After Lan Wanji's punishment, he was utterly silent. Not a single sound, or word. They tried to pick him up but it seems he fell unconscious during the punishment, but Lan Xichen was the first to know because he was the first to rush over to his brother's side when he toppled over, he didn't have a pulse, he wasn't even breathing!

He says, his mind already thinking up of all the possibilities, but he could not possibly be Wei Ying. That's impossible, he was dead, he saw him die. "It's nothing" Hua Cheng hates lying to him, but you can't just say 'I'm the founder of demonic cultivation' can you?
"I cooked dinner, you want to eat?" Xie Lian grabbed his hand and led him to the dining room anyways. The table had a pot of god even Jun Wu doesn't know what's inside, but to Hua cheng, it's delicious. "Here" Xie Lian handed him a bowl with the said food inside.
Within seconds the food inside of Hua Cheng's bowl was gone, he ate it all "Seconds" he said. "Your cooking is delicious, anyone who says otherwise is narrow-minded"
