Dear Josh,
I finally figured it out. I am an alpha, and you are an omega. Alphas are supposed to be strong and they should protect their omegas, but I cannot do that and that's why you are in great pain. Mama said it is not my fault and she said you would tell me the same thing once you're awake but I know.
I know you are sick because of me. I overheard your Mama, my Mama, and the doctor whispering outside your hospital room and they said it's probably because we are not supposed to meet yet, that I am not alpha enough yet for you.
I am not sure what it means, but I know that I am not yet strong enough to be your protector as I should be and that's why you always get sick whenever I get close to you. I remember the times you gently told me we should not meet anymore, with that sad smile that always make your eyes glassy and yet I do it anyway. I remember how you made me promise not to go to your school anymore since it's not safe for me but now I realize it was more dangerous for you. And yet I do it anyway.
There were a lot of things you tell me not to do, and yet I do it anyway.
I am sorry Josh. I am sorry for being selfish. I am sorry for being a weak alpha.
Mama talked to me yesterday, she said my grandparents invited me to live with them in Zamboanga. It is very far from where you are, Josh, and even though I don't want to leave you behind, I will go. I will go and become strong, become the strongest alpha so that I can protect you.
Josh, if it is not too much to ask, can you wait for me? Josh is pretty and intelligent and just amazing that I am sure a lot of alphas will want to protect you, but can you please wait for me?
Please wait for me, Josh. I will become strong for you.
Your alpha,
Ken
