Work Text:
Quan Chi feels unloved, as if everyone hates him.
That's why he keeps Jataaka, Sareena, and Kia around. They show him love and attention. They do it for free, and there are no complaints. If he had a significant other, he would gladly give them up for them.
While he does what he wants to and has little care for others, you would be the only exception. He would never let anything happen to you. He would protect you with everything that he has.
He wouldn't allow his significant other to partake in the crimes or get involved in the issues that he causes. He doesn't want you to be blamed or for someone who's coming after him to come after you for what he did.
