There was nothing better for Shin than waking up early in the morning and seeing his beloved, still sound asleep in his arms. Not a worry in the world. Just the two of them, basking in each other's warmth.
However, this time, as he was waking up, he couldn't feel her warmth. But he did hear a soft patter of rain…And a nearby rustling sound. It was Lena. Shin was usually the first to wake up. Not this time, apparently. Curious, to what she was doing, he lazily took a peek, hoping she wouldn't notice.
Her back was turned to him, completely bare only for a moment, as she put on a shirt. Clearly an oversized one at that. It seemed that… It was his black shirt. Shin has seen her with his clothes before, but only when he lent them to her.
Not like this however. She has never taken any of his clothes without him knowing. And definitely never wore them without any underwear. Beneath his shirt, she was completely naked. Lena rarely showed boldness like this, but perhaps waking up early gave her that courage? Shin didn’t know, neither he was going to think anymore.
Seizing the opportunity, while Lena was looking for something, without any sound, he rose up only to…
“Ah! Shin?”
She was pleasantly warm. He could fall asleep again, now that he caught her, arms holding her waist gently. His face pressed against her neck. She smelled faintly of violets, her perfume. But she also smelled mostly of him. This made him happier than ever, knowing that she was his. And she really was. He wasn't going to let her go now.
“Shin, what is it?”
“...Mmmh.”
“I can’t get up if you are holding me…” She might have been trying to scold him, but all he could hear was her gentle tone. And a soft rustle. Was she trying to get out of his grip? He didn't want her to go anywhere. Shin took a better hold of her and pushed her back to bed.
“Eeh!?!”
As Lena fell back onto the mattress, he made sure she was comfortable before nuzzling into her neck.
Her body felt so cozy, he couldn't help but lazily kiss her neck. Her soft gasps were like a melody to his ears. Eyes catching her reddening face, she felt so much warmer now. He loved seeing her shy, especially when he was the one to cause this. Coaxing her closer and placing his head on her chest, Shin could hear her fast heartbeat.
“Shin…” His name sounded like a prayer whenever she said it. “Shin, will you let me go?”
“No.” He clung onto her, putting his leg over hers to hold her in place. “Never...”
A soft chuckle left her. He loved her laugh too… In fact he loved everything about her, really. But his sulking tone must have been apparent. “I did not realize that I have two cats… Not that I mind spoiling you both.” Her delicate hand gently ran through his hair. This felt nice. He certainly didn't mind being pampered like this.
Shin loved her so much, his words couldn't fully express his feelings. He would give her the whole world if he could. He was the happiest man to be alive, together with her.
Her hand playing with his hair, her soft breathing, her warmth and the light rain outside made Shin doze off.
