Baraka doesn't sleep in a cave all of the time. If he has business to attend to inside the castle, then he'll be inside. Otherwise, he'll sleep in the cave with the Tarkatans.
Baraka has a love-hate relationship with Mileena. He loves her because she's a female of his kind and the only person to ever show him any kind of love and affection. However, he can't stand her being with other people.
He would absolutely ditch her for someone else if someone else loved him.
He puts all that he can into relationships. He's also not very good at them because he doesn't know what is normal in one.
He won't give gifts very often or remember the day that you both got together.
He would protect his significant other from the other Tarakatans and teach you the language if you wanted.
