"Man this sucks!" complain Naruto Uzumaki 12 year old leaf genin as his team travel through a forest north of the Leaf village.
"We heard you the first time dobe" says his teammate Sasuke Uchiha annoyed.
"Come on after how awesome we were in the land of Waves why are we back to picking up trash" says Naruto pouting.
"Shut up already we were given a mission do we will do it" says the third member of team 7 Sakura Haruno.
"CHA! This mission sucks!" Yelled Inner Sakura.
"We aren't picking up trash we are clearing and investigating an abandoned bandit camp" says their Sensei Kakashi Hatake reading his little green book.
"So we're picking up criminal trash that so much better" whines Naruto as they approach the camp.
"As I said before we are clearing and investigating this camp to find any information on the bandits identities and where they could have gone so check everything carefully" says Kakashi sitting down on a tree stump.
The three genin get to work checking the camp sight.
"Nothing but scraps of food over here" says Sasuke kicking a chicken bone.
"I found a scroll over here it might be useful" says Sakura.
"Good find Sakura, how bout you Naruto?" Asks Kakashi.
"Well I learn one of them is a dumbass he left his sword behind" says Naruto bending down to pick it up not seeing the thin wire tied around it.
"Even you ain't that stupid Naru-"
BOOM!
A explosion rips through the camp.
"Team sound off now!" Orders Kakashi rushing into action.
"Sasuke over here I'm fine" says the Uchiha waving the smoke out of his face.
"Sakura o-over here sensei I cut my arm pretty bad" says Sakura holding her bleeding left arm.
"Naruto call out! Naruto!" Yells Kakashi carefully making his way through the smoke.
"Oh no" mutters Kakashi seeing a massive hole in the ground where Naruto used to be.
Down in the hole.
"Uhh dammit" groans Naruto weakly.
"Wha happ'n" gurgles Naruto blood gushing from his mouth.
He tries to push himself up but his arms just won't move for some reason.
"You poor child" says a feminine voice.
"What who there" mutters Naruto barely hanging on glancing around but seeing no one.
"You can hear me I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not but my name is Erza"
Erza Scarlett had see plenty in her life and afterlife and she had never seen someone let alone a child alive with such horrible injuries.
The boy is missing both arms his right eye and his chest rip completely open.
"You have a great will to still be alive" says Erza.
"I can't die.. n not yet" groans Naruto attempting to sit up again.
"Such a strong will to live" says Erza before looking up at the hole he fell through.
"Your friends should be here shortly but I fear you won't make it that long" says the ghost trying to think of a way to help the boy.
"I may be able to help you with what little magic I have left" says Erza.
"Magic?" Mutters Naruto
"Yes magic just enough to help you" says Erza placing her invisible hand on Naruto's head and focusing what little magic her spirit still had into him.
Suddenly Naruto's stomach glows.
"What is this?" Wonders Erza at the glowing seal on the boys body.
She is unable to react as orangish red energy flows out engulfing them both.
"What is this place an underground cave?" asks Kakashi landing in to hole Naruto fell into.
"Naruto where are you!" Shouts Kakashi looking around the dark area.
"I need Pakkun to find him in here" says Kakashi before he sees a wave a red chakra to his left.
"No the nine tails" says Kakashi rushing over.
"Naruto I'm here!" Says Kakashi stoping next to his downed student still surrounded in chakra.
"Naruto I'm here your safe" say Kakashi hoping to calm him.
"Ka kak'shi" mutters the blonde as the chakra dissipates.
"What is going on" says Kakashi seeing his students clothes torn and soaked in blood but Naruto doesn't have a scratch on him.
"Did the fox heal him?" Says Kakashi in awe.
"What is this" says Erza confused finding herself in what looks like a strange sewer.
