“Soobinie! Soobinnie!” Yeonjun yelled.

“Hyung?” Soobin turned around to look at Yeonjun who was running towards him, beautifully.

Yeonjun stopped in front of Soobin and smiled, “I got us matching pins from your favorite anime” Yeonjun said as he giggled and handed Soobin the Jujutsu Kaisen pins he brought in the souvenir shop in Tokyo Japan.

Soobin smiled at him and gently grabbed the pins from his hand.

“Let’s take a picture!” Yeonjun said, smiling.

Soobin smiled back then Yeonjun took out his phone from his pocket and placed the Nanami pin in his hand, showing the camera.

Soobin also did the same.

After taking photos, Yeonjun giggled.

Soobin’s phone vibrated, he took out his phone out of curiosity, and saw a notification from weverse.

‘I don’t know, but I brought this with Soobin hehe’

Soobin looked at him and smiled in awe.

Yeonjun was giggling like a mess, and Soobin finds it adorable.

But that memory was two years ago, and Soobin missed his smile.

That was Soobin’s favorite memory of theirs.

Now Soobin arrived at their dorm nearly midnight.

Soobin finally got time to rest, but rest was in the back of his mind right now.

Soobin opened the front door, and he was greeted with a sleepy Beomgyu.

“Hi..how’s work?” Beomgyu said, Soobin just smiled at him.

“Fine, it’s unfair that you and Taehyun left first you know?” Soobin said smugly as he takes off his shoes and puts them on the shoe shelf.

“Is it our fault?” Beomgyu said as he walked towards the dining table.

Soobin just chuckled and locked the front door, and followed him.

“Did you eat?” Beomgyu said, and Soobin just nodded.

“Do you want to talk about it?” Beomgyu said reading the weird atmosphere of the room.

Soobin just sighed, gesturing that he and Beomgyu needs to talk about that one specific person again.

“Is it about him again?” Beomgyu said as he takes out two can of beers from their fridge.

Soobin willingly took the drink from the younger’s hands and opened it.

“I don’t know anymore Beomgyu” Soobin said as he chugged the beer.

“You always say that you don’t know” Beomgyu said as he opened his can of beer.

“I don’t really know Beomgyu, after our break up, I- I don’t know if I will get him back again” Soobin said as his voice started to become raspier as he spoke, Beomgyu knew what person he was talking about.

Beomgyu shock his head and laughed, “Soobin, I never doubted at my instincts, honestly I’m glad that we finally figured out our feelings towards each other, it made our lives better” Beomgyu said as he drinks.

Soobin remembered their trip to Vietnam, the place where they unwind their thoughts and feelings, and also their break up place.

(They arrived at the Tan Son Nhat airport.

Soobin being the good boyfriend he is, he was the one who was holding their luggages while Beomgyu was carrying their bags.

“Love wait for me!” Soobin yelled, but Beomgyu just giggled and ran away, that made Soobin smile.

But that smile doesn’t hide the fact that his eyes were finding a certain person.

He remembered a glimpse of him when Beomgyu ran away.

He also do this when they were still close together, when him and Yeonjun were still close together.

Soobin sighed heavily as he followed Beomgyu, his boyfriend.

‘Stop thinking about him again, he has a boyfriend already’ Soobin thought as he walked towards Beomgyu.

After a long drive to their hotel, they finally reached their destination.

Soobin quickly checked in and they immediately went to their hotel room.

“I’m tired love, can we cuddle?” Beomgyu said as he makes a pouty face.

Soobin can’t resist his expression, that’s why he went to the bed, not even bothering to take a shower or change his clothes, just to cuddle his beloved boyfriend.

Soobin and him were laying at the hotel bed as they cuddled together to remove their tiredness after the long flight.

Not long after, Beomgyu fell asleep on his shoulder.

Soobin swore that he saw a glimpse of him.

Yeonjun again.

He felt nostalgic when Beomgyu was resting his head on his shoulder.

That was Yeonjun’s thing when he’s tired.

Soobin just brushed it off and went to sleep as well.

Thinking the thoughts will go away.

No it did not.

It’s their second day.

Him and Beomgyu went to different places, and had fun together.

They did scuba diving together, “Baby it’s not that deep! Come here!” Beomgyu yelled, but Soobin the coward boy he is his afraid, “Just jump!” Beomgyu said, Soobin nodded and jumped at the cold water.

After that they went island hopping together, they ate some foods that’s not familiar to them, they posted on instagram together, and more.

But Soobin was glimpsing at the time, every time Beomgyu smiled, he remembered him.

every time Beomgyu joked, he remembered him.

every time he touched him, he remembered him again.

by him, it’s Yeonjun.

Soobin felt goosebumps and a sting on his heart.

After having fun they went back to their hotel and slept their tiredness away together.

It was finally their last day.

Something was off today.

It was their rest day also.

But something felt wrong, but Soobin can’t comprehend it.

Then he saw Beomgyu, his boyfriend seating alone near the boats from the sandy beach.

“Hey..what’s wrong?” Soobin asked as he looks at him.

Beomgyu was crying.

“I’m sorry Soobin” The first thing that his boyfriend said.

Soobin felt a pang in his chest.

“Wha-what do you mean?” Soobin said worriedly.

“I’m sorry, please forgive me for what I’m going to say” he took a deep breath before speaking “I’m sorry that I treated you like Taehyun.” Beomgyu confessed as tears were pouring down his eyes.

Soobin wiped his tears and looked at him worriedly and confused.

“What do you mean Beomgyu?” Soobin said in a gentle tone.

“I- I planned this trip thinking that it will make me happy and finally to move on from him, but all I received from this trip was glimpse of him, it felt like he’s here with me, I really felt like Taehyun is here with me, and he was my long time crush Soobin..” Beomgyu took a moment the. spoke again.

“I’m sorry that I agreed to be your boyfriend just to forget him, Soobin to be honest I’m just infatuated by you, I mean I love you but as a friend. I’m really sorry Soobin please forgive me” Beomgyu said ranting and confessing his real feelings to Soobin.

Soobin was shocked, the feelings were mutual, but unlike Beomgyu, he didn’t realize it sooner.

Soobin hugged him tightly and smiled.

“Thank you for being honest with me, honestly I feel the same, but not in a rude manner, but I think we are the same, when we are in France back then I realize my feelings were a bit complicated and a person made me realize my true feelings, which technically it hurts like hell” Soobin said laughing wetly, “But yeah, so I forgive you Beomgyu” Soobin said as he comforted the crying Beomgyu in his arms.

“And to be honest, when we arrived at Seoul, after the Paris fashion week, I confessed to Yeonjun hyung” Soobin said making Beomgyu yelp in shock.

“You were in love with Yeonjun hyung!” Beomgyu yelled.

“I’m sorry Beomgyu please forgive me” Soobin said, but Beomgyu just hits his head and laughed care free, “It alright, but we both made mistakes, but I forgive you” Beomgyu said as he patted Soobin’s head.

“Now tell me how did you batshit figured out your feelings towards him!” Beomgyu yelled loudly.

Soobin shushed him down and told him the whole story.

“I’m so sorry Soobin, but I think I’ll take hyungs side on this” Beomgyu said laughing to enlighten the mood, because Soobin started crying as well.

“Well I guess we were both idiots for not realizing our true feelings towards each other” Beomgyu said, and Soobin just nodded.

“So now what?” Beomgyu said.

Soobin just smiled and hugged him.

“One last hug before our relationship will end, I love you Beomgyu, but as a bestest friend” Soobin said.

“I love you too Soobin hyung, my soulmate” Beomgyu said smiling.

“Don’t worry will get through this” Beomgyu laughed wetly.

Soobin and him broke up in good terms and went back to Seoul happily.)

Soobin looked at him, “It made your life easier, correction, because you have Taehyun, you ain’t got no problem with your chances of getting together with him, unlike me” Soobin finally finished the can of beer, savoring the bitter taste of the alcoholic beverage.

Beomgyu looked at him with a smug face, “Soobin, that’s kinda dumb you know” Beomgyu said.

“Thank you” Soobin responded sarcastically as he rolled his eyes.

“Well it’s really dumb you know? I don’t even know if Taehyun will reciprocate my feelings back” Beomgyu said as he drinks his beer.

Soobin just laughed, “But at least you have a chance” he said, Beomgyu just looked at him, dead in his eyes, “Soobin, you have a chance, but you’re just a little coward” Beomgyu said.

“For your information, I had a chance but I just wasted it, now he has a fucking boyfriend, and I’m just a stupid boy that he fell in love with” Soobin lets out a big sigh and drinks his beer again, chugging his he whole can.

It’s already one in the morning.

As him and Beomgyu talk, they heard the front door open.

Beomgyu and him looked at each other confusedly.

Then Beomgyu remembered that Yeonjun and his boyfriend had a cutesy date night.

Beomgyu just sighed.

Soobin stood up to look at the person who was in front of the door, and was shocked when he saw Yeonjun.

He saw him, kissing his beloved boyfriend as he giggled. Well that shit hurts.

“Bye binnie!” Yeonjun yelled before closing the door.

Soobin stood there in shock, he felt like his being punched by the heart.

Binnie.

That was Yeonjun’s fucking nickname to him before.

Now he’s using for some other dude, who didn’t even know him from the start.

Soobin was pulled back from his thoughts when he heard Yeonjun.

“Uhm…Soobin are you okay?” Yeonjun said.

“Uh..yeah” Soobin responded, he swore he saw red marks on Yeonjun’s neck, but he just ignored it.

“Did you eat already?” Soobin asked, of course he already ate, what’s the purpose of the date if they didn’t eat.

“Yeah, I already ate with Hanbinnie” Yeonjun responded and walked away towards his room, not even sparing a single glance at Soobin, and locked himself in his room.

Soobin stood there, feeling heavy again.

Soobin noticed that Beomgyu already cleaned up their mess and went to his room.

Soobin was alone in the kitchen, as tears welled from his eyes, and sobbed quietly.

If only he realized his feelings sooner, then everything would be better.

But he fucked up, and there’s nothing he can do about it.

Soobin knew that they will soon fly to America for their world tour.

He felt like a bummer, it’s not like he’s not enjoying the tour, it’s just he’s tired and sick because of their company.

They overworked them as hell, and he had been sick for so many days but they just didn’t listen to him and overworked him.

He felt like giving up.

But those tiredness and sickness were in the back of his mind again.

When he saw Yeonjun looking lavishly as he packed his bags.

He stopped his tracks and stared at him in his door frame secretly.

Soobin looks like a creep, looking at him secretly as he passes through their long hallway.

And he remembers their unit song and dance together.

That’s kinda cool and sad at the same time.

They were both excited when they heard that they will be having a unit song together.

But that excitement faded when he felt like Yeonjun was ignoring him.

He feels pathetic.

He just sighed and went back to pack his bags for their tour.

It was finally the day to finally fly to America.

Soobin was not yet ready to leave Seoul.

He had been coughing nonstop while he packed his bags.

“Hyung are you alright?” Kai said in a concerned tone.

He’s not alright, he was never been, after what happened to them.

And he got this fucking cold before going off tour.

But despite all of that pain, suffering, and sickness, he lied he was fine.

He always does.

“Yeah.. I’m alright Kai-ah, it’s just a cold, it will go away soon” He said smiling at the younger, as the younger man smiled back.

Kai went out of his room to pack his bags also, now Soobin was left alone again.

Then he saw Beomgyu coming towards his room.

Soobin just sighed.

“Now..Kai said he’s worried about you, what the fuck are you doing Soobin?” Beomgyu said scolding him like his parents, he was like that always.

Soobin knew it was just his language of telling him that he’s worried.

“Beomgyu, I’m alright, it’s just a small cold, it will go by soon” Soobin reassured him and zipped his bags and stood up.

“Are the other members ready?” Soobin asked as he walked out of his room.

“Yeah, Kai and Taehyunnie is already waiting in the living room, I don’t know about Yeonjun hyung though, he seems like he’s talking to his boyfriend” Beomgyu said as he walked out of Soobin’s room and went to the maknaes.

Soobin just sighed again.

He stopped by at the living room to place his luggages and bags, and immediately went to Yeonjun’s room to get him.

Soobin stood there frozen.

He doesn’t know what to do, he doesn’t even want to knock on his bed room door.

But who cares anyway, Soobin knocked three times on his door and waited.

Soon enough the man he was waiting for opened the door.

“Soobin?” He said.

Soobin missed his voice, and presence.

“H-hyung we better get going, we’re going to miss our flight” Soobin said grabbing all the courage he had.

Yeonjun just nod and locked the door again.

Soobin rested his head on the wooden door as he stood there looking like an idiot.

They arrived at the Incheon airport again.

Soobin was overwhelmed when he saw a lot of cameras in the airport.

He tired to hide himself from cameras since his eyes looked like he’d been beaten up by someone.

But despite from hiding, there’s a camera that flashed in front of him, now he has no choice but to wave and smile, even though he’s wearing a mask.

He always does that, to avoid being bullied by people and fans, calling him names, and even treating him like shit.

Soobin is tired.

After a few minutes, they finally entered the waiting area.

Gate 13.

Thirteen, it remains him Yeonjun’s birthday.

Here he go again, thinking about him over and over again. And it hurts.

Then someone tapped his shoulder.

“Hyung are you alright?” Taehyun said softly, Soobin flinched but he nodded at Taehyun for response.

Of course that’s a lie.

They finally sat at the waiting area, all of the chairs are empty since they are in the private waiting area of the airport.

Soobin wants to sleep his problems away, just like he always did.

Soobin took out his phone to pass the time and he opened his twitter.

‘Yeonbin’s cute relationship, thread!’

A thread popped up on his feed.

Soobin expected that he was the ‘bin’ in the ship name, but to his surprise it was Hanbin from zb1.

Soobin froze.

He wouldn’t dare to open this thread right?

But the stubborn man he is, he still opened the thread even though he knew it will sting his heart.

He saw a lot of ‘Yeonjun calling Hanbin, ‘binnie’’ or ‘Yeonjun and Hanbin sat next to each other and they immediately clicked’ and some other shit that made Soobin’s heart crumble.

As he was listening to his sad playlist, the song ‘Mr. Loverman’ by Rickey Montgomery played.

It made Soobin’s breath hinge.

He wants to cry but, not in front of his members, or even worse, in front of the man that he loves.

The tears stayed on his eyes as he refreshed his twitter feed.

But fate had other plans to hurt him.

‘Hanbin reveals that he and TXT Yeonjun kept in touch, and Yeonjun even gave him a ticket for their concert, bonus! Yeonjun calls him darling.’

Another post from a stupid k-pop page popped up.

That was Soobin’s final straw.

Tears started streaming down his cheeks as he sobbed quietly.

He turned off his phone and hides it away.

Soobin stood up making Beomgyu jump on his seat, and quietly ran towards the restroom.

Beomgyu doesn’t know what’s going on but he just followed him.

Soobin hid himself on the last stall of the restroom.

And cried.

While he was sobbing uncontrollably, he heard a knock.

“Soobin, it’s me Beomgyu, open up” He said as he continued to knock on the stall door.

Soobin doesn’t want to, but he actually needs someone right now.

He opened the door and went outside, and he immediately jumped and cried his eyes out on Beomgyu’s shoulder.

Beomgyu stayed quiet, but he hugged Soobin and made circles around Soobin’s back to comfort him.

“Shush, it’s okay, I’m here, I’m here” Beomgyu said and Soobin sobbed loudly on his shoulder.

“I-I’m…I-I just love him so much and it hurts” Soobin said.

Beomgyu felt like he’d been punched, he hates seeing his best friend like this.

“What happened?” Beomgyu asked softly as he lifted Soobin’s head and wiped his tears away.

Soobin told Beomgyu the thread that he saw about Yeonjun and Hanbin.

And Beomgyu was genuinely shocked.

“Soobin-ah, I honestly don’t even know what to feel, but I hate seeing you like this, please don’t hurt yourself for him..” Beomgyu said, making Soobin cry, again.

“But I was supposed to be the person that he was shipped with!” Soobin yelled, but not too loud, Beomgyu just sighed in disbelief.

Soobin sounded so possessive and jealous, but Beomgyu just brushed it off.

“Alright hyung, but please don’t hurt yourself too much for him, and remember I’ll be always here by your side” Beomgyu smiled and hugged him.

Soobin smiled and hugged him back, he was glad that his best friend was there for him.

After they talked, Soobin washed his face with cold water to lessen the puffiness of his eyes.

And they went back to the waiting area.

When they returned, he was greeted with concern faces of the maknaes.

“Soobin hyung, are you really alright?” Taehyun said softly with a hint of confusion and concern in his voice.

“Soobinnie hyung what’s happening to you?” Huening said with concern in his voice.

“I’m fine, don’t worry too much hmm?” Soobin ruffled both of the concerned maknaes hairs together and went back to his seat, as he leaves Beomgyu alone with them.

“Oh by the way, Yeonjun hyung went out to buy us some coffee” Huening yelled, and Soobin nodded.

Why mention him, right now.

Then speaking, he saw Yeonjun walked towards the maknaes to give Taehyun his caramel macchiato, and Huening’s hot chocolate and cookies since he doesn’t drink coffee.

Then Soobin saw Yeonjun giving Beomgyu an iced americano, as he held one more cup on his hand.

Soobin knows that he will walk towards him, but he decided to act fool to hide his massive crush on his band mate.

“Here you go Soobin-ah” Yeonjun said as he sipped his coffee from his other hand and using the other to hand Soobin his iced latte.

Soobin looked up and softly grabbed his coffee from his hand.

Again, Yeonjun didn’t even look at him.

Soobin just sighed, the coffee tastes so bitter today.

It was finally time to board the plane.

As they were picking their seats, Soobin decided to seat next to Yeonjun.

Because Beomgyu and Taehyun already sat next to each other, and Kai was already comfortable on his seat.

“Hyung!” He called.

Yeonjun didn’t notice it at first because he was wearing his Sony headphones, until Beomgyu tapped his back and pointed at Soobin who was calling him.

Yeonjun looked at him confusedly before talking his headphones off his ear.

“What Soobin-ah?” He said softly.

“I- can I seat next to you? Kai is already comfortable on his seat so-“ He was explaining, but he was cut off when Yeonjun spoke.

“Sure Soobin” Yeonjun said gesturing to seat next to the window.

Soobin giddily smiled and sat next to the window, waiting for the older to seat next to him.

Yeonjun took a quick mirror selfie on the mini television on the place, and also took one photo of his handsome face.

And posted it on their twitter.

Soobin saw it and he decided to post one too, the same way Yeonjun did.

But he posted it on his weverse account.

Then the captain finally announced that they will fly to Tacoma.

As they were at the air, Soobin decided to eat and watch a movie to kill some time.

As he watched, he took a quick glance at the handsome man that’s seated next to him, sleeping peacefully.

Then he saw his phone was on.

He decided to take it and turn it off, but he was later shocked when he saw his wallpaper on his phone.

There was him, kissing his boyfriend on the cheek as they smiled.

Soobin suddenly can’t breathe.

He quickly placed the older’s phone back and went back to eat his snack.

Soobin suddenly remembered that he was the one who was Yeonjun’s wallpaper and lock screen back then.

He remembered the his old iphone eleven back then, the wallpaper was Soobin and him laying down and sleeping peacefully.

The photo was during their pre-debut back then.

Soobin shivered at the memory.

They finally arrived at their destination, Tacoma.

A lot of cameras greeted them at the airport again.

But they just waved as they always do, and went to their separate cars, and drove to their hotel.

“Ain’t no way that Yeonjun hyung is gonna be my roommate” Soobin said as he brushed his hands through his hair.

“Don’t be so coward hyung, just this one time” Beomgyu said as he unloaded his and Taehyun’s luggages.

Soobin just sighed in defeat.

But that ‘one time’ is gonna happen for the rest of the tour.

“Uhm hyung I’ll carry this for you” Soobin said, as he was about to grab Yeonjun’s luggage, the older just smiled and grabbed his luggage tightly.

“No Soobin, I can carry this on my own” Yeonjun said as he walked past him and went inside of their shared room.

Soobin just sighed and followed him.

He wish the tour would end.

Soobin was left alone in their hotel room.

Yeonjun went out to party with the other members.

It’s not like Soobin doesn’t like parties, he just doesn’t have the energy to do so, especially with the man that he keeps yearning for.

Soobin stood up and grabbed his tablet to watch some anime to keep himself busy.

After quite some time, he heard a loud thud from the door.

He hurriedly ran towards the door, only for him to see a drunk Yeonjun laying on the cold wooden floor.

Their shared keycard was on the floor, his phone was also on the floor with some other essentials, Soobin quickly walked towards him.

“Oh gosh hyung” He said as he sighed loudly.

He has seen Yeonjun this drunk before, and he knows how to take care of him.

Soobin gently lifts him up and walked him towards their shared bathroom.

He washed his face before seating him on the floor as he rushes to grab his pajamas.

When he got back, he was greeted with a giggling Yeonjun.

“Hey Soobinnie!”

Oh no…Soobin doesn’t want to deal a giggly drunk Yeonjun.

But despite that, he showered him to remove all the nasty alcoholic drinks that were lingering on his skin. And it’s not like he hasn’t seen him naked before.

“Hyung stay still, I’m gonna get stocked”

“You hate me now Soobinnie?” Yeonjun said with a cute pout on his mouth, Soobin wants to kiss it.

“Hyung I don’t hate you, but please stay still”

“No~ I don’t want to” He pouts again.

“Hyung..”

“Let me hug you Soobinnie” He pulls the grabby hands gesturing Soobin to hug him.

But Soobin refused and he continued to pour the strawberry shampoo they shared on his fluffy hair.

And oh.. Soobinnie, he kept smiling at his nickname again.

After showering him, he also got wet because Yeonjun kept hugging him as he poured shampoo on him.

After changing Yeonjun’s clothes, he tucked him into their shared bed, they supposed to have the room with separate beds, but for some fucking reason Beomgyu insisted to have that room for him and Taehyun.

Soobin got up to change his clothes before going to bed.

He hugged him tightly as he sniffed the strawberry shampoo on his hair, Soobin wished that their relationship was the same as before.

Then he dozed off.

The next day was kind of a rest day for them.

I mean they rehearsed until lunchtime, then after that they are free to do whatever they want.

That’s why they decided to walk around the city of Seattle for quite some time.

They took so many photos on Beomgyu’s camera for memories of course.

As they were taking pictures, Soobin decided to walk at the park by himself.

He loved the view, it was near from the beach. It was very comforting and peaceful at the same time.

But then as he walked he saw Yeonjun taking a picture with Beomgyu’s camera on his hand pretending that he’s taking pictures of the beautiful view.

Soobin looked at him with yearn in his eyes, he stopped walking just to see the man that he loves taking his pictures beautifully.

He ran towards Taehyun giggling and excitedly smiling to see his pictures.

Then Soobin snapped out of his thoughts when Beomgyu yelled at him.

“Soobin! What the fuck are you staring at?” Beomgyu said, but Soobin hasn’t said anything, he just stood there watching Yeonjun taking his pictures with awe.

“Soobin, darling, you are yearning” Beomgyu said, then Soobin turned to look at him.

“So what if I am?” He said before walking away as Beomgyu followed him.

“Come on don’t be so cocky, let’s take a photo of you on the grass” Beomgyu said smiling.

Of course, Soobin would do anything for his best friend, that’s why he looked for a perfect spot for Soobin to sat down.

“Here borrow my extra camera” Beomgyu led his camera to him and began talking some scripted candid pictures.

He was happy, he guess, but he would be happier if he grabbed that one fucking chance that he had.

It was finally time for their concert.

Well it was nerve wracking for him since he’s the leader, but his members made it easier since they all cooperated and reassured him that it’s gonna be alright.

“Okay everyone gather up!” He yelled.

The members gathered up to form a circle.

They placed their hands on top of each other, but Soobin’s hands were on the top since he’s the leader of the group.

Then he starts.

“Tomorrow By Together!” he yelled.

“Let’s stay together!”

“Tomorrow!”

They yelled as cheered before going up to the stage, where they are greeted with loud cheers from fans and wild laughter as they appear on stage.

Everything went well, except that he kept looking at Yeonjun while singing ‘Ghosting’ and the whole anxiety on his body while performing their unit song ‘Killa’ on stage.

But despite that everything went well.

After the concert they got back to their hotel to pack up for their next concert.

As Soobin was packing his bags, he saw Yeonjun quietly left the hotel room.

Which technically made Soobin curious.

But he just shrugged it off, and went back to pack.

Soobin was about to go to bed, when suddenly a loud bag at the door came.

He hurriedly sprinted off towards the door, then he saw a crying Yeonjun.

Soobin was shocked, but heartbroken at the same time.

He can’t handle seeing Yeonjun this sad, he wants to hug him and tell him that everything’s gonna be alright, but he can’t.

“Hyung?” Soobin gently asks.

Yeonjun looked up and made eye contact with him, then he hugged him.

Yeonjun hugged him.

Soobin quickly melted into the hug, as he draw circles around his back, and pressed their bodies against each other to tighten the hug.

Soobin lets him sob in his chest, even though he doesn’t know the reason.

“I hate him Soobin” Yeonjun said as he cried loudly.

By him, he means his boyfriend.

He saw his legs were sneaking, almost like ke couldn’t even walk.

Soobin sighed as he carried him to their bed, since his legs were giving out.

They laid at the warm hotel bed, Yeonjun on top of Soobin’s chest, and Soobin who was playing softly on Yeonjun’s hair.

Silence enveloped the room for a moment.

“Hyung do you want to talk about it?” Soobin spoke after quite some time, to break the silence.

But no response.

Soobin looked at the man who was peacefully lying in his chest, he was asleep.

Soobin still finds him pretty, even when he’s asleep.

Soobin fondly smiles and gave a kiss on his forehead before getting up to pack his bags for him.

Soobin was really confused and concerned of his hyung.

Soobin was awakened by coldness of the room.

The man by his side was gone.

‘3:50 am’

Soobin panicked.

He stood up, grabbed his jacket and rushed out of their room to look for the man he loves.

Soobin checked everywhere.

Still no signs of Yeonjun.

He felt like giving up, tears streaming down from his eyes as ran around the hotel floors, looking for Yeonjun.

Then he realized he hasn’t checked the rooftop yet.

He quickly rushed towards the rooftop as soon as possible.

Soobin was out of breath.

When he arrived he saw Huening and Yeonjun talking.

“Do you still love him hyung?” Huening said.

“I do, but he has him now? What I’m I suppose to do?” a voice that sounded like Yeonjun was about to give up.

“You have a chance hyung, and besides, Beomgyu hyung told me everything” Kai said.

“What did he tell you?” Yeonjun frowned.

“Oh you’ll see, but for now, go get him back” Kai smiled.

Soobin stood there, frozen shocked and confused, what the fuck was that?

Soobin woke up with loud hairdryer noise on the bathroom.

‘7:02 am’

Soobin stretched his arms up, before following the noise.

Then he saw Yeonjun.

He was wearing a black long skirt.

Soobin was stunned.

“Good morning sweetheart”

“Morning” Soobin said still in his morning voice.

Wait..

“What did you say?” Oh Soobin is definitely awake now.

“What? I’m I not allowed to call you sweetheart?” Yeonjun said laughing freely as he dried his hair.

“Nox, it’s just that you rarely call me pet names nowadays, because of your boyfriend” Soobin said.

Now he saw Yeonjun’s eyes darkened.

“Don’t ever mention him again” He said as he turned off the hairdryer and walked away.

Soobin was confused.

Is he dreaming?

If he is then, he hopes he doesn’t wake up.

Well he is not dreaming.

Yeonjun kept calling him pet names since this morning.

And he even clings on him, of course behind cameras.

What the heck is wrong with the world today.

Is Soobin finally became gods favorite child?

Soobin just brushed it off and rest his head on the sleeping Yeonjun on his shoulder.

Huening looked at the wonderful view of his hyungs who still kept yearning for each other.

And he remembered his and Beomgyu’s conversation.

(“Hyung why did you call me?” Huening said.

“Because I have something important to tell you ning” Beomgyu pulled them into a quiet corner.

“What is it?”

“I like Taehyun” Beomgyu said

Huening was taken back and offended.

“What the hell hyung? Aren’t you and Soobin together?” Kai said.

“No, we broke up, long time ago” Beomgyu said.

Then he told Huening what happened when they were at Vietnam.

“I’m glad that you guys finally realized your true feelings” Kai said in relief.

“Now I need your help since Soobin kept yearning for Yeonjun hyung” Beomgyu said.

“Of course hyung you got my back” Huening winked at him.

And they both laughed together)

Huening isn’t the type of person who is happy to see someone’s relationship fall apart, but when Yeonjun told him that Hanbin was tried of him on a fucking phone call, he was livid and relieved at the same time.

He remembered the words Yeonjun told him, during the phone call.

(“Hello binnie!” Yeonjun said quietly in the hotel bathroom he shared with Soobin.

He doesn’t want Soobin to ears drop anything.

“Let’s talk” Hanbin said through the phone.

Yeonjun knew something bad is about to happen, that’s why he quietly left the room to talk to him.

“Let’s break up” Hanbin said through the phone.

Yeonjun’s heart dropped.

“What?”

“Let’s break up” He repeated.

“Wha- Why did I do something wrong?” Yeonjun said.

“It’s not like that!” Hanbin yelled.

“Then what is it!” Yeonjun yelled back, not caring if someone heard it.

“I’m just so tired of you, seeing you yearning for him over and over”

“With who?” Yeonjun said.

“Soobin”

Yeonjun stood there froze.

“Look Yeonjun, you said that you’re fully healed and ready for a relationship, but sorry to say that you’re not, you kept yearning for him and you can’t even notice it anymore, I’m just so tired of overthinking that you’ll choose him not me, you’re still in love with him junnie” Hanbin said.

Yeonjun was speechless.

“I loved you Junnie, but you’re not mine” Hanbin said.

“Thank you for giving me a chance, good bye Yeonjun hyung” Hanbin said as he turned off the call.

Yeonjun was shocked, he quietly sat down on the cold carpet floor and cried.

Thankfully no one noticed him.

Huening then remembered the conversation that happened last night.

(“Yeonjun hyung!” Huening yelled.

“Ning-ah!”

Huening hugged him tightly as Yeonjun began to cry again.

“Shush hyung everything will be alright again”

“Don’t say that Kai-ah , Hanbin just dumped me and told me that I’m still yearning over Soobin” Yeonjun took a deep breath.

“I’m not” Yeonjun said.

“Are you sure hyung?” Kai said.

“What?”

“Well, no offense hyung, but you seemed like you haven’t moved on from Soobin hyung, and Hanbin is right, you are still yearning for him. Heck he even told me that every date that you and him do is almost like every activity that you and Soobin hyung do” Huening took a deep breath before continuing, “And one time, you even called him Soobin, instead of Hanbin”

Yeonjun was shocked again.

Is he still yearning?

Is his heart still beats for Soobin?

“Hyung, please listen to your heart sometimes, don’t keep listening to your thoughts and keep making yourself like a fool” Huening held his hands.

“Please follow the one you truly love hyung” Huening said.

Yeonjun looked at him, thinking if he still loves Soobin.

He still miss his precious dimpled smile, his crescent eyes if he laughs, heck he even imagines his face when he’s around with his boyfriend for god’s sake.

And it’s true, that every date that him and Hanbin do, is the same as him and Soobin.

In conclusion, he’s still in love with Soobin, and he still kept yearning for it.

“Do you still love him hyung?” Huening asked.

“I do, but he has him now? What I’m I suppose to do?” Yeonjun said, sounding like he has given up.

“You have a chance hyung, and besides, Beomgyu hyung told me everything” Kai said.

“What did he tell you?” Yeonjun frowned.

“Oh you’ll see, but for now, go get him back” Kai smiled.

“And by the way, I’m not the one in place to tell you this, but him and Beomgyu hyung broke up a long time ago” Kai said.

Yeonjun was shocked again.

“And Beomgyu hyung has a crush on someone” Huening smiled.

“Now get your man back hyung!” Kai yelled.

Yeonjun just smiled. He has a chance.)

They finally arrived at the airport.

Their next stop is Oakland.

Soobin and him walked separately to avoid cameras.

Well it’s not like Soobin doesn’t want that, but it’s for the better right?

When they finally escaped the crowd, Yeonjun immediately clings onto his shoulder.

Their manager pointed at their gate and told
them to wait their until their flight is announced.

Everything was quiet.

Soobin dozed off because of tiredness and lack of sleep last night.

But then he was awakened by Yeonjun shaking his body softly.

“Hyung?” Soobin said making his vision more clearer to see Yeonjun.

“I- we need to talk” Yeonjun said.

“About what hyung?” Soobin asked nervously.

What the hell did he and Yeonjun need to talk about.

“I need to tell you something”

“What is it hyung?”

Then Soobin realized that the young ones are going to hear it, that’s why Soobin stood up, but then later pulled by Yeonjun.

“No it’s okay, they went out to buy themselves something to eat” Yeonjun said, almost reading his mind.

“Okay” Soobin said.

Yeonjun looked hesitant at first but then words finally came out.

“Soobin I like you”

Soobin was shocked and happy, but also nervous at the same time.

“But hyung, you and Hanbin are still together, please don’t play with my feelings hyung” Soobin said as tears began to fall.

“Please, it’s hard for me to keep overthinking if I still have a chance with you or not, so please don’t play with my feelings hyung” Soobin said.

Yeonjun held both of his hands that kept shaking.

“I’m not, I’m really really honest with you right now Soobin, I really like you, screw that I love you Soobin, even my boyfriend kept saying that I still yearn for your love, that’s why he broke up” Yeonjun said as tears streaming down his eyes.

“He broke up with me because he knew that the man that I love was always you Soobin” Yeonjun said.

Soobin didn’t let him say anything again.

He crushed his lips against his and kissed him deeply.

Yeonjun didn’t hesitate to reciprocate the kiss back, the kiss was pure and sweet and endless of yearning for each other.

Yeonjun wrapped his arms on Soobin’s neck to deepen the kiss as Soobin held his waist to press their bodies together.

But the kiss was interrupted when they need to catch their breaths.

“I love you Soobin” Yeonjun pressed their foreheads together.

“I love you too hyung” Soobin smiled.

“Please don’t ever do this again” Soobin said.

“I will, and I’m sorry for ignoring you” Yeonjun said looking down avoiding eye contact with Soobin.

Soobin just smiled then lifts Yeonjun’s chin to lock their eyes together.

“I’m the one who needs to apologize, I’m so sorry for being a jerk to you and didn’t realize my feelings sooner, I hope you can forgive me” Soobin said.

Yeonjun just smiled.

“I can…but in one condition” Yeonjun giggled.

Soobin smiled softly.

“Yeah and what is it?” He said.

“Be my boyfriend?” Yeonjun shyly asked.

Soobin just kissed him in response.

Of course he said yes.

The answer of his question was finally answered.

Yes he still has a chance, and he will forever cherish it.

Afterword:

When they arrived at Oakland, they broke out the news to the younger ones.

As usual, the reaction was expected.

“Finally” Beomgyu said.

“I’m so happy that you both stopped yearning, I’m so stressed for you guys” Taehyun said.

“Congratulations hyungs” Kai immediately hugged them both.

They just smiled and thanked fate that her plans for them were amazing.

They are ready to heal themselves and forget the past, and build their future with happiness and pure love together.
