Germany was in his office exhausted, his desk was with a large stack of reports that he had to review or fill out.The sound of computer keys and the sound of the clock could be heard throughout the office,Germany sipped his coffee and adjusted his glasses, his phone had been ringing for a while but he ignored it, it couldn't be anything important right?
After a few hours the door was heard opening and Germany stopped for a moment to recognize the intruder, it was France carrying his son, EU.
Damn! Had he forgotten that he had to pick up EU from kindergarten!?
"I was calling you, you forgot to pick up EU,What a responsible father, isn't he?" France scoffed, "anyway,"I'm glad you left my phone number in case of emergencies, although you should be more responsible with your son."Said the Frenchman, approaching his friend to hand over the sleeping EU
"Thank you, I really don't know what I would do without you." Germany apologized as he took UE into his arms, being careful not to wake him.
The Frenchman just nodded and sat on the sofa in Germany's office, extending his arms behind the sofa and crossing his legs.
Germany carefully got up from his seat and sat next to France still carrying EU.
Germany was mentally cursing himself for not having remembered his son,While Germany was mentally cursing himself, France approached and with one of his fingers slowly moved EU's small hands. "It's cute" he whispered, this made Germany come out of its trance"a-ah, yeah...he's cute..." Germany whispered with a small smile"Sometimes....sometimes I don't feel like I'm being a good parent.."
"Oh Germany, you're just starting to raise a child, plus I thought you were the one who wanted a representative for the European Union?"France scoffed "yeah...it's just that I don't feel like I can handle it anymore, I mean...I know I was the one with the idea...and I should accept responsibility,But I didn't think I had to raise a child..."
"Well you should have thought of that, right? How would you want to create a representative for the European Union? I guess the only way was to create this child? Maybe you could build a robot or something" the Frenchman He mocked
Germany remained silent as he watched his "son" sleep peacefully in his arms.
Germany had been insistent on creating some kind of leader for the organization, the other members of the organization had just looked at him strangely when he presented that idea,Obviously the Frenchman's laughter was not lacking, Germany had created EU in a laboratory, when EU Come of age he would be the head of the organization.
France only sighed when she saw that Germany was Reserved"I guess I should have shown you some support for your idea, right? After all, I'm also the founder of the European Union..."The Frenchman said as he played with EU's small hands, being careful not to wake him up"Maybe I should have supported you from the beginning and at least helped you so that it would have been created "naturally""
He said mockingly as he pressed his forehead against the German's, lightly touching his lips"Maybe you should have done that instead of making fun of me, right?" The German responded slightly blushing to finally kiss France, the kiss was short and then they both looked at each other.
"I wonder if EU also considers me his father?" France joked, putting her arm behind Germany, bringing him closer to give him a small kiss on the forehead.
