Work Text:

1:00 am
They decided that they had enough fun for the day. They went to see their friend– the birthday girl–once again, to say goodbye. Then they went to where Noah parked his car. They were going to go to his house and have a sleepover. They jumped into the old black sedan and left the club.

1:10 am
Noah noticed something strange. He looked at his rearview mirror and saw Yejun was suddenly acting weird. He just looked down with a pale face, ignoring their friends, who were surprisingly still having the energy to joke and laugh. Maybe he just didn’t feel good, he had so many drinks earlier, thought Noah to himself. He continued driving.

1:20 am
“Man, pull over! I need to pee!” That was Eunho.

“Dude, can’t you just hold it? It’s only 10 minutes away from Noah Hyung’s house!” Bamby said with his high-pitched voice. Still drunk, apparently.

“Yeah, just hold it. Besides, we’re just right outside a cemetery and this is like the biggest and creepiest cemetery in town.” Hamin said.

“Come ooooonnn, or do you guys want to see me pee here?”

“EWWWW gross!

Noah chuckled, “Hold it, okay, Eunho? We’re almost there.” he said. He looked again at his rearview mirror. Yejun looked even worse.

“Yejun-ah, are you okay? You look pale. And you haven’t said anything since we’re in the car.”
Everyone took a look at Yejun. That’s true, he looked so pale. And he was sweating, his hands were holding his pants too tightly.

“I… I… I don’t know.” He stuttered.

“Come on, Hyung. What’s wrong?” Hamin asked this time.

“I.. Uhh. I..”

Silence. Yejun looked around. Everyone was waiting for him to say something. “If I tell you guys, promise you guys won’t leave me?” He asked. His voice showed clearly that he was terrified.

1:23 am
Everyone was confused and worried. They never heard Yejun’s voice like that before. Noah stopped the car, right in front of the gate of the cemetery.

“Seriously, dude. What’s going on?” He asked.

“Promise me you guys won’t leave.”

“Promise, Yejun-ah.”

“I– I think… I think you guys need to take a look at my feet.” So they did. Green hairy and bloody hands were holding Yejun’s feet.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!” They all screamed, and of course as a reflex, they jumped out of the car. For only 5 seconds, and then they looked back into the car.

1:25 am
Yejun wasn’t there anymore.

He was never found.
