Chapter Text
You took a deep breath, daring yourself to walk in the rain. You took your umbrella, "[Name], you're a teacher, and Lylia is your student. You have to ask why Lylia left school suddenly."
You opened the umbrella and run under the rain.
You rang the bell at the gate of Lylia's house, you rang it three times in a row. Then, a man tapped your shoulder. "What are you doing, miss?" a baritone voice greeted your ears, you turned around to see the man, you thought that was Lylia's father. And your breath hitched, this man wasn't Lylia's father, the grey haired man looked down at you. He raised his brow, "Miss?" he called you.
You kept your calm, ignoring your heart felt like fall down. "I'm Lylia's teacher, [Name]. Can I meet Lylia or her father? I have to talk to one of them or both." you said to the man honesty, "I got news when I just returned from my business trip that Lylia suddenly stopped going to school. I want hear the reason why is she stopped going school," added you, you avoid his gaze. You didn't know why you could feel this way.
"I'm Lylia's father, Fredrinn." he said.
Suddenly you looked up at him, is he Lylia's father? You asked it to yourself, but before you asked him, he spoke.
"Actually, I'm her adoptive father, her father was ... gone," he sighed, his eyes were looked sad as he looks down at you. The rain was started to pouring, as if the rain sharing Fredrinn's sadness; the man in front of you stared at you for a long time, you didn't take your eyes off him. But, you also felt sorry as you hear that.
You sighed, took your eyes off him before you nodding. "I'm sorry to hear that. Mr. Fredrinn, I don't know ..." you confessed. "Well, I have to go back to my house. Excuse me, sir."
You wanted to move away from his sight, but a sudden splash of water wet your uniform in a matter of seconds. You groaned, "Ah, shit." you cursed under your breath.
Then, Fredrinn grabbed your shoulder, "Hey, Miss [Name], you better to dry yourself first. And Lylia is inside my house, you can ask her your questions to her about her school." he gave you an idea, but you felt like you were coaxed like a child by him. But, you nodded and say thank you to him. He smiled at you, he led you to his residence.
You are inside your student's house, more precisely, you are taking a shower while cleaning yourself. You swore to yourself, you didn't know where the water came from and who splashed on your uniform, getting it soaked. You glanced at the mirror, the body of yours was exposed. You sighed, then you turned off the shower. After that, you dried yourself with a clean towel, there was a masculine scent on the towel you were using, maybe the perfume.
You got out from the bathroom when you were done put Fredrinn's shirt on you, and a sudden hug you felt on your waist. That was Lylia, she looked up at you with a bright smile. "Miss [Name]!" she echoed your name as she rubs her face on your waist. You couldn't help but return a smile to the little girl, your favorite student.
"Hello there, sweetie," you caressed her cheeks. Then you lowered your body to match the height of the pink haired girl, "Lylia, I missed you." you cupped her little face, you showered her face with your kisses, and Lylia just let you to kissed her face; your attitude towards Lylia is like a mother to her child, and the little girl likes all the affection you give.
But you didn't know that Lylia's adoptive father was watching you from the upstairs. He watched you as you give your affections to his adoptive daughter like a mother herself.
