Work Text:
Rohan was v ery punctual about his likes and dislikes. He liked his manga, himself, travelling, and few other things. He disliked being woken for no reason, the cold, and people who thought they were above him.
Needless to say, he was absolutely infuriated when the chirping of birds awoke him, and no matter how much he closed his eyes and pretended not to hear them, those damn stubborn assholes insisted on not allowing him to rest. He sighed grumpily, looking around him. The hotel room was painted in soft colors, accentuated by the sunlight seeping through the sheer curtains. The fine sheets were nowhere near his body, and he would have found this another reason to be angry that particular morning if the weather hadn't been so damn hot. As the mist of sleep drifted away from his mind, he recalled he was not in his comfortable room in Morioh (where the AC was running as soon as summer hit), but in a luxury hotel in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. That explained the heat and unexpected fauna.
As he woke fully, he remembered the circumstances of his vacation. His frown receded slightly as he looked at the young man who slept next to him.
Except, when he looked, said young man was not sleeping, but looking directly at him.
"Merry Christmas, Rohan." he greeted, his hair down instead of up in its usual pompadour.
"Go back to sleep" grumbled Rohan, turning around to have his back facing Josuke, The younger man saw this as a chance to wrap his arms around the artist's waist, placing light kisses on his shoulders. Rohan was glad that the position hid his hesitant smile and he dozed back to sleep.
