Knock.

Knock.

Knock.

“I’ll get it, Tiger Honey, don’t worry ,” Lampwick said as He went to the door. He opened it and said “Hello , can I help you ?’

“Are you Romeo Rossi?” A thin boy around fifteen with brown hair, brown eyes, and ratty clothes asked.

“Yeah, but only my wife calls me that. You can call me Lampwick. Why do ya ask?”

“Cause we're related.” The teen replied, completely serious.

Well. As serious as one could look with a smudge of ink on their nose and bags under their eyes.

Lampwick blinked in confusion. Then he laughed. “Ha ok kid. Nice prank but seriously who are ya really ??!”

“Your something, something cousin. This paper thingy on my computer said our grandmas were sisters.”  the boy said, stubbornly. “So I printed it out and came to find you.”

“Ya do know that not everything online is accurate right, kid? But I’ll humor you. Come inside kid and we’ll call my grandmother.”

“Aye aye, Captain.” The boy snarkily replied.

Lampwick dialed the number to his grandmother, Bria’s phone.

She answered almost immediately. Sounding grouchy. “Who is it?”

“Hey grandma! It’s me, Lampwick. I have this kid at my house—”

“I would hope so. You have three of them.”

“Yeah but this kid ain’t mine! He claims he’s my long lost cousin. Know anythin’ about that ?”

There was a long, long, long pause.

“Grandma,” Lampwick asked again. “Do I have a long lost cousin that you haven’t told me about?”

“I…it can't be possible. My sister didn't have children that I knew of before she was arrested.”

“Well try telling this kid that!” Lampwick said defensively.

“What's his name?”

“Hey kid “ Lampwick asked the boy. “What’s yer name? I never got it ..”

The kid sat on the couch, fidgeting with one of the side table decorations. Which he immediately put back when addressed. “Harry Badun.”

“Gotcha.. His name is Harry Badun, Grandma.”

She hung up.“Hello? Oh great, she hung up! Now we’ll NEVER get to the bottom of this !”

“That sounds like an answer to me.”

“More like sketchy behavior! Well there’s only one solution and I really hate it…”

Lampwick dialed his mama’s Number . “Hey Mama! We have a situation…”

“What did you do now?” Carina sighed.

“It’s not me! It’s some kid who showed up on my doorstep claiming to be my long lost cousin!” Lampwick said defensively.

His mother was quiet for a moment.

“That's not something to joke about, Romeo. I don't know how you found out about your great aunt but—”

“He says his name is Harry Badun, Mama.”

“... Romeo, you better not be joking.”

“I’M NOT! YOU CAN ASK TIGER LILY! Better yet.. you can come here yerself !”

“I'll be there in an hour and if this is a joke, you're grounded for life.”

“Mama, ya can’t do that anymore. I'm married...” Lampwick said Dryly.

“Try me.”

Harry was fidgeting with another knickknack: already bored of trying to gain information from listening in on Lampwick’s phone calls.

“Wow Romeo. A long lost relative! That’s so exciting!” Tiger Lily said with a huge grin.

“Babe, please we don’t have all the facts yet ..”

“The paper says we're related and your mom and grandma acted weird when you said my name. That proves it.” Harry called out.

“Yeah, but if you’re pulling one over on us I'm gonna get the blame!”

“Babe, calm down ..I’m sure your Mother didn’t mean it..” Tiger Lily said to her husband in a soothing voice.

“I'm not doing a con! My friends and our cousin looked it over, and I even had an AK look at it to confirm it was legit!” The brunette squawked, defensive.

Just then, there was a knock at the door.

“I'll get it.” Tiger Lily hummed.

Harry watched, curiously, as the two brunettes paced around the living room.

“This can’t be possible. Where did he even come from?” Carina said nervously.

“I’m from the isle.”

“THE WHAT?!” Both ladies shrieked.

The teen flinched hard.

When Carina saw the boy flinch she softened up a little.

“I’m sorry sweetie. I didn’t mean to scare you. So,  how did you find out that you are related to us ?”

“Auradonandme.com? I was trying to figure out who my mom was and then I noticed there was something sketchy going on with the site, and did some research online. When I did that, I found out that the website was a newer version that … separated families starting with, heroic and villain ancestors and only showed half of them. Which led me to my grandma, Jezebel.”

“Jezebel you bitch,” Bria muttered under her breath.

“From there I did some more research to find out about your side of the family and found Lampwick's address, and decided to pop in to find out more.” Harry fidgeted.

“Ok.. So how did you get off the isle ?” Carina asked.

“I’m one of the kids Ben brought over for his proclamation a month ago. Our cousin, Jace, and our friends were the other kids. I go to Auradon Prep and live in Gruteley County.”

“Well that settles it,” Lampwick started with an ‘I told you so’ look to his mother. “Welcome back to the family, Harry!”

“How did you get to Neverland specifically kid." Bria, asked, still not convinced.

“I took the bus to get to the port at four am and got on the fairey when it opened.”

“Well in the words of my son, who I should’ve believed, welcome back to the family Harry!” Carina said with a faint smile.

“...does this mean I can tell my cousin ‘I told you so’?”

“Well, I told my mother that in my head, so sure kid!” Lampwick laughed.

Harry's stomach rumbled.

“So would you like to stay for breakfast, Harry?” Lampwick asked.

The boy shook his head. “I should probably get back to my foster parents before Jace has an aneurysm over me being gone.”

“Ah ok fair enough.” Lampwick shrugged.

“Hopefully I can sneak onto the fairey without being noticed.” Harry said offhandedly, grabbing his backpack and the paper. “The last thing I want is to end up with more Remedial Goodness homework.”

“Would ya like me to drive ya to the fairey?’

“Nah, it's fine. You lot probably have better things to do.”

“No I Insist,” Lampwick stated firmly. “How old are ya by the way?”

“I just turned fifteen.”

“Wow, well congrats ! “ Lampwick chuckled.

“I can't wait to tell my cousin I was right.”

“And I can’t wait to meet em’,” Lampwick cheerfully added.

Meanwhile…

Jace sat at the table, eating cereal breakfast.

“Jace, have you seen Harry?” Anita asked, very worried.

“No? Why?”

“Because I haven’t seen him since last night.” Anita said.
