Work Text:

Toshinori loved being a hero. It was the very reason he kept living now that All for One was dead. Helping others with a smile granted satisfaction like no other. It was a very nice feeling to stop a robber from robbing a home or stopping a powerful villain from running amok.

But, there were days when Toshinori liked to do other things.

He liked to cook food he couldn't eat so he could give it away, he liked watching American football, and he liked the little garden he had started as a hobby ever since AFO had died. Overall, he was happy with his life. Especially now that he had more free time since he had found a successor.

It was really nice to have that free time especially since he had the comfort of other heroes doing their jobs when he was unfortunately not able to help. Even though he still wanted to step in of course. But that was only natural.

Eventually, though, Toshinori found himself with too much free time. So, he had to improvise. Sometimes, he liked to go to stores and switch apples and oranges. Other times he liked playing music louder than normal. And one time he even found himself going one kilometer over the speed limit in one of the rare times he drove.

That made his heart skip a beat in excitement.

But Toshinori had found another hobby to fill up his days off, sure it used some of his timer. But it technically counted as Heroism, right? Plus it reminded him of something Nana-sensei said she did when she was younger so Toshinori found comfort in it.

In his small form, he watched some fiend leave their burger wrapper on the floor after buying it from an American fast food chain. The foul person then decided to enter a supermarket, presumably to get some groceries that had wrapping that he'd also left on the floor.

Toshinori knew that whilst he couldn't do much, he could at least inconvenience this scoundrel. So, he walked up to the wrapper and threw it away in the proper trash can and then he looked at the man's car. He smiled to himself as he activated the sacred torch that was One for All.

He walked over to the man's car then. "It seems that this person has parked incorrectly! No matter, I am here!" Using one arm, Toshinori picked up the car and carefully laid it down right next to a conveniently placed wall. "And now, I must go, for a hero can never rest!"

He turned back to normal as he looked at his handiwork. The driver's side door was right next to the wall. Not close enough to cause a collision but it couldn't be opened unless the fiend wanted his door to be scratched. This would teach him that littering is wrong!

With that done, Toshinori smiled as he looked around to see another person leave their car. This time, they parked it too close to an undeserving citizen. And they scuffed the door of that person's car... Such evil could not go unpunished.

Toshinori waited until the woman entered the same supermarket that the man went in and then he once again activated One for All. "Hahaha! I am here once again! To deliver justice to a scoundrel." Using his immense speed, Toshinori made it to the car at record speed before picking it up, being careful not to destroy the car.

Destruction of property was a serious crime after all!

He decided to place the car on the wall. Carefully, he balanced it.

It wouldn't be good if the car tipped over now, would it?

"There we go, perfectly balanced. This will teach that dastardly criminal not to mess with the vehicles of another person!" Toshinori then transformed back to normal once again. It was only then that he heard his phone buzz.

It must be a text from Young Midoriya!

Wait- They were supposed to meet at Dagobah beach 3 minutes ago! That meant Toshinori was late... He couldn't set a bad example for his successor. Using One for All, Toshinori jumped into the air.

He had to rectify his mistake right away.

Tomura looked around as he made sure his disguise was perfect. Luckily, he had maxed out his stealth so he should be fine unless someone with a max level detection ability found him. But that was unlucky. Today was a good day for Tomura.

He could test out the Anti-All Might killing machine and see if it was at a high enough level yet or if it needed to go back and grind for some more levels before it was ready. But he was told that he couldn't cause too much chaos otherwise the heroes would be alerted and they would have to fight whilst under-leveled.

Tomura did not intend to disobey Sensei so he was thinking of alternatives... Looking around, there were a lot of cars in the parking lot Kurogiri had decided to fast-travel him too. So, maybe he could use this as a level? That sounded entertaining enough.

"Nomu. Pick up a car and put it on another one, carefully." Tomura made sure to specifically word it so that the cars wouldn't be destroyed. The Nomu, using its immense speed and strength grabbed the first car and put it on top of another. It effortlessly completed the task, making Tomura smile. It appeared to be at a good enough level already.

Looking at the cars, Tomura had another idea then.

"Nomu, move every car into the shape of a pyramid carefully enough so that no cars will be destroyed." It was a very long order, but Nomu's wisdom and intelligence were only at a 1 so it had to be ordered around carefully otherwise it'd accidentally screw things up.

Nomu, in a burst of speed, picked up every car and quickly enough, the cars were neatly stacked into a pyramid like shape. Perfectly intact. It was almost like the stacked corpse pile he made in GTA 6. A shame that GTA 7 hasn't been released. GTA 6 kept updating though, the U-island heist was a really fun DLC too.

But, this did give him some ideas.

"Nomu, Go turn that stop sign around," Tomura ordered, and Nomu complied. Quickly turning the stop sign around, making it obscured. He then looked around again for some traffic lights. He was happy that he brought a red can of spray paint with him.

This might cause some car crashes, but that was a plus in Tomura's books.

"Nomu, use this spray paint to make every traffic light red," Tomura ordered. Swiftly, the Nomu grabbed the spray paint from Tomura's hands, being sure to not hurt Tomura in the process. It then spent the next ten seconds spray painting every light red.

"Beautiful. This'll do and it'll keep our wanted level down to zero stars." Tomura rejoiced at the anarchy the Nomu caused on his orders. It was a good sign of things to come. It was clearly fast enough, and strong enough as well.

Still, there was one last thing that needed to be done.

"Nomu, use the last of the spray paint to spray "Blizzard Sucks" on the wall that has a car balancing on it." Tomura ordered, letting the Nomu move quickly as it sprayed the message onto the wall. It was then that Tomura heard the familiar noise of Kurogiri's portals opening as Kurogiri walked out looking happier than ever.

"Have you had your fun for the day, Tomura Shigaraki?" Kurogiri asked, standing still as he looked over at the chaos that was caused. "I see that you have done a good job. Sensei will be proud." Kurogiri complimented.

Sensei being proud was the most important part.

"Nomu is ready to beat All Might." Tomura then stood out of the way. "Nomu, Enter Kurogiri's portal." In a burst of speed, Nomu left through the portal, giving Kurogiri sight of the latest handiwork of Tomura and the Nomu.

Kurogiri's yellow eyes widened then. "We need to go right away, Tomura Shigaraki."

"Why?" Tomura narrowed his eyes. "The level is over but we don't need to leave in a rush, only noobs are in this area.'

"Blizzard is the only company able to beat Sensei in terms of evilness." Kurogiri responded then.

"Shit."

He jumped through the portal instantly, hoping that they didn't get seen.

Unknown to Tomura, Blizzard was watching.

Blizzard is always watching.

Super huge thank you to Tobi for stepping in with a last minute one-shot for the exchange.
