OILSHED & BLOODBATH - An ULTRAKILL X Murder Drones Fanfiction

Summary:

A fanfiction where the events of both ULTRAKILL and Murder Drones take place in the same universe. Corrupted and eldritch AI mixed with the horrors of Hell and the ungodly creations of Man, what could go wrong?

Notes:

THIS FANFICTION WILL CONTAIN DETAILS AND SPOILERS ABOUT ULTRAKILL AND MURDER DRONES. IF YOU HAVEN’T WATCHED MURDER DRONES OR PLAYED ULTRAKILL, IT IS SUGGESTED THAT YOU DO SO IN ORDER TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE STORY AND ITS DETAILS, AS SOME DETAILS ARE OMITTED FOR THE SAKE OF THE STORY.

This is an ULTRAKILL X Murder Drones fanfiction inspired by ThonkertheChonker’s fanfiction, “When Oil Runs Red”. Please check it out if you haven’t yet.

Consider this my own take on the Ultrakill Murder Drones fanfiction.
This is also the first fanfiction I’ve ever made, so please give me constructive criticism on parts you find lacking or just straight up bad. I tried to make the fanfiction dialogue seem as realistic as the characters would say it.

Essentially, this fanfiction’s subject is just “What if ULTRAKILL and Murder Drones happened in the same universe?”.

With all that being said, enjoy the read! Chapters will not come out consistently and will come out when I’m finished with them. (Cause I'm a lazy procrastinator and time)

Chapter 1: PROLOGUE /// EXPOSITION

Summary:

Mankind once waged The Final War, a war that devastated the entire planet and gave birth to the Blood-fueled Machines.

After the war, Mankind began to try and reverse the effects of the war, and began making discoveries for the sake of innovation and prosperity, for the good of all Mankind.

The New Peace.

In this new peace, JCJenson became a widely successful company due to their services of interstellar travel and exoplanet resource mining.

Eventually, they created the Worker Drones.

Mankind also discovered the Mouth of Hell, which confirmed the existence of an afterlife, and Mankind began to conduct expeditions on Hell using the same Blood-fueled Machines they used in the war.

Fast forward to somewhere around the 30th century, and a rogue mutated AI that came from the Worker Drones began to kill humans and wreak havoc and destruction on the surface of the Earth.

At the same time, the Blood-fueled Machines began revolting against Mankind, and began killing them for their own survival.

Eventually, Mankind was driven to extinction, and the only living sentient beings left were Mankind's creations.

Chapter Text

Exactly 1,157 years ago, Mankind had waged a great war with itself. A war that spanned over 200 years, and the effects of it still being present well over 500 years after it concluded.

Aptly named "The Final War".
The most devastating war in history.
500 million casualties, and billions affected by it.

The cause of this war has long since been lost to time, as all the recorded information about it was destroyed during the war.

However, the most prominent thing that happened during this war was the major scientific discoveries made.

Albeit, all of them were made for the sake of the war.

One of the more notable advancements was the invention of heat or energy-based weaponry, which completely made weaponry that used ammunition like the standard firearm near obsolete.

This type of weaponry essentially had infinite ammo due to the nature of how it worked.

Although it still technically required and used ammo to fire, it would take weeks of non-stop shooting for it to run out.
And, all the weapon needs is a single shaving of metal for it to be reloaded again.

This was revolutionary at the time, as soldiers no longer needed to reload in the midst of battle, and this advancement made battles far longer as a result.

However, the next advancement would prove more groundbreaking and more deadly at the same time..

..

At one point in The Final War, major powers were preventing one another from getting useful resources like oil.

Due to this, all of them began to think of a way to circumvent the need for fossil fuels. At the same time, acquiring and maintaining human soldiers was getting more difficult by the day, as nearly all of them were in critical condition, both physically and mentally.

24 hours of fighting every day was beginning to take its toll on them, and getting new soldiers who were willing to plunge themselves into Hell was easier said than done.

And, in their desperation, Mankind invented something they would soon regret.

Blood-fueled Machines.

The Blood-fueled Machines were Mankind's solution to both problems of fuel scarcity and increasingly dwindling number of available soldiers

Unlike humans, Machines did not possess emotion and independent thought, which prevented the issue of soldiers being rendered unavailable due to Shell Shock.

On top of this, Machines do not require rest, meaning they could keep fighting until their bodies were scrap.

The nature of the fact that they required blood to function was a grotesque and wicked one, but one they were willing to turn a blind eye to, all in the hopes of gaining the upper hand.

Due to the Machines requiring blood to function, this effectively made them vampiric and bloodthirsty killing machines, able to keep fighting for long periods of time, so long as they stayed fueled and kept their bodies intact.

This helped escalate the war into new heights.

However, during its conceptual stages and the early stages of the war, the only machines that used blood were machines operated by people, and the blood used would always be near-decaying or not fresh.

This did not pose a problem for non-autonomous machines, as it only needed blood to function.

As the war progressed further, they began advancing what they could do with such tech, and thus the concept of Blood-fueled autonomous Machines was conceived.

Unlike the non-autonomous machines, the autonomous Machines needed fresh blood to function properly, due to bigger requirements for autonomous function.

Although they did not know how to keep the blood inside a Machine fresh at the time, Mankind found a way around it.

Then came the first autonomous blood-fueled war machine, the Gutterman.

The Guttermen were big and bulky machines, equipped with a gatling gun with an enormous amount of ammunition, and a shield for blocking enemy fire.

Due to the issue of keeping the blood inside a Machine fresh, they solved the issue by strapping a live supply of blood to the Gutterman, and sealed them shut inside a metal coffin in the Gutterman's back. They had minimal life support for energy constraints, but it was enough to keep the blood fresh and usable for the Gutterman.

These Guttermen were deployed into enemy trenches filled with human soldiers. Upon deploying, it would then start shooting their gatling gun at the soldiers, quickly shredding them apart and dwindling their numbers.

If the soldiers tried to fight back, it would use its shield to block the incoming flurry of bullets, preventing itself from sustaining damage and damaging its frame.

Due to its autonomous and non-human nature, it could function indefinitely and without remorse.

Deploying several of them into enemy trenches all but guaranteed the death of the entire platoon there.

This quickly rendered human soldiers useless, as they couldn't counter a big, bulky metal war machine with human hands. And so, a counter to the Gutterman was quickly developed.

The Guttertank.

Built from the foundations of the Guttermen, the Guttertank was made as a hard counter to the Guttermen.

Equipped with thick red armor, thick enough to consider it basically bulletproof. It was also equipped with a rocket launcher in its right arm, mines to place around the area, and a powerful left arm.

The arm was specifically designed to counter the Gutterman completely, as one clean punch from it can instantly kill a Gutterman.

With this, it marked both the second phase of the war and a new era in warfare.

The Robotic Arms Race and the Era of the Machines.

At this point of the war, human soldiers have become obsolete and were replaced by machines. Essentially, these machines were now fighting the war for them.

And due to this, it was essential that the Machines kept getting updated to beat the last iteration.

Thus, the Robotic Arms Race began.

A back-and-forth of constantly developing a new model to counter the last model in order to stay on top.

Several of the arms manufacturing companies participated in this race, constantly developing new designs and models to outdo their competition and turn a profit in the process

This race escalated to the point where they had developed Machines to produce designs for them instead, further pushing the war into new heights of devastation.

War had become a self-sustaining system.

And this self-sustaining system would eventually create the most gigantic and destructive weapon to ever be made.

The 1000-THR
Or otherwise known as the "Earthmover".

The Earthmover is a gargantuan four-legged war-machine, equipped with a lightning spear capable of vaporizing cities, and a forcefield capable of stopping a shot from said spears, as well as any incoming attacks from the outside.

These machines laid waste to the surface of the Earth, as entire cities were disintegrated and destroyed in seconds.
The destruction was so devastating, it forced people to migrate to the Earthmovers' backs and live there as it was the only place they could consider even remotely safe.

The gargantuan power of the Earthmover came at a cost however, as the Earthmover required both blood and solar power to function.

At the time, this wasn't a problem, as the Sun kept shining down on the wasteland as the Earthmover continued to move.

But, as the war continued to go on, the pollution built up from the constant war was starting to cast the Earth in darkness. This was called the "Eternal Night" during the war.

And so, after 2 centuries of constant warfare, the pollution had finally blocked out the Sun.

Soon after, the Earthmovers began to fall, due to not being able to gather solar power from the Sun anymore.
And with the Earthmovers, the Final War fell apart.

Due to how powerful and unstoppable of a force the Earthmover was, the entire war became heavily dependent on them, as they were the only things capable of surviving this global-scale battlefield.

But now that all the Earthmovers had fallen, continuing the war was a pointless struggle.

At this point in the war, the Earth was a heavily polluted wasteland, with actual mountains of bodies scattered throughout the land.

All of the natural resources were scarce at this point. Almost the entire planet was cast in a darkness caused by their own pollution.

The people were barely living anymore.

They had all lost the point of this war many years ago, and none of them wanted to keep the war going anymore.

And so, after nearly driving themselves into extinction, Mankind finally agreed to make peace. Thus ending the 200 year-long Final War.

And this marked the start of The New Peace.

..

Mankind began working together to try to reverse the effects of the war, healing the planet they had been desecrating for the last 2 centuries.

In the New Peace, nearly all instances of Blood-fueled Machinery were now unneeded and obsolete.

Many of the companies who were manufacturing them soon went into bankruptcy due to the lack of demand and need for such violent weapons of war.

Nearly all production of them was ceased, and any projects that were in development were cancelled and left in warehouses, the prototypes seemingly never seeing the light of day ever again.

Mankind was beginning to fix itself, and was heading in the right direction.

..

During the New Peace, Mankind began to make more and more technological advancements that benefited all of Mankind and brought prosperity and innovation to society as a whole.

Soon, one company would establish itself as a leading head in this new era of scientific advancement.

JCJenson IN SPAAAAACEE!!!!

or JCJenson for short.

JCJenson at the time was a small yet thriving company, that first introduced the world to the idea of interstellar space travel to different exoplanets for resource mining and safe living.

They also offered several other services, but this was their most well-known one.

JCJenson quickly found great success and profit with these services, as they easily became the world's top and successful conglomerate, easily beating the likes of Am**** or D****y.

JCJenson continued to grow and grow even further, expanding their reach and influence on the world. Soon, they started buying a good portion of the old, bankrupt robotics companies that once produced the Blood-fueled Machines in order to further develop their own project.

And, after years of work, their efforts would soon pay off.

JCJenson soon released a line of autonomous machinery that possessed the unique feature of genuine sentience and emotion.

The Worker Drones.

The Worker Drones were JCJenson's solution to a problem they had been having with the exoplanet mining operations.

Since JCJenson was using human miners to mine out loads of various resources on foreign exoplanets, some of the environments on those exoplanets were not fit for human life.

Along with this, there was the matter of workplace casualties every so often, which significantly affected their progress and flow of work, which also meant it affected JCJenson's profits.

Because of this, JCJenson began tinkering with a way to prevent these problems and increase productivity ten-fold.

Thus, they invented the Worker Drones.

The Worker Drones were originally built for the sole purpose of exoplanet mining, but JCJenson eventually started to sell them as versatile robotic servants due to how successful the project was.

Now, unlike their predecessors, the Worker Drones ran purely on oil.

During the New Peace, Mankind discovered a way to attain fossil fuels from the lower mantles of the Earth, thus further increasing their supply of fossil fuels back to full.

With this new fuel source came a new problem however.

Refuelling.

Refuelling the Worker Drones' oil tanks was a lengthy procedure, which took up valuable amounts of time.

Worker Drones would often have to stop what they were doing to go and get themselves refuelled, as doing so basically prevented their deaths, which is something a sentient creature would want to avoid.

Again, with productivity and profits on the line, JCJenson began to tinker with the Worker Drone designs.

And eventually, JCJenson installed the Worker Drones with self-sustaining fuel systems.

This essentially mimicked a human's anatomy, with the Worker Drones now being able to produce and sustain their own oil tanks indefinitely, no longer needing to refuel themselves periodically.

This both improved a Worker Drone's survivability and productivity.

If the Worker Drone were to get damaged and oil started to leak, all they had to do was get themselves repaired and lost oil would eventually return, so long as they didn't lose all of it.

With the Worker Drones aiding Mankind alongside them, the New Peace continued further, prosperity spreading across the entire planet.

..

Around the same time the Worker Drones were first being developed, an excavation company near the mines soon made a shocking and disturbing discovery.

One that quickly shook both the scientific and religious community to their cores, and baffled them to no end.

They had discovered the Mouth of Hell.

Hell was real.

With this discovery, it all but confirmed the fact that there was an afterlife, and that souls indeed went somewhere after death.

And with the existence of Hell, it was safe to assume that Heaven existed as well.

It was safe to say that the entire world was shook by this.

Quickly, Mankind began to try and explore this newly discovered opening to Hell.

They began to set up stations near the Mouth of Hell, where they could freely observe this otherworldly realm and the different things in it

They began to use the old Blood-fueled Machines and repurposed them as scouts to further explore the inner layers.

One of these Machines was the Streetcleaner, a Machine hardwired to clean everything in its path. It was equipped with a flamethrower and a gas tank in its back, and was primarily used during the Final War to purify the tainted and polluted air.

Nonetheless, Mankind continued to move forward with this heavy discovery in mind.

Their technologies continued to progress, and Mankind continued to bathe in prosperity.

But soon, that would all come crashing down, as Mankind would soon fall into chaos.
..

Around the 31st century, Mankind as a whole was under attack and faced the threat of extinction once again.

A rogue, mutated AI that originated from the AI programming of the Worker Drones began to wreak havoc on the surface of the Earth.

To aid it in its massacre of Mankind, it created mutated and hostile models of the Worker Drones, called Disassembly Drones. They possessed dangerous weaponry, and were resilient against damage, as they not only had tough exteriors, but also had the ability to regenerate lost limbs and parts, so long as it wasn't too severe.

And the worst part was, they were bloodthirsty.

They began attacking people throughout entire cities, decimating them as the rogue AI continued to further lay waste to the surface.

It began infiltrating the various command centers, laboratories, and other major sites. It infected them all, and brought all of them down with barbarous cruelty and efficiency.

Similarly, all of the Blood-fueled Machines began turning against Mankind, and started to kill them for their own survival.

It started way back in the Hell expedition facilities, with the Machines experiencing minor glitches and spasms. But, it slowly grew into the Machines fully turning into Blood-thirsty Machines that killed whatever organic life they found.

This happened in conjunction with the rogue AI's attack on Mankind, which further damned them into a hopeless and gruesome fate.

There was no saving themselves.

..

Mankind is dead.

The last remaining humans were those located in the various exoplanets, who could only watch as their kind were slowly driven into extinction by the very creations they once used.

But they too followed in their footsteps, as they tried to study and harness the rogue AI, but only ended up spreading its influence beyond planet Earth.

And so, with Mankind presumed extinct, the only form of sentient life remaining were the Machines and the Drones..

Remnants of Mankind, left to a cold and hopeless world.

But perhaps, they will find some form of entertainment in this world.

CURRENT OBJECTIVE: ESCAPE AND FIND A WEAPON
_______________________________________________________________
As the status update begins to slowly fade away, the visual feed begins to slowly come up on V1's screen, along with the audio.

V1 wakes up to find themselves in the Copper-9 Storage Facility of the company that made them.
They're suspended in the air by a hook and have several wires attached to their plates. As V1 begins to move and unhook itself, these wires slowly detach one by one. After all the wires have detached, V1 finally unhooks itself and can now stand.
Even though it had been a long time since V1 was last active during their testing and prototyping phase, the blood fuel tanks that were inside of V1 was full. The blood inside the fuel tanks never seemed to start running out either, as if it was self-sustaining. Clearly, someone made some changes to V1’s internal systems while V1 was deactivated.
V1 assumes that they implemented the self-sustaining system oil system Worker Drones had and adapted it for blood. This meant that so long as V1 never sustained damage, V1 could technically keep functioning indefinitely.

After V1 processes the changes done to their inner systems, V1 begins to traverse the storage facility it is in. V1 is the only Machine left inside the building, and every other Machine seems to have left the facility as well. After traversing the facility for quite a bit, V1 finally finds the facility's Armory.
Inside, V1 finds 3 Revolvers, 2 Shotguns, and 2 Nailguns.
The 3 Revolvers are the:
- Alternate Piercer Revolver
- Marksman Pistol
and
- Alternate Sharpshooter Revolver

The 2 Shotguns are the:
- Core Eject Shotgun
and
- Pump Charge Shotgun

And the 2 Nailguns are the:
- Attractor Nailgun
and the
- Overheat Nailgun

V1's weaponry data and combat skill quickly start to identify the weapons' mechanics and how to use it properly. Processing the weapons' different natures and how they can be combined with the other weapons. Eventually, V1 can use these newfound weapons with precise and impressive skill as if V1 had used them long ago.

After getting the weapons at the Armory, V1 quickly tries to find a way to leave the facility it is in.

The sounds of V1's footsteps echo throughout the halls of the facility. These steps become faster and faster, louder, and louder. As V1 quickly finds a way to exit the facility, an open elevator appears within V1's line of sight. An open elevator with splatters of oil everywhere. As V1 approaches the elevator, several sounds can be heard in the floors above V1. As it is not V1's primary objective, it is ignored as V1 gets inside the elevator and presses the highest floor button.

The elevator slowly closes and begins to bring V1 up to the highest floor it can take V1.

As the elevator stops at the highest floor available, the elevator doors open. V1 steps out of the elevator and is met with the sight of a dilapidated and abandoned facility. Dead Worker Drones scattered everywhere, with limbs missing or torn off. Oil splattered everywhere, and writings on the walls using that same oil. A giant crater on the ceiling, letting the cold and harsh winds of Copper-9 seep through.

V1 then slams stores using the nearest wall and jumps out of the crater with great height. Landing on metal pipes and structures outside, V1 is now outside the facility.

V1 begins to run at great speeds, traversing through the cold, snowy grounds of Copper-9.

Abandoned machinery, buildings, scrap metal, and dead Worker Drones everywhere. All covered by the cold snow and harsh winds. This was the sight Copper-9 had to offer.

As V1 continues to traverse Copper-9's gruesome sights, V1 comes across 2 strange sights. A spire built with the corpses of Dead Worker Drones, and a seemingly functional metal door. V1 decides to inspect the Corpse Spire first.

INSPECTING . . .
WORKER DRONE CORPSE SPIRE
Type: Non-Natural Structure

It appears to be an artificial spire built with the deceased corpses of Worker Drones. Every corpse has either missing limbs or has been torn through. The oil of the Worker Drones has slowly leaked through the bodies, causing the spire to solidify itself using the frozen oil. It is currently unknown what built this spire, and it does not seem to be man-made.

After inspecting the Corpse Spire, V1 heads to the massive door. It appears to be functional, as there are electrical currents running through the door's systems.

As V1 got closer, voices began to be audible through the gates.

"Guys! My daughter is into doors!"

The sound of muffled cheering could be heard inside the metal doors.

Then suddenly, the metal door opened, revealing 4 Worker Drones sitting and playing Poker, and 2 Worker Drones walking towards the door.

V1 quickly dashes back into an unassuming spot, in order to not get spotted but still observe what was happening.

Unknown Worker Drone: "She's gonna be outside for a bit to examine the exterior of Door 1."

The Worker Drone then looks at the Worker Drone next to him.

Unknown Worker Drone: "Your door-specific destiny awaits!"
Exclaimed the Worker Drone with a mustache.

A Worker Drone with purple hair and hot-topic clothing begins to slowly walk out of Door 1, while carrying some sort of weapon.

Purple-haired Worker Drone: "Uh, wow. Okay. Just gonna leave then... Cause this worked so weirdly well. Uh, go, doors!"

As the purple-haired Worker Drone exits, the doors closed behind her. A voice can be heard inside the doors.

"They grow up so fast."

There are now 2 new developments.

One, the metal doors seemingly lead to an inner colony of Worker Drones, and the doors themselves are managed by Worker Drones as well.
Two, there is now a Worker Drone in the outskirts of Copper-9.

After the door closed behind them, the purple-haired Worker Drone took a deep breath and looked around Copper-9.

V1 decides to silently follow and observe the lone traveler.

The purple-haired Worker Drone began to walk the streets of Copper-9, with caution and paranoia. The Worker Drone continues to traverse the streets until it comes across the massive Corpse Spire composed of dead Worker Drones. The sight of such a grotesque scenery clearly terrified the Worker Drone, but she kept pushing forward and entered the Spire.

V1 continues to observe the Worker Drone as it enters the Spire, watching from the outside.

Inside, she found parts of Worker Drones and other machinery scattered across the snow. In the middle was a landing pod. The Worker Drone looks across the parts laid on the floor. She throws away the arm she picked up before finding a green core fit for the weapon she brought.

She picked it up and inspected it for a bit, before hearing the mechanical whirr of the wings of a Disassembly Drone.

After hearing such a fear-instilling sound, she quickly hid behind some scrap before the Disassembly Drone landed.

V1, seeing the scared look on the Worker Drone's face, prepares for combat as there is currently no data on the potential enemies V1 may face on Copper-9.

From the sky, a Disassembly Drone or "Murder Drone" drops down and lands on the pod in the middle. It carries the head of a dead Worker Drone and begins to drink the oil inside. After drinking the oil, it crushes the head and throws it away and onto the snowy floor.

The Worker Drone, hiding behind scrap and presumably out of the Disassembly Drone's line of sight, uses a broken shard of glass to see the Murder Drone right behind her.
As she looks at the core, she looks at the Murder Drone through the shard once more, only to see the Murder Drone's visor light up and that the Murder Drone had been looking at her this whole time.

[NOW PLAYING: Goth Girl Anime Lover VS Wholesome Killer Boy]
[ALTERNATIVE: Cerberus]

Startled, she quickly prepares the Railgun she brought. She throws the core into the air, prepares the railgun to fire before catching the core as it falls down and attaches it to the Railgun. The Railgun powers on and she prepares to shoot at the Murder Drone.

V1, although able to, decides not to interfere with what was happening, as it needed more information on the “Murder Drone” the Worker Drone was afraid of. Saving the Worker Drone didn't prove to have any benefits for V1 at the time being, so it decided to not interfere until forced to.

V1's firmware only included information available during the time, so any new developments in new Drone models done outside of the firmware's time of update is not included. The company that made V1 shut down some time after the latest firmware update.

The Murder Drone then flies up and lands down in front of the Worker Drone, sending her and her Railgun flying. The Railgun lands somewhere far from the point of impact. The Worker Drone, after being sent flying, quickly regains her footing with a mid-air backflip and lands on the ground while quickly assuming a fighting pose.

Purple-haired Worker Drone:
"Whoa -- and they said pirating all that anime was useless."
The Worker Drone said to itself, as if to complement its epic landing.

The Murder Drone then quickly pops up in front of the Worker Drone and stabs her hand with its sharp tail filled with a strange yellow liquid.
This liquid begins to eat through the Worker Drone's metal hand. She grunts from the pain of an acid eating through her hand.

The Murder Drone then flings the Worker Drone to where the Railgun landed using its tail that's still stabbed through the Worker Drone's hand.

After being hurled by the Murder Drone to the nearest scrap of metal lodged in the ground, the Worker Drone spots its lost Railgun and quickly picks it up to fire it.

As the Murder Drone prepares a gun to finish off the Worker Drone, the Worker Drone says something to the Murder Drone.

Purple-haired Worker Drone: "Bite me."

The Worker Drone then pulls the trigger on the Railgun while aiming at the Murder Drone, causing a green light to start emanating from the Railgun.
The Railgun then shoots a massive green beam of energy at the Murder Drone, instantly vaporizing its head.

The Worker Drone slides back from the recoil, and a hologram display appears above the Railgun, saying it's recharging.
The Murder Drone, now without a head and electricity emitting from where it once was, falls down with a loud metal thud.

The Worker Drone, shocked at the effectiveness of the Railgun, gasps with joy.
Purple-haired Worker Drone: "Holy hell!" "Suck on that, Dad!"

V1, astonished at the capability of the Railgun, is now fascinated by the Purple-haired Worker Drone, and is interested in learning how it was able to make such a weapon.

As the Worker Drone celebrated, the Murder Drone began to regenerate its lost head with a metallic substance from inside its body and began to boot up again.
The Worker Drone, unable to use its Railgun due to it recharging, is now desperate to find a way to take down the Murder Drone.

She quickly grabs the arm she threw away long ago and begins sprinting at the Murder Drone. Then, she slaps the Murder Drone with the severed arm she picked up.

As the Murder Drone began to boot up, one of its yellow bulbs at the top of its head is now colored red. After the Worker Drone slaps the Murder Drone in the face with the arm, it wakes up and then begins to talk.

Murder Drone: "Did you just slap me with that arm?"
Purple-haired Worker Drone: "Holy crap, it talks."

[NOW PLAYING: N: Disassembly Drones' Leader]

Murder Drone: "Yeah, sorry. It's just, my, uh, head kinda hurts. Hey, are you new to our squad? You're a little, uhh..."

The Murder Drone's visor begins to start showing an error message for the visuals, signifying it's broken.

N: "short, for a Disassembly Drone. I'm Serial Designation N, nice to meet you. I'm kind of the leader of the squad in this city. That's not true, everyone tells me I'm useless and terrible. Wait, I'm not supposed to tell you that part! Biscuits! Well, honesty is the best policy. I also can't seem to remember the past 3 hours of my life, but I'm sure that'll sort itself out.

Purple-haired Worker Drone: "Uh huh... I, uh, have to, go."

As the Worker Drone tried to leave, she then felt the pain in her hand that had a hole torn through it.

N: "Stuck yourself? Just pop it in your mouth. Our saliva neutralizes the nanites, otherwise I'd be constantly disassembling myself."

Using all the information gathered about these "Murder Drones" through observation and hypothesis, V1 has now assembled an entry about these strange new Drone models.

DISASSEMBLY DRONE
Type: Greater Machine
Known Names: N

Developed by JCJenson, Disassembly Drones, or "Murder Drones" as they have come to be called, are Drones designed to take down and decommission rogue Worker Drones who no longer serve the wills of Mankind.

Unlike Worker Drone, they have a taller stature, and are equipped with various tools and weaponry, such as wings, guns, rocket launchers, etc. Their tail is equipped with a nanite acid that can eat through Worker Drones' bodies. They also have the ability to self-regenerate lost limbs, but the extent to how much they can regenerate is not known yet. They also show some level of coordination and battle strategy, but it varies per Drone.

Like their prey, Disassembly Drones are capable of feeling and expressing human emotions and have distinct personalities as well.

[MORE INFORMATION NEEDED]

STRATEGY:

Due to their impressive speed and agility, it's best to keep your distance from Disassembly Drone and attack from a distance. Their nanite acid could also prove to be dangerous if able to be used. If a close-quarters fight is forced, parry any of their melee attacks and dodge their tails.

They can be caught off-guard, possibly due to emotions such as overconfidence, naivety, anger, etc. This can be used by simply feigning weakness to get their guard down, or by manipulating their egos and emotions to enrage them and lower their caution and reason.

Due to their regeneration, the best strategy is to out-damage their healing by dealing rapid attacks to their bodies. Intense rays of energy, like with the Railgun, also seem to vaporize their limbs instantly, allowing for an opportunity to finish them off before they continue healing.

[MORE INFORMATION NEEDED]

Purple-haired Worker Drone: "And by our saliva, you mean..."
Purple-haired Worker Drone & N: "Disassembly Drone?"
Purple-haired Worker Drone: "Right. Hey, let's go in that landing pod over there!"
N: "Sure! I love doing anything!"

As the 2 began to head inside the landing pod, V1 slowly followed behind them. Stealthily coming closer and closer to the landing pod until V1 was close enough to hear inside the pod.

As V1 stood outside the landing pod, V1 began to listen in to N as he began talking to the Purple-haired Worker Drone. N began talking about the other 2 Disassembly Drones, V and J, and their personalities. Then, the landing pod they used to get to Copper-9 and the fact that they were sent here with no instructions to get back. And lastly, the reason why they kill Worker Drones, is to ingest their oil and avoid overheating to death.

*added J and V to Known Names of Disassembly Drones*

The concept of using the blood of fallen foes to fuel oneself was certainly a concept that never faded away, even after the war.

As V1 continued to listen in to the duo's conversation, V1 detected motion outside of the Spire and went outside to inspect. In the sky, the 2 other Disassembly Drones N mentioned, J and V, were flying and about to descend into the Spire. Seeing that if the Worker Drone V1 had been following were to perish, V1 would never be able to get more information about the current state of things, as well as how that Railgun functioned.
V1 decides to warn the Purple-haired Worker Drone about the incoming Disassembly Drones. V1 then knocked on the outside of the landing pod the two were in, as if to scare the Worker Drone into rushing home.

*knock* *knock* *knock*

N: "Oh hey, they're back! You should greet them yourself; I know you'll love em!"

The Purple-haired Worker Drone, now realizing she might die, begins to panic. She begins to look for an opportunity to escape.

N opens the door of the landing pod from the inside to greet what he assumed would be his fellow Disassembly Drones, J and V. Instead, he finds no one outside the landing pod.

N: "Huh, that's weird. No one's here, but I swear I heard knocking earlier. I’m sure that’s nothing to worry about!"

The Purple-haired Worker Drone, upon hearing that no one
was there, began to bolt out of the landing pod and start running.

N: "Don’t worry, I’ll keep you safe from anything that tries to harm u-“
By the time N finished that sentence, The purple-haired Worker Drone was already gone.
N: "Hey, where’d you go? Uh, are you still here? Invisible... by any chance?”
J: "Idiot, get out here!"

As N stepped out of the landing pod, the two other Disassembly Drones, J and V, were waiting for him.

V: "Yo, we got a worker out there I kind of want to practice balloon animal shapes with. ...What happened here?"
J: "Synergistic Liability here must have tripped and knocked himself offline."

J then slaps N in the face, causing N to have a system reboot.

J: "Moron bot, hello?"
She snaps her fingers at N's face while saying it.

N then begins to reboot, now remembering everything that has happened the last 3 hours. He got killed by a Worker Drone with a Railgun and mistook that Worker Drone for a fellow Disassembly Drone when he regenerated with glitched visuals. He realized he had been talking to the target and let them get away.

N: "Ohhhh..."
His scanner indicates the Worker Drone's footprints.
N: "Ohhhh! You know, I-I left an-an extremely dangerous weap- excuse outside...!"

N then quickly heads out in order to pursue the Worker Drone he let escape. As he quickly runs after the Worker Drone, V then begins to hold up a flag that says "Literally So Insanely Suspicious" while she and J look at N.

As the Purple-haired Worker Drone sprints for her life while a Disassembly Drone chases her, she catches a glimpse of a strange silhouette around the corner of her eyes.

A tall figure, with wings protruding from its back. At first, it would seem like another Disassembly Drone, but it would immediately become clear that it wasn’t, because of the differently shaped head. It looked like a security camera but emitted a yellow glow from its lens. She could barely see its blue exterior. As she looked at it, it seemed like time slowed down, long enough for her to realize that it was staring right at her. It was watching her, for unknown reasons. But as long as it wasn't a Disassembly Drone, and wasn't actively chasing her, she could forget about it for now and worry about it later.

She continued to run from the Murder Drone until she reached Door 1. Door 1 opens, which lets the cold winds in and annoys the workers.

Purple-haired Worker Drone: "Bite me! Close it, close it!"

She hurriedly tries to close Door 1 before the Murder Drones get in. Door 1 closes, but a loud metal bang is heard as the Murder Drone stopped Door 1 from fully closing by lodging his hand between the door. The Murder Drone then begins to pry the door open, slowly.

N: "Hey, fellas. Oh, deal me in, I love rummy. Wait, no, I'm going to murder everyone... Rain check!"

[NOW PLAYING: Gin Rummy]
The Murder Drone then swings his acidic tail at the door scanner, breaking the master door and the scanner, causing all the doors to open. The Worker Drones, now realizing they're in grave danger, start running. The only Worker Drone left behind is Todd, who is seemingly too drunk to realize he is in danger.

Todd: "Um, actually, it's gin rummy. So-"

Todd is immediately cut off as he is pinned against the wall by the tail and his head is cut off by the Murder Drone. The Murder Drone then starts to shoot at the fleeing Worker Drones. A Worker Drone's head is shot off while the Murder Drone pounces on another Worker Drone.

The Purple-haired Worker Drone continues to run, while a Worker Drone catches up to her to start talking to her.

Worker Drone: "Hey, Uzi! I just realized no one's said my name out loud before, so I'm just letting you know I'm-"

Before the Worker Drone finishes speaking, he is cut off as he is sliced in two by the Murder Drone. After slicing the Worker Drone in two, the Murder Drone then chases after the remaining Worker Drone, Uzi.

After the railgun finishes recharging, Uzi then holds her railgun and prepares to fire, only to see that the Murder Drone is gone and her father, Khan, has appeared.

Khan: "Pretty nice hydraulics, huh?"
As he finishes saying that, he pauses to see all the destruction, damage, and casualties done.
Khan: "...What-What have you done?"

Uzi is too stunned and ashamed to respond to Khan. Before she could muster up the courage to even think of explaining herself, Serial Designation N swoops in, sending shockwaves across the floor.

[NOW PLAYING: The Dad-ening]

Uzi, after being caught off-guard, prepares to fight the Murder Drone.

Uzi: "This time, I won't miss."

Serial Designation N: "I'm sorry. I really enjoyed our time together, but I can't have you shooting V with that thing."

Uzi: "Bite me! Dad, get down!"

Khan: "Uzi, you Lead a murder drone here?! My beautiful doors!"

Uzi: "Now is so not the time! I messed up, in the same way I'm about to fix it! Move, dad!"

N then pins Uzi against the wall by impaling her through the shoulder and into the wall, causing her to drop the Railgun, which falls near Khan's feet.

Uzi, straining to speak, says to her father:
Uzi: "Dad... Point and shoot... Trust me...!"

Khan, who is too afraid to speak, looks at the visor of the Murder Drone, who has the same X they've always had. His hand shakes from fear, as if he was reminded of the day his wife was killed by the Murder Drones. He then begins to step back and looks at the remote for the doors.

Uzi: "Dad...?"
Uzi, says with a heatbreaking tone.

Khan then averts his eyes from Uzi, then closes the door. It sends the facility into an alert, with red lights everywhere and an alarm sounded.
Uzi, left for dead by her father, is too heartbroken to even say anything. Her hand goes limp, her mind numbs and shuts down, she doesn't feel anything anymore, not rage or sadness.

N's visor, which had been showing an X this whole time, reverts back to his original eyes, and begins to show a sympathetic face of concern for Uzi. This face of concern immediately turns into a face of surprise as he hears the voice of his fellow Disassembly Drone, J.

J: "Whoa, N!"

[NOW PLAYING: The Plot 2: This Time It’s Personal]
The Disassembly Drones, crawling from the ceiling, then jump down to talk to N.

After seeing his coworkers, N then flings Uzi away with his tail onto the wall behind him, while Uzi faintly screams.

J: "Am I dreaming, or did you do something not useless, for once?"
V: "I've been trying to get past those doors for months. Nice work, N."
N: "...You... Me... Name... Remember...?"
V: "These ventilation shafts can easily get us around this last door. Lowest body count eats a missile!"

V then flies upward, and into the ventilation shaft, her laugh audible from the ventilation shafts.

J: “Way to go, stud. The company's gonna love this. With this colony wiped, we'll make top team this quarter, for sure. You know what that means... Branded pe-ens!”

J then holds a JCJenson branded pen, dangling it in front of N's face, which brings him joy. J then tosses it to him, and prepares to fly to catch up with V.

N then looks at the branded pen. After looking at the pen, N starts to think if it was even worth it. He then starts to think about what that Worker Drone said, about what would happen to him after his purpose is fulfilled. N then starts to question if whether or not these Worker Drones deserve such a brutal death, and if there was any difference between them and the Worker Drones, in the eyes of the company and themselves.
After thinking about it, N then says to J:

N: “...Uh, you know, not that I can't wait to keep murdering all these, uh, maybe not-so-actually different from us Worker Drones, but, just out of curiosity, do we actually, uh, know what the company plans to do with us afterwards...?”

After hearing such a statement from a Murder Drone of all things, Uzi, who had given up on life entirely after her father abandoned her, boots up and wakes up from the shock of hearing N's questioning of the company.

J then looks back at N, with shock and suspicion, and asks him

J: "Excuse me...?"
N: “Okay, so, a worker earlier might have suggested that they could fix up our landing pod to, uh, escape the planet and stuff, which, whoa, hey, that's against the rules! But, it is kind of making me question why our pods were only one way in the first place. Cause, you know, I get the feeling the company doesn't actually love robots, and like we might be robots. I've made a terrible mistake. It's cool how immediately I could tell.”
J: “Hmm... No way, buddy. Questioning the company? You just finally gave me the excuse I needed.”

J then injects a virus in N by using her hands, causing his systems to fail and him to kneel. His visor showing the errors caused by the virus.

J: “Worker drones are corrupted, N. That's why the company sent us. I hate to see you corrupted as well.”

N, infected and struggling to even talk, says:
N: Thanks, J... Always looking out for me... You're awesome...
N then collapses due to the virus corrupting and disabling more of his systems.

J, then snickers at N, before flying off to catch up with V and kill the Worker Drones inside.

.....

After J leaves, Uzi checks the area, before she stands back up from where she was lying down. She then walks to her Railgun to get it. As Uzi grabs her Railgun, N starts talking, in a glitched manner, with error messages appearing in his visor.

N: “Ah, biscuits. I'm sorry. I ruined your card game, then made you have an awkward moment with your dad.”
Uzi: “And I made you rebel like an angsty teen, which got you killed. Though, you also tried to kill me, so morality calls this a draw.”

Uzi then pushes a crate to where the vent is and climbs the crate, in order to reach the vent to get to the colony. She fails due to her short stature.

Uzi: “Ugh... For the record, that was the lamest heel-face turn in history. Was that supposed to be you switching sides?”
N: “Being rebellious is a lot harder than it looks. Thanks for showing me the ropes.”
Uzi: “Nuh-uh, no bonding thing. You just killed a bunch of people, idiot.”
N: “That's super fair... (Sighs) I screwed up...”
Uzi: “Ugggh...! In the same way you're about to fix it?”

Uzi says, while holding up the wrench, presumably to take off the bolt that’s attached to N, which is causing the virus.

N: “Hahaha! I love doing anything!”

N says, while multiple error messages continue to show in his visor, and then a “I’M LITERALLY ABOUT TO DIE.” message pops up on his visor.

In the other room, Thad is thrown across by J, bleeding oil, while Lizzy and Doll come to help him. As J walks to the remaining Worker Drones, she drops the body she was grabbing earlier and begins to prepare her claws for disassembling.

Khan: “So... They found our evacuation spot. But, if we build a quick door...”

Thad then gets up in order to respond to Khan.

Thad: “Are you kidding me?! You're the WDF, right? Defend!”

The WDF, back away out of cowardice and fear for their lives, refusing to come closer to the Murder Drones.

Thad: “For real?”

V then comes down from the ceiling and impales Thad with her wings and slams him into floor, only to impale him again and slowly bring him up to V’s height. As she is about to kill Thad, laughing at the thought of oil spilling, she is interrupted by Uzi.

Uzi: “Hey!”
V: “Huh?”
Uzi: “Put that conventionally attractive male do--“

Uzi’s interrupting statement is then interrupted by the sound of the ceiling above breaking. Uzi looks up at what made the sound, only to see a blue humanoid Machine jump down from where the windows once were. This blue Machine, with 8 golden wings protruding from its back, 4 on each side. Its head is distinctly different, with it not having any visors or a mouth, and is instead shaped like a security camera with a yellow-orange glow emitting from its lens. Its shape was eerily familiar to Uzi. But Uzi then remembered that silhouette from before that was watching her, that was it. This was what was watching her from before.
V1 has now arrived.

Shocked faces fill the room, especially from the Disassembly Drones and Uzi.
J: “What the- What is this, a blue Nikkon?”
J then reads the text in its chest plate, which reads “V1”.
J: “V1, huh? Hey V, you know this guy?”
V: “What? No. I have never seen this thing ever in my life.”

J then throws Thad away from her grasp, freeing her hands.
Meanwhile, Uzi and N are left questioning about the sudden arrival of a strange Machine.

Uzi (whispering): “Hey N, don’t tell me that thing is a part of your squad!”
N (whispering): “No way! It doesn’t look like any Disassembly Drone I’ve seen, and I’ve only seen two!”
Uzi (whispering): “Well I saw that thing earlier when I was running for my life back then. It was looking at me.”
N (whispering): “Wait really? I didn’t even see it at all!”
Uzi then looks at N with an angered expression.
N (whispering): “Oh, and sorry for chasing you back then too.”
Uzi (whispering): “Eh, whatever. Right now, we need to see what that thing does. I have a feeling its gonna do something crazy.”

[NOW PLAYING: Versus]
After jumping from the ceiling and landing gracefully, V1 then bows to the Disassembly Drones, before looking behind to bow to Uzi and N. N bows back to V1, as a show of respect.

V1 then pulls out the Marksman Pistol and flings 2 coins into the air and punches it into both J and V. V1 then quickly pulls out the Alternate Piercer Revolver and shoots at the coins as it falls behind the Disassembly Drones. The Piercer beam pierces J in the yellow lights above her head, then ricocheting off the coin that had fallen behind her, piercing her again through the arm and the torso, and into the coin behind V, which pierces V, and the Piercer Beam ricochets again back into J, hitting her for the 3rd time in a row.

+ FISTFUL OF DOLLAR
+ FISTFUL OF DOLLAR
After seeing the strange Machine effortlessly attack the 2 Murder Drones across the room, N and Uzi quickly take cover behind the various cargo containers scattered in the room.

J then screams from the pain of getting pierced by a beam of light, the yellow liquid in the lights above J’s head starts leaking and her vision starts malfunctioning.

J: “Oh sweet consistent stock growth! That stung!”

V then quickly prepares for combat.

V: “J, What the heck is that thing?!”
J: “You’re asking me?! I thought YOU knew!”
V: “Ah, dang it!”

While J processes the pain and damage she received for the first time, V, drawing out her blades, flies into the air and charges blindly at V1 with great speed and agility.

While V charges at V1 with all she has, V1 responds to this by spinning up the Alternate Sharpshooter Revolver and firing it at V. At the same time, V1 signals Uzi and N to get out of the way.

N: "Uzi! Watch out!"

N grabs Uzi and jumps out of the way, milliseconds before the revolver was fired.

When the revolver fired, a red beam then pierced V. The red beam then ricochets off the wall, pierces her again, and ricochets off another wall to hopefully pierce her again. V quickly dodges the third beam, but the fourth beam tries to hit her again but only manages to barely scrape her visor.

V sustained heavy damage, but the program inside her started to regenerate the injured areas. V’s visor then emits steam, and slowly heals the burn left by the beam. V, now with an enraged expression on her face, flies to V1 at great speeds, while preparing to dodge anything it throws at her. V quickly equips her claws before coming face to face with V1.

V: "I'll impale your motherboard for that one!"

V then lunges at V1 to try and stab its core and rip it out. However, V1 responds to this by parrying her attack away, which causes V to be sent flying back.

+ PARRY

V: "What the?"
V then looks at the arm V1 used to parry her attack, the left arm. The left arm had a more buffed and bulky appearance, compared to the right hand. Its insides were partly shown, due to the blue plating only covering the forearm and the hand. It's clear this arm was clearly something different. It could reflect attacks and knock the attacker back far. That arm was clearly something to be wary of.
V: "Interesting arm you got there. Sure hope you don't mind me borrowing it for some testing later!"

V then flies towards V1 at great speeds, wielding her claws instead. V recognized the capabilities of that Arm and opted to go for a close attack instead. Projectiles would definitely not work against that thing. She hoped to overwhelm it enough and not give it time to react and parry her. However, V1 quickly brings up the Core Eject Shotgun and shoots the core at V. V dodges the core, but V1 shoots the flying core behind V, causing an explosion that sends V forward, disrupting her flight.

Meanwhile, Uzi and N briefly talk about their plan.

N: "Uzi, what do we do?! It’s chaos out there!”
Uzi: "What do you think we should do, HIDE?! I’m done hiding! Right now, it's occupied with fighting V. J's still recovering from the damage she sustained so we need to get her now before she can attack again.”
Uzi: “Okay, which one do you want?”
N: “J, please.”
Uzi: “Too bad, good luck!”

After Uzi's great pep talk, she then flings the branded pen at J, hitting one of her lights. Uzi then runs off to prepare for another attack.

As Uzi stands her ground in front of J and prepares to fire her Railgun, J switches to an automatic gun and begins firing randomly to defend herself, while still managing the pain. Uzi narrowly avoids the trajectory of the bullets.

J then yanks the pen out of her lights with a grunt of pain and says:

J: "Damn the well-made quality assured durability of JCJenson's products!"

J, while looking up, sees Uzi in the air, who greets J with a V-sign with her fingers.

J: "Huh?"

Uzi then comes down from the air and kicks J in the face, causing the pen to be lodged further in J's face. This causes more of the yellow fluid inside of the lights to leak, and causes J even more pain, which causes her to scream.

Uzi then lands and picks up the Railgun with a smug look, before narrowly avoiding V's attack and replacing her smug expression with a surprised expression.

V then charges up her energy blade attack to hit V1 but misses and almost hits N. N then joins the battle.

As V switched to the rocket launcher, V1 equipped the Pump Charge Shotgun and parried the shotgun bullets into V, causing the bullets to go at high speeds and explode upon impact.

+ PROJECTILE BOOST

As V1 continues the barrage of attacks, N then equips his machine gun and begins firing at V. V, getting attacked on both sides, decides to equip the energy blade, and attempts to slice both N and V1. V1 dashes out of the blade’s range while N maneuvers out of it. While they’re fighting, N begins to talk to V1.

N: “Listen, I know that we are total strangers to each other, and I haven’t known you until right now, but please protect Uzi! Leave V to me! Please, just trust me!”

As V1 looked at N, V1 recognized the genuine worry N had for his friend. At the same time, V1 saw V equip the rocket launcher through the reflection on N’s visor. She then fires a rocket at the two.
Then, V1 accepts N's request, and salutes him off with 2 fingers before dodging the incoming rocket, which lands near N's feet.

The rocket then explodes, causing N to shriek loudly in pain.

+ NOT-SO-FRIENDLY FIRE

J rips out the pen lodged in her head and crushes it in anger. With her senses still in disarray, she locates the one that kicked the pen in her face and prepares an EMP blast that would knock the Worker Drone out, laughing maniacally while she prepares it. However, that is interrupted by a shot from the Alternate Piercer Revolver by V1 as it gets closer to them. Enraged by the constant barrage of attacks from the rebel and the blue Machine, J then brings out her wings and begins to fly in the air to dodge any incoming attacks. Uzi then prepares to fire at J with her Railgun, but J suddenly dives from the sky and into Uzi.
She grabs Uzi and her Railgun and begins charging it to use against V1.

+ ENRAGED

J: "I'm getting sick of you two ancient toasters! It's about time I put an end to this silly charade!"

As J charges the Railgun, V1 proceeds to grab 2 magnets from the Attractor Nailgun and throw it at each of J's wings. Then, using the Overheat variant, starts firing nails at her wings, causing it to jam and send J flying down. J drops Uzi and her Railgun while flying down. V1 catches Uzi, but J switches to the rocket launcher and fires rockets at the shipping containers near Uzi and V1, causing them to start collapsing. V1 throws Uzi out of the way before V1 is crushed under the weight of the shipping containers. It barely does any damage to V1's metal exterior, but it renders V1 unable to move.

Meanwhile, N and V exchange blows and slashes with their blades while in the air. Using their wings, they fly around in the air with great speeds while countering each other's attacks. N catches V's blades with some struggle, before seeing Uzi on the ground and V1 buried under the shipping containers. J slowly approached the incapacitated Uzi, while still damaged.

N: "UZI!"
Thinking quickly, N comes up with a plan to quickly put an end to his fight with V.
N: "I'm so, so sorry. Have fun repressing this!"
N then licks V's blade, which shocks and disgusts V to the point of catching her off-guard.
V: "EW! WHAT THE HELL?!"
While V processes the disgust running through her head, N then flies over V's head and dropkicks her into the ground.

+ GROUND SLAM
+ AIR SLAM

Meanwhile, Uzi wakes up from the fall and attempts to grab her Railgun, but J kicks away the Railgun and starts monologuing over Uzi.

J: "I have to admit, you two bolts for brains sure gave me a hard time. I've had prey fight back before, but not to this extent. And that security camera over there sure made me go through a lot of pain, don’t you think?"

J's visor then displays that BestMonolgueEver.mp3 was playing, showing that J was distracted with her early victory speech.

J: "Today's resistance was so, different. Your edgy spirit and that.. thing was just so..."

But before J could finish her monologue, she felt a sharp pain in her feet.
J: "..painful?"
Uzi had stabbed J in the feet with her own tail, causing the nanite acid to start eating away at her own foot. J then hops backwards on one foot while holding the damaged foot, writhing in pain.

J: "Gah! Fourth quarter profits! Mother of company leadership retreats!"

As J continues to hop backwards, she accidentally steps on the rubble of stone beneath her feet, causing her to trip and fall.

As J fell down, V1 finally got out of the weight of the shipping containers by blasting away the containers with a Core Eject. As V1 stood up, V1 found J on the ground and Uzi about to pick up her Railgun. As V1 approaches J, Uzi charges up her Railgun and points it at J. Now, 2 figures loom over J, and are about to finally end her.

Uzi: "One more buzzword and I'll do it!"
J: "...Equity partnersh---"

Before J could finish her sentence, V1 flings 4 coins up into the air and Uzi shoots the Railgun at the first coin, causing a chain ricochet of the Railgun blast, which ends in the final bean landing on J. She is blasted by the Railgun's intense heat, which vaporizes her and sends rubble flying everywhere. J's upper body is now evaporated by the Railgun, leaving nothing but the legs and forearms, which is still crackling with electricity, while Uzi spits on where J's formerly alive body once was.

After Uzi and V1 defeated J, the Worker Drones come out of hiding to cheer for Uzi and V1 for defeating the Disassembly Drone and saving everyone. Uzi, still affected by the fall, faints but is caught by N, who then lifts her up and into his shoulders. V is sitting on the ground, restrained with chains to prevent her from hurting anyone else.

Thad: "Holy hell, Uzi, that was insane! And you too, uh..."

N: "Huh? Oh! N! I'm an angsty rebellious disassembly drone, now."
Yellow pixelated sunglasses then appear on N’s visor.

Thad then looks at V1.
Thad: "And especially you! Man, you were amazing back there! You were so cool, shooting those coins mid-air, deflecting their attacks, and-and!"

Thad's fanboying over V1 is interrupted by Khan, who clears his throat to draw attention to himself. The Worker Drones step back to reveal Khan. Uzi then throws the wrench Khan gave her back then at his feet.

[NOW PLAYING: The Dad-ening 2: It’s Actually Personal]
Uzi: "I brought the murder drones here accidentally. You chose to leave me for dead instead of just freaking believing in me! That's not even an edgy teen hyperbole like when I said it last week!"

This nearly makes Uzi tear up from the thought of it, but Uzi quickly regains her composure and slaps herself to get back to what she was saying and restores her edge levels.

Uzi: "I'll save you the trouble dad. I banish myself!"
Everyone then looks at Khan, who tries to respond but can’t find the right words to say.

Uzi: "Let's go, N. Everyone here can bite me!"

Uzi then looks at V1.

Uzi: "I don't know what's your deal, but you can come with us if you want."

V1 agrees to come with Uzi and N with a nod and begins following the duo. The trio then start to walk away, with N grabbing the restrained V by the head.

N: "Nice to meet you, Mr. Uzi!"
Uzi: "Shut it!"
Uzi then smacks N in the head. N then brings out his wings and prepares to fly off. V1 quickly grabs onto N's tail so as to not get left behind. They then fly off, exiting the same hole V1 used to make its entrance.

As the trio leave the colony, Thad shows a face of concern and worry while Khan sips from a coffee mug reading "#1 Dad", an ironic mug, considering Khan's recent actions.

[NOW PLAYING: Uzi Needs a Time Out]
Out in the freezing streets of Copper-9, the sun rises brightly upon the snowy wasteland. Uzi sits on top of a broken car, thinking to herself. V1 is leaning against the door of the broken car, while N is forced to hide inside the Corpse Spire as the sunlight would cause them to overheat faster, a flawed design.

N: "I'd join you two if the sun didn't kill me. Hope you're having important character growth or something, though!"
Uzi: "Just can't wait to murder all humans. Classic robot stuff. I hope they're sitting pretty there on Earth, because we're coming for them...!"
Uzi then looks at V1.
Uzi: "And with this guy, I think we'll be able to give them more than just a warm introduction!"

Uzi then starts laughing maniacally, while a strange symbol appears in her visor. V1 then materializes a coin and throws it at Uzi. The coin did not have much force put into it, which causes the coin to simply hit Uzi, then bounce off her head. This only causes Uzi to feel a sharp sting.

[INTERRUPTED. NOW PLAYING: Take Care]
Uzi: "Ow! Hey! What was that for?!"
V1 then shrugs, as if to say they did it for no reason.
Uzi: "What do you mean you don't know?! You could have killed me with that coin! I saw what it did to those two back there!"
N: "Woah, guys! No need to fight! Uzi, I'm sure V1 didn't mean anything bad abo-"
Uzi: "Bite me! He started it!"

As the trio bicker, their quarreling is muffled by the harsh winds of Copper-9.

Meanwhile, As Thad grabs Uzi’s Railgun that she left behind, the remains of J's body start to slither away, much to Thad’s confusion and worry.

Chapter 4: COPPER-9 /// THIRD 0-3: HEARTBEAT OF THE BEAST

Summary:

After their fight at the colony, J's corpse begins to move as a program starts to reassemble her by whatever means necessary, and the three of them must stop it. (Oh yeah, there's a guy named Thad too)

Chapter Text

Uzi, N, and V1 return to the landing pod to get more clues on what happened to the Disassembly Drones, the humans’ involvement in leaving them stranded in an exoplanet, and to get answers for questions Uzi needs answered. They chain V inside the landing pod to prevent her from causing more trouble. N decides to take a rest for the time being, sleeping upside down like a bat. V1 is outside of the landing pod, keeping guard on the outside to make sure nothing tries to get in. Uzi inspects the inside of the landing pod, while V blows bubbles to pass the time.
In the afternoon, V1 goes inside the landing pod to question Uzi about her Railgun.

Uzi: “V1? What are you doing here?”
V1 then grabs a JCJenson branded pen and a piece of paper inside the landing pod and begins to write to Uzi.

THAT RAILGUN.

HOW DID YOU PRODUCE SUCH WEAPONRY?

Uzi: “You mean my “Sick-As-Hell” Railgun?
V1 then nods.
Uzi: “Oh wow, I, uh, never thought anyone would ask me about this. No, I’m not nervous, what are you talking about?”
Uzi then begins to stutter and sweat nervously, as someone finally is interested in the weapon she made.
V: “Wow, that’s stupid. Please don’t do that here, I might fall asleep.”
Uzi: “Bite me! Your brains probably mush by now from all the oil you drank, so why do YOU care?!”
V: “What’d you say to me, you little twerp?!”
V then tries to get up to face Uzi, but is held back by the chains, much to V’s annoyance.
V: “You’re lucky these chains and that THING is here, otherwise you would have been a balloon animal shape by now!”
Uzi: “yeah, yeah, can it, Ms. Self-Deprecation.”
Uzi: “Oh right, where were we again?”

Uzi then begins to gleefully explain to V1 how the “Sick-As-Hell” Railgun worked, the overall design, and how the core worked. Some time passed as Uzi continued to explain the Railgun, long enough for V to have fallen asleep from all the talking.
Uzi: “Alright V1, you have any questions about the design?”
V1 nods, then writes on a piece of paper:

SOME PARTS ARE UNOPTIMIZED.
RAILGUN WOULD BE MORE EFFICIENT IF THESE INEFFICIENT PARTS WERE REPLACED.

V1 points out the various flaws in the design.
Uzi: “Yeah, sorry, it’s my first physical prototype, I still haven’t worked out all the bugs.”

IF THE CORE WERE TO BE SHOT, IT WOULD CAUSE A CRITICAL REACTION AND VAPORIZE ANYTHING NEAR IT.
V1 then writes to Uzi what should be done to make the Railgun more efficient.

COOLDOWN SHOULD BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED.
THE CORE SHOULD BE INSIDE FOR LESS RISK OF DESTRUCTION.
VARIATIONS ARE NEEDED FOR MORE VERSATILITY AND UTILITY.

V1 then begins to write and draw a schematic.

HERE,
A DESIGN FOR A RAILCANNON THAT FIXES THESE FLAWS.

V1 then hands it to Uzi, who is impressed by the detail and advanced design. The new design hypothesizes that if a new power supply were to be used, the cooldown could be reduced tremendously to under 20 seconds. The new design also utilizes more control and variety to the weapon, offering different modes to switch from. Uzi examines the design and is astonished by the various improvements it made to her design, as well as the new additions. Uzi then asks V1 a question.
Uzi: “Hey V1, how do your guns work? From what I saw earlier, it doesn’t seem to use any bullets.”

IT DOES USE AMMUNITION, JUST MICROSCOPIC.

Uzi: “What do you mean by that?”

IT USES MICROSCOPIC PIECES OF METAL AND SHOOTS IT USING ELECTRIC PULSES. ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT INFINITE AMMUNITION, IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR IT TO RUN OUT. RELOADING IS EASY AS SCRAPING METAL OFF THE GUN AND PUTTING IT INSIDE THE BARREL.

Uzi: “Tell me more, NOW.”

As they continued to talk, a bit more time passed before Uzi got back to searching for clues inside the landing pod. V1 got out of the landing pod to keep guard again.

[NOW PLAYING: Buddies Chillin’]

When night fell on Copper-9, N woke up from his slumber, seemingly from a flashback that is definitely not important to the story.
As he screams and hits the ground, V1 looks at N with confusion, while leaned against the landing pod.
Then, Uzi calls both of them.

Uzi: “N, V1, I found something in here!”

Inside the landing pod, Uzi holds the symbol of a skull with a cap, and mechanical wings behind it. She inspects the symbol before looking at a mirror inside the landing pod. As she looks at her own reflection and raises her hair, a strange symbol appears on her visor and breaks the mirror.

V: “That's weird and concerning.”
Uzi: “Bite me! This is probably you weirdo's fault!”
V: “I've never seen that symbol before. Wanna do an autopsy to find out?”

N and V1 then climb down from above and enter the landing pod.

N: “What’d you find?”

Uzi then puts the symbol on N’s hat, before knocking down the red toolbox she used to reach his height.

Uzi: “Did you know that was a pilot hat?”

N: “I was the pilot? That's awesome! I crashed and ruined everything... Spaceship Pilot: Origin Story.”

V then hisses at N, before continuing to blow bubbles again to calm down. N is confused by this but moves on and asks Uzi.

N: “...Speaking of piloting to Earth, we sure "murder all humans" is, uh, morality?”

As N asks this, Uzi grabs a screwdriver from the toolbox she used and begins to tamper with the electronics.

Uzi: “The humans sent you without a communication relay and reformatted your memories to soup.”

V then licks the bubble wand in her hand. V is repulsed by the taste of the soap, but then quickly resumes a somewhat neutral expression after.

Uzi: “Covering their tracks means their past negotiating. Not like tried negotiating with my mom...”

Uzi snaps the wrench she’s holding as she says it. V then suddenly stands up to be face-to-face with Uzi, the only thing stopping her from fully standing up being the chains restraining her by the neck.

V: “Or you missed the negotiations! The humans programmed us to solve a problem. Where's proof of your backstor—”

[NOW PLAYING: Cerberus (Beginning Part)]
V’s witty response comes to a halt as V1 points the Alternate Piercer Revolver at the back of V’s head, which surprises V and changes her expression of hostility to an expression fear. V1 then begins to charge the Piercer Revolver’s beam, the sound of the energy building up being the only audible thing in the room. V1 then scrapes the muzzle of the revolver across V’s head, leaving a scratch mark in its trail, and stops at her forehead. As V is forced to sit down again, V1 crouches down to stare at V directly in the face. V1, while still holding the gun to her head, puts their index finger in front of their face, gesturing V to be quiet. The harsh winds of Copper-9, the mechanical whirr of V1’s systems, those were the only things audible from that room, as no one dared to say a thing. N and Uzi’s fear and suspense visible from their faces. V1 then pressed the muzzle against her head with more force, causing a slight dent to form. N, not wanting another fight to ensue, decides to stop V1.

N: “V1, stop! That’s enough!”
N then grabs the muzzle out of V’s forehead, causing V to breathe a sigh of relief. The program inside V begins to fix the dent and scratches caused by V1’s gun.
N: “That was too far, V1!”
N then looks at V.
N: “And V, don’t antagonize Uzi! We need to work together if we wanna know our origin story!”

N then decides to continue the conversation where they left off.

N: “About those communications, J was getting orders from someone. If not the company through that relay, then, uh, who? And how?”

Uzi then thinks about these questions, as a loading symbol appears above her eyes. This loading symbol quickly turns into an anger symbol as the questions overload her thinking process, causing an angered expression on Uzi’s face.

Uzi: “Quit complicating my murder plan.”

Uzi says while pouting. N attempts to comfort her by gently patting her in the head, but Uzi brushes his hand away. As that happens, V looks at the 2 with an annoyed and skeptical expression, before looking at V1, who has been staring at her for the majority of the time after their scuffle. The blue killing Machine’s gaze emit a suffocating aura only V can feel, as she is the target of such a gaze. Deciding not to tempt fate for the time being, she looks down at the ground in order to not see the blue Machine staring at her.

Meanwhile, back at the colony, 2 Worker Drones, Tim and Frank, are at the site where N and the others fought and took off. The 2 Worker Drones are staring at the large hole they used.

Tim: “Yeah, just fix her up because, whoops, pretty big security risk in hindsight. Uh, you got this, uh,”

Tim struggles to read the nametag on the Worker Drone’s chest, which clearly says “Frank”.

Tim: “Ladderbot 5000?”
Frank: “Ugh... Please, just leave the lights- “

Frank’s request was not heeded as Tim proceeded to turn off the lights anyway.
Frank is left alone, in the dark, to somehow fix the large hole in the ceiling with a ladder that isn’t even tall enough to reach it. Frank places down the ladder to place the toolbox on top of it. Frank grabs the flashlight from the toolbox, before looking up at the giant hole once more. Frank then positions the ladder to be more precisely under the hole, which does nothing for him.

[NOW PLAYING: Heart Emoji]
Frank then hears the sound of movement somewhere in the room, which scares him. He looks around in the room with his flashlight, before hearing another noise behind the shipping containers. Frank follows the noise behind the shipping container. There, he sees that the corpse of the Disassembly Drone that was killed earlier was starting to grow biological flesh and was even growing a ribcage, and it was beating. Then, a spider-like core rises out of the ribcage and sees Frank. The spider-like core then disables Frank’s flashlight and shoots it out of his hand. It then sounds an alarm, while emitting a yellow projection which burns into the surfaces of anything solid. The light reaches Frank, but doesn’t burn, which tells the core where he is. The lights then turn red, and the body starts transforming into a hideous mass of mechanical flesh. Then, Frank is shortly killed.

Meanwhile, as Khan goes to the Parent-Teacher’s conference, Uzi, N and V1 scour the streets of Copper-9 to find more clues, until Thad shows up unexpectedly.

Thad: “Hey, Zi! I, uh, got your, Railgun thingy...? You left it behind after that big fight you had.”
Uzi, after seeing Thad, huddles together with N and V1.

[NOW PLAYING: Buddies Chillin’, But Outside]
Uzi: “Oh, I'm sweaty! Who programmed that?!”
N: “You good, Uzi?”
Uzi: “I'm good! Better than good! I am GOD!”

Uzi then looks at Thad again and laughs nervously.

Uzi: “Hi, hi, Thad.”

Thad then hands Uzi her “Sick-As-Hell” Railgun back.

Uzi: “Thank you.”
Uzi then gives a thumbs up to N and V1, who returns a thumbs up to her.
Thad: “Of course, 'Zi!”
Thad then makes finger guns to N.
Thad: “N&M's.”
Thad then looks at V1.
Thad: “And V1! Sorry, I haven’t thought of a cool nickname for you yet!”
Thad: “You guys saved my life. I don't think the colony is even serious about all this banishment stuff, more just confused. Especially with the fact-“
Uzi: “The fact I'm too rogue to re-enter society now? I can never return...”
Uzi says dramatically.
Thad: ...Recent disappearances, a-and your murder friend's corpse. When I went to grab your gun, it kind of just...crawled away...?
N, after hearing that, has a surprised and concerned expression on his face, which tells Uzi and V1 that that is definitely something to worry about.
Uzi: “We can return a little...”

Inside the colony, Tim walks across the halls of the facility until stopping at an area with a vending machine. Then, a hologram of Frank appears.

Tim: “Oh, Ladderbot 5000? We looked everywhere for you!”
Frank’s hologram then screams, as if it screamed for its own sentience back, until it turns back to normal.

Frank (Hologram): “Hi, Tim. Care to join me?”
Tim: “Join you standing eerily still over there in suspiciously low resolution?”
Frank (Hologram): “...Yes?”
Tim: “...Alright.”

As Tim approached the hologram, a giant blade lowered down behind Tim. The hologram Frank then snapped its fingers, which cues the blade to pierce Tim from behind and drag him up to the vents where they can disassemble and consume him. Tim tries to grab on for dear life, but it is futile as a claw appears and grabs him to help fully drag him into their grasp. His screams can be heard from inside the vents, until it stops, and the sound of squelching is heard instead as oil begins to spill from the ceiling and into the floor. Then, from the vents, a camera-like eye then appears, along with the claw that was used to grab Tim, and a blade. The camera then begins to project a hologram of Tim, and the hologram begins to talk.

Tim (Hologram): “Flawless character acting, me.”
Frank (Hologram): “Improv game for more practice?”
Tim (Hologram): “Hahaha! We are a monster!”

Meanwhile, out in the harsh weather of Copper-9, N flies to the exterior of Door 1 while carrying Uzi and Thad in order to get to the colony and deal with J’s corpse. V1 follows with a speedy pace while slide jumping and slam storing. After traversing for a while, N and V1 locate Door 1. V1 slams down to the ground with enough force to send a shockwave from where V1 landed. N then slams down into the ground, while letting go of Uzi and Thad as he falls onto the ground. Uzi backflips in the air and sticks the landing, while Thad is caught off-balance and falls to the ground.

Door 1 then opens slightly, revealing Ron, the Worker Drone guarding Door 1, peeking through the gap in the door that opened.

Ron: “Welcome back, Thad!”

Ron then looks at Uzi.

Ron: “Eh—Uh, wait, isn’t she grounded or something?”

Uzi: “Ugh, banished! Has my dad been saying I’m grounded?”

Ron then looks at V1.

Ron: “Oh hey, that mysterious robot that dropped in from before.”
Finally, Ron then looks at N.
Ron: “Genocide robot?”

N then walks to Ron with a sorry expression, while he twiddles his two fingers. N then hands Ron a crayon drawing. Inside the drawing is a message saying “Im sorry :(“ written in crayon, the apology referring to all the murders N committed. Ron, touched by the sincere apology, says.

Ron: “...Oh, alright, just don't do it again. Get in here, ya goobs!”
This then brings a joyful expression to N’s face, which makes his hands rise in glee. At the same time, this confuses V1 as to how it worked and how the Worker Drones survived this long if that’s all it took to be forgiven and let in again. Ron then hangs the drawing on the interior of Door 1.

[NOW PLAYING: Gimme a Hand]
At the scene of the crime, a Worker Drone captures the scene with a camera, as various other Worker Drones inspect the scene. Another Worker Drone, Sarah, approaches the vent where the oil came out of. The Worker Drone then asks Sarah:

Worker: “Yeah, where's Khan? Because this looks, ahaha, ugh, non-ideal.”
Sarah: “Parent-Teacher Conference. Something about his daughter being more important than building a door in this hallway. Ugh, kind of cringe.”
Worker: “Ew.”
The Worker Drone then gets ready to hurl from the statement.
Worker: “Oh, give me a minute...”
The Worker then holds his vomit in.
Worker: “Ah, yep, okay, almost threw up.”

As they have their conversation, Uzi listens from the background.

N: “You good?”
Uzi: “I'm good. Stop asking!”

Uzi pushes N away. Uzi then signals at N, Thad and V1 to sneak past the investigators and follow her. Thad and N follow Uzi silently, while V1 simply dashes to catch up with Uzi.
V1, suspicious of the way the other Worker Drones besides Sarah were acting, decides to throw a coin at Sarah to get her to walk away from the scene. V1 then throws a coin at Sarah as V1 dashes away to follow Uzi.
The coin hits the back of Sarah’s head.

Sarah: “Ow, hey! Which one of you idiots threw that coin at me?!”
The other Worker Drones then shrug to say that they don’t know.
Annoyed, Sarah leaves the scene.
Sarah: “None of you are confessing?! Fine, I’ll just conveniently leave then!

As Sarah leaves, the hideous mechanical mass drops down from the vents as each of the Worker Drones slowly disappear, turning out to be holograms. The police tape, severed head, the whole crime scene turned out to be a hologram. The hideous mechanical mass is annoyed at the fact that their latest prey managed to get away at the last second, before being killed. The hideous mechanical mass then looks at the coin that was thrown. After it inspects it a bit, it recognizes it as the coins V1 used. The hideous mass becomes enraged at the fact that the blue Machine had interrupted its plans once again. It lets out a horrifying scream comprised of the screams of the various Worker Drones it had killed before. The creature then climbs back up the vents.

As Khan rants and shouts at the teacher, Lizzy and Doll listen from the back of the classroom. Lizzy then talks to Doll, who is spinning a coin to pass the time.

Lizzy: "Where are your folks?"
Doll then has flashbacks to the gruesome sights she saw that day, as she watched the coin spin. As the coin stopped spinning, she says:
Doll: “Мёртвые. Я смотрела как они умирали.” ("Dead. I watched them die".)
Lizzy: “...That was the joke, idiot?”

Lizzy and Doll then both hear knocking from the door. They turn to see a hologram of Lizzy outside the door, the lights flicker to reveal the true nature of the hologram.

Lizzy: “That girl is... Gorgeous, right!? I'm gonna let her in.”
As Lizzy gets up to let the hologram in, Doll then quickly uses her Solver powers to crush the door and discourage Lizzy from opening it.
Lizzy: “Jesus, sorry, industrial strength ghost or whatever. Settle.”
As Doll finished using the Solver, she nervously covered the symbol that appeared in her eyes with her hand. Doll then looks at the hologram again. The hologram displays an annoyed expression, before disappearing.

Uzi, N, V1 and Thad are at the site where they fought J and V, inspecting the oil splatters, and destroyed walls with flashlights in the dark room. While inspecting, Uzi asks N.

Uzi: “You guys... do that often?”
N: “Haha, no. I'm very concerned, but also pretty frightened a little bit.”
Thad then calls Uzi.

Thad: “Hey, Uzi! What's this thing?”
As they get closer to what Thad was talking about, Uzi flashes her light at it, revealing it to be the message burnt onto the wall by the creature from before. The symbol was a 6-sided polygon, with three arrows coming out of each point.
N: “Hey, isn't that your special eye?”
Uzi: “Don’t call it that!”
Uzi then hits N in the forearm with the flashlight. As N rubbed his forearm, Uzi got closer to look at the message.
Uzi: “Absolute Solver? Reboot? Does this have something to do with how you grew your head back?”
N: “Hehe. I actively avoid unpacking how that works.”
Uzi: “New material can't be pulled from thin air. If the wound is severe enough, this "Solver" might be some sort of auto run program to collect more matte-“

Uzi’s statement is cut short as N places his hand over her mouth. As she angrily looks at N, she sees that N has an expression of slight fear while looking at something. Uzi then looks at Thad, whose mouth was shaking from fear. Uzi then looks at V1, who began charging the Alternate Piercer Revolver, and took a stance that prepared for a fight. Uzi finally looks at what everyone was looking at.
Uzi then sees a human hand appear, which causes her to have an expression of fear and shock visible on her face. As the human hand slowly crawled into the light of the flashlight, it then stood still, before latching onto Thad’s leg. V1 prepares to shoot off the hand, until N and Uzi gesture V1 to not shoot yet. Uzi then shines her flashlight along the wire that connected to the hand. The light follows the wire until the wire reaches a fog.
N then took out his missile launcher. Uzi gives a thumbs up, which cues N to fire the missile. The missile explodes at the ceiling, lighting the room, which reveals the silhouette of a centipede-like creature.
After N launched the missile, both N and Uzi put their hand in their mouth as they realized that they angered the beast.

[NOW PLAYING: Aaaahhh]
As the hand begins to drag in Thad, V1 shoots the wire connecting to the hand with the Alternate Piercer Revolver. The beast attempts to grab Thad again with another hand, but the second attempt is cut short by N as he throws a shuriken into the wire and slices it.

Uzi: “I want a freaking ninja star!”

Uzi and N are then thrown against the wall by one of the creature’s claws. It attempts to attack V1 as well, but V1 simply dodges the attack and proceeds to projectile boost the claw, exploding it and burning the appendage attached to it.

+ EXPLODED
+ PROJECTILE BOOST

While V1 fights the claw that tried to attack it, another one successfully grabbed Thad. After V1 killed the first claw, V1 quickly chased after Thad as he got dragged in, while N and Uzi get up.

N: “You good?”
Uzi: “Ugh, Stop asking! ...Chainsaw hand time?”
N brings out the chainsaws on both of his hands.
N: “Yeah, cool, cool.”

[NOW PLAYING: Unstoppable Force]
The two quickly ran to try and catch up with V1 and Thad. As V1 chases the claw grabbing Thad, multiple claws and hands then appear to attack V1. V1 then brings out the Alternate Sharpshooter Revolver and shoots it at the wires of the claws, causing each one to sever from the creature and die. While running, the creature then throws one of the cryo-pods at V1 using another claw, but V1 simply dashes out of the way. The creature then throws multiple cryo-pods at V1, but V1 continues to dodge all of them. As V1 dodges the cryo-pods, Uzi and N finally catch up with them through the use of N’s wings. V1 gestures at Uzi and N to rescue Thad while the creature is preoccupied with V1. Uzi and N receive the message and attempt to rescue Thad. While flying, N, still using the chainsaws, dives right into the wires of the claw that’s grabbing Thad. N cuts off the wire and Uzi grabs Thad as they fly. They then land on the ground, as V1 slides into the room. Thad then thanks the trio.

Thad: “Life savers again. Thanks! SUPER invited to my shindig next weekend. See you guys there!”

As Thad says this, the beast, the Absolute Solver, appears.
Thad: “Cool kids only!”
Thad says while staring at the Absolute Solver.
As Thad runs away, the Absolute Solver displays an angered expression through one of its camera eyes, as if to show envy and anger at not being invited. Meanwhile, N and Uzi squeal with delight from getting invited to Thad’s get together, while V1 prepares to fight the threat in front of them.

[NOW PLAYING: Eldritch J XD]

Absolute Solver: “We're busy then anyway, so whatever. So lame.”
Uzi: “What's with the voice, J?”
Absolute Solver: “Oh, J's not here. We are trying to repair that host as per our directive.”
Uzi: “So, you ARE a program?”
Absolute Solver: “More like you are our cute puppets. It hurts our feelings you don't remember us.”
The Absolute Solver then brings up a hologram of her mom, Nori, holding Uzi as a baby, saying the same thing the Absolute Solver is saying.
Uzi then looks back, but only sees V1 leaning against her back, preparing to fight.
Uzi: "N...? What's with the mom hologram...?"
Absolute Solver: “Easier to assimilate than explai—”
The Absolute Solver is interrupted as V1 began to shoot at it with the Attractor Nailgun, launching a barrage of nails at the creature, several nails lodged within the wires.
Absolute Solver: “Oh right, YOU.”

[NOW PLAYING: Unstoppable Force (Scronglebongled Mix)]
The Absolute Solver then began to launch a barrage of attacks at V1, with claws, blades, and several sharp-teethed heads of Worker Drones. As the Absolute Solver rushed V1, V1 pulled out the Core Eject Shotgun and ejected a core onto the crowd of wires. And before it could hit the ground, V1 shoots the core, causing it to explode and burn all the appendages connecting to the blades, claws, and heads.

Uzi and V1 then start to run around the Absolute Solver and begin attacking the hideous creature. Uzi starts to charge up the Railgun, while V1 protects Uzi by firing at the Absolute Solver and forcing it to pay attention only to V1.

Absolute Solver: “Your interferences with my plans are not appreciated. Please go away now.”

The Absolute Solver then uses the leftover arm of J and switches it to an energy condenser and begins charging up. After charging up, the Absolute Solver fires it at V1, causing a black ball of energy that looks similar to a black hole to appear. The black energy ball follows V1 for some time, before hitting one of the cryo-pods, which it instantly deletes from existence. The Absolute Solver tries to fire another one, before V1 interrupts it by shooting the arm the Absolute Solver is using.

+ INTERRUPTION

[RESUMING: Eldritch J XD]
After the interruption, the Absolute Solver decides to do something shocking in order to disorient Uzi. The Absolute Solver then grabs Khan out of nowhere and holds him by the head.
Uzi: “Woah! Hey!”
Absolute Solver: “Goodbye, Dad.”
V1 prepares to shoot the claw to save “Khan” but the Absolute Solver lunges at V1 with a wall of blades, which V1 deals with by using the Pump Charge Shotgun and overpumping it, causing an explosion that burns all the claws. V1 dashes out of the explosion to not get caught in the blast.
+ MULTIKILL x4
+ EXPLODED
However, it was too late, as “Khan” is torn apart by the Absolute Solver from the torso. Uzi watches the horrific scene unfold, as the Absolute Solver throws away the bottom-half of “Khan” and begins to eat Khan. V1 sees through the illusion of the hologram and attempts to get to Uzi to inform her and get her to use the Railgun.
Uzi: “What...?”
As Uzi stares at the dead corpse of her “father” gets eaten, the Absolute Solver then drops the body and lunges at Uzi, until N shows up out of nowhere and shoots the Absolute Solver with his missile launcher.
Absolute Solver: “Wait, what?”
The Absolute Solver says, in an exaggerated and suspicious tone.
N(?): “Uzi, shoot! Or give it to me!”
N(?) continues to fire at the Absolute Solver with its missiles, while the Absolute Solver dodges the missiles.
Absolute Solver: “Claw swipe, Snarl.”
N(?): “Uzi! You good?!”
Uzi: “...No.”
As Uzi gives N the Railgun, V1 shoots it out of N’s hands, and proceeds to shoot at N. This quickly reveals the Absolute Solver’s disguise, which annoys the beast.

[RESUMING: Unstoppable Force (Scronglebongled Mix)]

Absolute Solver: “Stop ruining my pranks, you big stupid idiot.”

The Absolute Solver then sends a larger barrage of attacks against V1 to distract it longer. After seeing that the N she was talking to was a fake, she rushes to get the Railgun on the ground. As Uzi rushes to get the Railgun, the Absolute Solver grabs her by the head and slams her against one of the cryo-pods. The Absolute Solver attempts to eat Uzi while V1 is busy with the wall of attacks.
Absolute Solver: “Time for you to go into my mouth now, yum. It’s snack time.”
As the Absolute Solver attempts to eat Uzi, the real N comes down from above and cuts off the appendages using the chainsaws, this frees Uzi from the Absolute Solver’s grasp, as she lands down from the air. N begins to attack and parry the Absolute Solver’s attacks while protecting Uzi. Uzi then grabs the Railgun on the floor and detaches the core from it. Uzi, remembering what V1 said to her from before, thinks of an idea.
Uzi: “V1!”
Uzi rises up her arm to show the core of the Railgun, and V1 instantly understood what to do. N, also getting the message, fights the claws and prepares to get Uzi and flee.

Absolute Solver: “Ow. And please don't. And also, I was using those.”
As N cuts off more of the Absolute Solver’s claws, N then switches to his normal hands and brings out his mechanical wings. N grabs Uzi and attempts to get as far away as they can. Uzi then throws the core of the Railgun at the Absolute Solver. The Absolute Solver is confused by this move, but quickly realizes what it is as V1 brings out the Alternate Piercer Revolver and shoots the core. This causes a critical reaction within the core, causing it to explode with such high amounts of heat that it instantly vaporizes the Absolute Solver. The shockwave of such a powerful and deafening explosion sends Uzi, N, and V1 flying away.

As the explosion finally settles, Uzi, N, and V1 look back at the remnants of the explosion as they regain themselves. As N unfolds the wings he used to cover Uzi from the blast, the burning remains of the surrounding area are all that is visible. The supposed corpse of Uzi’s father flickered before disappearing as the eye making the hologram also died.
Uzi, while still shaky and nervous from the whole ordeal, says:

Uzi: “What was...? Which parts of that were real...?”
As Uzi questions whether the sight she saw was truly real, the core of J, the Absolute Solver, jumps out of the rubble of the explosion and attempts to escape undetected.
Absolute Solver: “Sneaky, sneaky. Sneaking away. Get snuck upon.”
As the Absolute Solver attempts to get away, it is stabbed by N’s tail.
Absolute Solver: “Ow.”
N repeatedly continues to stab it as it continues to say “Ow.” multiple times. When the core still isn’t dying, V1 then shoots a charged Alternate Piercer shot at it, which finally does the job and kills it. The core then turns into a miniature black hole and flies away.

After hearing the large explosion, various Worker Drones are headed to the origin of the sound. Hearing the commotion, N attempts to help Uzi back up. Seeing that she is still shaken up from what happened, N attempts to comfort her but Uzi resists out of fear and confusion.
Uzi: “What... are you things...?”
Hurt by Uzi’s distrust of him, N flees the scene. V1 looks at Uzi, with a gaze still unmatched, before jumping out of the room with N.

As Khan’s search party finally enter the Cryosleep room, they see the fiery wreckage caused by the explosion, and Uzi standing at the center. Khan, confused, says:

Khan: “Uzi?”
Uzi then slowly walks towards Khan.
Khan: “What are you doing h---”
Khan’s words are cut short as Uzi then hugs him without a word. Uzi tightly grabs the back of Khan’s jacket. Khan, while shocked by the sudden hug, silently returns it and comforts his daughter. Khan then signals the other Worker Drones to scour the area. As the other Worker Drones leave, Khan looks up to see N sadly look at Uzi, before he makes his escape, and V1 slowly observing them as it leaves as well.

[NOW PLAYING: кукла (Doll)]
In the classroom, Doll sits alone after all the Worker Drones left because of the explosion. She sits, while looking at a photo. A roach climbs up from her legs and onto her hand. As the roach crawled onto the photo she was holding, Doll then uses the Solver to explode the roach. She licks the oil splatter of the roach as she looks at a photo of V, while smiling.

Back at the Corpse Spire, N is sat down in the landing pod, obviously saddened by today’s events.
V, bothered by the change of personality, sighs, and finally says something.
V: “I hate your personality normally, but this is somehow worse. What am I being punished for?”
N doesn’t respond, which surprises V and softens her expression. V then conceals the broken chains that’s supposed to hold her while N is looking away and V1 is still observing the inside of the colony. She looks at N again before turning away with her arms crossed.

As Uzi is laying in her bed, she looks up to look at the string of drawings, information, and theories on the Absolute Solver program.

V1 continues to observe the activities of the colony, as it finds new parts to use for the construction of new weapons, as today’s fight proved that V1 would need more weaponry in order to deal with any upcoming threats more efficiently. As V1 continues to look for more parts, V1 finds 4 electric capacitators, and a generator that recharges anything connected to it every 16-seconds.
V1 knows what to do.

Chapter Text

Earth is dead.
A barren wasteland, filled with only the remnants of the society it once was. Stained with the blood of everything that lived there. The Blood-fueled Machines massacred entire cities, wrung each corpse dry of its blood, and left nothing but a hollow carcass, still forever stuck in motionless agony.
The Absolute Solver had hijacked security systems, broadcast stations, local networks, radios, and even the Internet. The Absolute Solver would broadcast fake information, telling any viewers or listeners false information about the current state of the surface and that the government would take care of the issue. The Absolute Solver would also use security systems and networks to locate any bases and camps of remaining survivors. Any remaining survivors would have to get rid of any technology they have if they wanted to stay off the Absolute Solver’s radar.
The Absolute Solver also used infected Worker Drones to scour the wasteland for any wandering survivor looking for supplies. If found, the Worker Drones would then slowly tear off each of the survivor’s limbs, before dismembering their torso and finally killing them. Then, using their remains, the Absolute Solver would build a spire made of flesh and bone, with blood dripping at every crevice.
As the Blood-fueled Machines wandered throughout the remains of Human civilization in search for the next fresh douse of blood, the infected Worker Drones laid dormant, hanging from above with wings covering its body, waiting to sense biological life to torture and dismember.

It was truly HELL on Earth.

Back in Copper-9, Outpost 3 prepared itself for the school’s yearly prom. Balloons taped to the walls, posters everywhere. At the same time, a number of disappearances started to happen, one by one, many Worker Drones disappeared, never to be heard from again.

[NOW PLAYING: Gimme an Arm]

As the school closed for the night, a female Worker Drone ran in the halls of the school, terrified for their life. As the girl ran, their glasses shattered from a mysterious force. Their vision now blurred, the girl squints to try and see something across the hall. As the girl tries to fix her glasses, the security cameras then start to turn away from her, one by one, rendering them unable to see anything.
Then, from across the hall, Doll appears.
Doll then begins to use her Solver powers, forcefully grabbing the wrist of the Worker Drone. Then, Doll rips off the girl’s arm, causing her excruciating pain.
As the girl screams from the pain and the oil spilling out of her arm, Doll then pulls out a cleaver. Using her Solver powers, she multiplies the cleavers into three, before throwing them all at the girl, killing her instantly.
As the Worker Drone’s corpse falls into the ground, Doll approaches her latest victim. Doll, using a Spetsnaz machete, begins chopping off the remaining limbs of the Worker Drone corpse. The innards squelch after every chop, oil oozing out and staining the blade. After Doll chops off the remaining limbs, Doll then dismembers the torso and head of the Worker Drone. The wires exposed, visor shattered and caved in, their metal exterior stained with their own oil, their face, forever stuck at the last expression it made before its death.

After dismembering the corpse, Doll then heads back to her house, carrying the remains. Doll then dumps the remains in the floor, revealing a pile of dead Worker Drones, and their dismembered limbs.
Using her Solver powers, Doll takes her books out of her bag and puts them back on the shelves. Doll then takes out a pen and paper and crosses out the name “Kelsey Day”, the name of the Worker Drone she just killed. As the oil from the dismembered arm drips out of her bag, she greets the rotting corpses of her parents.

Doll: “Мам, Пап, я вернулась.” (I'm back, Mom, Dad.)

The corpses of Doll’s parents are infested and swarmed by dozens of mechanical roaches, hoping to feast on whatever oil or circuitry is left inside their hollow shells. The bodies were dry, as if they have been mummified and preserved ever since they died, a fossil, and a reminder of the past.

Doll then looks at a picture of V once more, channeling all her rage into a stare so hate filled, it could burn through titanium. Doll then crushes the picture, before dropping it and proceeding to prepare for her plan.

[NOW PLAYING: Uuugghhh]

Uzi experiences a flashback.
Uzi: "What... are you things...?"

Uzi dreams about her last interaction with N, and how she shunned him out of fear, causing him to leave out of shame and sadness. As she wakes up from Sleep Mode with Guilt Active, Uzi looks up at the ceiling, looking at the drawing N gave her, as a sign of their friendship. It had the message "Thank you for being my friend" with smiley faces and themselves written and drawn in crayon.

This causes even more guilt to Uzi, as she begins to groan. Uzi continues to groan the whole day in school, and not even stop at a hit to the head during dodgeball.

As she groans while going through her locker, Rebecca, a Worker Drone classmate, kicks the books Uzi is using to reach her locker. Uzi trips and nearly falls, but she manages to regain her footing in time.

Rebecca: "Yeah, meeting Brad in an hour."

Angered by Rebecca's casual, nonchalant act of kicking her books while talking to someone else and causing Uzi to nearly fall, Uzi gets one of her books at attempts to hurl it at Rebecca.

Rebecca: "Can you imagine going to prom alone?"
The book Uzi throws hits Braiden instead, who was just walking out of the classroom.
Trevor: "Ha, I'd be all like, I don't deserve happiness."

As Uzi sighs at her failed attempt for vengeance, she picks up the books and begins to put them inside of her locker. As Uzi puts in the books, she notices a note on the inside of her locker.

Uzi: "What the..?"

MEET ME OUTSIDE.
I HAVE SOMETHING TO SHOW TO YOU.

Uzi: "How did...?"
Uzi recognizes the note came from V1, as the distinct writing style of all capital letters and a blunt, straightforward message is a style only applicable to V1. Uzi is confused as to how V1 even accessed her locker, something that only she should know the combination to. She looks around to see if V1 was there, but to no avail.

As Uzi looks at the note while looking for the other books that flung back from the kick, she notices all the missing posters on the school board. This causes Uzi to have an expression of shock.

Then, Uzi looks over to see the janitor nonchalantly cleaning up a pile of oil, which is basically a pile of blood to them. She then looks up to see the security camera tampered with and now looks at the wall, with something visibly glitching the camera.

Astonished by the number of signs of danger and clues around her, and how the other Worker Drones don't seem to mind murder among their peers, Uzi begins cackling. Uzi throws away the book she was holding, then takes all the missing posters from the wall, while still cackling. Uzi then hops ecstatically like a bunny into her room, to put the missing posters up in her ceiling. As Uzi climbs the ladder to prepare to pin the paper into the ceiling, she finds that all her theories and evidence were taken by Khan.

Khan, after looking at the conspiracy theories Uzi had up in her room, puts down the stack of papers in a shelf, then closes the door, which reads "NORI'S KOOKY INSANE STUFF".

As Khan shuts the second door, Khan struts the hallways until he finds Uzi crouched down on the floor with her hands holding her head. Then, Uzi looks at Khan with anger.

Uzi: "My crazed ramblings! Stay outta my freaking room!"
Khan: "Personal space for a very alarming coping mechanisms isn't covered under a non-optional family support structure."

Khan says while reading the family manual.
Uzi then smacks out the manual from Khan's hands.

Uzi: "I'm sorry for being vulnerable for five seconds, okay!? You were never there for me. If you wanna help now, stay distant!"

Khan hesitates to respond once again.

Uzi: "I'm going to talk to N."

Uzi then stumbles upon the frozen skeleton of a child wearing a black dress holding a popsicle and wearing a propeller hat, nearly tripping and falling on it.

Uzi: "WHAT is this?!"
Khan: "Prom dress, child's small! You're grounded from seeing those bad influence-ey Murder Drones!"
Uzi: "Huh? W-wait, what about V1? They aren't a Murder Drone!"
Khan: "They aren't? Huh, I always thought they looked kinda weird for one.. Ah well, you can't see them too!"

Khan then approaches the door while still talking to Uzi.

Khan: "But don't worry! I talked to your teacher to find you classmates to go with tonight!"

Khan then opens the door, revealing Lizzy and Doll.

Lizzy: " 'Sup, freak. Prepare to be popular."
Khan: "I'm chaperoning!"

Uzi then screams loudly, as if to express denial about everything that is unfolding.

Out in Copper-9, the cold weather is as harsh as ever. The winds, blowing with great speed and fury and snow covering every surface it can.

Inside the Corpse Spire, the loud sizzling of metal could be heard. Sparks fly as V1 was welding together a metal frame for a weapon it was constructing.

It was a three-pronged metal frame, with 4 holes on the left side of the left prong. It was big, yet slim and it exuded the aura of raw power, concentrated into a single point of fire. The sounds of metal bashing and clashing between one another, the constant sizzling of the hot metal, the electric buzz of the power supply in the background of it all. Even though the harsh winds were loud, the sound of progress was louder.

Of course, the loud sounds also made their way inside the landing pod at the center of the Spire. V sits still at the seat of the controls, with her arms crossed as she waits for N to come back with what she asked. As she waits in silent frustration, she constantly hears the sounds of metallic construction from outside, only muffled by the inner steel walls keeping her in. V's patience is slowly chipped away by the loud sounds made by V1's little project. Agitated by the loud sounds, V's patience degrades the more time passes without N coming back with what she asked.

This would continue for a few minutes until eventually, her frustration erupts.

V: "ALRIGHT, WHERE THE HELL IS THAT MORON?! IF HE TAKES ANY LONGER, I'M SLICING HIS SHINY HEAD OFF!"

V angrily says, as she gets out of the landing pod in a fit of rage. As V looks around to see if N was nearby so that she could scold him for taking his sweet time, she instead sees V1, still working on something and not paying heed to her outburst.

V: "No reaction? Wow, serious much?"
V says to V1 in a sarcastic tone, but it doesn't elicit as much of a head turn from V1.

V: "Alright, what's this little gizmo you're working on? Seems dangerous for a rust bucket like you, y'know!"

V peeks at what V1 was working on. She sees the semi-finished frame of the aforementioned weapon, with the generator and capacitors at the side. The weapon frame doesn't tell much about how the weapon would operate, leaving V to guess what it would do.

V: "I sure hope that doesn't blow up in your face or anything! Not that I would care if it did."

Another quip at V1, meant to get their attention or frustrate them, yet it elicits no reaction from them once again.

V1 continues to work on the weapon, while still ignoring V with her witty remarks. This, of course, slightly annoys V, as there was nothing she could do to really set off the blue automaton.

V: "Tch. Enjoy the silence, freak."

She grudgingly goes down inside the pod again, and sits on the controls seat again, waiting for N.

V slouches herself against the backrest of the chair, a sign of how bored she is with nothing to do other than wait. She brings out her bubble wand and blows bubbles everywhere inside the landing pod. Then, she takes her time to pop each one, deriving joy out of the act.

As V1 continues to finish up the metal frame of the weapon, N drops in from the sky, dropping 2 skeletons wearing formal clothing onto the oil-stained snow.

N: "Oh hey, V1!"
V1 gives N a greeting nod.

N then carries the two skeletons and starts to head to the landing pod. V1 points to the skeletons, as if to ask what it was.

N: "What, oh these? Yeah, it's just something V had me get for her. She hasn’t told me what it’s for yet.”
V1 then gives N a thumbs up, before turning back to continue the construction of the weapon.

N: "Alright, buddy! Good luck on that cool thing you’re making!"
N says cheerfully to V1, while carrying the two skeletons to the top of the pod. N then kicks down the roof of the landing pod, causing the 2 skeletons to fall in with some snow.

[NOW PLAYING: Dapper]

N: "Hey V, I got those clothes you wanted!”
V: “What took YOU so long, idiot?!”
N: “Sorry, sorry, it got stuck on the ice!”
V: “Eh whatever, I don’t care. It’s here now.”

The snow seeps through the hole in the roof before N closes the hatch back. V laughs maniacally, as an X appears on her visor and a wicked smile begins to form.

N: "Soooo, what are we gonna do with these again? You uh, never told me what they were for.."
V: "Don't worry, I’ll make sure to put them to good use..."

V cackles maniacally, before clearing her throat and assuming a straight face once again.

V: "Say N, aren't those Worker Drones gonna have a prom today?"
N: "They are? Oh biscuits, I never realized!"
V: "Yeah, and I was thinking..., "Hey, what if we join their little prom?". It'd be fun, right?"

N's expression then turns into a guilt-ridden face, remembering what happened last time they interacted with the Worker Drones.

N: "V, you know we can't-"

However, N's objection is cut off by V talking over N.

V: "Plus, you'd look so dapper in that suit over there!"

V points to the two skeletons wearing formal clothing. One was wearing a red dress, and the other was wearing a gray suit.

N then looks at the grey suit, imagining himself wearing it and looking dapper.

N: "Dapper N..."

V smiles smugly, thinking that she has N by the strings.

V: "So what do you say, N? Shall we go to prom?"

N's face clearly shows he's tempted by the offer, and the chance to look stylish.

N: "I DO wanna be dapper..."

As N thinks about it, he comes to an answer.

N: "But no!"

N says dramatically, while striking a dramatic pose.

N: "That's why you had me find these? You know we can't interact with the Workers anymore, V."

N then remembers Uzi's fearful expression, and how she was too afraid to even hold his hand.

N: "We're too dangerous..."

V: "Uh, exactly. We show up fabulous, the sad purple one lets us in, cause she has no friends. We kill everyone, and pop her little head off."

N: "I'm not bringing you for prom murder, V! J went holo-spooky-snake-crab and WE maybe grew up in a haunted mansion! Aren't you worried we have no idea what we even are?!"

V then pushes herself away from N as he confronts V about their lost past. As N calms down, he sees that V is startled about the thought of their past, curling up her legs to her torso, and with a scared look on her face. Tension fills the room.

V: “...Promise me you and that purple thing will stop prying into that stuff. If you free me now, I promise we'll only kill what we need to survive. Just you and me, N...”

N and V then look at the golden key placed on the counter, the light shining on the golden metallic surface.

Uzi, Lizzy, and Doll head to Doll's house to prepare and dress up for the prom. The whole room is covered in sheets. Mechanical roaches scatter and roam throughout the house, as a sign of the poor condition the room was kept in. Lizzy, who is grossed out by the unsanitary nature of it all, asks Doll.

Lizzy: "Ugh. Doll, do you ever clean?"
Doll: "Я повесила простынь. Они спят." (I put a sheet up. They're sleeping.)

As Uzi steps inside the house, she narrowly avoids stepping on a roach. Uzi then sees multiple roaches swarm something, which clearly disturbs her.

Uzi: "Hey, so, thanks for having me, but now that my dad thinks I'm here, I'm actually gonna- "
Uzi says while holding the master door key. But before Uzi could even take a step out the door, the door instantly closes.

Lizzy: "You're hilarious."
Lizzy then looks at Doll.
Lizzy: "She's hilarious."
Lizzy: "You should get ready. You're gonna look so cute, in a brave way."

Uzi is annoyed by this belittling statement and faces the door again to try and leave, but Doll magically appears in front of her, even though Doll was behind Uzi a few seconds ago. This disturbs Uzi. Uzi then looks at the bin, which contains numerous crumbled missing posters, only adding to her suspicions.

Doll: "Ванная по коридору налево." (Bathroom is down the hall to the left.)

Uzi then slowly backs away, while groaning and wearing an awkwardly forced smile.

Back at the Corpse Spire, N questions V if or not she knew anything regarding the recent events.

N: "Uh... V, if you're hiding something, we can figure it out together."
V looks away, as if she was feeling remorse and regret.

N: "Even if we each only have pieces. Please, what do you know?"

V continues to face away from N, not wanting him to see the discomfort in her face. Silence is the only thing present in the room, as V doesn’t respond to N’s question.

Seeing that asking V more questions would go nowhere, N leaves the landing pod with a somber expression.

While N leaves the pod, V1 was finishing up the metal frame of the strange weapon, welding it shut with the generator and capacitors inside and placed accordingly. V1 connected the wiring delicately, with some wires on the outside, protected by a red wire guard. As V1 turned on the generator, it started to make a fierce whirr, a whirr that represented the immense damage it could deal to whatever poor soul was on the other end of the weapon. The metal frame itself had a white color, due to being scavenged from the shell of dead Worker Drones. Oil stained the surface of it, but it did not hinder the performance of the weapon. As the last plate was welded onto the weapon, the generator emitted a bright cyan glow that emanated from the inside of the weapon, shining through the gaps and capacitors. The generator roared, as if it was ready for war.

The Electric Railcannon was ready.

V1 stood still, looking at the Railcannon, processing how it could implement it to its arsenal, and how it could be used effectively. The weapon could fire an intense beam of electrical energy capable of piercing through multiple targets with a single shot if lined up correctly. After being fired, the Railcannon powers down and takes 16 seconds to be recharged and fully usable again. The best use for this weapon was to use it periodically on a bigger enemy, and to use the other weapons while waiting for it to recharge to deal consistent damage.

V1 then picked up the Railcannon, to inspect its design and to check for flaws. The moonlight shined on the surface of the Railcannon, giving it an otherworldly look.
V1 then went outside the Corpse Spire in order to test out the Railcannon but is instead met with the sight of N sitting on the snow alone. V1 then puts away the Railcannon into the storage system inside its wings, and proceeds to approach N.
N: “Oh, hey V1.”
V1 then walks up to N and sits beside him on the snow. V1 points to N, asking what was wrong.
N: “Nothing! Everything’s fine! There’s totally not something to worry about!”
N says, in a forcefully cheerful manner.
V1 then points to the snow, asking why N was sitting on the ground.
N: “Ah well, you know, the cold helps with the overheating and all!”
N says forcefully, trying to convince V1. V1 then tilts their head, confused by N’s statement.
N: “Ah, who am I kidding...”
N lets out a sigh.
N: “I just...don’t know what to do.. Uzi’s scared of me, V won’t talk, and I have no leads!”
N: “I wanna get to the bottom of this mystery stuff, but I can’t do it alone.”

V1 then gets up, pulls out the head of a dead Worker Drone, and gives it to N as something to drink.

N: “Thanks, buddy.”
N then drinks the oil from the severed Worker Drone head and throws it away once it was empty.
N: “Oh, I just remembered, V’s gonna need some oil again soon! Hope she doesn’t get grumpy like last time.”

N then gets up and starts dusting off the snow from his shoulders.

N: “Hey, you should come with me! I found a pretty cool blue suit when I was looking for those clothes V wanted.”

N then starts to feel bad about himself again.

N: “But you don’t have to come with if you don’t want to..”
V1 then gives N a thumbs up and agrees to come with him, which brightens N’s mood.
The two then embark to a different section of the Copper-9, where they can get the oil and the suit N mentioned.

As the two left the Corpse Spire, V was watching them, peeking out the landing pod.
Now that the two were gone, V would then take out her blades and slice off the shackle on her neck, and the chains as well.

V: “Sorry N, I’m doing what’s best for you, even if you hate me for it.”

V then takes out her wings. As V prepares to fly off, she looks back at the red dress N got her. She fights herself internally, as she shakes her head to make herself focus on the mission instead. She prepares to leave again, before looking back at the red dress once more. This time, she gives in. She rolls her eyes as she approaches the red dress, seemingly annoyed by the fact she got tempted in the first place. She takes off the red dress from the skeleton wearing it, before finally flying off.

Back at Doll's house, Uzi is now wearing the dress Khan got her earlier. She looks at herself in the mirror as she tidies herself. She looks at her dress and gloves when her left eye suddenly acts crazy and suddenly shows the Absolute Solver symbol again. Uzi quickly covers her left eye with her hand in order to prevent the mirror from getting shattered.

Uzi: "Easy, Robo-Satan. Not this mirror."

When Uzi takes off her hand from her left eye, the Solver symbol seems to have disappeared. She tests it a few more times before she resumes fixing her outfit, starting from the gloves. The symbol quickly appears again, which catches Uzi off-guard, as it was able to shatter the mirror without Uzi stopping it.

Uzi: "You--"

She shushes herself as she quickly scatters to the mirror, in order to not let it fall and make a noise. She is near the mirror when she hears a conversation between Lizzy and Doll, muffled by the wall.

Lizzy: "Dude, no one will notice SHE'S missing. Just do your thing, and I'll let in V. We'll see you there!"

Uzi: "What the f--"

Uzi is confused and baffled from what she just heard. Lizzy and Doll, working with V? She walks back in order to process what she just heard, when she hears a dripping noise coming from the bathtub that's covered by the shower curtains. She approaches the bathtub and slowly pulls back the curtain to see what was making the noise.
Uzi gasps from the sight she saw.

After a while, N and V1 return to the Corpse Spire. V1 was carrying the blue suit that N talked about, while N was carrying multiple heads and limbs of Worker Drones, all filled with oil.

N: “Hey V, we got you your favoritee, oil!”

N waits for a response, as V enjoys the warm goodness of oil. Surprisingly, V doesn’t respond, even though she usually would when oil was mentioned.

N: “Uh V? Are you there? Are you...still mad at me?”

N and V1 approach the landing pod.

N: “Please don’t bite me...”
N then climbs inside the pod, with V1 following him from behind.
Once N and V1 get inside, they both see that V had escaped. The chains and shackles that held V were broken and taken off, and the red dress N got for her was missing from the skeleton that originally wore it.
N drops the Worker Drone parts he was carrying because of the shock of seeing that V had escaped.

N: “Oh, no! Oh-no-oh-no!”

N and V1 then begin to quickly climb out of the landing pod in order to pursue V. V1 had already gotten out of the pod, and N was about to climb out as well. However, N looks back at the gray suit left behind. He remembers wanting to wear it to be “dapper”, but he shakes his head as he knows he has to prioritize dealing with V first. N prepares to climb out of the pod, but he looks back at the gray suit once more, still tempted by the chance to be dapper.
N: “No! No time!”

N says to himself in order to remember that time is of the essence right now. N climbs out of the landing pod with great speed. A second later, N peeks his head back into the landing pod, finally succumbing to the temptation of the dapper gray suit.

N: “Dapper N...”

[NOW PLAYING: BATHTUB]

Back at Doll’s bathroom, the bathtub was filled with blood and shattered mirrors. Uzi whimpers with fear, shocked and fearful of the sight in front of her.

She backed away from the bathtub out of fear and disgust, only to hear footsteps approaching the restroom, it was Doll. Uzi then quickly looks for a way to escape the restroom, until she sees the vent in the bathroom. Uzi then begins to stack the shattered mirrors, one by one, forming stairs of mirrors she could use to climb onto and reach the vent in order to escape.

As Doll approaches the bathroom, she opens the door to see that Uzi had escaped, using the mirrors to reach the vent and escape.

Doll: "Как они по-русски любят говорить... "Ой, я должна была предположить, что кто-то сможет убежать через вентиляцию, используя выброшенные зеркала как ступеньки." " (As they say in Russian... "Whoops, I should've predicted that someone could escape out of a ventilation shaft using discarded mirrors as stairs.")

Uzi crawls through the vents, until she reaches the vent that led to the outside of Copper-9. She runs through the snowy weather, until N suddenly lands in front of her, sending her back, along with some snow.

N dusts the snow off his shoulders when he sees Uzi sitting on the ground. Uzi finally sees N after a long time as well.

Uzi: "N?!"
N: "Uzi?!"

The two, after seeing each other after a long time, begin to stack each other's words on top of each other.

Uzi: "Why are-"
N: "You look-"

Uzi: "How did- "
N: "I, uh-"

Uzi finally says to N.

Uzi: "I think something bad-"
N: "I could help..."
N then says under his breath.
N: "But you probably don't want me..."

Uzi, afraid of losing N again and guilt-ridden by what she did to him last time, corrects her mistake this time and calls out to him.

Uzi: "No, I could use the help... of you... being there... with me..."

Uzi says, while blushing.
After hearing Uzi accept his help, N rushes behind her and puts his hand on her shoulders with his arm outstretched, excited about being friends again.

N: "Dapper buddies!"
Uzi nudges him away, embarrassed, but she was happy to see N again after so long, smiling and blushing from the thought of it.
Uzi: “Hey, where’s V1?”
Uzi asks N. As N is about to answer, V1 lands in front of the two, wearing the blue suit N got them. Although the suit fit well onto V1’s body for the most part, some parts did not. Mainly, the Feedbacker Arm, as it was bursting out of the blue sleeve meant to cover it. The blue sleeve was ripping from various areas, struggling to hold the massive arm V1 uses to deflect any incoming projectiles. As the snow settles, N and Uzi finally see V1 wearing the blue suit.
N: “Hey V1! Looking pretty good! Oop, your sleeve’s ripping.”
Uzi: “Oh wow, did you really force your arm into that tiny sleeve?”
V1 then points at the vent, telling the two to focus.
N & Uzi: “Oh yeah, right.”
The trio then jumped back into the vent Uzi came out of.

[NOW PLAYING: Get Prommed :3]

At the prom, the Worker Drones were having the time of their lives.
Dozens of brightly colored lights shined across the room, colors of blue and purple filled every corner, with music blasting through the speakers. Decorations of balloons, and non-consumable punch are put throughout the room as well.

The Worker Drones are all suited up in their best clothes. Some are dancing to impress, some are chatting, and the rest look around or are just bored.
While the others enjoyed themselves, Khan worriedly looked for his daughter among the crowd of students at the prom. He fails to find her among the Workers. Khan taps his finger on his arm as he tries to look for her. The taps becoming more erratic each second that passes without Uzi appearing on Khan’s line of sight. Khan thought to himself that she was just getting ready, and that he should just patiently wait for her.
Khan looks at the clock, counting down the minutes that have passed.

As Khan patiently and naively waits for his daughter, the spotlights suddenly turn on.
Then appears Lizzy on the stage, with the spotlights shining on her as she approaches the microphone to make an announcement.

Lizzy: "Okay, listen up, nerds. We're doing this a little early, but since the entire prom court "mysteriously" disappeared, your queen by forfeit is uh, this."

V then drops in, the impact of her landing sends dust flying everywhere.
Student: "We're gonna die!"

The Worker Drones are terrified, as a Murder Drone has somehow successfully found its way inside the colony. The students freak out, while Khan stares in shock from seeing a Murder Drone breach in once again.
V laughs, as she has her claws out, with an evil smile on her face.
Lizzy: "Easy, judgey bots, V is my friend. She's done with the murder or whatever. We've been hanging."

A projection screen then drops down and shows all the photos Lizzy and V have taken together while hanging out as "friends".

V: "Yes, best friends. So easily manipulated...”

V then starts cackling maniacally, preparing to kill every Worker Drone in the room, before realizing what Lizzy said earlier.

V: “...Prom queen?”

Lizzy then smiles awkwardly at V. V then looks over to a Worker Drone holding the crown that’s supposed to be given to her.

V: "Eugh."

Doll, upon seeing that V had finally appeared, crushes the list of Prom Queen candidates, and begins to smile and laugh maniacally, as everything is going as she wanted it to. Doll then looks to Lizzy, expecting her to uphold her part of the plan. Lizzy looks away from Doll's gaze, hesitant to commit to the plan. Lizzy takes a deep breath, before continuing.

Lizzy: "So, forgive and forget, or I'll get my dad to dock your freakin' grades!"
Lizzy then points to Rebecca specifically. Spotlights then begin to shine on Rebecca, highlighting her from the rest of the crowd.

Lizzy: "And you can't sit with us, Rebecca!"
Rebecca: "...Fine, I forgive her, settle...!"

Everyone then begins to applaud V, either out of fear or their grades.

Guy: "She's quite cute, though."
Lizzy: "Clap harder, losers!"

They all start to clap harder and faster.

Penny, the Worker Drone holding V’s Prom Queen crown, approaches her.

Penny: "Your dress is really cute!"

Penny then crowns V, before walking away.

V: "I... Uh..."
Crowd: "Speech, speech!"

The crowd urges V to do a speech.
Khan tries to leave through the doors but sees it has been locked by Doll's Solver powers.

Khan: "Not... the doors...!"

V then convinces herself to do the speech.

V: "... Can kill everyone after? It's not vain, it's extra sinister...”

V then begins to walk towards the microphone, waving at the crowd as she approaches it. At the back, Doll begins to cackle maniacally, as the Solver Symbol starts to appear on her left eye. The crowd’s cheers and claps are all that can be heard.

As V approaches the X under the microphone, Lizzy worriedly looks at her.
Lizzy then glances at Doll, who was about to use the Absolute Solver on V. V taps the microphone, as she starts her speech.

V: “Uh...”

Doll then brings up their hand, pointing it at V to use the Absolute Solver on her. But before Doll could begin to exact her revenge, N, Uzi, and V1 crashed down from the vents, interrupting everything.

Uzi: “Ah ha! Unhand them, you fiend-“

Uzi stops her heroic statement as everyone in the room awkwardly stares at them with confusion, and even Doll is surprised, as she turns away from V to look at the three.

Uzi: “I’m confused.”

Doll sets this aside for now, as she turns to V once more, with the Absolute Solver ready in her hands.
Lizzy tries to warn V.

Lizzy: “On second thought, you're way hotter than Doll! Run, idiot!”

V looks at Lizzy confused, before looking at Doll.

Doll then brings up her hand to V, before closing her fist, which activates the Absolute Solver power. Metal rebar starts to spike out of the ground in the direction of V. It sends the Worker Drones in the way flying. V quickly tries to dodge the incoming attack, but the rebar pierces through her arms and legs before she can do so. V is now stuck in place on the stage.
V, shocked and disoriented, looks around the room. She sees Lizzy get flung out of the stage, as well as Penny, the Worker Drone that held her crown.

As V processes the complete change of the situation, V1 and N prepare to attack Doll. V1’s wings then emerge from its back, as V1 brings up the Core Eject Shotgun and shoots a core at Doll. Despite the fast speeds the ejected core was reaching, Doll grabs the ejected core using the Absolute Solver, and flings it back at N and V1. The ejected core sends Uzi and N flying to the wall behind them, while V1 dashes out of the explosion. Before V1 could see it, Doll threw a whole table at V1 while they were distracted, which also sent V1 back.

After Doll dealt with them, Doll then turned their gaze to V once more.

Doll: "Привет, Ви." (Hello, V.)

Doll then uses the Absolute Solver to make V view the memory of her slaughtering Doll's parents right in front of her, the motive for her actions.

Doll: "Ладно,” (Anyway,)

Doll then takes a step forward. Using the Absolute Solver, Doll then appears right in front of V within the split second she took a step, despite the distance between them before.

Doll: "тебе всё понятно." (You get it.)

Doll then makes a piece of rebar pierce V in the stomach. V then frees her right arm and brings out her blade and tries to swing it at Doll. Doll teleports back, away from V. V then switches to an automatic rifle and begins firing at Doll. Doll uses the Absolute Solver to create a forcefield around her that deflects all the bullets fired at her. Doll then materializes a cleaver, then throws it at V, which severs her right arm. Using the Absolute Solver once again, Doll then takes the blades of the ceiling fan, and begins to prepare to throw it at V.

While Doll prepares to finish V off, Uzi, N, and V1 recover themselves and stand up again.

Uzi: "Ow, my head... Holy crap, what is she doing?"
Uzi says, in a surprised manner.

N: "This isn't what I expected at all! I guess we should... Uh..."

Uzi then looks to V1, who gives her a battle-ready nod.
Uzi groans, as she has to involve herself in danger once again in order to save V.

Doll then flings the fan blades at V at great speeds. V braces herself for the pain and possibly robo-eternity, but before the blades can reach her, N comes in and kicks the blades to the sides. Uzi and V1 then jump up from the stage to attack Doll as well. Uzi throws the cleaver at Doll, but Doll deflects it using the Absolute Solver. As the cleaver was thrown at Doll, V1 shot a charged Piercer shot at Doll. As the cleaver was deflected from Doll, the charged Piercer shot was now right in front of Doll and was about to pierce through her head. The charged Piercer shot pierced through the forcefield, which disrupted the Absolute Solver she was using and caused the doors to be unlocked.
After the forcefield was broken, Doll quickly teleported out of the way of the charged Piercer shot, narrowly avoiding it. This all happened within milliseconds.
Now that the doors were unlocked, everyone clamored to the exit in order to get out. As the Worker Drones run to the exit for their lives, Khan is shoved by those escaping, as he looks at Uzi confronting Doll.
Doll stands while breathing heavily, surprised from the near-death experience the blue Machine brought her.
As her thoughts are in disarray from the experience, Doll quickly regains her composure, calming down and focusing on her mission once more.
Doll then asks Uzi.

Doll: “Узи, ты правда на стороне Дронов-Убийц? Я не единственная, кто потеряла из-за них семью.” (Uzi, you would really side with the Murder Drones? I’m not the only one who’s lost family to them.)

Uzi: “Bite me! Whoever started this wants us to fight. I’m not dealing with anything well, but I’m done dealing with everything alone.”

Uzi looks at N, as they share a soft smile with each other. Uzi then looks at V1, as they exchange nods with each other.
Uzi: “We move forward together, or not at all.”

V is surprised by Uzi’s declaration of cooperation, feeling bad about the fact that she had thought of killing her before, but is now being saved by her.
Khan has a small smile on his face, finally feeling proud of his daughter after so long.
Doll: “Как мило, но мне твоя помощь не нужна.” (Cute, but I don’t need help.)

Doll then uses the Absolute Solver to close every door from the prom room, locking Khan outside.

Doll then sent 2 spikes of rebar at N, which pierced through his leg and arm, restraining him to the stage.

The moment Doll sent those spikes of rebar at N, she was immediately blasted by a boosted projectile from V1’s Core Eject Shotgun.

+ PROJECTILE BOOST

[NOW PLAYING: ULTRAKILL Fan OST – ULTRAKILL MUST DIE]

Although Doll’s forcefield simply blocked the incoming projectile, the high speeds of the projectile caused it to explode upon impact with Doll’s forcefield.

Using this for cover, V1 then dashed forward, pulling out the Alternate Piercer Revolver as they did so.

Now, V1 was in front of Doll, who upon seeing this, was shocked by V1’s quick movements.

V1 quickly charged the Alternate Piercer Revolver, in hopes of getting a point-blank shot at Doll.

However, Doll, using the Absolute Solver, teleported away from V1 to avoid the incoming shot.

Using the Absolute Solver once again, Doll then sent 2 metal fan blades flying at the 4 on the stage.

In response, V1 then immediately fired the charged Piercer shot at Doll, which pierced through her forcefield and went through the side of her abdomen.

The 2 metal fan blades Doll launched at them continued to rapidly approach. V1 quickly slid across the floor and parried one of them away, but they could not stop the other one from approaching the ones on the stage.

+ PARRY

N looked in horror at the fan blade that rapidly approached them. Realizing that Uzi was still with them on the stage, N quickly pushed her off the stage to prevent her from being struck by the fan blade. As Uzi fell from the stage, N gave her a comforting thumbs up, trusting her with what was to come.

The fan blades then struck N, dismembering him with the torso and severing his arms and legs. Due to the high speeds of the fan blade, N was sent flying back as he was struck by the fan blade. Oil was splattered onto the walls as he hit the wall behind him and fell to the ground.

Due to V1 parrying one of the fan blades away, only N was struck and sent back, leaving V unscathed.

Upon seeing N get dismembered by the fan blades, V quickly frees her left arm from the metal rebar. Then, she equips the energy slicer and uses it to sever the metal bar piercing through her abdomen, freeing her as a result.

V then pulls out the metal bar in her abdomen, before picking up her severed right arm and reconnecting it to herself.

After V started to regain herself, she looked at V1 and Doll fighting, with V1 continuously switching between shotguns and revolvers, and Doll dodging everything V1 threw at her, while throwing knives at them as well.

V then looked at Uzi on the ground, as she began to pick herself up as well.

V glanced at the cleaver on the stage, the one Doll used to sever her right arm from before. V pulled it from the stage before calling Uzi.

V: "Hey, moron."

Uzi then looks at V.

V: "Heads up."

V then threw the cleaver at Uzi, who managed to catch it successfully.

Then, without another word spoken, both V and Uzi start to charge into battle. V brought out her wings and began to fly to Doll and V1, while Uzi started to run to the scene with the cleaver at hand.

Meanwhile, Doll and V1 exchange attacks with each other, a back and forth between offense and defense. V1 projectile boosts at Doll, then quickly draws out the Alternate Piercer Revolver and shoots her using the normal shot. Doll blocks the incoming projectile boost by grabbing a nearby table using the Absolute Solver, and dodges the incoming normal Piercer shot. Doll tries to grab V1 the moment she is able to, but this action fails. Then, a console appears in Doll's screen, which reads:

"ERROR: foreignObject, incompatible with software. (like, object non-interactive)"

This surprises Doll, as she never expected someone to be considered "non-interactive" by the Absolute Solver.

However, Doll didn't have time to process this, as they were currently still in the midst of a fight.

Thinking quickly, Doll then multiplies several knives and throws them all at V1, while also sending several rebar spikes at them as well. As V1 dodges the incoming attacks, Doll then teleports to V1 with her Spetsnaz machete in hand and closes in for a quick attack. V1 blocks the incoming blade by using their left arm, sparks fly as the two metal and steel surfaces collide and scrape against one another.

+ BLOCK

As Doll and V1 block each other's attacks, V suddenly swoops in from the side, flying through the air with both of her claws out. With the same X appearing on her visor, she charges at Doll, ready to dig into her metallic body. Doll sees the incoming V, and seeing that she's still fighting with V1, decides to push herself away from V1 in order not to get caught by 2 enemies.

As she pushes herself away from V1, Doll is then grabbed by V and brought to the air. V then throws Doll mid-air in order to use her claws to pierce through her as she falls. However, as V begins to prepare to charge straight through the falling Doll, Doll then activates the Solver, and sends a knife at V's back. This knife pierces through V's back, causing her wings to stop functioning. V then starts falling to the ground as the wings that once propelled and kept her in the air now fail to function.

As V falls, she tries to get the lodged knife in her back out of her in order to restore her flight, but she is unable to reach it. As she comes closer to the ground, V1 then jumps and catches her mid-air, preventing her from hitting the ground. V1 then lands on the ground, holding V in their arms.

V: "Hey! Let go of me!"

And without a second to spare, V1 then begins to run at Uzi's direction, which was heading for the falling Doll. As they ran V1 pulled out the knife in V's back, enabling her wings to function once again. V1 then quickly stores the knife in their wings' storage system, storing it just in case.

V: "Tch. I could have handled that myself, y'know?"

V1's eye then rolls back as a show of annoyance to V's statements, a reaction she did not expect.

V: "Did you just-"

V1 then lets V fall from their grasp. The startled V then quickly begins to run alongside V1 as they bring out their wings once again.

Meanwhile, as Doll fell from the ceiling, she noticed Uzi running in her direction, likely planning an attack for when she reached the ground. In response, Doll tries to also grab Uzi, in an attempt to crush her or send her away from her. However, like V1, she is considered "non-interactive" by the Absolute Solver, but the message displayed is different.

ERROR: absoluteSolver_trn (like, object non-interactive)

Doll, once again, is surprised by the existence of another person considered "non-interactive" by the Solver.

Like with V1, she sets the thought aside as she prepares another attack on the spot. Doll rips out the fan blades of the fans in the ceiling and chucks them at Uzi using the Absolute Solver. Uzi, with her quick reflexes, manages to dodge the incoming fan blades as she slid and maneuvered her way past them.

However, the fan blades were revealed to be a distraction, as Doll was gone from where she should have landed at that point. Then, Doll appears out of nowhere in the sky. On her way down, Doll dropkicks Uzi and sends her flying away from her, with the cleaver Uzi was holding dropping from her hands.

Doll then took the dropped cleaver and multiplied it several times using the Absolute Solver, before throwing all of them at Uzi.

Uzi, who was getting up from being dropkicked by Doll, saw the incoming knives. Thinking quickly to save herself, she then starts kicking and punching away every knife that came at her, whilst she slowly backed up onto the stage once again.

As Uzi continued to kick the incoming knives away, she kicked one of them onto the master controls of the prom room. This causes the entire room's lights to go into rave mode, displaying multiple colors of light flashing everywhere, as well as changing the music of the room.

[NOW PLAYING: The Knife Dance]

Doll then uses the Absolute Solver to grab the cleaver the cleaver that went into the master controls and threw it at Uzi once again.

As Uzi jumps up onto the stage, she narrowly avoids the thrown cleaver by the feet. Uzi then kicks the microphone stand at Doll, which she catches using the Absolute Solver.

When Doll caught the microphone stand, she used the Absolute Solver in order to scan it and use it against Uzi. However, before this could be fully scanned, V1 then shoots the microphone stand, breaking it and causing it to only be done halfway.

V1 and V head to Doll, with V laying suppressive fire on Doll as she flies, using her SMG. Doll uses her forcefield to block the incoming bullets. Doll then uses the Absolute Solver to grab one of the tables and throw it at V, who just evades it in the air.

As Doll continued to be preoccupied with dealing with V, V1 then slid right through her, and threw 2 coins up from her position. V1 then brings out the Alternate Sharpshooter Revolver and begins spinning it quickly to charge it. Once it quickly charged, V1 then shot the ceiling of the prom room, causing it to ricochet onto the ground and into the 2 coins. This, in turn, causes several ricochets, which bounce up and down, and hit Doll several times, before she teleports away from the ricochets.

As Uzi picked up the cleaver Doll threw at her, Doll then threw two copies of the unfinished scan of the microphone stand at Uzi, throwing it between her arms, pinning her to the ground. Doll then used the Absolute Solver to send multiple cleavers flying at Uzi, before being tackled by V with her claws out. Now that she was in close quarters with Doll, V tried to slash at Doll using her sharp metallic claws. However, Doll simply blocks the incoming slash using her Spetsnaz machete, prompting V to also follow suit as she brings out a blade from her arm.

As Uzi witnesses all these cleavers coming straight for her, a sense of mortal fear overcomes her, as she wonders if she would even survive getting struck by those blades, the fear of death is present in all that lives, organic or steel.

As Uzi raises her hands to her face to prepare for the cleavers hitting her, N then swoops in and shields Uzi from the incoming cleavers by using his own metal wings. Then, he offers her a hand, to get back up and continue the fight.

Uzi: "Ugh, quit saving me!"

Uzi says, as she tears off the unfinished microphone from the ground, freeing herself in the process.

Then, N sees a table coming straight towards them as the result of V1 and V's battle against Doll.

N then quickly grabs Uzi's hand and spins her around with one hand as they dodge the incoming table. Uzi is then put into a dip, dodging an income chair as well. She then grabs a thrown kitchen knife as it was in the air. After this, N then pulls out the missile launcher and aims it at Doll, before pulling Uzi into a side embrace.

As V1 and V fight Doll close-up, they begin to see what N and Uzi were planning with the knife and missile launcher. As V and V1 momentarily looked at N and Uzi, they failed to realize the opening they just gave to Doll, who was more than willing to use the distraction against them.

Doll then used the Absolute Solver to send a shockwave across the area, sending V flying onto the wall and falling onto the ground. V1 also sees this and dodges the incoming shockwave, before retreating back to the stage with Uzi and V1.

Once V1 got there, Uzi and N then both unleashed their respective weapons, with N firing the missile from the missile launcher while Uzi throws a knife at the same time alongside the missile, causing the two things to attack in unison.

Doll sees the incoming missile and puts up her forcefield in order to block the incoming projectile. She succeeds in blocking the missile but fails to recognize the knife that went along with it.

After Doll successfully uses the forcefield to block the missile, a knife then flies through Doll's face, barely scraping by the side of her head. Doll looks at the passing knife with a terrified stare, as she barely dodged death by a hair.

Shortly after Uzi and N fired at Doll, V1 then brought out the Core Eject Shotgun and launched a core straight at Doll.

As Doll looked at the passing knife, the launched core inched closer and closer to Doll. Before the core could make contact with Doll's forcefield, V1 quickly took out the Electric Railcannon and shot the launched core. The intense beam not only pierced through the core, but Doll's forcefield as well, causing it to be disabled just in time.

Due to the intense energy of the shot Electric Railcannon beam, the launched core exploded upon getting hit by the beam, sending Doll flying back.

As they stood on the stage, wondering if Doll was affected by the attack, Uzi felt the viscous liquid of oil at her hands. Then, she turned to see that it was coming from a cut N sustained while protecting Uzi with his own body. As the oil continues to drip down from the cut, Uzi then blushes out of embarrassment and concern, before speaking to N once again.

Uzi: "Seriously. Don't do that again."
N: "Uzi..."

As the two shared this brief moment of concern and care for one another, V1 noticed that Doll stood up once again and used the Absolute Solver to pick up the tables around her.

As V1 prepared themselves to dodge the incoming tables, N then noticed Doll beginning to throw the tables at them.

N: "Ah, okay, your turn!"

Thinking quickly, N then threw Uzi into the air before he was struck by the incoming table.

When a table was also thrown at V1, V1 simply dodged the incoming table by jumping above it. Then, V1 used the table to jump and propel themselves upward alongside Uzi.

Annoyed and irritated by the constant barrage of attacks from the enemy side, Doll's actions become rasher as she tries to end this fight as quickly as she can.

As she stands up, she uses the Absolute Solver to make the 2 tables beside her levitate in order to throw at the 2 nuisances above.

As Uzi struggles to control herself mid-air, she sees V1 flying as well. Then, Uzi looks to see Doll throwing the tables at them.

Doll then throws the 2 tables at Uzi and V1, who are still falling from the air. As the tables approach the two, Uzi and V1 then begin to maneuver themselves in the air to dodge the tables. Then, they use the incoming tables as stepping stones to get closer and closer to Doll once again.

While mid-air, V1 brings out the Alternate Piercer Revolver and fires it at Doll's machete. It hits the blade itself and knocks it out of Doll's back. However, Doll is too focused on dealing with the two of them to notice that.

Irritated by the 2 interlopers getting closer and closer once again, Doll then uses the Absolute Solver to hurl 3 knives at them, with each knife spinning at rapid speeds.

Both Uzi and V1 jump from the table to dodge and deflect the incoming knives. V1 parries one of them away, while Uzi kicks one directly at Doll. The kicked knife then hits Doll's bracelet, knocking it off her wrists.

As Doll watches her bracelet fall from her wrists, she then turns to see Uzi and V1 falling from the air. Both Uzi and V1 then kick Doll in the face, knocking her back to the end of the room.

Uzi and V1 then do a quick fist-bump, before facing Doll once again. Uzi takes on a fighting stance, while V1 begins to spin the Alternate Sharpshooter Revolver, charging it up.

After picking herself up once again, Doll then takes out her hand in order to begin using the Absolute Solver once again. But before she could do that, she is then shot in the back of the head by V with a single shot from her SMG. Doll's lifeless body then falls to the floor, as oil starts to bleed from her corpse.

+ HEADSHOT

V1 dodges the bullet that went through Doll with a simple turn, and Uzi throws her hands up and guards herself out of instinct.
Uzi then sees what happened.

Uzi: “V, we needed her for answers!”
V: “What? She's fine. Uhh...”

The four then look at the oil-bleeding corpse of Doll strewn on the ground.

V: “A little tuckered out...”
N: “V did that on purpose! She's hiding mystery stuff and being over dramatic about it!”

V: “Hey! You suck!”
V attempts to punch N in the shoulder, but V1 then points the Alternate Piercer at V, causing her to put her hands up.

Uzi: “You!”
N then points at V, while V brings her hands down to point at V1, while V1 confusingly points at N.
Uzi then looks at Doll’s fallen bracelet and picks it up.
Uzi inspects the bracelet.

Uzi: “Lucky for you, we’re not done yet.”

Uzi then holds out the bracelet, and a key drops down, the key to Doll’s house.

The 4 then go to Doll’s house. Uzi inserts the key into the door, only to be met with pitch black darkness. They head inside the dark room, looking for a light switch, the only light visible their visors. N finds the light switch and turns it on. The 4 then see the gruesome sight in front of them.

Uzi: “Uh-oh...”
V: “Hehe. Nice.”

[NOW PLAYING: Yum Yum]

The sight in front of them was the oily waste of all the dismembered parts and corpses of Doll’s victims. Oil leaked throughout the floor as corpses were scattered throughout the entire room. The roaches crawl along the chains that held the corpses and walk through the oily mess in the tables. The infestation runs deep, as roaches inhabited every hollow head and crevice they could find.

As they reluctantly savor the sight, V put a dismembered arm in her mouth in order to start drinking the oil from it. Uzi sees the arm as it starts to enter her line of sight. V1 takes out the arm in V’s mouth and throws it behind them.

Uzi: “Ugh, self-respect!”

The four then spread out to look for clues individually.
Uzi walks to the oil-stained desk.

Uzi: “Why would a Worker Drone...”

Uzi drags her finger on the oil stain on the table, getting it on her gloves.

Uzi: “Was she eating them?”

Uzi then walks across a can of oil with severed arms and hands floating on it. She looks back to it, seemingly enticed.

N walks to something covered by a cloth, nearly stepping on a roach as he approaches it. In the background, V pulls out her gun while cautiously searching the doors. V1 was also inspecting the several corpses, rummaging through them for parts, as well as the closets for papers and any information.

N approaches it in order to unveil what the cloth was covering.
Uzi guiltily looks at the can of oil, before looking at her hand which was covered in oil. Her breath gets hotter as she thinks about how the oil tastes, how it feels. Her mouth opens by instinct.

N unveils the cloth, revealing the corpses of Doll’s parents.

N: “I think we found her folks...”

N says, disturbed. V approaches.

V: “Literally didn't even taste that good.”
N: “V, you kind of suck.”
V: “Yeah. I'm not doing okay.”

V says, as she grabs a mechanical roach and throws it in her mouth.
N looks back at Uzi, who just put her finger in her mouth to taste the oil. Uzi sees N looking at her, and quickly takes the finger out of her mouth to give N an affirming thumbs up. N gives one as well.
Uzi climbs over the countertop, with N helping her down. V1 also enters the scene after rummaging through any information they could find. The four get together to inspect the preserved corpses of Doll’s parents. Uzi looks at the ID of Doll’s mother, which read “YEVA 048”.
As the 4 inspect the scene further, Doll appears suddenly from behind, seemingly still alive after the headshot. She gives a sickening smile as oil drips down from the bullet hole. Using the Absolute Solver, she pulls out the bullet lodged in her head, with the damage healing itself as she does so.
She then aims the bullet at them.
Doll: “Как раз к ужину.” (Just in time for dinner.)

Everyone turns around after suddenly hearing Doll from behind. As everyone looks behind them, Doll shoots the bullet.
...
A loud bang can be heard.
A purple Solver symbol appears over the bullet, as it was frozen by Uzi, using the Absolute Solver.

Doll looks at Uzi with shock, concern, and pity.

Doll: "Мне... Мне тебя..." (I... I'm sorry...)

The bullet then ricochets to a mirror behind them.

Doll: “...Жаль. Если я найду то, что ищу, то и тебе помогу.” (...For you. If I find what I'm looking for, I'll help you too.)
Uzi: “What?!”
Doll: “Извини.” (I am sorry.)

As Doll slowly flickers away, V flies up, bringing out her missile launcher in order to attack Doll. V1 also follows suit, bringing out the Pump Charge Shotgun in order to projectile boost at Doll.

Uzi: “Wait! Oh, don't you dare!”

Uzi says, as she rushes towards Doll.
V then launches the missile at Doll, and V1 projectiles boosts at Doll. This causes smoke to mask Doll’s position on what happened to Doll. V1 dives into the smoke but finds no one there. Uzi looks around, before realizing that Doll was gone. Frustrated, she screams to the sky:
Uzi: “Ugh, I hate it HEEERE!!!”

Outside of Copper-9, a Worker Drone, Reid, digs through the snow in an attempt to find his glasses. After a while, he finally finds them.

Reid: “Ah, that's where I left my excuse to be outside right now.”

Reid puts his glasses back on. Reid then looks to the sky, seeing several pods crash down. He jumps, narrowly avoiding the first one. He then runs as more things begin to fall. Another landing pod crashes down, with a teddy bear inside it flies out.

[NOW PLAYING: Space Girl]

Reid stands in the middle of it all, somehow unaffected, the only thing being that his hat was set on fire.

Then, the sound of a rocket engine is heard, as the air pressure sends wind everywhere, extinguishing the fire on Reid’s head. Reid looks up to see a landing pod land itself, dragging itself down using the buildings around it.

It then lands, and out comes a mysterious figure.
The mysterious passenger then brings out their sword, and slices Reid’s head off. A squelch can be heard, as the oil drips down from the neck and the severed head. The body drops instantly, and the glasses land perfectly on Reid’s severed head.

It's Tessa, a JCJenson Certified Technician. Tessa then shakes the oil off her sword, before putting it back in the sheath behind her.

Tessa: “Righty-o. Work to do. Eh, J?”

J then flies out of the landing pod and then stops right next to Tessa. J tightens her tie, then throws the keys at Tessa. Tessa catches the keys, which was a golden key with an Earth keychain, and car keys for the landing pod.

Tessa: “Maintenance work...”

As Tessa says this, J brings out her pink luggage bag right next to her. Tessa then locks the landing pod using the car keys. The landing pod makes a sound akin to a car getting locked.

The blizzard then begins to ramp up, the snowy winds getting stronger, masking Tessa and J completely.

Chapter Text

[NOW PLAYING: Bach: BWV 639 "I call to You, Lord Jesus Christ"]

Far above in the Kingdom of Heaven, a congregation among the Holy Councilors of Heaven was started.

It was to discuss the recent events of the mortal realm, that being the total eradication of Humanity via the Machines, as it had been a lingering issue for the council for some time.

The sound of footsteps reverberated in the halls as each Councilor made haste to attend their discussion. One by one, each Councilor appeared before each other, patiently waiting for the next one to arrive.

Eventually, all the Councilors have appeared and so, the congregation could begin.

"Fools they are. Their hubris has finally bore fruit."
"Their creations of steel are of heresy against the Will of God. It is only fitting that they were slaughtered by their own hand."
"It is nothing but heresy to think that mere objects could even be capable of reaching this Holy Land. Their sentience is artificial, a mere mockery of what God had given their creators."

The councilors continued to belittle the situation at hand, mocking humanity for letting such an event occur.

"To discuss this further would squander our time."
"Agreed. Let the humans revel in their own hubris."
"What of the Machines?"
"It would be treachery to even consider those things as threats."
"Leave them be. Their actions are of no concern to us. If anything were to arise, assign Gabriel to deal with it. His prowess is more than enough to deal with whatever may come."
"The Father's Light is indomitable, through and through."
"Hail the Lord in all His glory!"

And so, the congregation has ended, with the Council not taking the threat of Man's creations seriously.

And like Man, their hubris would soon bear fruit....

...

SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THE PROM MASSACRE

[NOW PLAYING: 98.7]

The howling of the cold wind blows throughout the entire area, whooshing as it continues to blow and blow non-stop. The snow-covered leaves of the trees rustling as the wind passes through the forest and moves the seemingly lifeless forest. Bright moonlight shines down on this abandoned exoplanet, as the night grows ever darker and ever more colder....

The absence of any and all organic life further sets the tone of how desolate and empty this place is. The silence of it all speaks for itself. Nothing can and nothing will live in this cold, dark world. It is far too late for this planet now, and it can only continue to exist as an uninhabitable land of despair of sorrow for what was once was..

....

The ever-growing silence is finally cut by the sound of movement.
Snow crunches under the weight of a lone school bus, as it illuminates the path forward with bright lights, shining through the trees. It continues to move forward, seemingly searching for a stop as its destination. The rumbling of the bus engine accompanying the crunching of the snow under its tires.

As the bus continues to navigate throughout the forest like a torch in the dark, the bus's headlights shine upon an old, frozen sign, giving a name to their destination...

CAMP 98.7 - EST. 3002

Nearing its stop, the school bus begins to slow down as it prepares to come to a full stop and park outside the camp. However, as it begins to do so, the school bus then begins to bounce up and down, as if it was distressed.

Driver: "Whoa! Easy, girl."
The driver said to calm down the seemingly sentient school bus.
And as the school bus comes to a stop, it follows the driver's words and calms down, easing itself up as it fully stops.

Driver: "Good girl."
The school bus, after having calmed down and stopped, then opened its doors to let the students inside out.

One by one, each student exited the school bus and began to head towards Camp 98.7. Chatter and commotion between themselves and each other continues its course, as they each prepare themselves for camp. This casual chatter between the students brings life into this cold and empty forest for the first time since its ecological collapse. However, that isn't enough to rid it of the frost's unforgiving nature.

This would continue until the last student exited the school bus.
As their boots imprint into the layer deep snow, it becomes clear who it was.

It was Uzi Doorman.

She takes a look around the camp they had arrived in, whilst the winds continue to whistle and blow on the already frozen environment.

Taking a few steps towards the path of the old cabin ahead, Uzi takes a look at where she is planning to head to for this mission. The old cabin, sitting alone outside of the forest they had entered.

Resting in her hand are two collars, one being a brownish leather collar and the other being a silver, encrusted collar. Despite their visual difference, both bear the same symbol in the center with different numbers on the bottom. The brownish leather one belonged to Doll, who had dropped it during their scuffle at Prom. The silver one however, had apparently belonged to Uzi's mother, Nori Doorman.

Surprisingly, Khan had given it to her, along with some information about Camp 98.7 and the collapse of the planet's core, which came from Khan's own experience with the place. Along with that was some information regarding Nori herself, with how seemingly crazy and deranged she was with her now precognitive ramblings about the coming of the Murder Drones, the approaching doom, and Cool S's.

Uzi, now knowing about Camp 98.7, knew that this place definitely has some vital and important information regarding the recent events with the Absolute Solver, Doll, the Murder Drones, and her strange new powers. Hence her decision to go here in the first place.

After reminding herself of why she was here, Uzi then begins to prepares herself for the upcoming investigation. She puts away the brown-leathered collar in her pocket, before proceeding to wear her mother's collar on her neck.

Now bearing her mother's collar, Uzi begins her search.

But then, a voice spoke out from behind.

"Uh, teacher? What is this field trip?"
It was Braidon, one of Uzi's classmates, who was one of the many students confused as to why the field trip took place in such a barren place.

Teacher: "Yeah. Uzi's idea. Ask her."
He responded, whilst he set down a chair on top of a roof.

Braidon: "Who?"
He says, while scoffing.
Uzi: "I've sat next to you for years."

Uzi then appears behind Braidon as she replies to his question.

This sudden response startles the students, as they're confused as to who it was that was responding. They turn around to see Uzi behind them, who had heard the conversation before.

The students gasp and scream out of shock and disgust, as they back away from her.

Uzi: "Bite me! I asked to go alone! He's mad at your test scores!"
Uzi says, as she points to the teacher who's sitting above the roof with his hat covering his face.

Teacher: "No year end bonus, no learning."
The teacher responds, further backing the reason why they were there at all.

Braidon: "So, we're just unsupervised?"
He asks questioningly.

But, as soon as Braidon finished saying those words, the whooshing of air can be heard before shortly being followed up with a bright yellow light crashing down on the ground before the students, as a loud metal clang can be heard from the scene.

"What the-"

The students scream in shock at the sight before them. Although the cloud of snow that rose from their crash landing masked their silhouette a bit, it was clear what it was.
The yellow glow emanating from their tails, wings, and the lights on their head served to confirm the sight before them. But when they turned around to reveal their sharp-teethed smile and yellow X eyes, it sealed their fate even more.

The Disassembly Drones, N and V, had crashed down in front of them, seemingly ready to devour them all without a second to spare.

With their mouths agape and smiling, their claws brandished and sharp as ever, and their tails ready to dissolve anything it pierces, it seemed as if the students were simply dead drones walking.

But, as the terror set into their hearts...

N: "Welcome, campers!"

[NOW PLAYING: camping.mp3]

N suddenly switches back to his usual jolly self, greeting the students with enthusiasm and joy. V had also switched back to her usual self, which was still somewhat unhinged and uncaring at best.

Upon further inspection, it appeared that N and V were wearing typical scoutmaster outfits. N sporting a beige brown polo shirt and black shorts with a yellow neckerchief. V meanwhile, was sporting an all green scoutmaster outfit, with a green polo shirt and shorts, along with a green wide-brimmed campaign hat. She also had both of her claws out at both hands, for some reason.

N: "Let's sound off!"
N enthusiastically says, as he kicks around the clipboard, before finally holding it to start rollcall. He starts counting the students, expecting the students to follow suit and count themselves as well.

But unfortunately, N had forgotten to account for their fear of them...

The students were simply frozen on the spot, as these monstrous killers of their kind stood before them, wearing silly camp outfits and trying to do rollcall.

Were they toying with them? Playing with their food, before they mercilessly gut and slaughter them, and stain the snow with their oil-coated innards?

Whatever the case was, it was clear that the students couldn't do anything. They stood frozen on the spot like prey freezing upon seeing a predator. Fear had overtaken their hearts, causing their minds to panic as they scrambled to think of how they could survive this situation.

And whilst the students stood there, silent and fearful of their lives, the sudden bang of a gunshot was heard, followed up with one of the students falling to the ground. The oil from their head splattering everywhere upon the bullet's impact. Their lifeless, metal corpse falls to the ground, as their shattered visor sizzles from the heat of the shot.

Smoke rises from the muzzle of the gun on V's hand, being swept away by the wind as it blows amidst this terrifying situation. V had shot the unsuspecting student as a message to the others, a clear warning to what will become of them if they choose not to obey their orders.

Now, with this warning echoing in their heads, the students quickly call out their numbers in sync as they assume a saluting pose towards N and V.

N: "That's every...one.?"
N then looks around the area, confused and seemingly looking for someone.
N: "Aw shucks, they're not here yet.."

The students, upon hearing this, are confused, as they believe that aside from Lizzy and Thad who had been casually talking behind them this entire time, every one was present at the camp grounds.
Courageously, one of the students, Emily, spoke up about it.

Emily: "Umm, Mr. Camp Counselor, sir? I'm pretty sure that's everybody here... Who might you be talking abou-"
At that moment, a blue blur whizzes through the air before crashing down in front of the campers and interrupting Emily's question.

The mist of the snow clouds its shape, but the glow of its 8 golden wings and its eye is still clearly visible amongst it all.

The mechanical whirr of its movements was jarring to hear, as its body moved to stand up after slamming down from the sky and down onto the ground. As it did so, its wings began to fold inward on itself, like it was easing up. It felt rigid and stiff, as each protrusion clunkily folded down one by one.

The shine of the golden eye still glowed strongly, as the snow began to clear up.

N: "Oh hey, there you are!"
N said, in a tone of familiar greeting, like talking to an old friend.

It was already obvious at this point whom N was referring to.

It was V1.

And, in the spirit of Camp 98.7, also wore a scoutmaster's outfit, much like N and V.

They wore a slightly dark gold polo shirt, with a dark blue neckerchief and a whistle hanging down from the collar, along with dark green pants. V1 also sported a wide-brimmed campaign hat, with a dark blue streak running around the hat.

Of course, N had suggested V1 to wear this silly outfit, in the hopes of easing the tension between them and V, as well as with the students. V1 obliged and wore it, as there was no reason not to, at the time being.

After their flashy entrance, V1 then walks to N and V, and stands alongside them as one of the three camp counselors of Camp 98.7.

N: "Well, thaaaat's everyone!"
N exclaims loudly.

And at the same time, N then leaned close to V, using his clipboard to mask his face and what he was saying.
N: "Minus one."
He whispers to V, in a somewhat upset tone.

N: "We got so many distracting activities planned, so no sneaking off to investigate stuff!"
N then sneakily looks at Uzi with a mischievous smile, clearly referring to her. Uzi slightly blushes out of embarrassment from this, averting her eyes from N before looking back at him as she points to herself in a playful manner.

N: "To the bunks!"
N then began to march as he started to lead the way towards the bunks. But, when he expected them to start marching along with them, he turned to see that they were still scared as ever, hesitating to follow him out of fear for their own lives, untrusting of the seemingly friendly Murder Drone before them.

Seeing this, Uzi prepares to say something, in the hopes of getting the others to follow along and cooperate. But, as she was about to do so, both Thad and Lizzy went ahead and went along with N and V.

Thad: "Sounds good, N!"
Lizzy: "Anything for my bestie!"

Then, they casually approach the two like they were old friends, before standing alongside them, with fear not even being a variable to consider. They showed the other campers that N and V could be trusted, as outlandish as that seemed.

The tension and fear within the campers began to fade away, as they began to consider trusting the Murder Drones as well, as two of the most popular people at school were apparently friends with them, and knew them for a while now.

But then, Uzi decided to speak up as well.

Uzi: "Y-Yeah, they're like my friends, too, so... It's cool."

However, instead of finding comfort and relief in her reassurance of their friendship, the campers then began to flee in a panic due to Uzi's mere presence. They began to run to the Murder Drones, and began trying to befriend the Murder Drones.

Emily: "You can be our friend, little guy!"
Emily said, as she took N's hand.

Darren, another student, began poking at V's visor, disrespecting her personal space.
Darren: "Poor thing's defective."

V's eye began to twitch from annoyance as Darren continued to poke at her annoyingly, as if she was some defective animatronic. And a second later, she had enough and swiftly grabbed Darren's arm, ready to tear it off without another second to spare.

But, right as she was about to do it, she looked over to see Uzi standing in the back, not wanting her to kill Darren, despite how much they had rejected Uzi even now.
Then, she turned to her left to see V1, fiercely staring at her, with the Alternate Sharpshooter Pistol already spinning and charging up. The golden glow of V1's eye shining directly on V's visor, as if it was the Sun directly casting its light upon her.

V: "Hmph."
Reluctantly, V let go of Darren's hand.

V: "Nah, just full of ~love~."
She said to Darren, as she casually patted his shoulders.

V then gestured towards N, as she shares a bit of information about him.
V: "This one's a ~pilot~."

Upon hearing this, another camper named Rebecca then seemingly showed interest in N, as she giggled cutely.
Rebecca: "Wow, a pilot.."

N is, of course, confused by this, but disregards it as he looks back at Uzi.

Uzi sees N looking at her, and gestures whether or not she should go by herself with a thumbs up. N's eyes express his concern as he shakes his head, implying that she should go with someone.

N turns to find V1, but sees that they're gone. N then looks back to see that V1 is already behind Uzi, which shocks both him and Uzi.

V1 then nods to both Uzi and N, gesturing that they should go. Uzi nods as well, putting up her thumb again, before looking at N one last time. Still slightly worried, N then nods anyway, signaling the two of them to go and start investigating.

Uzi and V1 then begin to walk deep into the forest, taking the path to the old cabin Uzi had seen up ahead in order to get there.

As Uzi and V1 began walking to the old cabin, Uzi then looked back at N as he tended to the campers with a big, warm smile on his face. His cheery demeanor puts a smile on Uzi's face too. But, Uzi then remembers their current mission. Focusing on the current objective, she then looked forward once more as she and V1 traversed through the harsh weather to their destination.

....

[NOW PLAYING: 98.7]

The light of the moon shines down upon them as they trek through the woods, despite the strong blizzard. The dark sky of the night looming over them. Their steps imprint on the layer-deep snow as they pushed forward and kept walking. Aside from the constant whirr of V1's systems as each limb moved and bent, the only thing Uzi could hear was the furious blowing of the wind, whistling amidst the storm.

In the middle of their journey, Uzi stopped to look at the scenery before her.
Remnants of humanity's existence on this planet are now embraced by the frost and snow. A grim reminder of the past, now lying still as it collects snow, forever lost to time.

As Uzi begins to get lost in the sight before her, V1 then taps her shoulders, which immediately grabs her attention. V1 points to the old cabin, which is just walking distance away now. Uzi, understanding what V1 is saying, quickly runs to them as they continue to walk through the snow, before finally reaching the old cabin, the moon shining down on them once again.

...

The beam of light from Uzi's flashlight shines through the window of the door as Uzi tries to get a look at the inside of the cabin. Her head peeks through the window of the door as she tries to see anything that might be outright important.

Uzi: "I can't see anything from here.."

Uzi squinted her eyes in order to find anything, but failed as the darkness was too great to see anything in. Then, Uzi looks down from the window of the door to see that it was locked from the inside via a padlock.

After seeing that it was locked, V1 then went ahead and broke through the door window with an elbow jab from their right arm. Then, V1 brought out the Alternate Piercer Revolver, materializing in their right hand. The Alternate Piercer then began charging, the ball of blue energy accumulating in the muzzle of the gun. And with a press of a trigger, V1 fired it at the padlock, instantly melting through it.

The door then slowly opens as the wind from outside pushes it inward, finally allowing Uzi and V1 to enter the cabin.

Mechanical bugs scatter across the room as V1 and Uzi begin to inspect the premises for any clues or important information. V1 began to look through the various cabinets and shelves for any clues, picking up the various books and journals scattered on the floor and scanning them for any relevant information.

Uzi also begins inspecting as well, as she shines her flashlight onto a dropped Worker Drone hat, before tossing it to the side. Uzi shines her flashlight across the room, as she looks for anything that might be important. She then spots a calendar on the wall, with text written in red marker and a dog picture on the top.

Uzi then goes over to the calendar and grabs it from the wall in order to clearly read the text written in red marker.

In the calendar, three notes were written in red marker, referring to the total evacuation of all dogs as well as their supposed immortality. After reading this, Uzi sighs in relief as she wipes off the non-existent sweat from her forehead.

Whilst Uzi was carefully inspecting everything around her, V1 was crouched on the ground as they began shifting through the spilled paperwork, trying to see if any of them had some iota of useful information. In their searches, V1 had found a preserved and filed newspaper with the following title.

"ULTRATECH, HISTORY AND AFFILIATION WITH JCJENSON"

Although it was well preserved within the cold and dilapidated cabin it was found in, some of the ink had faded away and left a good portion of the text illegible, most notably the date of its creation.

Setting that aside, V1 then proceeded to scan the document for all information relevant to its searches.

------------------------------------------------------------

[TEXT SCANNED - RELEVANT ENTRY]

ULTRATECH -
A robotics company that specialized in the production of blood-fueled Machines used during the Final War. They were widely known as one of the top companies in the production of Machines designed for military use, among other things. Their most famous creations being the SNT-700, The long-range sentry, and the SC-400, the infamous street cleaners, both of which were heavily used during the war, as well as various other models. However, after the end of the war and the beginning of the New Peace, ULTRATECH struggled to maintain profits as there was no longer a market for blood-fueled war machines amidst a time where blood was not easily shed. Eventually, ULTRATECH filed for bankruptcy as the company slowly lost relevancy and revenue, fading away into obscurity.

PURCHASED BY JCJENSON -
However, after filing for bankruptcy, rising powerhouse company, JCJenson, had bought the ULTRATECH company, rising them out from financial ruin after seeing that their knowledge with autonomous machinery could help with the development of a new set of machines. JCJenson and ULTRATECH then began collaborating and working together in the development of a new set of autonomous Machines, ones that used a more ancient yet easily attainable fuel source, oil.

SUBSEQUENT CONTRIBUTION -
Eventually, after years of development, JCJenson would release the now widely known, Worker Drones. Autonomous robots built with sentience and personalities, as well as the ability to express emotions and respond, much like a living being. The Worker Drones would be used for many things like, servants, miners, office workers, and etc. Quickly, the Worker Drones took over a good portion of the workforce of the world, and JCJenson quickly gained status as a supreme company. They continued to produce more and more sentient machines, further cementing their status and power over the entire industry.

To this day, it is still not known how JCJenson and ULTRATECH had managed to create such perfect sentience for the Worker Drones, enabling them to express emotion and personality much like a human. Rumors speculate that the discoveries of the expedition had contributed to this revolutionization of AI sentience, but it remains unconfirmed.

------------------------------------------------------------

After V1 had finished scanning the newspaper for vital information, V1 saw another filed document on the ground and had picked it up. It had been perfectly and neatly organized, although it was still affected by the passage of time as the outside paper had been eroded. But, before they could start scanning it, a rustling noise emanates from inside the cabin, grabbing the attention of both V1 and Uzi.

Something is inside the cabin with them.

The flashlight that Uzi was shining upon the dog calendar was immediately pointed to the unlit and dark areas of the cabin as Uzi looks around the room to see what could have made such noise. V1 quickly turns their head to where the noise had come from, still holding the document in their left hand.

V1 quietly pulls out the Alternate Piercer Revolver, gripping it tightly as they carefully observe the surrounding area, searching for any hint of motion.

As Uzi continued to look around the cabin with the flashlight, she shines her light on what looks like a humanoid figure from a distance, sitting in the back. Uzi squints her eyes as she struggles to recognize the figure from across the room.

V1 however, immediately recognizes the humanoid shape and fires at it with the Alternate Piercer, which catches Uzi off-guard and causes her to drop the flashlight and the dog calendar.

Uzi: "Hey!!"
Uzi exclaimed loudly.
Uzi: "What the heck did you do that for?!? You scared the-"

Uzi is cut off as they hear the sound of rustling once more, metal clattering as its presence becomes more known.

Uzi quietly picks up the dropped flashlight and points it at the unlit area once more, looking to see what could have made such a noise once again.

This time, such efforts would be fruitful.

A hand, made of neither metal or steel, peeks through the corner as it tries to grab the wall. Quickly, it retreats as the shining light exposes it to Uzi's sight, its cover now blown.

Uzi's eyes widen in fear as she catches a quick glimpse of the unnatural sight, quickly instilling fear to her core. In a panic, she throws the flashlight in the air as it flickers off.

Reacting quickly, V1's wings then snap back up again, as it begins to glow a gold color once again. Then, V1 proceeded to dash forward twice as it began to run after whatever it was that was just left.

Uzi: "Hey! Wait!"

Uzi exclaimed as she was still shaking and hitting the flashlight to start working again.

V1 ran out of the cabin to try and see if it could chase after it, but the lone blows of wind make it clear to V1 that whatever that was there, it had already left the scene. Uzi also runs out of the cabin to follow what she was expecting to be a running V1. However, upon exiting the cabin, she finds V1 standing still as they stare deeply into the snowy woods.

Uzi: "Ugh, it got away?! Dang it!"

As Uzi laments over the escaped spectator, they both hear a scream from behind, coming from the camp below.

Uzi and V1 both dash back inside to see what was going on through the cabin window that oversaw the camp lake.

To Uzi and V1's surprise, the screams turned to be screams of joy. As it turns out, the campers were simply having fun, riding boats over the frozen lake and paddling their way across.

Whilst the N and the others were still using paddles to move across the icy lake, V took a different approach, making two of the students carry her boat while her and Lizzy sat comfortably inside.

No matter the case, everyone seemed to be alive and well.
Of course, after seeing that everything was fine, V1's wings then folded back inwards once again as the light inside them slowly turned off. V1 then went back to continue searching for information within the cabin. It goes without saying that after their recent encounter, V1 would sport a bit more vigilance this time.

While V1 got back to work immediately, Uzi continued to watch the camp through the window, staring lifelessly at the sight below her.

She watched as her classmates somehow began to get along with N and V, the Murder Drones who they had been fearful of moments ago.

Compared to their reaction of visible fear and disgust of her moments ago, this served to further reinforce how much of an outcast Uzi was from the rest.

Despite how irrelevant it was to the current mission at hand, and how useless it was, Uzi couldn't help but think about it.

"Why don't they like me?"

Uzi knew for a long time that she had been disliked by her peers, and rejected at any opportunity. She had already accepted that long, long ago, way before she met N and V1. It was if it was a fact to her.

So, her confusion as to why she would care about such things now could be best described as baffling.

Soon, more and more questions began to cloud her mind, occupying it and preventing any clear line of thought.

Whispers of doubt and guesses seep in, with buried emotions rising from the thought of each doubt. Her heart twists each time she thinks of something that deeply bothers her.

Uzi was dumbfounded. She didn't know how to deal with this sudden influx of emotions and feelings, much less understand it. It was all too complex for her to properly sort through nor convey.

Despite the presence of reliable company, Uzi's surroundings started to feel emptier and emptier, darker yet darker.

What was supposed to be just a quick glance at how everyone was doing grew into a total disruption and panic of Uzi's inner thoughts as doubts and emotions seep in from every corner.

It had grown into an uncontrollable mess of mixed feelings.

Overwhelmed, Uzi was frozen on the spot.

Silently, she tries to solve this mess, as the world around her begins to feel lonelier and lonelier, forever left to manage herself.

...

V1 had begun scanning the aforementioned document on the ground a while ago, whilst Uzi continued her creepy staring.

It was a lengthy document, featuring a lot of records regarding JCJenson's operations.

Whether it was regarding their exoplanet business, or their various brand products, it was sure to be listed here.

With this treasure trove of information, V1 got to work, quickly scanning every inch of this document as it scoured each page for anything worth their time.

Each page offered great information regarding JCJenson itself, and its inner workings, but that would not be important as of now.

V1 continued to skim through each page as they continuously scanned the entire document, searching for anything important to their searches.

And eventually, it paid off.

V1 had found a section of the document regarding a list of JCJenson's purchased companies and brands, as well as the assets acquired from them.

A familiar name stuck out from the list:

ULTRATECH.

The list of acquired assets from ULTRATECH was relatively simple, it listed all of the unsold merchandise that remained in their warehouses untouched.

Unsold products, scrapped projects or plans, etc. It was all neatly organized and labelled.

However, one listing was of slight interest.

It mentioned something about a prototype, an unfinished project regarding the development of a new model.

It sported the ability to instantly fuel itself upon contact with blood, outfitted with 8 golden wings for mid-air movement and maneuvering, at the cost of using thin armor plate for better absorption of blood.

Model ID: V1

...

In the listing, it also states that JCJenson had taken and used this model themselves for development purposes, but the project it was used on was never listed.

Obviously, this proved to be vital information for V1, as it gave reason as to why it was now stranded on a desolate exoplanet, and why it could seemingly function without a constant supply of fresh blood.

V1 still needed more information however, as it was not enough to for a full-understanding of the current situation back on Earth. Not to mention, it still needed information regarding the strange occurrences of Copper-9, and the Absolute Solver.

And so, V1 continued to skim through the document as they searched for anything else worthwhile.

...

The room was silent, devoid of any meaningful conversation, with the only audible things being the cold, howling winds outside and the periodical rustling of paper.

It was awkward, to say the least.

V1 had just finished fully scanning the aforementioned document, but they did not find anything they could use in it.

Seeing that it was now useless, V1 cast aside the document, carelessly throwing it to the side like trash.

V1 then began looking around the room again for something to inspect and search, but could not find anything.

Instead, they only found a dog calendar strewn on the ground.

After crouching down to pick up and analyze the written text on it, V1 flipped the page of it to the next month.

However, nothing was seemingly written on the following pages. The only difference was that instead of an image of a dog, it displayed an image of a squished looking hamster, next to a weird-looking cat.

And after thoroughly looking through it, V1 then dusts the calendar off, before placing it on the nearby table.

...

Out of nowhere, the window behind V1 suddenly shatters, instantly catching their attention. V1 instantly turns around to where the sound had come from, only to see Uzi backing away from the window. Uzi looks behind her and sees V1, before quickly averting her face from V1. However, in the second she glanced at them, V1 saw a strange symbol flicker at her left eye, the same one from when she stopped a bullet with a strange power.

Uzi: "S-sorry, that was my fault.. I'm okay.."
She exclaimed to V1, covering her left eye with her hand.

V1 then starts to approach Uzi, which startles her.

Uzi: "I'm...fine, okay?"
She loudly stated to V1, distancing herself from the automaton. V1 obliges, and resumes the investigation of the cabin, still somewhat skeptical about what just happened.

...

In the back and out of V1's view, Uzi begins to take off her backpack and sets it down on the wooden floor. Then, on one knee, she starts to unzip the backpack, finally revealing what was inside.

It was a severed Worker Drone arm, along with some other indescribable parts, all submerged in oil. After the prom, Uzi had apparently went back to Doll's house and had taken some of the severed parts from there. The reason for such an action was then made clear.

A message then began blinking in Uzi's visor, as she began to writhe in pain.

HIGH TEMPERATURE.

Much like the Worker Drones, Uzi now has a need for a periodical supply of oil in order to avoid overheating. The awakening of her Solver powers has started to take its toll on her, as she now has to ingest oil whenever she uses her powers for a period of time.

Uzi clearly find its disgusting and wrong to do so, but the smoke rising from her visor begs to differ.

And, as she begins to grab the arm from the bag.....

"Tick..toooock..."
A voice speaks from above, giggling.

Uzi and V1 then look up to see V, crawling along the ceiling as she gleefully snickers.

Quickly, Uzi kicks the backpack away into the side of the room as V hops down from the ceiling and to the floor.

Uzi: "H-Hey, s-stupid... idiot... Uh, weren't you just down there with N and the campers..?"
V: "Well, I wanted to see how you twerps were doing so far.. Besides, N's got it covered right now."

Uzi then looked out the shattered window again to see the campers dragging N by the hand, seemingly forcing him to follow along with them on whatever they were doing.

V: "So, ~mind filling me in then~?"
She instantly closes the distance between her and Uzi, her sinister smile closing in on Uzi's face, grabbing her attention from the window.

Then, in between Uzi and V, V1 then hands V the document regarding JCJenson's owned companies and assets before heading off to another pile of papers. V backs away from Uzi, then switches her claws to her normal hands before grabbing the document from V1.

V: "Huh.. What is this supposed to be?"

In response, V1 then holds up a paper with a single word written in oil.

READ

V: "What, you couldn't have just explained it to me? Oh yeah right, you're a mute. ~My bad~"
She mockingly states.

V1 turns their head back to look at V, disdain burning from their stare.
Then, V1 goes back to sorting through the paper pile. V snickers, before she nonchalantly throws the handed document behind her and turns her attention to Uzi.

V: "Tell me something, you said this camp would help us catch that red-eyed Doll freak, right?"

V switches her hands back into those sharp, steel claws, and brings them near the edge of Uzi's neck. Uzi then slaps the claws away from her before responding.

Uzi: "Yeah?"
She rubs her neck area while she responds, checking to see any damage caused.

V: "Well, its just a suggestion but, how about more 'explore-y' and less 'watch from window creepy', hm? Would save us some time now, wouldn't it?"

V scrapes her claws on the window frame as she says this to Uzi. Her eyes hollow as it wanders around before seeing the shattered window, slight confusion visible on their face.

Uzi: "I'm working on it.."

Uzi turns her back to V as she stares back out the window once again.

Uzi: "Just...so glad you guys fit right in. Super cool..."
A sarcastic tone laid underneath her words. Her fists clenched as she uttered them.

From above, V's sharp and acidic tail suddenly stopped at the tip of Uzi's head.
Uzi turned her head back at V, her brave front now gone as a smile on V's face grew once more.

V: "Awww, jealous?"
She chuckled once again, before continuing.
V:" Better to stay distant, though. Don't cha think?"

Her sharp claws drop down as she stands with her legs slanted apart, her back hunched forward.

V: "Even though we need you right now.. That won't last long, trust me.."

V puts one her claw's blades at the top of where Uzi's eye was on the visor, repeatedly tapping it, glass slowly chipping away at the area of it.

V: "Eventually, N will get bored of you, that V1 guy will finally get whatever he's looking for, and I will finally get to kill you.."
Then, she takes a look back at V1, who was still preoccupied with searching every square inch of the cabin, before turning her attention back at Uzi.

V: "So before that happens, I suggest you find something actually worth our time, we can't find out much about that girl if there's only one person looking for clues.."

She says, with her obviously referring to the blue automaton in the corner of the room.

Then, V jumps back up at the ceiling of the cabin, ready to make her exit.

But before she does, she remarks something to Uzi, with her back turned on her.

V: "Being honest, I'm surprised you even care about those idiots down there. I mean, it's not like they like you at all, not even a little bit..."

Uzi's face grows uncomfortable by the second.

V: "They even told me about how "creepy" and "weird" you were. So much for high school popularity, huh?"

Then, as she turns her head to face Uzi one last time, a smirk forms on her face.

V: "Speaking of friends, did you know N's made friends with rocks before? Funny, right?"

Then, V claws through the hole in the ceiling, slithering away like a snake into the tall grass.

Uzi's hollow eyes shake, as her mouth trembles ever so slightly, showing the fear she felt from V's threatening presence alone. Steam begins to rise from Uzi's visor as the Solver Program within her begins fixing the slight breakage of her glass visor, the symbol appearing in her left eye before reverting back to her normal eye once the damage was fixed.

Uzi then closes her eyes and breathes a sigh of relief from the conversation, as she calms herself down and her natural expression returns.
Then, she goes over to retrieve her backpack on the side.

She kneels down on one leg and lifts the bag from the ground. There, it is revealed that the backpack had crushed the lower-half of a robot bug. It desperately tries to crawl away into one of the crevices in the floor with its remaining legs.

A saddened expression then takes hold on her face.

Uzi then looks behind her for a moment, trying to see if V1 was still preoccupied with the paperwork in the ground. However, she was surprised to see that V1 was now seemingly gone.

Then, she feels a tap on her left shoulder. Her head quickly turned to the left, alarmed by the sudden tap on the shoulder. She sees V1, standing over her as she is knelt down on the ground.

Startled, she throws herself back and ends up slamming herself into the ground.

Uzi: "Would you please stop doing that?!"

Expressed in an angered manner as she begins to pick herself back up from the surprise appearance.

Uzi: "So, did you find anything else?"
She asks V1, who shakes their head in disagreement as a response.

Uzi: "Ugh greaaaat, guess we'll have to search someplace else. There's another station somewhere nearby the camp. We'll have to go stop by there next."
Her eyes roll upon realizing it.

Out of her backpack, Uzi pulls out a notebook and a pen, and crosses out one of the listed locations in there, which is presumably the cabin they are in right now.

And whilst Uzi was checking the rest of the locations listed, V1 suddenly spots the crushed robot bug slowly crawl into the crevice of the floorboard, before finally falling in.

Upon seeing this, V1 then crouches down on the floor and punches through the wooden floorboards using their Feedbacker arm. The loud noise instantly grabs the attention of Uzi, who was still in the process of documenting her notebook. When she saw that V1 had punched through the floor, she was relatively confused for a bit, but then realizes what V1 was trying to do.

Then, V1 pulls out their Feedbacker arm from the torn-through hole, and instead slams it on the unstable floor boards, causing them to break and fall, finally revealing the hidden space that was under it.

Uzi grabbed their flashlight from their backpack and shined it on the newly made hole on the floor. The beam of light then revealed a rotting Worker Drone corpse in the middle of it, oil leaking from the corpse and onto the ground, with several robot bugs scattered throughout. There were several papers strewn about on the ground, with writings made from their own oil. There were also writings of tally marks written in oil on the floor, seemingly counting the days they have spent trapped down below.

Immediately, V1 then dropped down into it, the impact of their fall being just enough to splatter some of the spilt oil onto Uzi's hands from above.

Uzi looks at her hands for a moment, as the splattered oil on her hands begins to slowly drip down onto the ground, her eyes empty as she watches it happens.

Meanwhile, V1 began picking up the papers with writings on them in order to see what they contained. V1 then hands a few of them to Uzi for her to inspect as well.

V1 handing the papers to Uzi snaps her out of her trance, as she then prepares to sort through them. Holding them on her left hand, Uzi started to read through them all.

Two of them were sketches of horrifying imagery drawn in oil. The other one was a JCJenson Program Admission Notice for a Drone marked for Disposal. However, due to its age and the oil stains on it, the text on it is barely legible. The only thing written on it was the phrase "LIGHTS BELOW", and a piece of what seems like a claw had torn through the paper.

For V1, they had been looking through the rest of the papers on the ground.

One of them was a goodbye note presumably from the deceased Worker Drone. And the rest seemed like just a bunch more sketches drawn in oil.

And unfortunately, that was all they could find inside.

...

As V1 was climbing out of the pit on the ground, Uzi then spots a green colored robot bug crawling up her right arm and onto her hand. She was surprised, of course, but then quickly tries to squash it.

She slaps her right hand, and then lifts it up from it, expecting to see the squashed remains of a bug. Unexpectedly, the green bug had mysteriously vanished.

Then, it reveals itself now on the left hand, crawling up from under it with no signs of any damage.

Before Uzi could attempt to squash it again, the green bug then displays a hologram of a chat box in order to communicate.

At this point, V1 had fully climbed out of the hole on the ground, and is met with the sight of Uzi interacting with a green robot bug as its displaying a hologram to her.
Curious, V1 then goes alongside Uzi to see what it was.

Then following up, the green bug then flipped its body to the side and began scanning Uzi's face. Uzi and V1 were surprised by it, of course, but halted to do anything to stop it as it seemed as it wasn't really doing anything harmful.

The bug then kept scanning her face, the beeps growing rapidly before it stopped at the neck. After that, it then displayed a hologram of a chat window, where the bug was using it to communicate to them.

Among the 5 messages, the one regarding an elevator was certainly the most intriguing.
In response, Uzi then asks the bug.

Uzi: "Elevator?"

Uzi's words were then typed into the chat window and sent, prompting the bug to reply to it.

Rather than answer her questions, the response only raises more, prompting Uzi to ask again.

Uzi: "Where's that? What are you?"

This time, the bug misinterprets Uzi's response, and what she said is instead interpreted as:

| INVALID RESPONSE |

Uzi then angrily looks at the bug for misinterpreting her sentence, while V1 was crouched down and repeatedly poked the bug with one finger, seemingly fascinated by it.

However, unbeknownst to both Uzi and V1 at that time, Doll was standing right behind them, silently watching.

Then, before V1 could turn around and see her, she fades away.

...

After her last two questions, it seemed clear to Uzi that it wasn't gonna be able to answer all her questions so far, much to her dismay.
However, the matter regarding the supposed elevator is still present. Knowing that it was going to be important, Uzi then asks the bug.

Uzi: "Where is this elevator?"

And instead of typing a message in response like usual, it instead brought up a hologram of a map of Copper-9, with a location pinpointed by a marker. The map also acted as a GPS, keeping track of their distance away from the location and how close they were getting.

Uzi then began to follow the GPS along to see what the location they were heading to was. Upon exiting the cabin, Uzi looked up to see that the location the GPS was pinpointing to was the destroyed facility in the horizon, across the frozen lake.

Uzi: "Okay... that's, weirdly convenient.."
Her eyes slightly squinted as to express her skepticism.

To Uzi, this was a major discovery for their investigation. A big piece of information that could lead to more information as well. But, as good as it seemed, they couldn't just charge in right ahead. They needed to check the area out first before they do anything.

Uzi: "Alright then. V1, you go check out the area and see if its any good or not, I'll go get N and V. Let's meet up back here, alright?"
V1 nods in agreement.

Uzi then hands V1 the bug, which then crawls up to V1's shoulders and rests there while still displaying the GPS hologram.

But, before V1 could go to the location, Uzi then stops him.

Uzi: "Uh, hey V1? Can I...ask you something?"
V1 turned around and faced Uzi straight on, listening to what she has to say.

Uzi: "I..."

However, before she could continue her sentence, hesitation strikes from within once again.
She starts to stutter her words, as her mind is once again clouded by too many thoughts at once. Her hand trembles ever so slightly. She looks away from V1 as to not feel their burning stare, as it emotionlessly looks straight ahead at her.

Then, finally...

Uzi: "You know what, never mind.. It was just something stupid anyway.. Just, go already."

V1 looks confusingly at Uzi, not understanding what she was trying to say at all. But despite that, V1 then proceeds to go ahead with the plan.

Instantly, V1's wings begin to stretch out open once again, whirring quietly as power returns to the entire system. Slowly, the wings start to glow a golden color once again, reminding Uzi of its strangely divine allure.

Now ready, V1 then begins to dash and slide its way to the pinpointed location, with the bug on its shoulders holding on for dear life.

Uzi watches from the back, her eyes somber in tone as she is now alone. In her solitude, she clenches her fist tightly, frustrated by the fact that she did not tell V1 what she wanted to.

Then, she sighs to herself again, easing up her grip on her hand, which was now slightly bleeding oil.

Now calm, she begins to run back to Camp 98.7, to inform N and V of what they had just found.

......

After traversing through the frozen lake for a while, V1 then finally reaches the destroyed facility.

The light of the moon shines down on its desecrated remains, further illuminating its abandoned state.

Giant container tanks tumbled and titled sideways, lights still active even after its abandonment a long time ago, this industrial facility was devoid of any life and presence. The freezing weather only served to further trap the place in time, as any remnants of what once was is now enveloped by the frost.

V1 came across signs that had been frozen over after years of accumulated snow, stations frozen shut, and heavy machinery that no longer seemed to function.

The lights were still somehow on and active, despite the place being abandoned years ago. The skeletal remains of the human workers were present, scattered in the railways and snow, as well as the robotic parts of the Worker Drones who also used to work here. Uniforms, hard-hats, clipboards, the workers' former belongings left behind with no one to claim them.

This place was indeed a shell of its former state.

V1 wanders around the facility as it continued to inspect the surrounding area with much needed caution. V1's footsteps at the metal railways and the constant blow of the wind were the only things audible in this eerily silent facility.

And, as V1 continued to wander throughout the facility grounds, they finally come across the massive, gaping hole on the ground.

From the outside, it seemed as if it was just a bottomless pit. It was pitch black on the inside, darker than the night sky. The light of the moon barely did anything to illuminate it.

V1 checked the surrounding area of the shaft, seeing if there was anything around it that could indicate what it was or used to be. They come across a sign, completely enveloped by the accumulated snow, covering what was written there.

V1 then slams its fist against the sign, the impact and vibration shaking off the accumulated snow.

COPPER PLATE MINE: OUTPOST 003

This place was apparently used as an outpost for a copper plate mine, which explained the various container tanks scattered throughout.

The sign was used for facility directions in the outpost, listing the different areas and sectors and where it was located.
Upon reading it further, one of the areas was covered with yellow tape, with something else written in its place.

CABIN FEVER

Although the original text that was taped over is still clearly visible, reading as "Secret Labs".

Next to it was a strange, yet familiar symbol.

Now seeing this, V1 then decides to go over to the massive hole on the ground once again, trying to see if it really was bottomless or not. And seeing the apparent issue of complete and utter darkness, V1 comes up with a solution.

V1 heads to one of the nearest active spotlights of the facility and yanks it out of the attached frame, with the electrical wire still connected to it. Then, V1 pulled it along to where the massive hole was, before proceeding to drop it down said hole.

The spotlight falls for a while, at great speeds. Then, soon enough, the attached wire finally catches up to it and instantly stops its fall. The light was now dangling above the ground, bringing light into the place of pure darkness.

V1 then repeats this process a few more times, until the place was well-lit enough.

Now with lights illuminating the bottom, V1 could not see what lies underneath. In the center were chunks of concrete and metal rebar accumulating and turning into a pile. In addition, the other underground floors were also exposed, yet it was still too dark to see anything inside of them. Loads of metal wire and metal scaffolding littered the area, pipes slowly dripping with droplets of water. And of course, loads of robot bugs infesting the area.

So far, this place proved to be both interesting. Checking this place out proved to be useful after all.

Now, having thoroughly explored the entire facility, V1 decided it was time to head back to the cabin to meet up with the others.

Using one of the tank containers, V1 starts to climb it to the very top. Then, after reaching it, V1 slams down into the ground, going at insanely fast speeds. And, before they hit the ground, V1 lowers into a slide, causing the built-up momentum to transfer into the forward motion of sliding, thus propelling V1 forward and away from the facility site.

V1 continues to slide-jump as it makes their way across the frozen lake and to the abandoned cabin. By doing this, V1 was able to get from the industrial site to the cabin in less than a minute.

However, upon arriving, something was immediately obvious.

No one was there.

In contrast to what Uzi had discussed, none of the three were actually at the cabin. The only thing V1 could hear was the restless blows of the night and the doors rattling in the furious wind.

Something was wrong, off even.
V1 saw no reason for them to not have gathered here if Uzi had told of them to do so. And as far as V1 knew, Uzi was anything but incompetent.

Seeing that no one was gonna arrive to the cabin anytime soon, V1 then immediately heads to Camp 98.7 to try and see what was going on.

...
The camp was barren from the outside. Bodies scattered throughout the camp grounds as each one ever so slowly bled, visors continuously blinking and bleeping, snow piling up on their lifeless shell.

Footsteps imprinting on the foot-deep snow, crunching under the weight of the automaton and its steel-plated body. It makes its way to the camp quarters, hoping to see at least one person present.

V1 stands at the front of the door. It firmly knocks on the door, loud enough for whoever's inside to hear it clearly. Footsteps clamor as it gets closer and closer to the front door, shadow casting over the small gap in the door frame. The knob rattles as the locks are slowly undone. It twists clockwise, as the door is opened outward to the snowy weather.

Finally, its resident is revealed.

It's Thad!

Thad: "Oh hey! V1! What's up, dude?"

He greets the automaton with a warm and friendly smile, his charm seemingly warm enough to melt the surface-thin ice outside. V1 looks inside the cabin lodge to check for anyone else. V1 sees that many of the campers had stayed inside the lodge as well.

Thad: "Yeah, it's pretty lively here.. Don't get me wrong, I love parties as much as The Next Guy, but it's kinda nice to just chill and relax, y'know?"

In the corner, there was a Worker Drone sitting comfortably on one of the fabric seats. There was a name tag attached to their clothes, reading as "The Next Guy".

The Next Guy: "Sup."

V1 then turns their attention to Thad again.

Thad: "Also, I think this place is haunted. I've been hearing screams for a while, and it's really starting to scare me.."

Upon the mention of constant screaming, a scream then echoes from the forest. The trees ruffling and shaking off the snow on top of them as it shrieked loudly.

Immediately, V1 then bolts it to the forest. The 8 golden wings glow brightly once more, as a weapon then begins to materialize in their right hand. V1's systems start to prepare for combat.

...

Ragged, panting breaths populate the dead of night, as Lizzy desperately runs from the scene. Fear and mortality was struck into her heart, as she looks back at where the scream came from, hoping that whatever it was did not follow her.

Now in the heart of the forest itself, she looks around , hoping to see at least one friendly face in the midst of the chaos.

Frantic, she spots Emily, waving at her from a distance.

Lizzy: "Oh, thank Robo-God, Final Girl!"

She was glad to see a familiar face, no longer alone in this mess.
However, such luck was not possible.

A hand, or claw, reaches out from the back of her head and lifts her up to the air, before snapping it off as a fatal error message now blinks inside the visor. Emily had already been killed, and her corpse was merely controlled like a puppet as a sadistic joke.

From the ground rises Uzi Doorman, a feral beast of the Absolute Solver.
A pair of bat-like wings, sprouting from her back. A tail akin to the snout of a raptor, eyes adorned on each side. A smile as sharp and threatening as a Murder Drone. And finally, the Solver Symbol glowing bright purple on her visor.

Lizzy: "Um... Clashing?"

[NOW PLAYING: Solver Uzi]

The feral Uzi instantly grabs a hold of Lizzy's neck via the Absolute Solver, lifting her from the ground as she begins to choke. Lizzy tries to loosen the hold on her, but to no avail. Uzi then begins to rapidly approach the captured Lizzy, quickly skittering her way across the snow and up the tree as she closes in the distance, giggling at the thought of new prey.

She quickly climbs along the trunk of the tree, before pushing herself off as she assumes flight.

And then, as she was about to reach the helpless Lizzy..

Out of nowhere, V drops down from the sky, and shields Uzi away from Lizzy by using her wings.

Uzi lands her feet onto the steel surface of the wings, before Uzi seemingly comes back to her senses.

V then uses her wings to push Uzi away, and swipes her using her sharp claws. As a result, Uzi's tail and left arm were severed, and she was knocked back up against a tree and thrown to the ground.

Now disoriented and injured, Uzi's hold on Lizzy is cut off, causing her to drop face-first into the snow.

V: "Killing her, not saving you."
Lizzy: "Okay, mom."
Lizzy then passes out, assuming from the stress and lack of air earlier.

V then begins to approach the incapacitated Uzi, switching out her claws for the long, steel blades instead as she slowly walks to her.

Uzi: "V... Please...!"
Uzi's arm and tail begins to rebuild themselves from oil, as Uzi pleads to V.

V: "New body, same horrors. Huh, Cyn?"
Uzi: "I... don't know... who that is... Can I... talk to N...?"
V: "Tch. I'll make sure you can't."

V holds her blade up, ready to cut Uzi down without a second thought. Uzi then starts to wince in pain. She grinds her teeth to bear the unexplainable pain as V gets closer and closer.

And, as V was about to finish her off, she hears a giggle to her side. Instantly, she evades the incoming attack, which was her now regenerated tail. V successfully dodges it. but then the tail opens its jaw and grabs her by the arm.

Uzi then throws V to the front using the tail, which chomps off one of V's arms. Uzi then stomps on the blade of the severed arm, and uses her Solver powers to throw it at V.

V hurriedly deflects the incoming blade, but in the moment of distraction, Uzi runs in and pierces V through the abdomen by using the sharp protrusions on her wings.

V: "Agh!"

She pins V against the trunk of the tree, and grabs the deflected blade with her Solver powers once again. V quickly brings out her rocket launcher on the remaining arm, and prepares to fire it directly at Uzi. But before she could do so, her head is then pierced through by the severed blade from earlier.

This causes V to miss, causing it to fire at the ground near Lizzy instead.

Lizzy: "Ugh."

The missile then explodes, sending Lizzy flying way up in the air and far from the site of the explosion.

After that, Uzi then throws V onto the ground, causing the blade stuck to her head to detach. Using that blade again, Uzi then pins V's remaining hand to the ground, rendering her stuck.

V tries to sneakily stab Uzi with her nanite acid tail as she cackles to herself, but Uzi dodges it in time and grabs it with her own tail. Uzi's tail then bites off the wire attached to the tail blade and acid container, and hands it over to Uzi herself.

Now with the nanite acid tail on her hands, Uzi raises it high, preparing to sink it deep into V and kill her with the acid.

V looks on in terror as she realizes that she was actually going to die. By the hands of a Worker Drone gone rogue.

She begins to anticipate the pain, bracing herself for the nanite acid slowly eating away at her body once it pierces through. The suspense builds up, as V's last moments is seemingly stretched by the second.

The nanite acid builds up at the tip of the blade, as Uzi dangles it over V.
And as Uzi began to plunge the blade into V, with a tight grip and a wide smile....

+ PROJECTILE BOOST

The sound of metal clashing and moving is then immediately followed up by the sight of orange projectiles entering high speeds and aiming at the ground near them.

Both Uzi and V are then both blown away by the blast of the explosion, with V landing on the bottom of a tree and Uzi landing on the snow.

After being blown away by the initial explosion, V begins to pick herself up.

As her arm begins to quickly regenerate, V then bites down on the blade stabbed through her right hand and yanks it out with ease. Oil bleeds from the wound a bit, before her systems eventually restore it.

V then looks to her left, seeing that her left arm had now fully regenerated itself, along with her acid tail. Then, she finally sees them.

V: "Oh, here comes the blue boy scout.. Where the heck have you been?!"

V1 emerges from the forest, holding a Core Eject Shotgun on their right hand and still wearing the scoutmaster outfit, for some reason.

At the same time, Uzi began to pick herself up as well. Her wings contort into its full form. Sustained burn marks healing and turning into steel plating once more. A bright purple X appears on her visor again, and she grins widely.

Uzi then giggles again, which catches the attention of both V and V1. V's expression turns hostile, as they all prepare to face Feral Uzi once more.

V: "Look, if you're looking for an explanation right now, save it. Right now, we gotta stop teen angst here or else she'll turn into something even worse."

V then equips the missile launcher on her right arm, aiming it right at Uzi. Her wings begin to unfold and spread out, preparing for the inevitable fight. V1's combat systems begin to fire up as well. V1's wings begin to whirr, their wing-like protrusions rising up as it glows a bright gold color. The Core Eject Shotgun begins to dematerialize, with the Marksman Revolver taking its place.

Although they were fighting Uzi, V1 knew that if Uzi were to sustain too much damage, it was certain that she would die. With that in mind, V1 decides to hold back a bit in their fight, making sure that they deal with her as non-lethally as they could. However, this does not mean they aren't willing to do so, if needed.

If it is a fight she wants, it will be a battle she will endure.

[NOW PLAYING: UNSTOPPABLE FORCE]

Immediately, Uzi spread her wings open and began to fly towards them. Her hands outstretched as she began to try and reach them.

V instantly began to open fire, launching several missiles in Uzi's direction. V1 began to fire as well, shooting Uzi with the normal fire of the Marksman due to its faster fire rate compared to the other revolvers.

At the same time, V jumped backwards and began to fly, trying to make sure Uzi didn't get too close enough to her. V1 began to slide backwards as well, with the same reason as V.

Uzi evades the incoming missiles and shots, dodging it mid-air as she flies. Then, with the Absolute Solver, Uzi catches a few of them as they are flying by and redirects them to V1.

V1 began shooting the incoming missiles with the Marksman, each one exploding upon being shot.

After Uzi sent those rockets after V1, she then immediately targeted the flying V. She flew up and began to chase after her in the air.

Seeing this, V then began to fly further up the sky as Uzi gave chase. She switches out the missile launcher for an SMG, and begins to fire at Uzi while being chased.

V1 quickly ran to the nearest tree and quickly climbed it. Then, V1 slams near the trunk of the tree, and jumps off of it in the middle of their free fall.

Doing this has now stored V1's slam.

And, when V1 finally reaches the ground, they jump once more. This sends V1 high up into the air, the same level of height where V and Uzi were.

Equipping the Electric Railcannon, V1 immediately fires at Uzi, aiming for the stem of one of her wings.

The bright electrical beam pierces through the stem connecting her back to her right wing, resulting in the wing being torn off and being temporarily short-circuited.

Uzi begins to lose altitude, falling down from the sky. The remaining left wing serves only to guide the direction of her fall. Her visor display is showing nothing, as her body remains lifeless.

As the right wing begins to regenerate, V then flies into Uzi and tackles her in the air.

In an attempt to take out the remaining wing on Uzi to prevent her from flying again, V equips her claws and starts to swipe them at Uzi. In sheer luck, the feral Uzi quickly reactivates and evades the incoming attacks, as she uses her tail to fight back against V, trying to get a bite out of her arm again.

As they continued to fight while falling, V then switched her claws back into a blade, like the one she had used before.

Frantically, she swings the sharp-edged sword at Uzi, who then counters it by stopping the swing with her tail. Uzi then uses the tail to bite off the blade from V's arm directly.

Enraged by her doing it again, V then kicks Uzi away from her, sending her faster down the ground. Barely in time, Uzi's wings regenerate, allowing her to stop her fast descent and land safely.

After landing, she then sees V1 rapidly sliding towards her as they navigate through the forest, holding the Core Eject Shotgun.

Using the newly acquired blade, Uzi then begins to quickly replicate it and throws it at them using the power of the Absolute Solver.

White-gray blurs zoom past V1 as they run towards Uzi, dodging and dashing through the incoming projectiles with precise coordination.

V1 takes cover behind the trees, continuing their pursuit of Uzi as the trees shield V1 from the incoming blades. They begin firing cores at Uzi, aiming at the ground near her to disrupt her attack.

From above, V dives down and opens fire at Uzi with a minigun on her right arm, continually flying and circling around her.

Uzi then uses the duplicated blades to form a wing of blades that act as cover from the bullets. Its structure was similar to that of the Disassembly Drones' wings.

Using several of the blades, Uzi forms them into a sawblade, and fires them at V1 with enough speed to saw through the trees.

She throws one at V1, instantly sawing through one of the many trees V1 was using for cover, before bouncing around the forest.

Before she could do so again, V1 then charged ahead at Uzi, wielding the Alternate Piercer.

They begin to charge a shot as a blue orb of energy begins to build up at the muzzle of the revolver. V1 then fires it at Uzi's leg, knocking her down a bit.

Uzi then retreats into the sky once again, flying away from V1 due to the damaged leg. However, before Uzi could gain any significant altitude, V swoops in from above and slices off both of Uzi's wings with a swing of her sword. She then kicks her down to the ground.

In an act of retaliation and desperation, Uzi then uses the Absolute Solver, and lifts many pieces of human bones that were buried in the snow, and begins to sharpen them to an edge.

Then, she begins to use the sharpened bones to form a circle around her, both protecting her from any incoming attackers and allowing her to attack by throwing them.

V1, not wanting the fight to drag on for longer than it should, decides to do something stupid.

V1 charges in and slides under the ring of sharpened human bones surrounding Uzi. Uzi then turns the bones inward to try and stab V1 with them.

But then, V1 pulls out the Core Eject Shotgun and launches one straight under both of them. The explosion sends Uzi flying, burning her wings in the process as well.

The blast had sent her quite far, rolling through the snow before eventually slowing down.

With her face on the floor, Uzi then begins to pick herself up, preparing to go back into the fight, holding one of the sharpened bones in her hands.

But, before she could fully stand up, someone then grabs Uzi by the scruff of her hoodie from behind and lifts her up.

It was N.

N: "Whoops. Easy there, buddy."

Upon seeing him, Uzi quickly tries to stab N through the head with bone, but N manages to stop it in time with his hand, letting it only partly pierce through it. The bone begins to break as fragments of it become loose and fall.

N: "Whoop."

Upon actually hurting N, Uzi then regains her senses again, her eyes returning to its normal state and her smile now gone.

N: "Haha, ow. Up we go!"

N then tosses Uzi way up into the air with one arm.
V then returns back to the ground after seeing Uzi get flung up by N. N sees her fly back down and has some things to say to her.

N: "What did I say about antagonizing her?"
N questioningly says.

V is then upset by this, and pouts while responding.
V: "Ugh, you always take her side!"

She crosses her arms as she looks away from N in defiance.

After that, N then opens his wings and takes off, flying after Uzi in the sky.

Meanwhile, V1 makes their return after the fight.

V sees V1 from the distance, with the snow still blowing strongly.
However, when she took a closer look, she immediately noticed something.

The snow behind V1 was stained red, slowly following them as they continued to walk. Their outfit's shirt was also stained red, bleeding from the chest area.

V1 had sustained damage after their stunt with Uzi earlier, and they seemed to be already paying the price.

65% BLOOD CAPACITY REMAINING.

Although the damage had already been fixed, it was still a fact that they had lost 35% of their fuel from sustaining explosive damage from their Shotgun.

It wasn't a well thought-out move, but V1 had acted in desperation, something they never thought they'd experience.

V1 then inspects the area where they took the damage, holding the area with their hand.

V1 looks at their now blood-stained hands, blood that came from them.

Up until now, V1 had not thought about the fact that they needed blood to live, due to the self-sustaining fuel system within them.

However, this incident served to remind them of that fact.

V1 tightly clenches their hand. The inner baser system within them start to function again. The need for blood is slowly coming, sooner or later.

And, as V1 continued to walk through the snow, blood dripped down the length of their thigh, slowly creeping into the ground beneath.

A drip of blood, in a sea of white. Slowly but surely, the world began to look a bit more red..

...
[NOW PLAYING: Magic School Bus]

After N had given Uzi a mid-air therapy session, it seemed that Uzi was alright in the head again.

Lizzy then appears to say her 2 cents on the matter regarding N and Uzi, her opinions being mostly disgusted.

Moving forward, the five then decide to return to Camp 98.7.

With the assistance of N and V1, Uzi quickly checked out the other stations they were supposed to go to today but were unable, due to obvious reasons.

After that, they all quickly depart to the school bus to head back into the colony before sunrise.

The teacher questions V regarding the missing students, and she surprisingly decides to do Uzi a solid and take the blame for it.

V1 sees her do this, but decides to not talk about it unless mentioned.

Tired from today's events, Uzi and N both fall asleep in each other's arms.

The sun seeps in through a small gap in the window, the sun light hitting Uzi's hand, causing it to start overheating and smoking.

Seeing this, N quickly takes Uzi's hands away from the sun light, but Uzi in her sleep then unknowingly tries to hold hands with N, which N quickly lets go of.

N then begins to look at the VHS tapes he brought with him during the time he was investigating one of the stations.

With concern and anxiety, he could only think of what they contained.

The sun then rises on Copper-9..
