Wilbur heard the coughing and cries of Tchaos. So he went down to find the vigilante. When he found the boy he was trapped under the rubble.
When he finally uncovered Tchaos Wilbur found eerily familiar eyes staring back at him. No no no no no Tommy was not Tchaos! He couldn't be!
Wilbur quickly picked up the vigilante.
"W-wilbur..?" The boy in his arms asked in a small voice.
Yeah no waynthis was Tommy. He would ne er sound this small. He was always big and loud. Never small and quiet..
Wilbur didn't wonder how Tchaos knew his name. Probably because of purpled.. his mind supplied.
"What's up" Wilbur said placing the red vigilante against the wall checking for any major injuries.
His job was to capture not kill the vigilantes.
After he made sure the kid wasn't dying he looked at the familiar blue eyes.
"You have a few broken bones... luckily" Wilbur is going to ad,it that blowing up that building was a stupid Idea.
The vigilante teared up "I'm sorry! I- I dint want any of this to happen!"
Wilbur was confused. Why was Tchaos apologizing?
"I didn't want to fight you! Or techno,Phil, Sam and everyone else! It- it wasn't supposed to go this far"
Okay hold on. Why did this vigilante know everyone's secret identities?
"Just what all do you know" Wilbur had a dangerous edge to his voice.
He couldn't let his family be in danger. And if Tchaos knew of Phil and Techno what did he know about Tommy.

Tommy didn't mean for any of this to happen. Well to be fair sobbing in front of a hero in the middle of the battle was a bad idea but Tommy was high on adrenaline! Sue him for.
Before he registered what he was doing Tommy was pulling down his mask.

Wilbur froze. Tommy. Oh my god Tchaos was Tommy! He collapsed a building on his little brother. Wilbur started to panic and picked up Tommy.
Wilbur made his way to the roof a the building in the middle of the fight.
"STOP THE FIGHTING" Wilbur yelled at everyone.
And everyone froze turning to look at Wil. All of the vigilantes froze seeing Tommy in Wils arms and so did the heros.
Purpled and Bee were the first to move then Captain and Ender, then Nightmare after that. They all rushed towards Wil. Purpled reached him first and glared as him.
"Tommy needs help. We have to get him to HQ so I'm having phil take him"
Phil walked up to Wilbur and carefully took Tommy in his arms and flew off. The rest all followed on foot.
