While it has been a while since they've surpassed RAD WEEKEND, it didn't really stop VBS from hanging out together. It actually made them hang out even more since they're not practicing too often.
Since they thought that they'd never want to disband, it led to an… impulse decision…
They decided to live together in an apartment.
All four of them. In one apartment.
They took an apartment with two rooms, two bathrooms, living room, a little kitchen, and 2 empty rooms that are filled with miscellaneous items they own
They decided to split the rooms for 2 people each. And of course it's with they're partners.
Toya and Akito took the room closest to the kitchen while An and Kohane took the room next to the other rooms.
While it can sometimes get chaotic especially since An and Akito could… get into fights fairly? Often..? Whatever, the point is that they could argue.
But most other times they can get along now.
Well, even if it's peaceful there's still some ‘eventful’ days. Like today.
It was Akito's turn to cook today. Well, more like almost every day because he wakes up the earliest out of all the other VBS members. (He still goes on morning runs.) Although Kohane would sometimes offer to cook instead.
And today's the day that Kohane woke up shortly after he did his morning run and offered to cook. He refused today though, so she just took a seat and went through her phone.
He then hears a door open and close as well as some footsteps. It was far away though, so it was probably An.
But then, the footsteps got closer to him.
And then hands wrapped around his waist while An pecked his cheek and said…
“Goood mornini Koahnee…” Her speech is quite slurred, might've been because she's sleepy.
While An was comfortably hugging Akito while burying her face in his shoulder, Kohane and Akito can only stay still. Because of shock and because Akito's quite flustered about this whole thing.
Throughout the years, Akito didn't get too tall and that was… fine. If the others also didn't get any taller.
Toya's basically a tree now, while An managed to get taller than Akito. As for Kohane… She's around the same height as him? Just a bit shorter. Like 1 cm.
It might be because of the height, or his lean build but whatever the cause is this is just embarrassing.
So, with all the strength he has left. He finally responds. “Oi, An. What the hell?”
She looked around with lidded eyes before finally noticing the ginger hair that Kohane totally does not have.
“Oh um uh shit… Well uh fuck… I… didn't notice..? I'm sorry…” She says while scratching the back of her head.
“Yeah yeah whatever. I get it” Akito says while focusing back on his cooking.
When An looks back, she sees Kohane who's looking quite sad…
“Aww Kohane! Don't put on a sad face like that! I didn't mean to mistake Akito for you! I'm serious.” An hugs Kohane from behind to comfort her.
“I know it's just that…”
“Shhhh, I get it. I'm sowwy…” An then kisses Kohane’s forehead as an apology.
“Ew, anyway. Here's your food, Kohane. Your food’s going to be finished later.” Akito, who was delivering Kohane's food, probably didn't want to see or hear that but An doesn't care. She needs to make up to her partner now.
While An and Kohane were at the dining table, Akito heard footsteps again. This time though, he feels larger hands wrap around his waist and the head of said person on his shoulders.
“Had a good sleep?” Akito's question was replied with a nod.
“I already prepared coffee for you, Toya. It's on the table already.” The man in question begrudgingly let go of him to go and get his coffee.
“Oh, hey Toya.” An and Kohane are… well, uh yeah.
“...Good morning to both of you too.” Toya greeted.
When Toya drank half of the cup, Akito finally finished the rest of the dishes and all four of them ate while chatting about today's activities.
It never really gets boring in their apartment.
