You stand in the middle of a seemingly happy-go-lucky hospital with pink painted walls and cute decorations adorning the corridors. However, since being brought here you've learned thats far from the truth. Surrounded by a blue cat with a bad cough, a green-furred former college student, a bossy rabbit with a bleeding nose, a lucky red cat, and a purple unicorn, each and every one of you wacky characters stand in awe at the new hot topic in the hospital.
"Dude." You say in a soft tone, the unicorn following right after.
"Bro."
Everyone looks up at a massive television with a gaming system attached to it. The controllers that were connected to the console are white with blue accents, each have a logo that can be interpreted as "PS". The system is packed with different games of all sorts of genres.
"Why would they even trust us with this? Surely, there must be some sort of catch," Barry states, "I wouldn't touch that if I were you guys..." His sentence trails off as he realizes almost everyone has their hands on a controller, "Yeah ok whatever just ignore me."
Hemera puts her hands on Jay's shoulders, "Yeah, Barry's right Jay. It's best to stay away from this thing, could be a trap."
Jay's brows furrow as they stretch their hands toward the commotion, "Aww Hemera! But I wanna-"
Caroline tries to reason with the nay sayers, "Aww cmon guys~. Maybe they started ta' feel bad for us and gave us a little treat."
Barry scoffs, "Caroline you can't be that naive, can you? Obviously they knew all of you would be glued to this screen the second they brought it out."
An overly cheery mouse with a nurse's uniform that matches her attitude bursts through the double doors that lead into the main lobby. "Hellooo~!"
Everyone keeps their eyes on the screen above them, except for Barry, who turns to look at the giddy nurse.
"I see you all found your new toy!" She squeals.
Barry questions, "Yeah, what is this supposed to be?"
Nurse Mood happily explains, "Well, Dr. Cuddles had the amazing idea to stick this in our happy hospital to experiment on you all!"
The word "experiment" must've gotten everyone's attention, even those fixated on the screen. Everyone shouts, "Experiment?!"
"Yes! An experiment!" Nurse Mood yells, "Dr. Cuddles wants to test whether or not the ailments we gave you will affect your performance, while also seeing which one of you can play for the longest."
Barry objects, "This has to be some sort of joke."
Nurse Mood giddily says, "Nope!" and sets a down a wide range of "gamer snacks" ranging from doritos, mountain dew, energy drinks, pizza rolls, and so much more. "I'll leave you guys to it, don't have too much fun. Or I'll have to come back and you don't want that!" She says this ominous sentence with a grin from ear to ear and exits through the same door she came in.
Uni sits down criss-crossed on one of the several beanbags provided by the hospital staff to ensure comfortability during the experiment. She turns towards Barry who's still in the back of everyone, complaining. "Bro, stop bitching. Experiment or not, when's the last time you busted some balls in Call of Duty my good bro?"
"I've never played call of duty," Barry corrects.
Uni puts her paws up to her face dramatically, "Home Alone" style. "No fucking way bro, we legit had such different lives before the hospital bro."
You go to sit down next to Uni on the beanbag beside her, Caroline does the same but on the opposite side. You notice that Fortnite is downloaded onto the Playstation and shout while pointing, "Bruh, no fucking way!"
Forgetting Uni's disability, you state what you are pointing to, "They have Fortnite on here!"
Uni exclaims, "No way bro! Man this makes me wish I had my eyes bro."
You try and comfort her by saying, "Gang, I could totally describe what I'm doing if that's make you feel better, on God!"
She exclaims, "Really bro? You'd do that for me? Thanks so much bro!"
Caroline holds the controller up in her hand and asks if you want to play, to which you obviously oblige.
Barry sits on a beanbag next to Caroline, followed by Hemera and Jay in the next seats over.
Uni jokes, "I knew you couldn't stay away from the major clips we're about to hit bro."
Barry stays silent for once while Hemera and Jay watch intently.
Caroline chooses the Fortnite icon and you both start making your gamer tags.
Caroline turns to you and asks, "Hey, what should mine be?"
Uni shouts, "PussyPlower69! PussyPlower69!"
Caroline laughs, "You got it!"
Uni turns to you and says, "And yours should be CockMaster42069! Do it, Do it!"
You make the account and stuff a fistful of Doritos in your mouth, destroying the roof of it.
Barry has become accustomed to how crude Caroline and Uni could be, but since you were new, he rubs his temples knowing that you're just going to add to the madness in the future.
Playing duos, you both join the lobby and wait until battle royale starts.

You and Caroline breeze through the competition and end up being the last 5 players alive.
Uni cheers you both on, "Cmon fuck em' up bros!"
You describe everything happening on the screen to the best of your ability so that Uni could be in on the fun.
"Bruh these bitches keep running," You complain.
Caroline goes after one opponent to try and kill them, but gets sniped by another.
"No!!! Twin!!" You shout.
"What happened?!" Uni asks.
"These bitches killed me dude!" Caroline barks, "Fuck!"
"Aww bro!"
Your grip on the controller becomes even harder so you lean into the direction of the TV screen. "Don't worry twin, I'll avenge you!"
You shoot the opponent down and continue to kill the rest one after one. Once you see a blue and yellow banner saying "Victory Royale!" across the screen, you raise your hands and cheer, "Fuck yes!"
Uni cheers along, "Yeah bro! You did it!" Uni raises her paw and waits for a high five. You slap her with so much force both of your palms sting.
Caroline joins in, "Good job dude!"
You revel in your win for a bit. You and Caroline keep playing for a while. Hemera even let Jay play some games since they begged so much.
When the sun goes down, Caroline stands up and stretches, taking a plate of pizza rolls with her. "Alright guys, I'm gonna go now I have someone...waiting for me. Wink Wink."
Uni waves, "Bye whore!"
Barry's knocked out on his beanbag, and Hemera and Jay wake him up to take him up to his own bed. Hemera waves to you and Uni, while Barry wearily does the same. Jay waves farewell, "Bye guys, we're gonna get him to bed seeya tomorrow!"
You look at Uni and she looks at you.
"Bro, I'm not sleepy at all. You wanna keep playing?"
You reply, "Me neither twin! I can go all night."
Uni says in a sultry voice, "You could?"
You burst out laughing. On her last breath, Uni jokes, "You walked right into that one bro."
The rest of the night was full of epic gameplay and banter that was totally awesome sauce.

You and Uni play until the sun comes up, all the snacks were gone and there were mountain dew bottles and monster cans scattered across the hospital floor.
When you realize how much time has passed, you turn to your unicorn friend.
"Twin, we've totally been playing all night."
Uni enthusiastically replies, "I know bro! Honestly, I'm so glad I have another pro gamer to hang around this buzzkill of a place..."
To which you say with a smile and a fist bump, "Same here bro."
