Left Hand Purple

Summary:

The Commandments don't just meet to play poker; they meet for 'special training' as well. Drole and Gloxinia quickly discover what that means and how... embarrassing it's going to be for the pair of them.
Or... The Commandments play Twister.

Notes:

Sequel to 'Straight Flush'. I posted that fic exactly two years ago today; so here we have the Commandments up to shenanigans again!

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

Drole wondered why they'd been gathered this time. They'd played poker that one time... that time which got him a... night of fun with Gloxinia. Though... he figured he wasn't the only one who'd had a night of fun that night. He'd made his way to... oh. This was where they trained. However, he wasn't sure what the spots were for. There were lines of red, grey, purple and black spots. And... he was last there.

“Finally joined us Drole? I know you're the Commandment of Patience, but that doesn't mean you should test ours!” Galand was impatiently tapping his foot, arms folded and... generally looking cross.

“The humans play this...” Zeldris was swiftly interrupted when he said 'play'.

“Play? We're going to play?! We're not kids!” Melascula snorted.

“If you'd let me finish... humans play this to test their flexibility. So we are going to use it to test ours.” Zeldris looked rather annoyed. And they hadn't even started this test of flexibility yet.

“So... What do we do?” Gloxinia asked, his wings fluttering. Drole had seen how flexible the fairy was for himself. Even when he was shrunken, Gloxinia was still a few heads shorter than him. And he'd still managed to share quite a few passionate kisses with him while... Drole pushed that thought away. He was not going to think about that night of fun right now.

“Grayroad will call out right or left hand or foot, then a colour and you have to put the corresponding body part on a circle of that colour.” Zeldris explained.

“That doesn't sound so hard.” Drole shrugged.

“You aren't allowed to move that body part until it's called again. That's the catch.” Zeldris smirked. That made Gloxinia and Drole look nervous.

“And how am I supposed to contort myself around in this?” Galand gestured to the armour covering most of his body. He'd asked for Drole and Gloxinia's benefit; not that they realised that. Though... Drole supposed it made sense he was wearing armour, and not made of metal. It explained why there appeared to be darkness covering his groin, like darkness covered Derieri's. Not that Drole was staring!

“Everyone is only going to be covered by darkness...”

“Whoa, what about us?” Gloxinia piped up.

“What about you?” Melascula asked with a smirk.

“We can't use darkness.”

“Or... I guess you could wear only whatever is under your clothes.” Drole's and Gloxinia's cheeks blazed. That was interesting, why would...? Oh. Oh.

“Fairies don't wear underwear. I'd be...”

“Yep. Trust me, only darkness covering our forms leaves little to the imagination!” Estarossa commented.

“Besides... not like we haven't seen you naked before.” Gloxinia's cheeks still blazed.

“Um... I'm not wearing any either.” Drole remarked, cheeks still flushed. That seemed to surprise a few of them.

“Then both of you don't wear any. That's fine.” Zeldris remarked, hoping that was the end of it.

“Not it's not! I'm not the sort to just parade around naked where anyone could see!” Gloxinia fretted, cheeks still deep crimson.

“Glox... calm down. Low ranking demons wouldn't come up to disrupt us... would they?” Drole hoped not. He wasn't overly fond of the idea of being naked outside either.

“Not if they knew what was good for them.” Fraudrin grumbled. That reassured both of them.

“Anything else?” Derieri asked. Drole thought she looked bored. Or tired. As usual.

“No tickling, no squeezing or slapping anyone's backside or breasts.” That got a couple of awes.

“Not even if some of us would like it?” Galand's smirk made a few of them laugh.

“No. What you or anyone else likes in the bedroom is not our concern.” Zeldris smirked at that one. The demons all started shedding clothes, darkness covering the naughty bits quite quickly. It made Drole rather nervous; because that meant he had to shed his. Gloxinia had done, nervously covering himself. Drole quickly copied, also covering himself. It wasn't cold but he was shivering, feeling very self-conscious.

“Don't be shy.” Estarossa told them with a smirk. Drole knew he didn't understand; he didn't have to strut around in the nude.

“They've saw it before anyway... Poker night.” Gloxinia told him, moving his hands away. Drole swallowed, but copied the fairy.

“No trying to grab that to make them drop either!” Zeldris added. Presumably, there were rules to this game.

“Grayroad is designated caller; since she doesn't have limbs to place on spots.” Grayroad bobbed up and down in her version of a nod and moved to the edge of the game board.

“If you fall down, you lose. Drole, you don't need to place your extra arms on the board; just the top most set. Calmadios was the same; he only used the top set of arms, the other two kept folded to his chest.” Galand told them. Drole and Gloxinia both recalled the large grey skinned demon with six arms and was a little surprised by him playing this kind of game.

“Was he any good at this? He didn't look very flexible.” Gloxinia asked with a grin. Brutes didn't tend to be flexible.

“You'd be surprised. You two ready?” Melascula asked, tendrils of darkness protecting her modesty, only just. Then again, Derieri's coverings weren't much better.

“Winner is the last Commandment who hasn't ended up on their arse or stomach.” Derieri added. Gloxinia made his way over, cheeks slightly flushed. Drole's were too, but he figured they wouldn't be looking at the dangly bits. They'd be too busy playing this game to do that. And all nine of them were now stood at the edge of the field of spots.

“When you're ready, Grayroad.” Zeldris told her.

“Left foot, red.” Drole eyed the spots and picked one, keeping his other foot off the spots; that had to be an easy way to get himself out.

Right foot, grey.” That put him on a bit of a funny angle, but he did as asked, standing with his feet on a red spot and a grey spot.

“Don't you dare say purple.” Galand grumbled. Drole noticed now that the demon had grey coloured skin.

Left hand, purple. ” Galand growled, annoyed with her call.

“Shouldn't have faced that way, silly.” Melascula told him, forming a bridge quite easily. Galand had to bend backwards and was a little wobbly. Drole marvelled a little at the older demon, because he didn't appear too bothered by the pose.

Right hand, black. ” A few of the demons laughed at Melascula snagging the black spot which was easiest for Galand to reach. A glare was directed her way. Drole guessed that meant you couldn't share spots with someone else. The grey skinned demon managed, but wobbled a bit. Everyone else was in near matching poses on the board.

“Be nice.” Grayroad giggled at Galand's plea; so they knew what she was planning wouldn't be.

Right foot, red. ” Another glare was directed at Grayroad, since he was already a little wobbly and that wasn't going to help.

“How can we manage that when there's only a couple of spots without feet on already?” Drole asked. Zeldris and Fraudrin, the two at either end, had claimed the free spots with their right feet anyway.

“You can put your hand or foot on a spot you've got a hand or foot on; but you can't share with another player.” Melascula told him, her feet both on the same red spot. Drole copied. Galand did too; still wobbling a little.

Right hand, purple.” Drole moved quicker than Fraudrin this time and snagged the free spot. A quick glance to his right revealed Galand hadn't fallen... somehow. He was still wobbling... or maybe he was straining his muscles to stay upright; Drole wasn't sure. The grey skinned demon was the only one who was struggling though.

Left hand, black.” This move didn't bother him much. It didn't bother most of the others either, but Melascula hadn't moved yet. Galand had, doing a rather interesting pose which made his body appear to be knotted up. Melascula picked her hand up and carefully put it down. She squeezed where her hand was.

“Oi! Quit feeling me up!” Gloxinia started laughing, as did a few of the others. Melascula moved her hand from its place on Galand's leg, placing it on a nearby circle instead. Grayroad didn't say anything, so Drole guessed that kind of teasing was fair game.

Left foot, grey.” Somehow, the tables had now turned. A few of them were now wobbling, while Galand had managed to manoeuvre his body into a rough crouch and was stable. Drole had managed to remain stable as well, but was now sort of tangled up with...

“If she says anything about hands on purple, you better not grope me!” Fraudrin. Drole's first thought was 'as if'. Grayroad giggled; which a few of them whined at.

Right hand, red.” Most, if not all of them, put their hand on the same spot as their foot. Drole did, because this kept him quite stable.

Left foot, purple.” A little bit of fidgeting got Drole into position, but it was a little awkward. It was a bit awkward for the others as well.

Left hand, grey. ” Drole was unlucky and Fraudrin snagged the grey spot under him, meaning he had to cross his hand over his body. A few of the others were in a similar knot.

“Melascula, every time she says to put your hand on black or grey, that doesn't mean you need to fondle me!” Drole snorted; obviously the purple haired demon had touched something she shouldn't.

“Grayroad, is that allowed?” She asked in an innocent tone, her hand now on a circle.

“You know the rules Galand. If the caller doesn't see it, it's fair game.” Monspeet told him.

“And Grayroad ignores anything that isn't against the rules set out by Zeldris before we started!” Derieri added, sounding amused. Then again, Drole couldn't see how exactly those two were contorted around.

Right foot, purple. That's harsh. Drole thought.

“Grayroad!” That was Zeldris, Estarossa laughing at the outraged squawk. Then again, Drole couldn't see that end of the board either. He could see that his right foot would have to join his left and manoeuvred, wobbling a little. A few of the others were in awkward poses as well, not that Drole could see most of them.

Right hand, black.” Grayroad sounded rather amused. Drole heard a yelp, and wondered if Melascula was tormenting Galand again. There was a thump, though he wasn't sure of the cause.

“Thought you were more flexible than that, brother.”

“I don't normally have my older brother trying to contort himself around me like that!” That meant...

“Zeldris is last!” Estarossa crowed. The black haired demon made his way off the board. Zeldris whispered something to Grayroad which made her giggle. It didn't bode well for the players.

Right foot, red.” She told them. She's wicked... There were a few shouts; because that was kind of an awkward move, for all of them. Drole managed it. Just. There was a thump behind him; Fraudrin hadn't.

“Tied eighth are Fraudrin and Gloxinia.” Zeldris called.

“I normally end up out pretty quickly; especially when someone keeps making me stretch like that.” Drole could tell a glare was being directed Grayroad's way by Fraudrin, even if he couldn't see it.

“My wings got in the way.” Gloxinia lamented, also making his way off the board.

Left hand, black. Drole's left hand moved to join his right, a tiny bit more stable now. There was a yelp like the one he'd heard before, then a thump as someone landed on the ground. If they were posed like he was... it would have been butt first.

“That was quite the dirty trick... I approve.” And based on that comment... Monspeet had been the source of the yelps. Though, what Derieri had been doing to him; Drole knew it had to be her, to make him yelp was a mystery. Zeldris called it and the game moved on.

“Right hand, grey.” That was an easy enough move. Which meant an awkward one was going to follow, didn't it? Drole did the move and then heard Grayroad giggle again. Oh no...

Left foot, gray.” Drole manoeuvred relatively easily, but had a sneaking suspicion that wasn't the end goal. He thought he'd worked it out and then Grayroad proved him right.

Right foot, black.” All of them moved, quickly ending up in a knot.

“Ooh, let's see you get out of that one easily!” Fraudrin taunted from the side of the board.

Left hand, red.” Gloxinia started laughing at the whines this got from just about all of them. Drole moved, wobbling a lot from how his body was contorted around. He wasn't surprised to hear a thump.

“Dammit!” That shouldn't have surprised him considering the source, but it had.

“Galand is fifth.” Zeldris remarked.

“Not bad old man.” Melascula commented.

“Would spank you for that comment, but that's not allowed. And I don't like losing, but I'm not going to knock you out of the game by breaking the rules.” Galand told her as he made his way beside Grayroad. He was whispering, Drole could tell.

Left foot, red.How am I supposed to do that? Drole wondered, before moving his foot. He'd twisted himself further into a knot and... he found himself quickly ending up on his butt. It didn't hurt as he landed, thankfully.

“Drole is fourth.” Zeldris called, Drole carefully standing up. He marvelled at how the other three were standing; they weren't even contorted that much.

“You did great Drole; that was really hard.” Gloxinia told him.

“If I win, you two lovely ladies are gonna give me a kiss, right?” Estarossa remarked with a smirk.

“In your dreams, maybe.” Melascula pointed out. Derieri didn't even warrant him with a response.

Right foot, purple.” All of them stretched out a little more to reach the nearest spot in purple.

Right hand, purple.” Grayroad announced. The two 'lovely ladies' both had their hands and feet on different spots, Estarossa was wobbling a little with his on the same ones.

Left foot, purple.” Melascula and Derieri moved so both feet were on the same spot. Estarossa tried to do the same, but slipped.

“Estarossa is third.” Zeldris smirked; pleased to see his brother fall it seemed.

“So close...” He grumbled, before making his way off the grid. Drole wondered what would happen now.

“You know how showdowns work. Up you get ladies.” Galand told them. Derieri and Melascula got up, making their way to the edge of the board. Drole blinked and the board had morphed into a four by four board. Gloxinia and Drole both appeared interested.

“The last two standing get up close and personal.” Estarossa lamented that he wouldn't be doing that with one of the two female Commandments.

“That... sounds like it could be rather...” Gloxinia giggled.

“Arousing, yes.” Gloxinia started laughing louder at Monspeet's remark.

“Um... Any interesting final twos?” Drole asked, heading for his clothes. He didn't have to sit around in the nude and he was rather self-conscious. Gloxinia was less bothered now, it seemed.

“I've played Melascula, Monspeet has played Derieri... Aranak and Zeno played each other too. All of those battles ended up over by one player doing something... a little naughty.” Galand smirked, obviously wanting to tell the tales.

“What happened?” Gloxinia asked. Fraudrin appeared interested too; so obviously hadn't been at the ones the other demon was getting at.

“Aranak might have grabbed Zeno's butt before putting his hand on a spot and the smaller demon fell as a result. Zeno got the win because Aranak cheated... but Aranak was the real winner there and both of them knew it!” Gloxinia started laughing again.

“Are all of these ones where a player broke the rules?” Fraudrin asked, also amused.

“And was a little naughty! Now... where was I? Ah, yes... When Melascula and me played each other... she won because she slapped my backside. It wasn't a rule that you couldn't do that then. Squeezing was against the rules, slapping wasn't. I told her to be careful, that kind of treatment gets me in the mood.” Galand's proclamation earned a few laughs.

“Sharing your perverted fantasises old man?” Melascula asked, both feet on spots on the board. Drole noticed her left foot was on a red spot, right foot on a grey one.

“You were the one who spanked me, don't look at me!” Galand shot back, to sniggering from a few of the others when Melascula's cheeks went pink.

“Monspeet, would you like to share what happened when it was you and Derieri?”

“No, I would not.” Drole thought the brunette looked a little flustered.

“Is his the rudest?” Gloxinia asked. He sounded more interested about this one, but that was probably because of how dismissive Monspeet had been about it.

“He rubbed my breasts.” Derieri pointed out.

After you bared them and had them dangling in my face.” He grumbled. Drole couldn't help thinking he got the better end of the deal there.

“Who won?” Fraudrin asked.

“He did; I ended up on my knees because of the stimulation.” Drole had a tiny smile on his face at that; because that sounded like a double win.

“Now you're both ready... Grayroad?” Zeldris looked up at the one Commandment who couldn't play and was hence designated caller. Derieri's feet were on a purple spot and a black spot.

Left hand, black.” Both of them reached for the same spot, Derieri getting there first. Melascula reached for the next one over at the edge where she had her right foot. She gave Derieri a look, the ginger smirking.

Right hand, grey.” Melascula snagged the spot nearest her, Derieri reaching a spot which put her in an easy crouch. Melascula's arms were crossed over, but she was stable otherwise.

“Would be really interesting if the two lovely ladies played the game like Gloxinia and Drole did.” Estarossa remarked. His remark got whistles from Galand and Fraudrin. Drole glanced at Gloxinia, saw he was still naked and quickly returned his eyes to what was going on.

“In your darkest dreams, Estarossa!” Derieri shouted, prompting a few laughs from the others.

Right foot, red.” Derieri was now in a slightly awkward pose, Melascula being quite comfortable in spite of her arms being crossed over. Of course... that all depended on what Grayroad called next.

Left hand, red.” Melascula quickly reached and snagged the free circle beside the one she had her feet on. Derieri glared at her, the purple haired girl grinning at her. Derieri now had her hands crossed over, and was...

“Bet you'd like to be that side of the board right now, wouldn't you Monspeet?” Gloxinia, Galand and Fraudrin all started laughing, the brunette demon looking rather flustered by Estarossa's comment. Drole could see what they were getting at; Derieri was stuck in a rather awkward pose with her legs spread wide.

“I imagine he'd rather be between her legs actually.” Melascula commented, both Monspeet and Derieri shouting 'shut up!' and the same time.

“Less of the teasing from the spectators, or the spectators will be forcibly removed.” Zeldris told them off. Drole grinned at the rest of them falling silent.

Left foot, grey.” Derieri quickly moved her foot, knowing if Melascula got that spot it was game over. She couldn't reach the other grey spot. Melascula moved into a rough crouch, her left foot on the same space as her right hand. Though... That looked like Derieri was being backed into a corner.

Right hand, purple.” That was a bit of a stretch for both of them, Drole thought. Derieri found it harder, her arms were crossed over. Melascula's weren't; she easily reached her arm out for the nearest purple spot, sure Derieri would fall. Sadly for her, the other demon didn't. She looked a little knotted up though.

Right foot, black.” This command earned a growl from the ginger haired demon. She managed to manoeuvre her body, but it looked rather uncomfortable. At least... Drole thought so. He'd have toppled trying to do that, he was sure of that! Melascula had less problems with the move. However, left hand had to be next, which would help out Derieri. Unless Grayroad was playing to cause trouble.

“As of right now... you have to have your hands and feet on different spots.” Zeldris called out, before Grayroad called the instruction.

“Left hand, purple.” Derieri moved her left hand as though the red spots were hot. It moved to the purple corner spot. Melascula had her arms crossed over now and was turning an annoyed look at Grayroad. Grayroad only grinned back. At least, that was what Drole thought she was doing.

Left foot, red.” Both of them reached their leg back, that was no problem.

Right foot, black.” Both of them lifted their feet, then put them back down.

“No, you have to move your foot.” Zeldris told them. Their feet quickly found their way to the other black spot, leaving the two spots in the middle with nothing on.

Right hand, red.” Derieri reached back for the spot no problem. Melascula struggled a bit, it was a bit of a stretch with her arms crossed over. She wobbled, her left hand lifting up to help her reach. Her right hand came down on the spot, her left quickly going back to the purple spot.

“Congratulations, Derieri. You won.” Zeldris pointed out. Melascula growled; but she knew as well as anyone else that she'd lifted her left hand up. The ginger grinned, pleased to have bested the others it seemed.

“Anyone ever play this... somewhere private with a partner?” Gloxinia turned an unsubtle look at Drole when he asked. The spots had disappeared, everyone with clothes or armour to put on getting dressed.

“Wouldn't mind it with a pretty girl.” Estarossa again turned a look at Derieri and Melascula.

“And we'd only do it with you in your wildest dreams.” Melascula told him, grinning innocently.

“N-Never found a partner.” Zeldris sounded a little flustered. Either because he was lying, or because he was imagining playing this game in his quarters with someone.

Maybe.” Drole saw that look Monspeet! Him and Derieri had done it then. Said ginger haired demon shrugged.

“Doesn't interest me.” Fraudrin answered honestly.

Wouldn't mind calling moves for a couple of attractive male demons.” Grayroad glanced over a couple of them, eyes lingering on Fraudrin in spite of his proclamation.

“No. Not found the right partner for it.” Drole caught where Melascula was looking.

“Eh... it amounts to foreplay if a woman wants to, so I wouldn't say no if I was asked.” And Galand had to have saw that look; which left it up to the purple haired demon to decide. Drole also noted Galand had managed to avoid answering the question!

“In private you'd be... like me and Drole were, right?” Several of them smirked at Gloxinia.

“What any of us likes in the bedroom is not open for discussion.” Zeldris reminded him, probably for the better. A few of the others started wandering off, training over. Or... perhaps being moved to a more intimate setting; considering Galand and Melascula were going somewhere together. As were Monspeet and Derieri. Gloxinia had come over to Drole, thankfully dressed now.

“Feel like playing this game in your quarters, just like we did here?”

“Not today. Perhaps another day.” Not on your life! It was embarrassing enough this time! Drole thought, Gloxinia laughing when he read the thought from his mind. He went serious, fluttering to whisper in Drole's ear.

“Feel like doing something else in your quarters?” His voice was full of dark promise. Drole started walking, thoughts on what exactly he wanted to do in his quarters right now. Have a nap was the third thing he thought of.

Notes:

Thoughts one and two were 'bugger Glox' and 'let Glox bugger me', in that order. This was fun to write, I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it!
