FADE IN:

EXT. RACHEL'S FOSTER PARENTS' HOUSE - NIGHT

Police Chief Rick Doberman and his team arrive at Rachel's foster parents' house with a warrant for their arrest. Rick, a stern but fair man in his fifties, knocks on the door.

RICK:
(voice commanding)
Open up! Police!

The door opens, and Rachel's foster parents, MR. AND MRS. WALSH, look surprised and scared.

MRS. WALSH:
(offended)
What is the meaning of this?

RICK:
(crossing his arms)
Mr. and Mrs. Walsh, you're under arrest for neglect and abuse of Rachel Lang. You've allowed her to be bullied and mistreated at school, and it ends now.

MR. WALSH:
(stammering)
But she's just a troubled girl...

RICK:
(angrily)
No excuses. You should have protected her, and you failed. Now, you're going to face the consequences.

Rick's team starts taking Mr. and Mrs. Walsh into custody as they protest, and Rachel watches from a distance, a mix of relief and anger on her face.

CUT TO:

INT. POLICE STATION - DAY

Rick sits at his desk, going through paperwork. Rachel enters, looking determined.

RACHEL:
(to Rick)
I want to press charges against the school too. They knew about the bullying and did nothing to stop it.

Rick nods, understandingly.

RICK:
I'll make sure it happens, Rachel. No one should get away with mistreating you.

Rachel smiles gratefully, finally feeling like someone is on her side.

CUT TO:

INT. SCHOOL BOARD MEETING - DAY

Rick stands before the school board, presenting his case against the school for their negligence in handling the bullying of Rachel and other students. The members of the board look uncomfortable as Rick presents evidence and testimonials from students who have been bullied.

RICK:
(firmly)
It's clear that the school has failed in its duty to protect its students. We demand action be taken to address this issue and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

The school board members exchange worried glances, realizing the seriousness of the situation.

CUT TO:

EXT. SCHOOL - DAY

A new school year begins, and Rachel walks through the halls of the school with confidence. She is no longer an outcast, but rather a respected figure who stood up against bullying and fought for change. Students greet her with smiles and nods of respect.

Rachel enters the principal's office, where Principal Adams, a middle-aged woman, is sitting behind her desk.

PRINCIPAL ADAMS:
(smiling)
Good morning, Rachel. I hope you're having a good day so far.

RACHEL:
(nods)
I am, thank you. I just wanted to make sure that the new anti-bullying policies are being enforced.

PRINCIPAL ADAMS:
(assuringly)
Absolutely, Rachel. We take bullying very seriously now, thanks to your efforts. It's a different school now.

Rachel smiles, feeling a sense of accomplishment.

CUT TO:

EXT. GRAVEYARD - DAY

Rachel visits Lisa's grave, placing flowers on it. She looks sad but also determined.

RACHEL:
(promising)
I did it, Lisa. I made sure they paid for what they did to you. Rest in peace now.

Rachel stands up and walks away, ready to move forward with her life.

CUT TO:

EXT. KING'S UNIVERSITY - DAY

Rachel's dog, Walter, runs happily across the campus of King's University, where Jesse is now studying. He sees Walter and smiles, remembering Rachel fondly.
