Assumption/理想很丰满，现实很骨感
The assumption that the money made by his 29th service industry job may bring his beloved girl her recently favorite handbag was so tempting, while never had he imagined that this period of experience could make such a difference in his life, even including the cost of losing her.
So alluring it is! He meant his coming.
Bother/小狗烦恼多
The so-hot los* stuck on him every time he steps into the back kitchen really bothers the conscientious but clumsy server.
Maybe leaving few days later is a better choice. Isn't it?

Crumble/崩塌，陷落与沉沦
Though he'd never seen Manon's body, he'd already gone with her.
The tall, thin and shapely man who ended her life was now standing behind him, showing hypocritical mercy to her. It seemed that there were only them three left in the whole world. One heart-broken boyfriend(but not any more now), a murderer, and a single, new tombstone.
The f**king crumbling world.The f**king world, the preventing him from killing him one.
-And the whole world will crumble and fall
Deceit/空濛幻梦
The daytime was in the control of the chef, so did the deep of the night.
Cheating himself into drowning in the chef's eyes was the only way to relieve, without any other alternatives. The liar sinking in his own net knitted by his day dream still served his guests round the clock, evading thinking about the past. The man standing behind the hole just stared at his boy silently.
Their relationship was like spume.
An illusion, a deceit.
Engulf/血色汹潮
There came the lovely lie.
There comes the truth.
There comes the sorrow. A blaze of the deepest sorrow.
There follows the blood, the luscious interwoven sweet one.
He was engulfed by a strange mix of emotion, including shock, fear, and despairing; the chef was engulfed, by his blood.
Bloody one, appalling one, leaving the life-long trauma one.
Fervor/浓情至时
The fervent puppy never knows what true love is.
Approaching, sounding out, touching, kissing, and getting in. Never did his favorite noise stopped, because of his nonstop movements.
The surging climax came, along with his seductive voice, which were booming in his head.
That was what true love is.
That wad what fervor is.
Maybe someone'd never known.
Gossip/甚嚣尘上
As the gossip goes, Vincent Charbonneau was the most abominable cannibal ever recorded in French history, enveloping then France with the shadow of being horrible carnivores inadvertently.
He approached the pretty young girls, became their boyfriend, cheated them into entering his depot, and took their corpses apart. Finally the demon died from the fire, plus a boyfriend's gush of rage.
But where's the red-hair boyfriend?
And who knows, exactly, Vincent Charbonneau was a gay?
That doesn't matter.
The gossip will vanish, now and then, here or there.
Infamy/臭名昭著
Jewel/如宝似珍
If there had been another chance to restart, it would have caused something different, from the very beginning of the story.
Maybe at the corner of the narrow street they encountered, one's shoulder touching the other's. Chef's eyes would flick up to glance at the stranger, he being arrested.
Maybe the server would tear off the ad, rang the bell of the chef's restaurant months earlier, newspaper with the appealing face in his hand.
Maybe even before the encounter between he and Manon.
Then he would have treated him as his jewel, if so.
His jewel, belonging to others, broke out.
So did he,wounds on the neck blooding.
