The Path to Isolation

SUMMARY:
To say White spent her whole life locked in a ivory tower would be inaccurate. For that would imply a she had no part in what drove away those around her. But the path of isolation is sadly a tad more complicated then the old fairy tales...

Weiss let out a little noise or content as she stared at the (mostly) positive comments on her first story.
She had been rather hesitant to post it at all. She'd loved the series the fic was about (even if she'd never admit that in real life) but had mostly been a distant observer with the online fandom once she discovered it. It taking a while before she worked up the courage to post something herself.
After all, something written by her is much easier to discover than something read by her.
Still when push came to shove her feelings of projection on to her favorite character and desire to express those feelings somehow won out.
Seeing the time she put her laptop in her bag after closing out of her account and headed out. She had class after all.
