**AT 1 AM, Asta's room**
『. . . . . . . . 』
『 "What do you think, Asta? I fixed all the faults you pointed out, and I adjusted that last part too..." 』Firefly nervously asked.
Silence filled the call as Robin and Topaz waited for Asta to say something, hoping it'll be good.
『 "———— Yeah." 』
『 "The scenes that are in sync with the tempo of the chorus are a lot better now." 』
『 "I think we can upload this." 』
Firefly let out a happy sigh —『 "Yaaaay! That all-nighter I pulled to correct everything was super worth it~!" 』
Robin sighed, a smile on her face. 『 "Phew... I'm glad we managed to finish..." 』
Firefly chuckled and smiled. ——『 "Robin, thanks for giving me advice on the last part!" 』They grinned.
Robin shook her head and giggled softly, 『 "I barely got any sleep thanks to you..." 』— Firefly let out an offended huff in the background.
『 "You should really get some proper rest today, Firefly." 』Robin said.
Firefly's eyes lit up, 『 "I will~ I'm gonna sleep in till noon!" 』Asta and Robin laughed at Firefly's words.
『 "Now both the song and music video are done." 』Asta hummed, happily.
'...We're finally gonna upload the first song that made Topaz smile.' Firefly thought to themselves, a smile covering their face.
'Both she and Asta worked really hard to make this, so...'
『 "I hope tons of people listen to it!" 』Firefly chirped happily.
『 "... Yeah." 』Topaz replied nonchalantly.
『 "Do you feel the same way, Topaz?" 』Asta asked curiously.
『 "...That would be better than no one listening to it." 』
『 "I see." 』
Firefly chuckled softly as they heard the conversation between Asta and Topaz.
『 "Alright then, I'm going to upload it." 』
A few clicks can be heard from Asta's side — the sound of her keyboard and the empty silence in the call makes it...somewhat, better.
『 "Haah. I can't wait to see what kind of comments we'll get... But for now, I need to hit the hay..." 』Robin said sleepily as she yawned.
『 "Good work, everyone. We've been spending a lot of time in our songs lately, so I think we should call it a day here and get some rest." 』Asta said, finishing the upload of their new music video.
Topaz made a grunt in agreement, 『 "...Alright. Goodnight, then." 』
『 "Niiight... I'm gonna take a shower and jump into bed..." 』Robin hummed.
『 "Okay! Night night everybody~!" 』Firefly chirped happily as they watched everyone getting off call one by one.
**The following morning, Firefly's room**
Firefly stretched and yawned loudly as they finally awake from their slumber. "Mm~! I slept like a log..."
"Ack... My head's all fuzzy 'cause I've been staying up for too long." Firefly whined sleepily, not wanting to wake up just yet.
They looked over at their alarm clock — 10 AM. "...Looks like it's still 10 AM. I don't have school, and I don't need to go to my part-time job... I guess I'll sleep in for a little longer!" Firefly hummed happily, preparing to get back to sleep.
"—Wait!" Firefly suddenly remembered the MV they posted last night and quickly grabbed their phone, "We released our new song! I wonder what people think?" Firefly mumbled to themselves as they quickly unlocked their phone to check the comments.
'Huh!? We've already got so many views!" Firefly's eyes lit up — "It hasn't even been half a day since we uploaded it..." Firefly squealed happily.
**Comment 1:** "This new single is amazing!"
**Comment 2:** "I didn't realize that they could make songs like this too."
**Comment 3:** "I had a lot on my mind, but listening to this helped me relax."
Firefly was surprised by the amount they'd gotten just within a few hours of uploading their new MV.
'... I'm glad that everyone's giving it a good listen.'
'Those three put their hearts and souls into this song — they worked so hard...'
'Im happy it's getting the attention it deserves.'
Firefly smiled to themselves, thinking about their members.
'...Asta really is amazing.'
'At the start, Topaz told her, "This sing isn't good enough," but now she can make music that's reaching Topaz's heart — or actually everyone's.' Firefly thought to themselves.
"Asta's not the only one I should be praising, though." They chuckled to themselves as they scrolled through instagram, looking at Robin's posts, liking every single new post she made.
"Topaz and Robin are incredible too."
'It was tough, but they managed to come to term with themselves, and now they're moving forward little by little.' Firefly paused — their phone dropped down onto the bed as they looked at the ceiling.
"But as for me..."
Firefly reminiscences about the past.
"Well, I haven't changed at all."
"I'm stuck here... unable to take a single step forward." Firefly muttered to themselves quietly.
*Beep*
Firefly immediately picked up their phone and wondered who texted them at this hour.
Robin: "Are you awake? Did you see our view count?"
Firefly smiled to themselves. 'Ah..it's just Robin. She's up early.'
Firefly: "I sure did! There's way more than we usually get! I'm shook!" Firefly pressed the send button, awaiting for Robin's response.
Robin: "There were a bunch of comments that were like, 'The music video was perfect too!' I'm pretty sure this is our biggest hit so far!"
Firefly smiled and chuckled.
Firefly: "Yeah! I hope Asta and Topaz will be happy to see this~!"
Robin: "C'mon, we need to pick a date for our next party. When are you free, Firefly?"
Firefly stared at the text blankly, wondering what to reply.
Firefly: "My shifts aren't on a set schedule, so I'm not really sure. I think I'll sort this weekend, so I'll let you know when I find out."
Firefly let out a soft sigh.
Robin: "Got it. I'll ask Asta and Topaz too."
Firefly looked at their phone blankly... 'A party, huh?' — 'I wanna go, but...' Firefly's thoughts were interrupted as another message came from Robin.
Robin: "You better come, you hear me?"
Robin: "The party doesn't start till you walk in... or whatever."
Firefly was stunned for a moment but let out a quiet chuckle staring at the texts.
"Robin..."
Firefly: "I know. I'll come, I prommy!"
Firefly: "You're so needy, Robin~♪"
After Firefly sent that, a wave of angry messages were sent to them, making Firefly let out a giggle. Firefly laughed, knowing they made Robin mad.
'Robin's really is a good person. She's always looking out for me.' Firefly smiled.
'Im still frozen in place right now, but...'
'I hope I can get closer to everyone one day...' Firefly hummed as they placed their hand over their chest, feeling their own heartbeat.
