It's pretty hard to concentrate when your Master is the most beautiful woman you've ever seen. Jannah can't focus on Jedi training when Rey looks at her like that, actually, when Rey looks like that.
Sometimes it feels like her Master reads her mind 'cause Rey touches her hand when Jannah spends too much time in her own thoughts, or too much time admiring Rey for that matter. She must be a terrible Padawan.
"Y'know, I always have fun teaching you, Jannah."
"Really?"
"Of course, that's the only way I found to spend more time with you. And I'm really enjoying getting to know you better." Jannah feels her face warm. Is Rey flirting with me?
"I really like spending time with you too, Master."
"Please call me Rey. I'm your Master but I'm also your friend, right? And I was thinking that maybe we could be more..."
"Are you saying what I think you're saying?"
"I hope it isn't weird to ask my Apprentice on a date..."
Jannah freezes. She can't believe in what's happening.
"Please tell me it isn't all in my head."
Rey touches her hand and leans for a kiss. Jannah never kissed anyone before but that's exactly what she thought it would be like — too sweet, but definitely not in a bad way.
"I guess it'll be much harder to focus on training now." Rey laughs falling on Jannah's shoulder who has the biggest smile on her face.
