Mephone4 was sitting in his room and watching TV. Today his favorite show was supposed to be shown, but it was canceled, and now instead he watches the boring news in his neighborhood. It’s nine o’clock in the evening, it’s almost dark outside. Street lights illuminate the streets, helping people get home.
Today was not his best day. Starting from the fact that today was a working day, and ending with dissatisfied clients at work. But today is Friday, and it makes me happy. From the realization that tomorrow you won’t have to get up early and go to work, you want to spend this evening to the maximum, finally giving yourself and your desire free rein.
Fortunately, 4 had cleaned his room earlier and finally put things in order, instead of continuing to rot in his room with things scattered. this is an achievement.
He continues to lazily watch TV, not at all interested in what is shown on it, but unfortunately, he has no other choice to pass the time.
His viewing is interrupted by the sound of the door clicking. Quickly darting his gaze down the corridor, he saw his twin brother. 4S. Usually...he comes home late from work, right when Mephone is already asleep.
Mephone immediately perks up at the sight of his brother as he begins to take off his jacket.
- Hey, you're early today. Short work day? - Mephone chuckles slightly as a smile appears on his face unnoticeably.
The only response is a grunt and a quiet mutter before 4s comes into his room and answers normally.
- Yes, something like that. - 4S exhaled quietly, and then lay down on his brother’s bed. - Have you really cleaned your room? - He turned his head slightly so that he could see his brother's expression. Mephone just chuckled and answered vaguely, which sounded like “I was bored.”
4S turned his head again, staring at the ceiling. He didn't care at all that he was lying on his brother's bed. Compared to the fact that 4 can sometimes come to him and lie down himself, and then make a small mess, which of course had to be cleaned up by 4S. Mephon takes the remote control and turns off the TV, after which he places the remote control on the nightstand near the bed. As he settled into a more comfortable sitting position, he looked at his brother. Through his glasses it was impossible to see where he was looking, but he was sure that he was simply lying there with his eyes closed.
– Did you write to him? - asks 4S, turning his head sharply towards 4, causing him to jump slightly. - To whom? -
- Cobs. - Mephone fell silent for a while, not wanting to remember his relationship with him. But unfortunately, this cannot last forever. - Yeah... he's fine -
Mephone answered reluctantly as 4S changed position and lay on his side. - Dude, you can't avoid him forever -
This made Mephone tense. he doesn't like this topic. “I know,” Mephone grumbled, and turned his head away from 4s, looking somewhere into the distance of the room. It's dark here, you can't really see anything. What was the point of turning away from him...?
4s lay there for a couple of seconds looking at him. 4s and Cobs had...not a bad relationship, but 4...it was pretty bad. But despite this, 4s continues to encourage 4 by saying that Cobs isn't that bad, even though 4 didn't really believe it. Often, Cobs was angry, especially after work. But more often than not, he showed good qualities, truly caring for his sons.
- Let me order food for us. I don't want to cook anything - Suggested 4s, taking a sitting position at the same level as his brother. Mephone only smiled weakly, agreeing with him.
