Tachihara is very very annoyed. To start there's been a heat warning so it's boiling outside. He did plan on just staying inside but then turns out it's the day Q is given some time outside. Of course he just had to be picked to be their care taker for the day cause why not. So he chose to just take Q to his apartment better then boil outside right? Turns out it isn't cause now he has a certain someone he is hiding for the port mafia knocking at the door while Q is here
"Of all days he could be here, why this one." Tachihara quietly groaned as Q was walking to the door to open it.
"Wait, kid get back here and don't open th-." Before Tachihara could even finish talking he heard the door open.
"Helloooo who are you and what do you need?" Q spoke to the person with their eyes closed and smiling.
"Oh hello there I'm looking for Michizou, who are you though?" The person said but as they finished talking they saw Tachihara in the corner of their eye and perked up.
"Hey snowflake what brings you here." Tachihara said
"Well Naomi had gone to Haruno's apartment to study and stay overnight so I thought to visit you, but who might this be?" Tanizaki replied.
"Well this is-"
"My name is Yumeno Kyuusaku but just call me Q. now how do you know Tachihara hmm?" Q had once again interrupted Tachihara to introduce themself.
Tanizaki had for a second, widened his eyes and looked at Tachihara for an explanation as to why Q is here<./p>
"The boss has chosen me to take care of the kid for their day out, but cause it's fucking boiling we just went inside." Tachihara explained.
"Oh so you are Q Dazai has said... Some stuff about you. Well can I please come inside cause it is really hot outside" Tachihara had nodded at Tanizaki, then picked up Q and led him inside.
As they walked to the couch Tanizaki looked at Tachihara and nodded his head towards Tachihara's room. Tachihara then put Q on the couch, handed them the remote and said.
"Here's the remote put on a show, don't go anywhere." With that he grabbed Tanizaki's hand and brought him to his room.
As the door closed Tanizaki instantly said "Isn't that the crazy kid who can mind control people?" Worry in his eyes. Tachihara's response to that was to sigh and say.
"Yup but every once in a while they are taken around Yokohama to make sure they stay as calm as possible. I get it if you want to leave, the kid can give anyone the creeps, but I have to watch them." He looked at Tanizaki and he seems... Calm? He couldn't tell if Tanizaki was calm or just thinking.
"Eh it's a kid, anywho as long as we don't hurt them we should be fine right? So I'll just stick around and help you I'm curious to see how you handle taking care of a kid." As he says that he starts to rummage through his pockets and pulls out a box of uno "I even have a game we can play to fill up time." Tachihara was mostly definitely thankful for that cause he has no games at his apartment so Q may have gotten restless.
"Yeah that seems like a good idea the kid might actually stay calm then."
"Or they might be like you and flip out." Tanizaki teased recalling the last game night that he, Tachihara, Naomi and Haruno had.
"Listen that Haruno girl and Naomi played to win and wanted me to lose the worst. I had fifteen cards FIFTEEN and I was on my second turn." Tanizaki had chuckled and walked over to the door of the room.
"Well we better get out there or else Q might run away."
"Yeah we should." Tachihara agreed.
As Tanizaki opened the door they both heard foot steps and saw Q jump onto the couch.
"The kid was listening in on us huh." Tachihara quickly observed.
"Whaaat no why would I do that?" Q responded, Tanizaki sighed and looked down.
"Well let's just ignore that and just start uno." Tanizaki said as he walked towards the living room table.
"Oh I've heard people talking alot about uno but I've never played it this should be fun!" Q said hopping off the couch quickly and sitting at the table.
"Kid you better not pull something as we play" Tachihara said as he sat down.
*. 20 minutes later .*
"UNO FINALLY!" Tanizaki had yelled triumphantly
"Oh no you don't, I got alot of plus cards" Tachihara had said sifting through his cards to hold just the plus twos.
"Hehe your getting so worked up what if I did THIS." Q had yelled as they slammed down two plus two cards."UNO HA!"
"Great work kid!" Tachihara said as he raised his hand and high fived Q. Then he slammed down two of his own" pick up eight, babe."
"Nooo I was so close." Tanizaki then picked up his cards. "Dammit I didn't get a plus card." As he said that he placed a 3. The moment he did Q slammed down their own three, they then quickly stood up and yelled.
"I WIN YES!" Raising their arms in victory.
"Ah dam I was so close to winning." Tachihara said under his breath.
"I didn't know you could make people go crazy using a game this was so fun!" Q squealed as they then sat down on the couch." Can we watch a show? I've heard about this one that sounds fun."
"Of course! Michi could you clean up the table I'll make some popcorn" Tanizaki said and Tachihara quickly started getting the cards as Tanizaki headed to the kitchen.
Tachihara handed the remote to Q and said. "Find the show and then I'll say whether we watch it or not"
Q snatched the remote and started looking through Netflix. As they did that Tachihara went to the kitchen put the uno box on the counter then walked over to Tanizaki who was at the stove wrapped his arms around his waist and rested his head on his shoulder. "That was decent fun."
"Yeah tell me the next time you have to take care of Q I can come over with a different board game." As he finished his sentence he took out the popcorn and put it in a bowl, then started putting salt and butter into it. "Ok let's head to the couch."
As they sat down they saw Q had found the show and both were taken aback at the luck of Q's choice. "Wow kid you picked the show we planned to start watching how lucky." Tachihara said as he lightly ruffled Q's hair. Q then pressed play and they all looked at the screen

About an hour later Q was asleep and wrapped in a blanket lightly snoring as Tachihara and Tanizaki talked in hushed voices.
"And I swear Naomi has a crush on Haruno cause any time I ask her what she thinks about Haruno she starts to blush and mumble and never actually answers." Tanizaki was talking about the last time Haruno slept over, till it led to his suspicions on the two girls mabye liking eachother.
"Wait I thought they were already dating? Cause they sure act like they are." Tachihara had asked shocked.
"Yeah that's fair at one point I thought the same but then started to think they just have crushes on each other but haven't noticed."
"Speaking of people who have crushes on each other." Before Tachihara could keep talking his phone started ringing and he picked it up.
On the other end of the call was Mori who was saying how Q needed to be back in the next ten minutes. "Ok boss I'll have them back quickly." Once the phone call ended Tanizaki said.
"Ah they have to go too bad I'll wake them up, you get on your shoes. I'll start making dinner while your out." Tanizaki said as he got up and started to lightly shake Q awake.
"Yeah thank babe be back in just a bit." Tachihara said as he kissed Tanizaki on the cheek and went to the door.
"Whaaat why are you waking me up?" Q said as they woke up.
"Well you have to go back now sorry." Tanizaki said as he picked them up and carried them to the door.
"No I don't want to, you can't make me." Q responded squirming in his arms.
"I'm sorry you have to... How about this the next time you have a day out you ask for Tachihara and I will do my best to be here with you so we can play a different board game." As Tanizaki said that Tachihara's eyes went wide and stared at Tanizaki and leaned over to him and whispered.
"What are you saying! I'm not gonna take care of them again on purpose!"
"I'll be there it's not like anyone will notice if I leave. Everyone at the ada are so busy with their own stuff they won't notice me leave. I swear I'll be there. Anyways wasn't tonight fun?" Tachihara sighed and nodded his head and said.
"Fine, but you better behave while we go back kid or else I'm canceling that and won't get you next time got it."
Q smiled and nodded their head rapidly as they got their shoes on.
Tachihara then opened the door grabbed Q's hand and headed out, but not before kissing Tanizaki one last time. "I'm making your favorite food tonight." was the last thing Tanizaki yelled before closing the door
The two walked in silence for a while but then Q spoke up and said.
"You and your boyfriend are really fun." Q looked up at Tachihara and smirked.
Tachihara then sighed and said. " Kid you better not tell a soul that me and Junichirou are dating, or else I'll make sure you two never speak to each other again."
Q pouted for a second but then smiled and said. "Ok, then swear that you will accept to watch over me next day out got it?" Q then stuck out their pinky finger and held it up to Tachihara.
Tachihara linked his pinky with Q's and responded with." Yeah yeah I already was gonna since Jun said I should but sure I'll make sure of it now"
