Phighting Characters' Pokemon Teams

Summary:

A collection of Pokemon teams I made for all of the Phighters and Deities and NPCs on Pokemon Showdown because I feel like it with bonus little headcanons for some of the Phighters AND what pokemon I think their ace would be :D
I also included the export details in case anyone wants to transfer them to showdown for whatever reason on a seperate chapter...

I'm not exactly affluent in every single character so some of the choices might be a little ehhhh :(
I was trying to make sure every team was at least somewhat competitively viable while still fitting the characters so there won't be a lot of preevolutions present. Though, I was never a competitive pokemon player and I still am not, I'm just going based on how I used to format my teams when I played showdown with friends.
Basic rules:
- Only the deities can have legendaries but everyone can have mythicals or mega evolutions or shinies or paradox mons or ultrabeasts
- The selected pokemon have to contain the types from the type specialities, AKA, the pokemon types their teams would generally follow (Some execeptions)
- Teams have to be at least usable so minimize preevolutions (A couple of execeptions)

Sword - Aegislash (Steel and Dragon)

  • Sword uses Aegislash for sword battles sometimes, it enjoys participating in these fights.

 

Skateboard - Alolan Raichu (Fighting and Ground)

  • Subspace built Genesect specfically for his Biografts to use on their teams (The Bios in this universe carry out missions with Pokemon instead of only themselves).

  • Banhammer has a Salamence to match with momma Windforce's Mega Salamence :))

 

Rocket - Magmortar (Fire)

  • Rocket caught the Eevee that would later evolve into Flareon when he used to reside in Playground.
  • Magmortar is from Zuka, it used to be Zuka's pokemon during his younger days. He gave Rocket the Magmortar as a sort of coming-of-age gift.
  • Victini, before it joined Rocket's team, was constantly blessing Rocket with good luck in Phights. It ended up willingly joining Rocket's team after Rocket confronted it.

  • Glaceon and Umbreon used to be Pokemon of close comrades/friends of his before they died.

Scythe - Steelix (Steel and Ground)

  • Scythe uses her Pokemon to carry out killings with her.
  • She uses her Steelix and Mudsdale as transportation, Steelix for the desert (Totally not inspired by Heart of Iron) and Mudsdale for anywhere else.

 

Medkit - Sawsbuck (Grass)

  • Medkit captured the Deerling in Blackrock which would evolve into Sawsbuck, also in Blackrock (Hence why it's in its Winter form). He rode it around as transportation while he lived there and he still does.
  • Medkit used to have entirely different team (Still with Sawsbuck though) but he had to abandon them back in Blackrock after he was forced to flee. He only had Sawsbuck's pokeball on him when he left. He has no idea what happened to his old pokemon and he often misses them/is in despair about them. Subspace ended up using them for experiments because free test subjects!!

  • Meloetta joined Boombox's team after it became a frequent guest at Flipside concerts and grew an interest in Boombox in particular.
