Being Friends With You All My Life

Summary:

Yuko Nakuri, the neglected failing student. She has lost her trust in teachers, or in all human beings at her school. What could make her life worse? The death of her mother and being sent into the E Class.
In that special class, she meets a strange teacher called "Koro-sensei" and his students, along with a blue-haired boy called Shiota Nagisa.

She knows him from somewhere.

Where does she know him from?

Chapter 1: Our Place

Chapter Text

Yuko didn't trust anyone.

Who could she trust?

The teachers and students at her school all told lies.

"I'll be on your side!"

"Don't worry, we're in it together!"

Shut up.

What did they know about anything? The moment Yuko landed in the E Class, BAM! All of that will be lost in the water of the dry desert. And there isn't any water besides inside the cactus'.

What kind of friends ditched you?

All friends, apparently.

And now, Yuko was just there.

A useless doll to insult and make fun of.

What bitter irony.

----

"So this is the Class E Campus, huh..." Yuko said quietly, sitting on top of an oak tree. She was far too early, merely because she had time. Her house was isolated in this area, so it was around a ten-minute walk to her new campus.

"Hmm," she held the rubber knife in her hand, tossing and spinning it around expertly. "I'm glad I took up knife-handling classes before I came here,"

"I don't like this weapon though. It's too small," Yuko held the gun in her other hand. "I wonder when the teacher will arrive?" She didn't need to ask anymore since a tall yellow octopus wearing school clothes suddenly appeared in front of the school.

'That must be him,' Yuko thought as she held her gun out. She pressed the trigger and waited for the teacher to turn around and dodge the bullet. And she was right. Yuko threw her other knife quickly in the left direction and stabbed the teacher in the arm.

"Gotcha," Yuko said, her legs hanging off the branch. "That wasn't as bad as I thought it would be," "GWAH!" The teacher looked at his flailing tentacle on the ground and at Yuko, who was smirking on the top of her branch.

"Heh, unkillable teacher, huh?" Yuko grinned. "Interesting," "When did you get up there?!" The teacher looked at her. "It's dangerous!"

Yuko scoffed. "I'm fine," she said. "And for your information, I was here thirty minutes ago. Maybe be more early, Sensei," She hopped down from her branch and watched as his tentacle regrew. She stuck her hand out. "Nakuri Yuko, new student. Transfer or something,"

"Nice to meet you! Splendid shot by the way. You can call me Koro-sensei!" The teacher said at last after looking at her suspiciously, shaking her hand. "Welcome to Class E,"

"Glad to be here," Yuko smiled. She was not glad to be here at all, but at least she could do violence without being arrested. And the ten billion yen was merely an additional prize. "How many ways can I kill you, I wonder?"

"Ah, a curious mind!" Koro-sensei exclaimed. "You would be good in class. But you're too early. Why don't you help me organize some things before class starts?" "Alright," Yuko agreed. "I have nothing to do anyways,"

She followed the strange teacher to her classroom, asking questions along to way to appear friendly. "What are your tentacles made of? What are these bullets made of? How long does it take for you to activate Mach 20, like it is immediately or does it have some sort of cool-down?"

"Hmm," Koro-sensei looked at her with those big teeth. "All great questions! But I can't answer those, since that would make your assassination too easy~". "Booooo..." Yuko slumped.

"Here," Koro-sensei stacked a giant stack of paper in her arms. Yuko wobbled a bit and then stood up straight, following Koro-sensei to their homeroom. "What are you making?" she asked.

"Well, Class E is about to have a trip to this place soon with the other classes," Koro-sensei began. "So I'm making them a guide! I already wrote everything down last night, so I'm gluing them together today!"

"You sound excited," Yuko commented as she watched her teacher turn the paper into books at top speed. "Do I get one?" "Of course!" Koro-sensei looked at her again. "I made one for every student that will be there for the trip!"

"Smart," Yuko picked up one of the finished books and looked at it carefully. "I'll take it with me just in case," "Good!" Koro-sensei grinned at her, not that his face was shaped in a grin by itself, which was kind of funny in a strange alien way.

"'Kyoto Field Trip Guidebook', huh? Hmm, 'Famous Places, Famous Assassins, What to Do if a Group Member is Kidnapped?!' What in the world is this book?! It's so detailed..."

"Glad you like it," Koro-sensei looked at the class. "Hm, my class should be coming inside to kill me in 3, 2, 1," On cue, a large group of 26 kids (Yuko counted) stormed into the room with green knives and stopped in their tracks at this girl with long-ish orange-yellow hair holding a giant book standing next to Koro-sensei's desk.

"Wha-" A bluenette began. "Uh oh," a redhead said. "New kid alert~" "Now now," Koro-sensei reasoned. "I'll introduce her. Everyone, please sit down, and we can start killing a little later,"

"Ah, man, our plan was ruined!" A bulky guy with brown spiky hair groaned. "Ah, sorry," Yuko made herself look guilty, and then plastered on an awkward smile. "I guess there really is such a thing called being too early,"

"Don't worry about it!" a cheerful short girl with green hair grinned. "You're new, so we can teach you all of our tricks! Landing a hit on Koro-sensei is really hard!" "Oh, speaking of which, this is Nakuri Yuko, our new student!" Koro-sensei said. "She'll be joining our class from now on! Yuko, you can go sit behind Okuda-san,"

"Thank you, Koro-sensei," Yuko said politely and took her giant guidebook made by Koro-sensei to her seat. "Huff, puff, phew..." She flopped down into her seat and hauled the book onto the desk.

"What is that?" the redhead next to her chuckled. "The guidebook that Koro-sensei made for the trip," Yuko replied, smiling a bit. "I was early and I helped him carry the papers so he gave mine early,"

"Ehh? Really?" The redhead slumped back in his chair. "Hm, maybe I should be early from now on," A scoff came from the bulky boy with tan-colored hair a few seats from the redhead. "As if," The boy exclaimed. "I'd be shocked if you arrived on time,"

"Eh? Wanna try, Teresaka? What do I get if I do? Maybe a prize? Or how about I get to punch you in the face?" The redhead suggested, a demonic look in his eyes appearing. Yuko watched this unfold and giggled a bit. "This classroom certainly is interesting~" she hummed quietly to herself.

"Guuuyyysss! You're leaving a bad impression!" the short green-haired girl huffed. She skipped over to Yuko's desk and grinned at her over the giant book. "Hi, hi~" she sang. "I'm Kaede Kayano! Nice to meet you!" Yuko did her signature smile. "Hello, Kaede-san," she said sweetly. Kayano grinned. "You can call me Kayano-chan! No need for the formality~"

"Hm. Then, nice to me you, Kayano-san. I hope we can become good classmates~" Yuko tilted her head and grinned at her with closed eyes. "A new hot classmate is just what I needed ~" A boy with a very thin buzzcut sang happily.

"Geh," Yuko groaned. "Gross,"
