Old habits tend to die hard. Noel gets this.
Ever since they all came back to life, Ocean had been trying much harder to be nicer and less selfish. But sometimes she went back to her old habits.
Ocean had been prioritizing herself this whole choir practice. She scoffed when Marcus picked Constance for a solo. Ocean had demanded to be in a better spot in the routine than Penny. Generally, she was being terrible.
Last time, Constance had stopped Ocean. But she had pulled Noel over in practice to explain that he should be the one to do it. As Ocean respects Noel the least, him spanking Ocean made sense in order for her to stop disrespecting him the most. Noel hadn't been able to protest it as Constance said he could do it if Monique had spanked Ocean.
Now, they were here. Ocean over Noel's lap while they were in Father Marcus's office, which he allowed them to borrow for a few seconds with a knowing look in his eye.
Noel was looking down at Ocean with a hand raised, as Ocean was sobbing on his lap. Her skirt was pulled up. Which meant her red bottom was easily visible to see. Noel smacked down his hand on Ocean's bottom, and she let out a sob.
"Please N-Noel, I didn't mean to be selfish. It was an accident! I'll do better!" Ocean sobbed.
Noel sighed. "You better. I get you're trying Ocean, I understand that and i'm proud you are, but sometimes you need a little correction when you start going back to old habits. Which me and the rest of the Choir are more than happy to help you with."
Noel's hand fell down on Ocean's bottom several more times, Ocean's bottom now covered in red hand prints. Noel sighs. "I don't actually want to hurt you Ocean. I just want us to start getting along more. And this seems like the only way to get through to you."
Ocean sniffles. She really did feel bad, she never wanted to go back to her selfish ways, but she sometimes did on accident. Thankfully, the Choir was very understanding when it came to keeping her on the right track.
After several minutes, Noel stops spanking Ocean. He pulls down her skirt and rubs his hand on her back as Ocean sobs. Noel shushes her as Ocean blubbers out apologies. "Sh, it's okay. We know you're sorry."
Ocean's sobs devolve into whimpers and sniffles. That's when Noel pulls her off his lap, watching as she smoothed out her school uniform and rubbed her bottom with one hand.
Noel frowns. "Alright, you're gonna go back out there, and you're going to apologize for acting selfishly Ocean. If you act that way again, I won't be as lenient as I was this time. Okay?"
Ocean nods, wide eyed. She remembered Monique's spanking, and did not want that to happen. She rushes out of the office as Noel slumps in the chair and sighs, rubbing his forehead, with a slightly amused smirk. What were they going to do with her?
