Work Text:

Determined to gather more information, Opera patiently waited for Murmur and Orias to finish their conversation before delving deeper into the matter. Once he had the chance, he approached Murmur with a serious yet courteous expression.

"Murmur, could you tell me more about this rumor regarding Kalego's pregnancy?" Opera inquired, maintaining a calm but firm tone.

Murmur seemed a bit nervous at Opera's direct request, but quickly regained his usual composure.

"Well, the truth is we don't know much more than what's been circulating through the halls," Murmur replied, glancing around to ensure no one else was listening. "It seems Kalego has been sporting a bump under his jacket lately, and that's led to all sorts of speculation. Some say he's pregnant, others suggest it could be something else, but the truth is nobody knows for sure what's going on."

Opera nodded, processing the information. The situation seemed more intriguing than he had initially imagined.

"I see," Opera said. "Thank you for the information, Murmur. I think I'll look into this matter further."

With that, Opera bid farewell to Murmur and Orias and headed towards his office. As he walked, his mind was filled with questions. Why had Kalego kept his pregnancy a secret? Who could be the father of the baby? And most importantly, what did this mean for the future of Babyls Demonic School?

Determined to find answers, Opera began to devise a plan. He would do everything in his power to uncover the truth behind the mystery of Kalego Naberius' pregnancy.

After reflecting on his plan, Opera decided that the best way to gather more information would be to directly approach Kalego. Although he knew the professor was known for his reserve and short temper, he was determined to uncover the truth behind this intriguing rumor.

With determination in his gaze, Opera made his way to Kalego's office. As he approached, his mind reviewed possible strategies to broach the subject delicately and respectfully.

Upon reaching Kalego's office, Opera gently knocked on the door and waited. After a few moments, the door opened slowly, and Kalego appeared in the doorway, his usual stern expression staring at Opera.

"What do you want, Opera-senpai?" Kalego asked, his tone cold but not as sharp as usual.

Opera stood firm, undeterred by his colleague's attitude.

"Kalego, I'd like to talk to you about an important matter," Opera said calmly. "Could we come in and have a private conversation?"

Kalego seemed surprised by the request but nodded and opened the door to let Opera into his office. Once inside, Opera took a seat across from Kalego and began to speak.

"I've heard the rumors about your... current situation, Kalego," Opera said delicately. "And I want to make sure you're okay. If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know."

Kalego looked at Opera with a mix of surprise and distrust. He wasn't used to someone showing concern for him, especially not Opera, who had always maintained a certain distance.

"It's none of your concern, Opera," Kalego replied, his tone still cold but with a hint of discomfort. "There's nothing to worry about."

Opera nodded, respecting Kalego's response but determined not to give up so easily.

"I understand, Kalego. But I want you to know that I'm here for you if you ever need to talk about whatever you're going through," Opera said sincerely. "You don't have to face this alone."

Kalego seemed surprised by Opera's words but also somewhat touched. For a moment, his stern expression softened, and he seemed to consider his colleague's offer.

"Thank you, Opera," Kalego finally said, his voice slightly warmer than usual. "I'll keep that in mind."
