the audience's laughter and cheer fills up the stage while shining glitter's worries suddenly fill up the waiting room. her makeup was halfway done, her hair was a mess and she didn't even change into her proper show-stopper outfit. she looked like a 'hideous mess' as shining glitter herself quoted.
"what am I supposed to do? she's gonna be here any minute, I'm not even done yet and she's gonna be weirded out! I'm supposed to be covered in nice, colorful makeup with my hair being in a sleek ponytail with a nice curl at the end and...and...my outfit..."
suddenly, a knock came on the door followed by the voice of someone shining glitter knew well about.
"hellooo? anyone here? black lemonade speaking!"
"come in!"
the door carefully opened, black lemonade's head popped out showing a warm smile to the distressed shining glitter. concerned, she slowly walked up to the popstar.
"hey...you good? you don't seem to be in the state of performing right now. I can try to distract the fans so you can have some time to get ready!"
"no it's not that...its because I'm performing with YOU, my favorite rockstar! I've always admired your songs and your unique style, it was different and creative. so once I received the request to collab with you, of course I was excited but...I was just scared you wouldn't like me or my style. we're like...opposites!"
black lemonade's gaze softened, she placed two hands on shining glitter's shoulders and comforted her
"listen Sparkly, I really don't mind if our styles completely contrast eachother. to be honest, I love your music! the happy beat, the nice lyrics and everything! so, there's no need to be worried. let's just go out there, perform and have ice cream with rockstar cookie."
shining glitter's face heats up as there was an ease in her worries. it's ok!
it's just black lemonade!
after a while, both artists appear from the colorful curtains as the fans' cheer increased with lightsticks and posters of ' I <3 SHINING GLITTER!!' and what not being waved in the air.
"and now..the moment we've all been for...Shining Glitter and Black Lemonade Cookies' new hit - Glistening Thunder!"
this was going to be a night...
