Riki mumbled as he bit into a Bungeoppang.

"Doesn't matter, you're still younger," Jungwon spoke.

"Did you all meet up with me just to say I'm still a baby?" Riki pouted as he stared at them.

"I mean, you look like a baby... so?" Sunghoon teased back at the younger.

"You guys are mean," Riki mumbled as he crossed his arms.

He looked like a cute baby duck.

"You act like a baby and you teach babies," Jay chuckled as he ruffled Riki's hair.

Riki's face flushed red from Jay's words.

"You all fucking suck," Riki mumbled.

But before the rest of them could laugh or even reply to Riki, he spoke first.

"When are you guys going to leave? Or do you want to stay here?" Riki asked, and they all thought.

They would absolutely love to spend more time with their maknae.

"You want us to leave so fast?" Jake teased as he stared playfully at the younger.

"You know that's not what I meant," Riki crossed his arms and his lips pouted.

"I mean, we don't mind staying if you don't mind," Heeseung spoke.

"I don't mind, you can just sleep in my room with me," Riki mumbled as he picked up the multiple plates on the table, walking towards the kitchen.

"What?" Sunoo asked in shock.

"I mean, we've done it before," Riki spoke as he gave a small laugh at the end of the conversation, then walked away to the kitchen.

Leaving the guys to just sit there...

One thing was on their minds...

They were going to sleep in the same room with Riki...

They were so screwed...

Riki walked upstairs as the rest of them followed him.

Riki's room was big...

Actually enormous.

It had a huge bed in the middle of the room. The room's colors were the exact opposite from downstairs.

His room wasn't white.

Now the bedroom was a dark blue color.

"This is a change..." Jay muttered as they walked into Riki's room.

Riki giggled at Jay's words.

"I have a guest bedroom if you guys want to sleep in there," Riki spoke as he opened his curtains.

No.

They were perfectly fine sleeping and cuddling with the younger.

Because Riki looked so adorable and cuddle-worthy.

"No...we don't mind," Sunghoon spoke nonchalantly as he helped to pull up the curtains.

Riki smiled before nodding.

Riki raised his hands to pull up his blinds.

His fitted turtleneck lifting up ever so slightly.

Showing so slightly his small tiny waist.

Luckily, they all didn't see it.

Just Jay & Sunghoon.

They both glanced at each other, their cheeks flushed red.

Riki turned around as he pulled up the blinds.

"Do you guys have clothes?" Riki asked and the rest of them turned around.

They shook their heads.

Riki hummed, he had clothes so it didn't matter.

"Left side of my closet," Riki mumbled as he took off his rings.

"Eh?" Jake asked in confusion.

"The left side of my closet has clothes that are bigger," Riki explained as he tied up his hair.

Riki walked out of the room to go and change.

"Why would he have clothes bigger than his own size?" Jungwon asked in confusion.

But nonetheless, they all walked into Riki's closet.

It was a huge walk-in closet.

"How rich is he?" Jay joked as he entered the closet.

Now Jay was richer than Riki, but he was still shocked.

Riki's closet was like a half and half.

One side of the closet had smaller clothing sizes, although they were still extremely big.

But the other side of the closet had huge clothes—clothes they could probably fit into.

"Why would he need clothes that are like 10 times bigger than his own size?" Heeseung inquired as he walked over and took a pair of nightwear.

"Who knows," Jungwon chuckled as he looked at Riki's closet.

Sunghoon finished getting changed.

Riki was sitting on the couch with his phone in his hand.

Riki had his hair down and it was slightly damp.

He was wearing an oversized T-shirt with shorts.

God, everything about him was so gorgeous—the way he looked, his eyes, his attitude.

Sunghoon sat next to Riki and wrapped his arms around Riki's shoulders.

Riki's body stiffened as he felt Sunghoon's hot breath on his neck.

"S-Sunghoon..." Riki stuttered as he felt Sunghoon snuggle closer, wrapping his hand around Riki's waist.

"Hmm?" Sunghoon teased, turning Riki's body so they were face to face.

Riki's eyes were covered by his hair, but still visible, and his face was bright red.

Sunghoon pulled the younger closer, and Riki ended up sitting on Sunghoon's lap as the older wrapped his arms around Riki's waist.

Sunghoon lifted Riki slightly so they were eye level.

"H-Hyung..." Riki whimpered, feeling Sunghoon tighten his grip on his waist.

Then Sunghoon lifted one of his hands to caress Riki's cheek.

"Hoon... the others..." Riki mumbled, but Sunghoon pulled him closer.

Sunghoon continued to caress Riki's cheek, lost in the moment.

He pulled Riki into a kiss.

Then..

They both heard the upstairs door unlock.

The kiss ended abruptly, and they both got up. Riki stood there in the kitchen, his mind spinning.

Sunghoon quickly left to go see the others, leaving Riki alone with his thoughts.

"Oh my god..." Riki mumbled as he covered his mouth, overwhelmed by the unexpected turn of events.

He walked over to the sink to wash his face, trying to clear his mind.

Riki felt someone back-hug him, causing his body to stiffen.

Who was hugging him, and why were they holding onto him so tightly?

As he hummed uncertainly,

Riki turned his head slightly and saw the person hugging him.

Their head resting on his shoulder, wearing a sweet dimpled smile.

 It was Jungwon.

"Hi, Hyung...?" Riki mumbled, unsure of what to say or do in this unexpected situation.

Riki felt nervous under Jungwon's narrowed gaze, unsure of what to make of the situation.

When Jungwon suggested watching a movie and leaned closer with a smirk.

Riki's breath caught in his throat.

As their noses touched, Riki felt something stirring inside him..

Like butterflies in his stomach.

But he quickly dismissed the feeling.

He couldn't have feelings for Jungwon—he was just his hyung, his leader. It wasn't possible.

"S-sure..." Riki stuttered in response to Jungwon's question, trying to push aside his confusing emotions.

Jungwon smirked as he walked away to get a glass of water.

Surely Jungwon was just teasing him.

There was no way he could have feelings for Riki, right?

Riki made his way to the living room, where Heeseung and Jay were already seated. Taking a spot between them, he casually crossed his legs and grabbed the remote, scanning through the options for a movie to watch.

As Riki settled in, Heeseung and Jay exchanged glances, each caught in their own inner turmoil.

Their eyes briefly met before returning to Riki, appreciating the sight before them.

Riki's attire caught their attention - an oversized T-shirt that practically engulfed him.

The fabric gently slipping off his shoulders, paired with shorts that revealed his slender thighs.

Heeseung couldn't help but notice the faint blush adorning Riki's cheeks.

Finding himself enchanted by the younger's undeniable cuteness.

Meanwhile, Jay's gaze wandered over Riki's figure, his presence seemingly causing the blush on Riki's cheeks.

"H-hyung?" Riki's voice broke the moment, drawing Jay's attention.

"Yeah?"Jay responded with a casual tone, masking his inner turmoil.

Where did the surge confidence come from?

Jay had no clue.

But before Riki could continue, Sunoo and Jake entered the room, followed by Sunghoon and Jungwon.

"Okay, let's watch a movie!" Jake announced, followed by Sunghoon and Jungwon.

Jake enveloped Riki in a side hug, settling down beside him.

A rush of warmth flooded Riki's cheeks, yet he composed himself and started the movie.

Oh my goodness, what were those butterflies in his stomach?

Riki could feel his eyelids getting heavier and heavier as he slowly drifted off to sleep.

Without even realizing it, Riki's head fell onto Jake's shoulder.

Unbeknownst to Riki, was that Riki's cheeks were flushing in red.

He was fucking blushing.

And all the older guys noticed. "Look, he's blushing," Jake whispered as he glanced at Riki, who was peacefully sleeping right next to him.

"Oh my God, I really want to kiss him," Jungwon chuckled as he looked up at Riki.

They were all sitting together, watching a movie. Riki, Jake, and Jay were on the three-seated couch, while Sunghoon sat on a single chair. Jungwon, Heeseung, and Sunoo were sitting on the floor.

"He's just so adorable!" Sunoo exclaimed as he playfully squeezed Riki's cheeks.

Riki squirmed a bit from the cold touch of Sunoo's hand.

"Seriously, he's sleeping, Sun," Heeseung said, watching Sunoo continue to squish Riki's cheek.

Riki wriggled in discomfort as Sunoo playfully squeezed his cheeks.

"Sun..." Jungwon halfheartedly attempted to intervene but soon relented.

Riki's eyelids fluttered open, meeting Sunoo's surprised gaze.

Riki glanced at Sunoo, who was still holding his cheeks in a playful pinch.

A warm flush crept up Riki's cheeks.

"Hi?" Sunoo stuttered, clearly caught off guard by Riki's awakening.

"W-What...are you doing...?" Riki mumbled, rubbing his eyes gently as he looked at Sunoo.

He resembled a cute, bewildered kitten in that moment.

"I..." Sunoo stammered, offering a sheepish smile.

Heeseung erupted into laughter at the scene.

"Shut up, Hyung..." Riki pouted, still rubbing his eyes.

His exhaustion was evident, his eyelids drooping.

Desiring nothing more than to return to sleep.

"Tired?" Jungwon inquired, to which Riki simply nodded.

Rising to his feet, Riki reached out and grabbed Jungwon's hand.

Guiding Jungwon upstairs with him, signaling a desire to sleep together.

"Aw, Jungwon got lucky,"

Jake teased, observing Riki sleepily pulling the older,(and taller, although Riki still refuses to believe that) upstairs.

"He's so tiny..." Heeseung murmured, rising from his seat and making his way upstairs

He was clearly eager to cuddle with Riki.

In truth, all of them wanted to cuddle with Riki.

The rest of the guys quickly followed suit, ascending the stairs behind them.

Riki clung to Jungwon's side, while Jungwon affectionately played with Riki's soft, strawberry blonde locks of hair.

Heeseung wasted no time in snuggling up close to Riki's body, and.

Riki was too tired & dazed to even notice how close their bodies were.

"I want to cuddle him!" Jake whined, settling onto the bed.

"Hey, I have a flight to America in the morning. Let me cuddle my maknae,"

Heeseung grinned, offering a legitimate excuse for his desire to cuddle with Riki.

୨୧

Riki's bed had space for up to four people, a size seemingly extravagant for just one person.

But there was a reason behind it.

Riki tended to move a lot during his sleep.

Given his smaller stature compared to the others, the sleeping arrangements were straightforward.

Jungwon, Sunoo, and Jake settled on the mattress on the floor, a consequence of losing a bet that barred them from cuddling Riki.

Heeseung positioned himself on Riki's left side, his larger frame practically enveloping the younger boy.

Heeseung's muscular build didn't go unnoticed by Riki, who couldn't help but admire them.

Meanwhile, Jay and Sunghoon took up the space on Riki's right side.

But here's the twist.

Riki ended up sleeping directly on top of Jay, his cheek pressed against Jay's broad and muscular chest.

With Sunghoon embracing his right arm, and Heeseung attempting to pull Riki away to cuddle with him, the sleeping scene was a cozy yet amusing sight.

୨୧

At 2:20 am, Heeseung stirred, knowing his flight was scheduled for 6 am.

Riki awoke at 2:50 am, feeling the absence of Heeseung's warmth beside him.

"Hyungie?" Riki mumbled, rubbing his eyes as he descended the stairs.

He hadn't meant to let the nickname slip out, but Heeseung blushed at the endearment, fortunately unnoticed by Riki.

"Yeah, Ki?" Heeseung responded, approaching Riki.

"When's your flight?" Riki murmured softly.

"6 am," Heeseung replied, running his hands through Riki's hair.

"Can I come with you?" Riki's question was almost a whisper, his eyes searching Heeseung's.

How could Heeseung refuse?

"Sure, go shower," Heeseung replied with a smile.

Riki's eyes lit up, returning the smile as he nodded and headed upstairs for a bath.

୨୧

Riki settled into the van, accompanying Heeseung to the airport.

Almost forgetting Heeseung's status as a soloist, Riki ventured softly, "How's it been, being a soloist?"

He kept his gaze fixed on his lap, a mix of curiosity and perhaps a hint of nervousness lingering in his voice.

Before Heeseung could respond, the van came to a halt, and his manager emerged.

Without hesitation, Heeseung reached for Riki's hand and pulled him out of the van.

Although Heeseung's flight still had an hour and a half remaining, he was departing on a private plane, allowing him to leave before 6am.

Heeseung led Riki towards a quieter area in the airport.

"H-Heeseung?" Riki's voice trembled with nerves, his cheeks flushing crimson.

Heeseung was standing so close to him...

"The Cameras..." Riki attempted to protest, concerned about both their reputations.

Both Heeseung and Riki heard his manager's voice.

"Bye, Riki," Heeseung said, winking at the younger man.

Riki's face flushed even redder at the gesture.

Then, unexpectedly, Heeseung planted a fucking kiss on Riki's cheek.

Riki's eyes widened in surprise as Heeseung smirked and walked away towards his flight.

Riki hoped fervently that no reporters, saesangs, or security cameras had captured the unexpected moment between them.

Riki watched as Heeseung disappeared into the airport crowd.

Feeling a mix of emotions, he hurried back to the van.

Checking his phone, he noted the time: 5am.

With it being a Saturday and him on winter break.

He decided to make use of the time to catch some sleep.

Riki let his head sink into the soft car cushion, closing his eyes as exhaustion washed over him...

୨୧

Riki woke up to the softness of his bed, but there was no warmth beside him.

He longed for the comfort of cuddling, but quickly shook off the thought.

Why would he crave cuddles with his hyungs?

Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, his cheeks flushed a soft pink.

As he left his bedroom, he felt the emptiness of his house.

A sensation that felt oddly unsettling.

His gaze fell upon a note left on the kitchen counter.

"Hey Riki! Jay carried you to your bed and the rest of us had to leave :( but we'll talk soon, jagiya! <3 - luv Sunoo"

Riki's cheeks flushed even more at the endearment used by Sunoo.

He couldn't help but feel like a giddy teenager.

His face turning as red as a tomato at the thought of being called "baby" by Sunoo.

Riki sank into the couch, his mind swirling with confusion and questions.

He couldn't shake the memory of kissing Sunghoon—Park Sunghoon, a renowned songwriter.

But then again, all of his hyungs were famous in their own right, so it shouldn't have been surprising.

His cheeks flushed even deeper at the thought—could they get any redder?

He couldn't help but wonder what was going through their minds.

Did they genuinely like him, or were they simply teasing him?

And if it was teasing, why did Sunghoon kiss him?

Why did Jungwon tease him?

Why did Heeseung kiss his cheeks?

And why did Sunoo flirt with him even through a note?

The questions lingered in Riki's mind, leaving him feeling both bewildered and intrigued.

Riki stood up and grabbed his phone.

He had to prepare for some of his classes.

As he unlocked his phone, he was greeted by a flood of notifications.

He navigated to his Twitter app to see what was causing the sudden surge in activity.

But when he saw the first article that popped up.

His cheeks immediately flushed a deep shade of red.

୨୧

Riki's mind was consumed by two thoughts.

Lee Heeseung kissed him.

And he kissed Park Sunghoon.

Riki felt utterly screwed.

He paced back and forth in his bedroom, trying to process the situation.

"This is okay..!" he mumbled to himself, though his words lacked conviction.

What was he going to do?

He found himself caught in a dating rumor with Heeseung—his hyung, his old bandmate.

"Oh god..Oh god.." Riki repeated the phrase like a mantra, his mind spinning with worries...

Riki heard the doorbell ring from his penthouse entrance.

"Who the fuck is here?" Riki muttered as he made his way downstairs to the front door.

Opening it, he was taken aback as the door closed suddenly, pinning him against it.

"H-Heeseung?" Riki whispered in shock and confusion.

What was Heeseung doing here? Didn't he have a flight to America today?

"Be quiet, Riki..." Heeseung's breath was warm against Riki's ear as he spoke.

"W-What are you doing here?" Riki mumbled, meeting Heeseung's gaze.

"Saesangs..." Heeseung muttered, grabbing Riki's hand and pulling him into the downstairs bathroom.

Luckily, it was spacious enough for them both.

"I couldn't get on my flight...and I was separated from my managers..." Heeseung explained, taking a moment to catch his breath.

"So I ran from the airport to here...because it's the first place I thought of.."

Heeseung glanced away, seeming uncharacteristically shy.

Riki didn't dwell on it, realizing it wasn't the time to contemplate such things.

Considering the distance from the airport to Riki's place was about an hour's drive, running must have been exhausting.

"I'll get you some water, hyung," Riki offered, starting to step out of the bathroom.

But Heeseung held onto his hand, pulling him closer.

"Don't. The saesangs have cameras everywhere," Heeseung began, his grip tight on Riki's wrist.

"They know where you live, Riki... Just stay here for a bit," Heeseung pleaded softly, and Riki nodded obediently.

୨୧

Riki settled down beside Heeseung, both of them perched on the bathroom floor.

"Heeseung... hyungie..." Riki's words were barely audible, a soft murmur escaping his lips.

"Yes...?" Heeseung turned to Riki, his gaze meeting the younger's flushed face.

Riki's cheeks were tinged with red, and Heeseung couldn't help but smirk at the sight.

"W-Why...Why did you kiss me?" Riki's question hung in the air, his eyes locked onto Heeseung's.

"I- what?" Heeseung's voice trailed off, his gaze fixed on Riki's eyes.

He understood exactly what Riki was implying...

He had indeed kissed Riki.

Who wouldnt?

"Y-You kissed me... and..." Riki's words faltered as he reached for his pocket, retrieving his phone.

He pulled up Twitter, revealing the flurry of articles about their alleged dating scandal.

"We're in a dating scandal..." Riki's face was flushed red as he muttered the words.

Taking Riki's phone, Heeseung scrolled through the articles, a smirk playing on his lips.

"Huh... that's not a bad thing," Heeseung remarked nonchalantly, his gaze shifting to Riki.

Riki looked like a startled kitten,

His cheeks burning crimson – but then again, that wasn't entirely surprising...

"W-What!?" Riki exclaimed in shock and flusteration.

Heeseung leaned closer, "It's not a bad thing ...if it could happen in the future.."

"W-what..?" Riki stuttered as he stared at Heeseung's eyes.

Riki couldn't even stare at Heeseung in the eyes.

"We like you alot you know?" Heeseung inquired as he caressed Riki's cheek.

Riki heard one thing from that.

"We."

We?

"We?" Riki mumbled, confused as he looked at Heeseung.

"Yes, we.." Heeseung confirmed as he emphasized on the word 'we'

Riki knew that 'we' referred to his hyungs...

All of them.

Heeseung glanced at Riki's phone, which was conveniently in his hands.

Heeseung leaned in and pressed a kiss on Riki's nose.

"Come to our house if you want your phone back, aegi." Heeseung smirked as he got up and left the bathroom.

Riki could only assume there was no saesang after all.

And Riki was correct as Heeseung left his penthouse.

He stared at Riki's phone.

He knew the younger would come to him and his members' house just to get his phone.

There was no saesang. Heeseung came up with it..

Heeseung entered his car,

Jay looked back from the front seat, "You took his phone?"

Jake asked as he looked at Riki's phone that was in Heeseung's hand.

"At least we know that Riki's going to come to take his phone." Jungwon chuckled as he looked from the backseat,

God, they wanted to just cuddle and kiss Riki so bad..

They just wanted their maknae...

Fuck, Riki was like a god to all of them.

They would kneel to their maknae and kiss him hundreds of times.

୨୧

Riki stared at his bathroom door.

"What the actual fuck..."

Riki mumbled in shock, his face blushing red.

Riki then realized what Heeseung was doing.

He took his phone...

"That fucker." Riki mumbled under his breath.

Riki grabbed his car keys and exited his penthouse.

Did he know where they lived?

Yes.

Why?

Riki vividly remembered Jungwon showing him where they lived via his phone.

Riki started his car and began driving.

Heeseung was such an asshole.

Screw that.

All his hyungs were assholes...

୨୧

Riki stopped his car and stepped out.

He stared at the house in front of him...

It was huge, actually, screw that, enormous...

And it was very... grand.

Riki knocked on the door of the house.

He crossed his arms after ringing the doorbell.

The door flung open, revealing...

All of his hyungs...

Wonderful. Riki was royally screwed.

Heeseung leaned himself on the doorframe.

"What do you need, aegi?" Heeseung asked slyly as he smirked.

Riki was lucky he wasn't blushing anymore.

He doesn't think he could blush anymore from the amount of times he's blushed.

"My phone," Riki spoke as he glared at Heeseung.

"Don't understand... be more specific," Sunghoon spoke as he walked from the background.

He stood right in front of Riki...

Riki cursed himself.

Why did they have to become taller?

୨୧

Riki didn't know how he got into this situation...

One second he was confronting his hyungs.

Next, he was sitting on Sunghoon's lap, with the rest of them just praising him.

It was making Riki so shy, because he loved it so much.

"God, how long have we even liked you?" Sunoo asked as he stared at Riki.

"11 years," Jake spoke nonchalantly, causing Riki to choke on air.

He stared at the older, his face blushing red.

"11 years?" Riki repeated.

11 years... what the actual fuck...

Jake had liked him for 11 years.

Then Riki found out how long his other hyungs liked him.

~

Heeseung - 10 years and 2 months

Jay - 11 years and 6 months

Jake - 11 years and 1 month

Sunghoon - 11 years and 9 months

Sunoo - 13 years and 7 months

Jungwon - 10 years and 3 months

~

Fuck, they've liked him for over 10 years.

More than 10 years actually...

Riki's face flushed red as he listened to them saying how long they liked him.

"Sunoo, you've liked me for 13 years?" Riki asked in shock, his face flushing even more red.

Sunoo smirked at Riki blushing...

God, he was like a cute sensitive kitten.

୨୧

Riki lay his head down on Heeseung's chest.

"We love you so much," Heeseung muttered as he kissed Riki's forehead, the other members' eyes softened.

They knew Riki was sleeping.

But he moved his head slightly as he whined.

Riki was sleeping in between a bunch of blankets and his hyungs.

Now boyfriends.

Because as much as the hyungs missed their maknae.

Their crush.

Their cute kitten.

Riki missed his hyungs just as much.
