Deep beneath the surface of the forgotten world existed a mysterious underground system of caverns carved and built by the guardians of wasteland, which came to epitome the balance between the power of paint and thinner that were the foundations of the materials of which the land was built.
It was here after the defeat of the Blot and the subsequent restoration of Wasteland that as the Mad Doctor landed in the Gulch, he discovered the secret passage to the center of the heart of Wasteland, using his nearby laboratory as a base, he would preform experiments to pump out the guardians into specialized siphons he later modified to be part of the ruined racetracks of Autotopia as he linked them together with a set of his own self made projectors, these allowed him to conduct his experiments in relative isolation.
With the help of this new power source, he started to create and develop a new type of soldier called the Blotworx which served an alternative purpose to create a new host base for a resurrected Storm Blot under his command, the Doctor realized he would be able to succeeds where his partner failed by taking direct control and reigns by taking on the role of the commander of the army of blotings and other units within the blot’s self created forces.
However his experiments drove most of the test subjects into insanity and increased aggression, with no apparent evidence of controlling these self made horrors, he then took on the task of controlling and generating enough negative shockwave energy to disrupt the flow of the spirits to prevent them from interfering in his work.
In this case, he started to realize he could use the chaos and the power of the guardians to create a situation where the citizens of Wasteland would seek answers and would be desperate enough to seek help even from the likes of him, however in case his plans were discovered, he played around with the Petes as his spies but they were too dim witted and lacked the ability to carry out the simplest of tasks without causing some unnecessary stress to themselves and the other allies of their group.
So he scratched that idea from his plans, he too scrapped the resurrection of the Blot with the limited time frame in order to avoid his death, he planned to return to the Cartoon World and then gather a collection of the greatest villains to then take over the wasteland and offer them the power to destroy their nemesis while he would reap the benefit of his work, however Mickey and Oswald were the only ones who could pose a threat.
He had been spying on Ostown and spotted a perfect opportunity in the form of Gremlin Prescott, a former member of the inner circle of Gus’s team that was given the lackluster job of managing the gag factory,
He managed to sneak his way in and despite Prescott’s hesitation, he then went over a select version of his plans, which excluded the role of him as a scapegoat,,
With his pawns in place, he worked on a cavalcade of parade floats that would make an impression and make him look like a hero to the gullible fools, all the while Prescott worked on a warped version of his family’s invention to help Mickey travel from the Toon World to the Cartoon Wasteland.
Now, it was time for the show to begin,

And powerful creature are on this moment heading here and I would have been here sooner but it was just my luck.
