Chapter Text
Albus "too many names" Dumbledore had worked to hard and come this far to get to be Headmaster of Hogwarts Witchcraft and Wizardry, to be ready to shape the minds of the next generation to his way of thinking, in the subtlest of ways. He had too many plans, and back up plans, for it all to be ripped away by some crackpot Seer.
He sighed as he dipped back into the pensive, needing to relive the words told to him not thirty minutes ago.
*pensive memory*
Cassandra Trelawney sat to his left, sipping on the tea, his loyal house elf Otto had brought, He loved house elves, he really did, they had to obey no matter what he told them, he had an army that were unable to disobey him, under pain of death did they. He got sidetracked in his thoughts as he poured him self some tea, knowing his cup would have already been coated in his potion to soothe the brewing headache.
"Now, what can i do for you my dear" He asked in his trademarked Grandfatherly tone hed perfected for getting the sheep of this world to trust him.
" I have had a vision, i believe you will find it most useful in your fight against the dark" Cassandra said airly not looking at him but gazing at the crackling fire.
Dumbledore feigned excitement on his face "By all means my dear, let me hear it, to win the war we need all the help we can get"
Cassandra put down her tea cup and cleared her throat. "The sisters flower will bloom and unite the banner of Hogwarts.
Under the blossoming of the flowers, they will bring an end to Dark Light Lord and free the world from his invisible tyranny." Cassandra sighed, giving prophecy, as well as the retelling of them drained her.
"Stupefy" Dumbledore hissed, before she could finish her sigh. The witch was knocked out cold. "Otto" he called.
The small house elf appeared at his feet, looking to the floor, he hated them looking at him, east to control but they were not worthy of looking at him. "Take Ms. Trelawney home, The Daily Prophet will report that, she died in her sleep overnight, most likely due to heart failure do you understand?" The house elf answered the affirmative and popped away with the unconscious witch.
He then went to the admissions tome in the corner of his office. He poked it with his wand and directed the book to display all pairs of siblings, currently or due to attend Hogwarts. After a few minutes of reading he noticed a pair of names.
"Ah, whats this here, Petunia and Lily Evans, Petunia and her adopted sibling Lily are due their Hogwarts letter in 6 months.Albus looked at their address and a hasty plan formed in his mind. He would render this prophecy null and void before the morn. It really was for the greater good.
