Chapter Text
Yuuji knew something was wrong when he woke up in the familiar green arena of the jujutsu school with a clear blue sky above him. The sky hasn't been blue in forever. His feet flopped with a startled stagger as he straightened and stared in pure shock at the green meadows around him.
A happy, relieved smile spread across his lips and his laughter grew louder until it became hysterical.
He died..
He died..
He survived..
Maybe he's in heaven now because his Jiujitsu school was clearly destroyed long ago.
Tears fall from his eyes, his foot collapses, and he falls sitting, his laughter turning into painful sobs.
He finally died.
Those words sound like music bells in his ears. Yugi did not notice anything happening around him in his daze and hysteria.
"Who the hell are you?!" Yuuji turned towards the familiar voice that he had not heard in a long time (longer than he could remember) and gasped at the raw pain that struck him as he stared at that face, the white hair, the blue eyes covered by the black glasses he was wearing.
Gojo-sensei stands before him with all the splendor of the world, as he used to before Sukuna split him in half, and stared at him... with murderous intent?!
But this is not his Gojo Sensei, that version of Gojo looks younger, and wears student clothes, but who is Yuuji to object if Gojo Sensei wants to take his form when he was still a student after he died? Everyone is allowed to do whatever they want in heaven? is not it?!.
Yuuji sighs and straightens up with trembling steps, but Gojo Sensei's angry voice stops him again, "Tell me who you are now or I will kill you! How did you break through Tengen's barrier in the first place?!" Yuuji finds this to be a nice joke. It seems that Gojo Sensei has not abandoned his habit of drama, exaggerating everything. Something, he thought that death would make him become more rational (honestly, Yuuji would absolutely hate this) but it seemed that Gojo-sensei would always remain Gogo-sensei.
Yuuji smiles, a calm smile as his eyes stare at his long-dead teacher and simply answers:
“Maybe because I’m dead?!”
His teacher frowns before anger takes over his features (Yuuji doesn’t know why he’s angry): “Do you think this is a joke? You’re clearly alive.” !!
Yuuji sighed, He wanted to jump up and hug his teacher right away, but his body wasn't responding to him. He was tired (can he feel tired even after death), and to be honest, he couldn't bear to joke around right now: "“I know you didn't expect me, but you should have guessed that I would arrive soon, Gojo-se..”
Yuuji stopped talking as he stared at the other two people who quickly appeared and approached Gojo while staring at him warily... Ieiri Shoko and.. Kinjaku... No, it's not Kinjaku, it's Getou Suguru, Gojo-sensei's best friend, and Gojo will definitely be with him after death...
But even knowing that the one in front of him was Getou, not Kinjaku, he couldn't control his heartbeat that rose in panic as he stared at the black-haired man.
He's dead..
He's dead..
He's dead..
He survived..
He's dead.. He's dead.. He's dead.
Yuuji closed his eyes and controlled his emotions before a smile appeared on his lips and he looked around the place around him, realizing exactly where he was.
He furrowed his eyebrows in thought when he recognized the place as being in front of the Tengen-sama checkpoint. He would definitely not forget the place he had visited many times before.
But there was something strange that he couldn't put his finger on, He shrugged unconcernedly this was heaven after all.
Yuuji cleared his throat and looked back at the three teenagers in front of him, trying to contain his amusement as he saw his teacher in the form of a student years and years younger than him (Did Gojo Sensei take his teenage form when he was 15?)
"Where are the others?" Yuuji answered his question with a faint smile on his face as he carelessly put his hands inside his pants pockets while raising his head and staring at the blue sky. God, how he longed to see it blue and clear like this, free of red, smoke, and all traces of war.
The teenagers looked at each other with nervous and wary looks.
They had been in a tense situation for the past few days after the failure of the plasma ship mission with the death of Amanai Riko, so seeing another person breaking through their barriers who had enormous cursed energy and who seemed to feel no fear or tension at all while facing them made Gojo angry.
It reminded him of Toji Fushiguro's arrogance and look how he ended up, under six feet of the ground, because he faced Gojo Satoru, the strongest.
Gojo's voice becomes sharp: "If you don't say how you got here now, I will fight you and I promise you you won't survive!"
Yuuji yawns, he feels so tired and exhausted, he pounds his head like there are a thousand hammers inside his mind and feels like his vision is blurring a little: "I told you I died! "
"You're clearly not dead."
Kenjaku says, No, that's right, Getou says.
Yuuji stares at him for a moment before snorting with laughter. "Yes, yes, we're all alive and well."
Shoko leans towards Getou and whispers, "He's crazy."
getou completely agrees.
Gojo raises his arm and bends his finger, "You obviously don't know who I am, even though that's strange. You seem like a complete idiot, but I'll tell you, maybe you can be more reasonable, I'm Gojo Satoru the-"
Yuuji continues in a calm tone, but carrying an incomparable fondness, "The strongest.." Yuuji raises his hand and wipes his face, "I haven't heard this sentence in a long time,, Oh my God."
Shoko is the one raising her voice, trying to understand this strange man in front of him because it is clear that he has no intention of... Killer or intending to harm them. Rather, he stared at them, as if they were people he had known for a long time. “Excuse me, sir. What is your name?”
Yuuji furrows his eyebrows. Why is she asking his name? This prank took a really long time and he is tired. He can't believe that Shoko willingly joined this Gojo prank, but before he can answer, a calm and sober voice comes from behind him,
"Itadori Yuuji, you have come."
Yuuji turns towards Tenjin-sama's voice and a frown forms on his face, because Tenjin-sama is different from what he remembers, but before he can say anything or show any reaction, he is struck with exhaustion, fatigue, and dizziness like a truck and falls like a marionette whose strings have been cut.

If Yaga took a one dollar after every time there was a problem at school, he would be a millionaire now, and although most of the problems are caused by his most rebellious student, Gojo Satoru,
surprisingly, in order not to be unfair to him this time, he was not the one who caused the problem this time.
He closed the clinic door behind him after speaking with the doctor who examined the man named (Itadori Yuuji), as Tenjin-sama told them. He had just finished his meeting with the officials and Tenjin-sama, and it seemed that nothing was dangerous, just exhaustion and fatigue.
Yaga stared at his three students sitting in front of the room and waiting with complete curiosity, Shoko leaning against the wall smoking a cigarette, Gojo and getou playing with cards and quarreling over something.
As soon as the students saw their teacher, they pounced on him, demanding answers that he did not even have. “Who is that fool, Sensei?”
Gojo says as he grabs poor Getou's arm and shakes him non-stop. Getou rolled his eyes and pulled his arm from Gojo's hand, ignoring Gojo's pitiful gasp as he babbled about how cruel his best friend was before they turned their attention back to Yaga, who stared at them tiredly, "Tenjin-sama didn't explain anything. He said his name was Itadori Yuuji, a special-grade curse user," he ignored the way the children shouted in amazement or the twinkle in Gojo's eye, "He's probably twenty years old and he's going to be your Sensei ."
“Our Sensei ?!.. How can we trust him!”
“Because Tenjin-sama trusts him”
“Why does he insist that he is dead then?”
Getou asks and Yaga shrugs as he walks away from all these problems that plague him. “You can ask him when he wakes up. "
Gojo did not speak, he just stared at the closed door before his smile appeared cheerfully, “Whoever wants to go to the sweets shop, raise your hand, Come on~~~” , Getou rolled his eyes as he surrendered to his friend's arm, who pulled him behind him while Shoko walked behind them and muttered something about (the damned sugar addict).
One thought crossed Gojo's mind.
Six eyes don't lie.
Itadori Yuuji is cursed.
