20XX
Hyperlaser went back from working on Blackrock, he's paid enough by Subspace, doesn't give a single remorseful feeling, as he can't see how much salary he got.
at middle of walk, he heard a animal, it sound like a crying cat, he approach to the sound, he's blind yet he know something is wrong, he saw a cat, she was cold, meowing for warmth, but it's cold in Blackrock, Hyperlaser felt bad, so he grabs her and brings her to his house
at his house, he put her near fireplace while taking off his helmet, she purred and relaxed near fire, Hyperlaser smiles and pets her
"you look cute, i think i can name you Princess." he said, Princess liked her new name, she went to Hyperlaser's leg and rubs her face on it, a sign of affection from a cat, he carries her and giving her affection as well, she purred, and licks his face "h-hey, don't do it too much.." despite that, he let her doing it, spoiling her no matter how much he scold her.
Both eventually sleep together, Princess sleeping on Hyperlaser's lap while Hyperlaser just sleep on couch, too tired to move onto his bed.
CURRENT DAY (4 JUNE 20XX)
it's 4 June, at Slingshot's Cafe, it become more popular than ever, due to his birthday, all food he sell gets a 50% discount, and gets free "Slingshot Catcake Slice" for everyone who purchase any of his food/drinks, as it gets more busier, he got some assistance too, there Skateboard, Boombox, Vine Staff, and Shuriken
Shuriken : dude.. it just getting more crowded!
Skateboard : well i can put more chairs and tables!
Shuriken : are you crazy?! this is our last chairs and tables!!
Skateboard : well, i can just borrow Slingshot's money to buy more!
Slingshot : no! i have more! follow me!
Slingshot went to basement while Skateboard and Shuriken follows, as what Slingshot said, there is more chairs and tables backups
Skateboard : you prepared this for whole time?!
Slingshot : i knew this event is going to be big, that's why i bring these here.
Shuriken : what are we waiting for?! lets put it in!
the trio starts to grab chair and tables from behind, putting more chairs and tables, so more costumers can seat and relax, until eventually had enough seats, now everyone can relax without forced to stay up, Shuriken felt proud at himself as he become confident with his skills
Slingshot : thanks a lot both of you! now lets go back to bake some food!
Shuriken : WAIT- i don't wanna wo-
Skateboard : no excuse buddy! we're giving him the best birthday!
Shuriken : *sigh* okay!
they work again, and it’s still busy, but then.. someone comes in, it wasn’t what everyone expecting, it was Hyperlaser, and he also brings his cat
everyone went silent, so is the entire customers around, they're looking more stern and look deadpanned, even Shuriken, Skateboard, and Boombox, but not Slingshot and Vine Staff
Slingshot : hey Hyper! how's your day?
Hyperlaser : well, happy birthday Sling, i bring my cat for you.
Princess : meow
Slingshot : aww! what a healthy little cat! do you think she has some minor problems?
Hyperlaser : well, she got wounded before, but it was recovered
Slingshot : i know, i meant recent one
Hyperlaser : as far i know, she's fine, you can stay here
Hyperlaser puts his cat on a counter, Princess went to Vine Staff and she pets her, Princess purred in content while Shuriken was confused when they ever met
Shuriken : S-Sis?? didn't you forget that's..
Vine Staff : yeah but no need to worry about, Hyperlaser is not our enemy.
Shuriken : but Skateboard said that-
Slingshot : so what you're going to do next Hyper?
Hyperlaser : well, we can have a talk?
Slingshot : alright! Vine Staff, can you take care of Princess?
Vine Staff : yeah!
because of Hyperlaser, some customers left, but both doesn't focus at the popularity, they went to basement and talk about princess there
meanwhile Vine Staff prepare cat toys and plays with Princess, Shuriken is still looking dumbfolded that Princess already trust her despite never seen Vine Staff playing with cats

Slingshot and Hyperlaer sits on a special seat, only special invited guest can get in, on that case it was Hyperlaser
Slingshot : so Hyper, can you talk about Princess? i haven't see her in a while, glad she went well.
Hyperlaser : i found her at a abandoned building, she was cold, i bring her into my house and she become my company.
Slingshot : does anyone else knows Princess?
Hyperlaser : well, i used to bring her to Subspace's Lab, but Subspace doesn't like her, luckily despite his personality, he didn't hurt her at all, despite he looks like he gonna hurt her anytime soon
Slingshot : strange, never heard Subspace THAT nice before.
Hyperlaser : he isn't, i also show her at Katana, he thinks she's cute, he also own a pet, but he's not a cat, and i'm afraid that Princess might kill him because of her cat instinct, so i never bring her again for sake of Katana's pet safety.
Slingshot : i assume it's a prey.
Hyperlaser : well, does cat eats owl?
Slingshot : i don't think cats can eat a bird of prey, nor they gonna kill cats
Hyperlaser : perhaps, could you be my assistance? i need Princess and Katana's owl pet to get along.
Slingshot : well, i'm a bit busy but.. someone else can help!
Hyperlaser : but.. wh-
Shuriken : SLINGSHOT ANOTHER KNOWN CUSTOMER IS HERE
Slingshot : oh! i'll be there! Hyper, lets get back up.
Hyperlaser : sure.
both went back from basement, there a unexpected Customer, Katana.
Shuriken : B-BUT KATANA WHY ARE YOU HERE?!?!?!?
Katana : i just want to see Hyperlaser since i saw his cat.
Hyperlaser : oh hey Katana.
Katana : hi Hyper.
his pet owl flies toward counter, Princess doesn't show any sign of aggression or instinct to attack, instead she just stay loafing and the owl went rest as well
Slingshot : hey, your cat didn’t attack him?
Katana : sorry to forget about this Hyper, but my owl pet doesn’t seems to be bothered with cats, which why Princess didn’t attack him.
when both hear Princess purr, Hyperlaser went to her and pets her
Hyperlaser : you must be contented.
despite that everyone looks dumbfolded as Hyperlaser’s true nature, Slingshot smiles at him, proud that he take care of Princess very well, despite he knows that Hyperlaser is not usually like this
Hyperlaser : happy birthday Sling.
followed by Shuriken, Vine Staff, Skateboard, Boombox, and Katana
”HAPPY BIRTHDAY SLING!” and Katana being the only quiet one
Slingshot : come on! You don’t need to say it again!
everyone laughs, at the end of the day, Katana and Hyperlaser went home, the rest tidying the cafe since it was messy by a crowded costumers, Hyperlaser let Princess stay on his shoulder
Hyperlaser : are you feeling happy Princess?
Princess : meowww
Hyperlaser : glad you are.
despite Hyperlaser is cold, he knew Princess is his only company at home.
maybe Katana too but, he usually visits his house.
